Description

雾化器及气溶胶发生装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化器及气溶胶发生装置。
背景技术
气溶胶发生装置是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品,其主要包括可将气溶胶形成基质加热雾化形成烟雾的雾化器和向雾化器供电的电源装置。其中,雾化器上一般需要设置进气孔,通过进气孔供外界的空气进入雾化器的雾化腔,进入雾化腔中的空气与在雾化腔中雾化形成的烟雾一起,供用户吸食而达到模拟吸烟的效果。为了进一步满足不同用户对不同出烟雾量的吸食需求,使得用户能够对雾化器的进气量进行合理调节,雾化器上一般沿其周向转动设置具有调气孔的调气环。当用户需要根据所需出烟雾量的吸食需求对应调节雾化器的进气量时,仅需沿雾化器的周向旋转调气环,改变调气孔与进气孔的连通面积大小,直至连通面积达到预定的连通面积,即可实现较佳的进气效果。
然而,当前的气溶胶发生装置,在用户旋转调气环使调气孔与进气孔的连通面积达到预定的连通面积,实现较佳的进气效果后,调气环常常因误触碰而容易发生旋转移位,导致调气孔与进气孔不能良好地保持预定的连通面积,影响调好的进气效果,降低用户的使用体验。
实用新型内容
基于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本实用新型实施例的目的之一在于提供一种通过将调气环容置于连接座的调气槽内部,在雾化器本体安装于连接座的 调气槽中时,雾化器本体可带动调气环相对于连接座旋转,以改变调气口与进气口的连通面积,有效防止调气环因误触碰而影响调好的进气效果的雾化器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:提供一种雾化器,用于气溶胶发生装置,包括:
雾化器本体,用于存储气溶胶形成基质,并将气溶胶形成基质雾化形成可供用户吸食的烟雾;
连接座,用于将所述雾化器本体连接于所述气溶胶发生装置的电源装置上,所述连接座沿其轴向具有第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端用于与所述雾化器本体相连,所述第二连接端用于与所述电源装置相连;以及
调气结构,包括凹设于所述第一连接端之端面上的调气槽、可沿所述连接座的周向转动地设置于所述调气槽内的调气环、开设于所述连接座上并与所述调气槽连通的进气口,以及开设于所述调气环上的调气口,在所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转时,所述调气口可选择性地与所述进气口对位并连通,以改变所述调气口与所述进气口的连通面积;
其中,所述雾化器本体轴向的第一端可沿所述连接座的周向转动地安装于所述调气槽中,以将所述雾化器本体连接于所述连接座的第一连接端,并使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转,且在所述雾化器本体的第一端安装于所述调气槽中时,所述调气槽与所述雾化器本体的雾化腔连通。
进一步地,所述调气结构还包括设于所述调气环上的限位槽,以及与所述限位槽滑动配合以限定所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转角度的限位件,所述限位件设置于所述调气槽中,且所述限位件至少部分容置于所述限位槽中。
进一步地,所述限位件为定位销钉,所述定位销钉的销钉本体固定设置于所述调气槽中,所述定位销钉的钉帽至少部分容置于所述限位槽中。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括用于在所述雾化器本体的第一端插设于所述调气槽时将所述调气环与雾化器本体相连的连接结构。
进一步地,所述连接结构包括凸设于所述调气环上的拨动齿和凹设于所述 雾化器本体上以配合所述拨动齿卡扣相连的拨动槽,在所述雾化器本体的第一端插设于所述调气槽时,所述拨动齿与所述拨动槽卡扣相连,以使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转;或者,所述连接结构包括凹设于所述调气环上的拨动槽和凸设于所述雾化器本体上以配合所述拨动槽卡扣相连的拨动齿,在所述雾化器本体的第一端插设于所述调气槽时,所述拨动齿与所述拨动槽卡扣相连,以使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转。
进一步地,所述连接结构包括将所述调气环磁吸连接于所述雾化器本体上的磁吸件,所述磁吸件设于所述雾化器本体和/或所述调气环上。
进一步地,所述磁吸件为设置于所述雾化器本体上的第一磁铁,且所述调气环为由可磁化的材料制成的磁性件;或者,所述磁吸件包括设置于所述雾化器本体上的第一磁铁和与所述第一磁铁对应设置以配合所述第一磁铁磁吸连接的第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁设于所述调气环上。
基于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本实用新型实施例的目的之二在于提供一种通过将调气环容置于连接套筒内部的调气槽中,在雾化器本体安装于调气槽中时,雾化器本体可带动调气环相对于连接座旋转,以改变调气口与进气口的连通面积,有效防止调气环因误触碰而影响调好的进气效果的雾化器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:提供一种雾化器,用于气溶胶发生装置,包括:
雾化器本体,用于存储气溶胶形成基质,并将气溶胶形成基质雾化形成可供用户吸食的烟雾;
连接套筒,用于将所述雾化器本体连接于所述气溶胶发生装置的电源装置上,所述连接套筒沿其轴向具有第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端用于套于所述雾化器本体上,所述第二连接端用于套于所述电源装置上;以及
调气结构,包括由临近所述第一连接端的筒腔部分形成的调气槽、可沿所述连接套筒的周向转动地设置于所述调气槽内的调气环、开设于所述连接套筒 上并与所述调气槽连通的进气口,以及开设于所述调气环上的调气口,在所述调气环相对于所述连接套筒旋转时,所述调气口可选择性地与所述进气口对位并连通,以改变所述调气口与所述进气口的连通面积;
其中,所述雾化器本体至少部分由所述第一连接端的端口插设于所述调气槽中,以使所述连接套筒套于所述雾化器本体上,且所述调气槽与所述雾化器本体的雾化腔连通,所述雾化器本体可沿所述连接套筒的周向转动,以使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接套筒旋转。
基于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本实用新型实施例的目的之三在于提供一种具有通过将调气环容置于连接座的调气槽内部,在雾化器本体安装于连接座的调气槽中时,雾化器本体可带动调气环相对于连接座旋转,以改变调气口与进气口的连通面积,有效防止调气环因误触碰而影响调好的进气效果的雾化器的气溶胶发生装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:提供一种气溶胶发生装置,包括上述任一方案提供的所述的雾化器和用于向所述雾化器供电的电源装置,所述连接座之第二连接端固定于所述电源装置上,所述雾化器本体内部设有用于存储气溶胶形成基质的储液腔、与所述储液腔分隔设置的雾化腔,以及连通所述储液腔与所述雾化腔的进液孔,所述雾化器本体轴向的第二端还设有供所述雾化腔内的烟雾流出的出烟口,所述雾化腔与所述出烟口连通。
进一步地,所述雾化器本体还包括内部具有容纳腔的储液件和用于加热并雾化气溶胶形成基质的雾化组件,所述雾化组件至少部分收容于所述容纳腔中,以使所述储液件内于所述雾化组件之外的部分界定出所述储液腔,所述雾化组件内具有与所述储液腔分隔设置的雾化腔,所述进液孔设于所述雾化组件上,所述雾化组件上还设有连通所述雾化腔与所述调气槽的导气口。
进一步地,所述储液件包括内部具有所述容纳腔的主壳体和密封装配于所述主壳体的底端开口上的底座,所述出烟口设于所述主壳体的顶端,所述雾化组件包括至少部分收容于所述容纳腔内的雾化座、底端支撑于所述雾化座上的 雾化壳和用于通电发热工作的雾化芯,所述雾化座支撑并固定于所述底座上,所述雾化壳的内腔形成所述雾化腔,所述雾化芯支撑并固定于所述雾化座上,且所述雾化芯位于所述雾化腔内,所述雾化壳的顶端设有连通所述雾化腔与所述出烟口的导烟管,所述主壳体内部于所述雾化壳及所述导烟管之外的空腔部分界定出所述储液腔,所述进液孔设于所述雾化壳的侧壁上,所述导气口设于所述雾化座和/或所述底座上。

本实用新型实施例中的雾化器及气溶胶发生装置,雾化器设置有连接座,雾化器本体可通过连接座连接于电源装置上,并在连接座上设置调气结构,调气结构包括设置于连接座上的调气槽、设置于连接座上以供外界空气进入调气槽的进气口、可沿周向转动地设置于调气槽内的调气环,以及开设于调气环上以用于选择性地与进气口对位并连通的调气口。当用户需要根据所需出烟雾量的吸食需求对应调节雾化器的进气量时,仅需将雾化器本体的第一端可沿周向转动地安装于调气槽中,通过雾化器本体带动调气环相对于所述连接座旋转,以改变调气口与进气口的连通面积,直至连通面积达到预定的连通面积,即可实现较佳的进气效果。这样,由于在连接座上设置调气结构,将调气环容置于连接座的调气槽内部,使得调气环仅能通过雾化器本体带动旋转,即可在调气口与进气口的连通面积达到预定的连通面积而实现较佳的进气效果后,充分保证调气口与进气口能够良好地保持预定的连通面积,从而有效防止调气环因误触碰而影响调好的进气效果,提升用户的使用体验。

请一并参阅图1至图12,现对本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器进行说明。本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器适用于气溶胶发生装置,气溶胶发生装置可通过其电源装置7电驱动雾化器启动工作,则雾化器可将气溶胶形成基质雾化形成烟雾,以供用户吸食而达到模拟吸烟的效果。请结合参阅图2,本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器包括雾化器本体1、连接座2和调气结构3,雾化器本体1可存储气溶胶形成基质,且雾化器本体1通电工作后可将气溶胶形成基质雾化形成可供用户吸食的烟雾。可以理解地,请结合参阅图1、图6和图12,在其中一些实施例中,雾化器本体1内部设有用于存储气溶胶形成基质的储液腔13、与储液腔13分隔设置的雾化腔14,以及连通储液腔13与雾化腔14进液孔15,雾化器本体1轴向的第二端还设有出烟口114,雾化腔14与出烟口114连通,雾化腔14内还设有通电发热工作的雾化芯123。请结合参阅图1、图8和图13,连接座2沿其轴向具有第一连接端21和第二连接端22,第一连接端21用于与雾化器本体1相连,第二连接端22用于与电源装置7相连,则雾化器本体1可通过连接座2连接于气溶胶发生装置的电源装置7上,构成一个完整的气溶胶发生装置。请结合参阅图2、图3和图4,调气结构3包括凹设于第一连接端21之端面上的调气槽31、可沿连接座2的周向转动地设置于调气槽31内的调气环32、开设于连接座2上并与调气槽31连通的进气口33,以及开设于调气环32上的调气口34,在调气环32相对于连接座2旋转时,调气口34可选择性地与进气口33对位并连通,以改变调气口34与进气口33的连通面积。其中,雾化器本体1轴向的第一端可沿连接座2的周向转动地安装于调气槽31中,以将雾化器本体1连接于连接座2的第一连接端21,并使雾化器本体1可带动调气环32相对于连接座2旋转。并且,在雾化器本体1的第一端安装于调气槽31中时,调气槽31与雾化器本体1的雾化腔14连通。
本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器在使用时,通过电源装置7向雾化芯123供电,储液腔13中的气溶胶形成基质通过进液孔15进入雾化腔14,设于雾化 腔14中的雾化芯123在电驱动下对气溶胶形成基质进行加热,使得气溶胶形成基质雾化形成烟雾。用户通过出烟口114抽吸烟雾时,外界的空气依次流经连接座2上的进气口33、调气环32上的调气口34、调气槽31进入雾化腔14,并与雾化腔14中的烟雾混合后,一起经由出烟口114流出,用户便可通过出烟口114吸食烟雾而达到模拟吸烟的效果。由于在连接座2上开设有供外界空气进入调气槽31中的进气口33,并在调气槽31中转动设置调节进气口33流通面积大小的调气环32,调气环32上开设有用于选择性地与进气口33对位并连通的调气口34。当用户需要根据所需出烟雾量的吸食需求对应调节雾化器的进气量时,仅需将雾化器本体1轴向的第一端可沿连接座2的周向转动地安装于调气槽31中,并沿周向转动雾化器本体1,通过雾化器本体1带动调气环32相对于连接座2旋转,以改变调气口34与进气口33的连通面积,直至连通面积达到预定的连通面积,即可实现较佳的进气效果。这样,由于将调气环32容置于连接座2的调气槽31内部,在雾化器本体1安装于连接座2的调气槽31中时,调气环32仅能由雾化器本体1带动旋转,在调气口34与进气口33的连通面积达到预定的连通面积而实现较佳的进气效果后,保证调气口34与进气口33能够良好地保持预定的连通面积,从而有效防止调气环32因误触碰而影响调好的进气效果,提升用户的使用体验。
本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器,与现有技术相比,雾化器设置有连接座2,雾化器本体1可通过连接座2连接于电源装置7上,并在连接座2上设置调气结构3,调气结构3包括设置于连接座2上的调气槽31、设置于连接座2上以供外界空气进入调气槽31的进气口33、可沿周向转动地设置于调气槽31内的调气环32,以及开设于调气环32上以用于选择性地与进气口33对位并连通的调气口34。当用户需要根据所需出烟雾量的吸食需求对应调节雾化器的进气量时,仅需将雾化器本体1的第一端可沿周向转动地安装于调气槽31中,通过雾化器本体1带动调气环32相对于连接座2旋转,以改变调气口34与进气口33的连通面积,直至连通面积达到预定的连通面积,即可实现较佳的进气效果。 这样,由于在连接座2上设置调气结构3,将调气环32容置于连接座2的调气槽31内部,使得调气环32仅能通过雾化器本体1带动旋转,即可在调气口34与进气口33的连通面积达到预定的连通面积而实现较佳的进气效果后,充分保证调气口34与进气口33能够良好地保持预定的连通面积,从而有效防止调气环32因误触碰而影响调好的进气效果,提升用户的使用体验。
可以理解地,请结合参阅图9、图10和图11,在其中一些实施例中,连接座2也可以采用两端具有开口的连接套筒2代替。具体地,本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器包括雾化器本体1、连接套筒2和调气结构3,雾化器本体1用于存储气溶胶形成基质,并将气溶胶形成基质雾化形成可供用户吸食的烟雾。连接套筒2用于将雾化器本体1连接于气溶胶发生装置的电源装置7上,连接套筒2沿其轴向具有第一连接端21和第二连接端22,第一连接端21用于套于雾化器本体1上,第二连接端22用于套于电源装置7上。调气结构3包括由临近第一连接端21的筒腔部分形成的调气槽31、可沿连接套筒2的周向转动地设置于调气槽31内的调气环32、开设于连接套筒2上并与调气槽31连通的进气口33,以及开设于调气环32上的调气口34,在调气环32相对于连接套筒2旋转时,调气口34可选择性地与进气口33对位并连通,以改变调气口34与进气口33的连通面积。其中,雾化器本体1至少部分由第一连接端21的端口插设于调气槽31中,以使连接套筒2套于雾化器本体1上,且调气槽31与雾化器本体1的雾化腔14连通,雾化器本体1可沿连接套筒2的周向转动,以使雾化器本体1可带动调气环32相对于连接套筒2旋转。本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器的工作原理与技术效果与上述实施例提供的雾化器的工作原理与技术效果相同,在此不作赘述。可以理解地,在其中一些实施例中,连接座2还可以采用两端具有开口的筒状调气壳2代替,筒状调气壳2的内腔形成调气槽31,筒状调气壳2套于雾化器本体1上,以使雾化器本体1的第一端可沿周向转动地安装于调气槽31中,则雾化器本体1可通过筒状调气壳2连接于气溶胶发生装置的电源装置7上,构成一个完整的气溶胶发生装置。筒状调气壳2的第二 连接端22与电源装置7固定连接。调气结构3包括由筒状调气壳2的内腔形成的调气槽31、可沿连接座2的周向转动地设置于调气槽31内的调气环32、开设于筒状调气壳2上并与调气槽31连通的进气口33,以及开设于调气环32上的调气口34,在调气环32相对于筒状调气壳2旋转时,调气口34可选择性地与进气口33对位并连通,以改变调气口34与进气口33的连通面积。其中,雾化器本体1轴向的第一端可沿连接座2的周向转动地安装于调气槽31中,以将雾化器本体1连接于筒状调气壳2的第一连接端21,并使雾化器本体1可带动调气环32相对于连接座2旋转。并且,在雾化器本体1的第一端安装于调气槽31中时,调气槽31与雾化器本体1的雾化腔14连通。
可以理解地,请结合参阅图6和图7,在其中一些实施例中,调气环32通过密封圈9密封装配于调气槽31内,以增强气密性。并且,进气口33的设置数量包括一个但不限于一个,例如进气口33的设置数量可以两个、三个及四个以上,调气口34的设置数量与进气口33的设置数量保持一致,进气口33与调气口34的设置数量可以根据实际使用需要而合理选取设置,在此不作唯一限定。当进气口33的设置数量为两个以上时,两个以上进气口33沿连接座2的周向等间隔设置,以增强进气的稳定性与均匀性,有利于气流与雾化形成的烟雾均匀混合,提升烟雾口感。可以理解地,请结合参阅图3和图4,在其中另一些实施例中,调气环32上还设有多个调气孔35,多个调气孔35沿连接座2的周向间隔布置,调气孔35的孔径远小于调气口34的口径,实现在旋转调气环32的时候具有不同进气的档位可供选择,合理调节进气量大小,进而对雾化器的出烟雾量进行不同档位的合理调节,满足不同用户对不同出烟雾量的吸食需求,提升用户的口感。
请结合参阅图2、图3和图4,在其中一些实施例中,调气结构3还包括设于调气环32上的限位槽36,以及与限位槽36滑动配合以限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度的限位件37,限位件37设置于调气槽31中,且限位件37至少部分容置于限位槽36中。通过采用上述方案,在调气环32上设有限位槽 36,并在调气槽31中设置与限位槽36滑动配合以限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度的限位件37,且限位件37至少部分容置于限位槽36中,通过限位件37与限位槽36的滑动配合结构构成限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度的限位结构,一方面可防止调气环32脱离连接座2上的调气槽31,增强调气环32安装的稳定性,另一方面可使调气环32按照预定的移动路径旋转,并可在预定的旋转角度范围内限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度,以在调气环32相对于连接座2旋转时,调气口34可选择性地与进气口33对位并连通,达到改变调气口34与进气口33的连通面积而调节进气的目的。
请结合参阅图3和图4,在其中一些实施例中,限位件37为定位销钉,定位销钉的销钉本体371固定设置于调气槽31中,定位销钉的钉帽372至少部分容置于限位槽36中。通过采用上述方案,将限位件37设置成定位销钉,仅需将定位销钉的销钉本体371固定设置于调气槽31中,定位销钉的钉帽372至少部分容置于限位槽36中,便可通过定位销钉与限位槽36的滑动配合结构构成限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度的限位结构。请结合参阅图11,在其中一些实施例中,调气槽31中设有供定位销钉安装的安装孔38,定位销钉的销钉本体371固定于安装孔38中。可以理解地,限位件37包括但不限于定位销钉,例如限位件37还可以是设于调气槽31中的限位块,使得限位块至少部分容置于限位槽36中,便可通过限位块与限位槽36的滑动配合结构构成限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度的限位结构。可以理解地,在其中另一些实施例中,调气环32上以调气环32的中心轴线对称地设置有两个弧形的限位槽36,在对应各弧形的限位槽36的位置分别设置有定位销钉,通过两个定位销钉与相应的限位槽36的滑动配合结构构成限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度的限位结构,增强限定调气环32相对于连接座2旋转角度的稳定性。请结合参阅图2、图3和图4,在其中一些实施例中,在其中另一些实施例中,调气环32上还对应设有避让定位销钉之钉帽372的弧形避让缺口321,以方便调气环32在调气槽31中的拆装。弧形避让缺口321与限位槽36之间设有止挡定位销 钉之钉帽372的弧形止挡凸起322,通过弧形止挡凸起322对定位销钉之钉帽372起到阻挡作用,避免定位销钉之钉帽372脱离限位槽36。
在其中一些实施例中,雾化器还包括用于在雾化器本体1的第一端插设于调气槽31时将调气环32与雾化器本体1相连的连接结构。可以理解地,请结合参阅图2、图3和图4,在其中一些实施例中,连接结构包括凸设于调气环32上的拨动齿4和凹设于雾化器本体1上以配合拨动齿4卡扣相连的拨动槽5,在雾化器本体1的第一端插设于调气槽31时,拨动齿4与拨动槽5卡扣相连,以使雾化器本体1可带动调气环32相对于连接座2旋转。在其中另一些实施例中,连接结构包括凹设于调气环32上的拨动槽5和凸设于雾化器本体1上以配合拨动槽5卡扣相连的拨动齿4,在雾化器本体1的第一端插设于调气槽31时,拨动齿4与拨动槽5卡扣相连,以使雾化器本体1可带动调气环32相对于连接座2旋转。可以理解地,在其中一些实施例中,拨动齿4设置于调气环32轴向的一端的端面上,拨动槽5对应设置于雾化器本体1的端面上,以方便拨动齿4与拨动槽5的插接配合。并且,拨动槽5与拨动齿4的数量可以设置为两个但不局限于两个,拨动槽5与拨动齿4的数量还可以设置为一个或三个以上。当拨动槽5与拨动齿4的数量为两个以上时,可进一步增连接结构连接调气环32与雾化器本体1的稳定性。
可以理解地,请结合参阅图2、图10和图12,在其中一些实施例中,连接结构包括将调气环32磁吸连接于雾化器本体1上的磁吸件6。可以理解地,磁吸件6的数量可以设置为两个但不局限于两个,磁吸件6的数量还可以设置为三个以上,以进一步增强磁吸件6磁吸连接调气环32与雾化器本体1的稳定性。具体地,磁吸件6为设置于雾化器本体1上的第一磁铁,且调气环32为由可磁化的材料制成的磁性件。或者,磁吸件6包括设置于雾化器本体1上的第一磁铁和与第一磁铁对应设置以配合第一磁铁磁吸连接的第二磁铁,第二磁铁设于调气环32上。通过设置拨动齿4与拨动槽5的卡扣连接结构,并设置将调气环32磁吸连接于雾化器本体1上的磁吸件6,防止在周向旋转雾化器本体1的过 程中调气环32与雾化器本体1脱离,从而增强雾化器本体1带动调气环32相对于连接座2旋转的稳定性,有利于提升用户调气体验。
请结合参阅图13,本实用新型实施例还提供一种气溶胶发生装置,气溶胶发生装置包括上述任一实施例提供的雾化器和用于向雾化器供电的电源装置7。因气溶胶发生装置具有上述任一实施例提供的雾化器的全部技术特征,故其具有与上述任一实施例提供的雾化器相同的技术效果。
可以理解地,请结合参阅图6和图7,在其中一些实施例中,连接座2之第二连接端22的端面上凹设有套接槽221,套接槽221套接于电源装置7靠近雾化器本体1的一端上,以将雾化器本体1连接于电源装置7上,雾化器本体1内部设有用于存储气溶胶形成基质的储液腔13、与储液腔13分隔设置的雾化腔14,以及连通储液腔13与雾化腔14进液孔15,雾化器本体1轴向的第二端还设有出烟口114,雾化腔14与出烟口114连通。请结合参阅图6和图8,在其中一些实施例中,连接座2通过螺钉10固定于电源装置7上。并且,请结合参阅图9、图10和图11,在其中一些实施例中,连接座2上还设有固定件24,固定件24通过螺钉固定于电源装置7上,以进一步增强连接座2与电源装置7连接的稳固性。
可以理解地,请结合参阅图1和图12,在其中一些实施例中,雾化器本体1还包括内部具有容纳腔的储液件11和用于加热并雾化气溶胶形成基质的雾化组件12,雾化组件12至少部分收容于容纳腔中,以使储液件11内于雾化组件12之外的部分界定出储液腔13,雾化组件12内具有与储液腔13分隔设置的雾化腔14,进液孔15设于雾化组件12上,雾化组件12上还设有连通雾化腔14与调气槽31的导气口16。
可以理解地,请结合参阅图6、图7和图12,在其中一些实施例中,储液件11包括内部具有容纳腔的主壳体111和通过密封件8密封装配于主壳体111的底端开口上的底座112,出烟口114设于主壳体111的顶端,底座112上设有可供雾化组件12的雾化座121安装于储液件11的容置腔的通孔,雾化组件 12包括至少部分收容于容纳腔内的雾化座121、底端支撑于雾化座121上的雾化壳122和用于通电发热工作的雾化芯123,雾化座121支撑并固定于底座112上的通孔中,雾化壳122的内腔形成雾化腔14,雾化芯123支撑并固定于雾化座121上,且雾化芯123位于雾化腔14内,雾化壳122的顶端设有连通雾化腔14与出烟口114的导烟管124,主壳体111内部于雾化壳122及导烟管124之外的空腔部分界定出储液腔13,进液孔15设于雾化壳122的侧壁上,导气口16设于雾化座121和/或底座112上。可以理解地,雾化芯123可以是但不限于由筒状导液棉包裹的电发热丝或外廓呈筒状的陶瓷发热芯,雾化芯上包裹有缓冲件125。则储液腔13中的气溶胶形成基质通过进液孔15进入雾化腔14,设于雾化腔14中的雾化芯123在电驱动下对气溶胶形成基质进行加热,使得气溶胶形成基质雾化形成烟雾。用户***具有出烟口114的烟嘴113抽吸时,外界的空气经由连接座2上的进气口33进入雾化腔14,并与雾化腔14中的烟雾混合后一起经由导烟管124导入出烟口114,用户便可吸食烟雾而达到模拟吸烟的效果。
请结合参阅图2、图11和图12,在其中一些实施例中,电源装置7还包括将雾化芯123与电源装置7的控制板进行电连接的电极71和支撑并固定电极71的绝缘密封件10,连接座2上还设有连通调气槽31和套接槽221的电极孔23,绝缘密封件10设置于电极孔23中,绝缘密封件10上设有供电极穿过的穿过孔,电极的一端与电源装置7的控制板电连接,电极71的另一端穿过穿过孔与雾化芯123电连接。储液件11上设有连通储液腔13的注液口115,注液口115上设有注液塞116,注液塞116上设有将注液塞116固定于储液件11上的固定销钉117,储液件11上设有供固定销钉117插装的销钉孔。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种雾化器,用于气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,包括:
    雾化器本体,用于存储气溶胶形成基质,并将气溶胶形成基质雾化形成可供用户吸食的烟雾;
    连接座,用于将所述雾化器本体连接于所述气溶胶发生装置的电源装置上,所述连接座沿其轴向具有第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端用于与所述雾化器本体相连,所述第二连接端用于与所述电源装置相连;以及
    调气结构,包括凹设于所述第一连接端之端面上的调气槽、可沿所述连接座的周向转动地设置于所述调气槽内的调气环、开设于所述连接座上并与所述调气槽连通的进气口,以及开设于所述调气环上的调气口,在所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转时,所述调气口可选择性地与所述进气口对位并连通,以改变所述调气口与所述进气口的连通面积;
    其中,所述雾化器本体轴向的第一端可沿所述连接座的周向转动地安装于所述调气槽中,以将所述雾化器本体连接于所述连接座的第一连接端,并使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转,且在所述雾化器本体的第一端安装于所述调气槽中时,所述调气槽与所述雾化器本体的雾化腔连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调气结构还包括设于所述调气环上的限位槽,以及与所述限位槽滑动配合以限定所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转角度的限位件,所述限位件设置于所述调气槽中,且所述限位件至少部分容置于所述限位槽中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述限位件为定位销钉,所述定位销钉的销钉本体固定设置于所述调气槽中,所述定位销钉的钉帽至少部分容置于所述限位槽中。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括用于在所述雾化器本体的第一端插设于所述调气槽时将所述调气环与雾化器 本体相连的连接结构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括凸设于所述调气环上的拨动齿和凹设于所述雾化器本体上以配合所述拨动齿卡扣相连的拨动槽,在所述雾化器本体的第一端插设于所述调气槽时,所述拨动齿与所述拨动槽卡扣相连,以使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转;或者,所述连接结构包括凹设于所述调气环上的拨动槽和凸设于所述雾化器本体上以配合所述拨动槽卡扣相连的拨动齿,在所述雾化器本体的第一端插设于所述调气槽时,所述拨动齿与所述拨动槽卡扣相连,以使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接座旋转。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括将所述调气环磁吸连接于所述雾化器本体上的磁吸件,所述磁吸件设于所述雾化器本体和/或所述调气环上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述磁吸件为设置于所述雾化器本体上的第一磁铁,且所述调气环为由可磁化的材料制成的磁性件;或者,所述磁吸件包括设置于所述雾化器本体上的第一磁铁和与所述第一磁铁对应设置以配合所述第一磁铁磁吸连接的第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁设于所述调气环上。
  8. 一种雾化器,用于气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,包括:
    雾化器本体,用于存储气溶胶形成基质,并将气溶胶形成基质雾化形成可供用户吸食的烟雾;
    连接套筒,用于将所述雾化器本体连接于所述气溶胶发生装置的电源装置上,所述连接套筒沿其轴向具有第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端用于套于所述雾化器本体上,所述第二连接端用于套于所述电源装置上;以及
    调气结构,包括由临近所述第一连接端的筒腔部分形成的调气槽、可沿所述连接套筒的周向转动地设置于所述调气槽内的调气环、开设于所述连接套筒上并与所述调气槽连通的进气口,以及开设于所述调气环上的调气口,在所述调气环相对于所述连接套筒旋转时,所述调气口可选择性地与所述进气口对位 并连通,以改变所述调气口与所述进气口的连通面积;
    其中,所述雾化器本体至少部分由所述第一连接端的端口插设于所述调气槽中,以使所述连接套筒套于所述雾化器本体上,且所述调气槽与所述雾化器本体的雾化腔连通,所述雾化器本体可沿所述连接套筒的周向转动,以使所述雾化器本体可带动所述调气环相对于所述连接套筒旋转。
  9. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8任一项所述的雾化器和用于向所述雾化器供电的电源装置,所述连接座之第二连接端固定于所述电源装置上,所述雾化器本体内部设有用于存储气溶胶形成基质的储液腔、与所述储液腔分隔设置的雾化腔,以及连通所述储液腔与所述雾化腔的进液孔,所述雾化器本体轴向的第二端还设有供所述雾化腔内的烟雾流出的出烟口,所述雾化腔与所述出烟口连通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体还包括内部具有容纳腔的储液件和用于加热并雾化气溶胶形成基质的雾化组件,所述雾化组件至少部分收容于所述容纳腔中,以使所述储液件内于所述雾化组件之外的部分界定出所述储液腔,所述雾化组件内具有与所述储液腔分隔设置的雾化腔,所述进液孔设于所述雾化组件上,所述雾化组件上还设有连通所述雾化腔与所述调气槽的导气口。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述储液件包括内部具有所述容纳腔的主壳体和密封装配于所述主壳体的底端开口上的底座,所述出烟口设于所述主壳体的顶端,所述雾化组件包括至少部分收容于所述容纳腔内的雾化座、底端支撑于所述雾化座上的雾化壳和用于通电发热工作的雾化芯,所述雾化座支撑并固定于所述底座上,所述雾化壳的内腔形成所述雾化腔,所述雾化芯支撑并固定于所述雾化座上,且所述雾化芯位于所述雾化腔内,所述雾化壳的顶端设有连通所述雾化腔与所述出烟口的导烟管,所述主壳体内部于所述雾化壳及所述导烟管之外的空腔部分界定出所述储液腔,所述进液孔设于所述雾化壳的侧壁上,所述导气口设于所述雾化座和/或所述底座上。
