Abstract
Description
コンバインの全体を図示しないが、コンバインは、前車輪および後車輪などの走行装置で支持され、かつ、搭乗型の運転部、および、エンジンを有する原動部が形成された走行機体を備えている。走行機体の前部に、圃場の稲や麦などの直立作物を刈取り、刈取作物を後方に搬送する刈取搬送部が設けられている。刈取搬送部は、植立作物を刈り取る刈取部と、刈取部が刈り取った刈取作物を後方に搬送する搬送装置としてのフィーダ1(図1参照)を備えている。走行機体の後部に、フィーダ1が搬送する刈取穀稈を脱穀対象物として受け入れて脱穀処理し、脱穀処理後の処理物に選別処理を施す脱穀装置2(図1参照)、および、選別処理によって得られた穀粒を回収して貯留する穀粒タンク(図示せず)が設けられている。
脱穀装置2および扱胴3の説明にあたり、脱穀装置2および扱胴3の処理始端側[穀稈投入側(図1の紙面左側)]を「前」とし、脱穀装置2及び扱胴3の処理終端側[穀稈排出側(図1の紙面右側)]を「後」とする。
扱胴3は、図1に示されるように、扱室4の前後方向に沿う姿勢で扱室4に設けられ、扱胴軸芯Pを回転中心として回転駆動される扱胴支軸5と、扱胴支軸5の前部に支持されている掻込み部13と、扱胴支軸5のうち、掻込み部13よりも後側の部分に支持されている扱き処理部14とを備えている。掻込み部13の後部と扱き処理部14の前部とが接続されている。扱胴支軸5は、水平姿勢で前壁9および後壁10に支持されている。
掻込み部13は、図1に示されるように、扱胴3の前端側ほど小径である基台部13aと、基台部13aの外周部から基台部13aの外側に向かって立ち上がる状態で基台部13aの外周部に設けられた螺旋羽根13bとを備えている。2つの螺旋羽根13bが備えられている。2つの螺旋羽根13bは、基台部13aの周方向に間隔を空けて並んだ2重螺旋状で、基台部13aの後端部から先端部に亘って設けられている。
扱き処理部14には、図1に示されるように、扱胴支軸5のうち、掻込み部13の後部に対応する部分に支持される前支持部材17、扱胴支軸5のうちの前支持部材17よりも後側の部分に支持される後支持部材19、扱胴支軸5のうち、前支持部材17と後支持部材19との間の部分に支持される3つの中間支持部材20が備えられている。3つの中間支持部材20は、扱胴支軸5の前後方向に等間隔を空けて並んでいる。以下において、3つの中間支持部材20のうち、最も前の中間支持部材20を第1の中間支持部材20aと呼称し、3つの中間支持部材20のうち、中間の中間支持部材20を第2の中間支持部材20bと呼称し、3つの中間支持部材20のうち、最も後の中間支持部材20を第3の中間支持部材20cと呼称する。
選別部2Bの説明にあたり、選別部2Bの処理始端側(図1の紙面左側)を「前」とし、選別部2Bの処理終端側(図1の紙面右側)を「後」とする。
図1に示される鉛直線L1は、1番スクリューコンベヤ30の中心30cを通る線である。グレンパン25は、受網8の前部分8F、すなわち、受網8のうち、前端部8aと鉛直線L1が通る中間部8bとの間の部分の下方に位置している。グレンパン25の後端部から篩い線26が後ろ向きに延ばされている。シーブケース23の後部内に、第1チャフシーブ27および第2チャフシーブ28が支持されている。第1チャフシーブ27は、受網8のうちの後部分8Rの下方に位置している。第2チャフシーブ28は、選別部2Bの前後方向において第1チャフシーブ27と重複する状態、かつ、第1チャフシーブ27の下方に位置する状態でシーブケース23に支持されている。
図1に示されるように、選別部2Bの前部に唐箕29が設けられている。唐箕29には、ファンケース29aが備えられている。ファンケース29aの内部に、選別部2Bの横幅方向に延びる回転軸芯Xを有する複数の回転羽根29bが設けられている。ファンケース29aの両横側部に、ファンケース29aの外部から内部に選別風を吸入する吸気口29cが開口されている。ファンケース29aの後部に、選別風を後側に向けて第1チャフシーブ27および第2チャフシーブ28に沿うように吐出する吐出口29dが開口されている。
(1)上記した実施形態では、扱胴支軸5が水平姿勢で支持される構成を示したが、後上りの傾斜姿勢で支持されるものであってもよい。

Claims (8)
- 圃場の植立作物を刈取る刈取部と、
前記刈取部によって刈り取られた刈取作物の全体が投入される扱室、前記扱室に回転可能な状態で設けられ、前記扱室に投入された刈取作物の脱穀処理を行う扱胴、前記扱胴の下方に設けられた受網、前記受網から漏下した処理物の選別処理を行う選別部を有する脱穀装置と、が備えられ、
前記扱胴は、前記扱室の前後方向に沿う姿勢で前記扱室に回転可能に設けられる扱胴支軸と、前記扱胴支軸に沿った状態、かつ、前記扱胴の周方向に間隔を空けた状態で前記扱胴支軸に支持される複数の棒状の扱歯支持部材と、複数の前記扱歯支持部材それぞれにおいて、前記扱歯支持部材から前記扱胴の径方向外側に向けて突出する状態、かつ、前記扱胴支軸に沿った方向に間隔を空けた状態で前記扱歯支持部材に支持される複数の棒状の扱歯と、を備え、
前記選別部は、前記受網の下方に揺動駆動可能に位置するシーブケースと、前記シーブケースの内部に支持され、前記受網から漏下した処理物を受け止め、受け止めた処理物を前記選別部の後方に向けて移送しながら選別処理する第1チャフシーブと、前記選別部の前後方向において前記第1チャフシーブと重複する状態、かつ、前記第1チャフシーブの下方に位置する状態で前記シーブケースに支持され、前記第1チャフシーブから漏下した処理物を受け止め、受け止めた処理物を前記選別部の後方に向けて移送しながら選別処理する第2チャフシーブと、前記選別部の前部に設けられ、前記選別部の後方に向けて前記第1チャフシーブおよび前記第2チャフシーブに沿う選別風を供給する唐箕と、を備えているコンバイン。 - 前記扱胴支軸は、水平姿勢で設けられている請求項1に記載のコンバイン。
- 前記唐箕の後方に設けられ、1番選別物を回収して前記選別部の横幅方向に沿う方向に搬送する1番スクリューコンベヤが備えられ、

前記第1チャフシーブの後部および前記第2チャフシーブの後部は、前記2番スクリューコンベヤの中心よりも後側まで延ばされている請求項1または2に記載のコンバイン。 - 前記第2チャフシーブの後部の下方から前下がり姿勢で前記2番スクリューコンベヤの上方を通って前記1番スクリューコンベヤに向けて延び、1番選別物を前記1番スクリューコンベヤに案内するガイド部が備えられている請求項3に記載のコンバイン。
- 前記唐箕は、選別風を前記唐箕の横外側から吸入して前記唐箕の後側へ向けて吐出するように構成され、
前記唐箕と、前記第1チャフシーブおよび前記第2チャフシーブと、の間に、前記唐箕が吐出する選別風を前記第1チャフシーブおよび前記第2チャフシーブに向けて流れるように案内する筒状の風路部材が備えられている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコンバイン。 - 前記風路部材の吹出し口が前記第1チャフシーブおよび前記第2チャフシーブの前方において、前記第1チャフシーブおよび前記第2チャフシーブに対向するように設けられている請求項5に記載のコンバイン。
- 前記風路部材は、前記第1チャフシーブおよび前記第2チャフシーブの延び方向に沿って選別風を吹き出すように構成されている請求項5または6に記載のコンバイン。
- 前記扱胴は、前記扱胴の前部に設けられ、前記扱室に投入された刈取作物を前記扱室の後方に向けて掻込む掻込み部と、前記掻込み部の後部に接続され、前記扱歯支持部材および前記扱歯によって構成された扱き処理部と、を備え、
前記唐箕は、前記選別部の横幅方向に延びる回転軸芯を有する回転羽根を備え、かつ、前記選別部の前後方向において、前記回転軸芯は、前記掻込み部の存在範囲内に設けられている請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のコンバイン。
