Description
本申请要求于2021年6月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110649204.8、发明名称为“一种基于人工神经网络的机器人外界接触力估计方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请属于机器人控制技术领域,特别涉及一种基于人工神经网络的机器人外界接触力估计方法。
当今世界中,机器人可代替或协助人类完成各种工作,例如枯燥的、危险的、有毒的、有害的工作,都可由机器人处理。它的应用领域很广,包括制造业领域、资源勘探开发、救灾排险、医疗服务、家庭娱乐、军事和航天等。机器人是工业及非产业界的重要生产和服务性设备,也是先进制造技术领域不可缺少的自动化设备。机器人控制技术对机器人的性能起着决定性的作用,在很大程度上影响着机器人的发展。然而,在机器人控制领域,机器人模型的时变性和非线性是实现对机器人精确控制所面临的一个非常重要的问题。不准确的机器人模型会造成操作机器人的不稳定和难以操作。不仅如此,机器人***也经常会受到各种外界未知干扰的影响,比如,环境噪声、测量噪声等,这使得对机器人的控制变得更加棘手。因此,关于如何解决机器人控制***中模型不确定问题就成为人们研究的热点。目前提出的网络延迟控制方法主要有以下几种:(1)采用自适应控制方法设计自适应控制率在线估计机器人模型参数;(2)采用鲁棒控制或滑模控制方法设计控制率消除模型不确定部分;(3)采用反推控制和反馈线性化控制消除模型非线性部分;(4)采用智能控制方法控制,如基于神经网络的控制和模糊控制。在这几种方法中,基于智能算法的机器人控制技术的优势在于智能化和控制更加精确化,而且不依赖某个的机器人数学模型,它也是未来的机器人控制发展趋势。然而,在当前的研究中,这种方法的研究仍然不多还不成熟,且计算量大。因此,如何设计一个有效的方法在高效抑制各种干扰带来的影响的同时,又可以精确估计出机器人模型是一个亟待解决的问题。
除了机器人模型复杂性这个问题,机器人控制领域存在的另一个问题是外界环境作用在机器人上的力的获取。在当前的研究中,一般有三种获取方式:(1)使用传感器测量;(2)利用模型计算;(3)设计观测器估计。首先,对于传感器测量方法,传感器测量信息会伴随噪声,这样的反馈数据会带来***控制的不精确。其次,对于利用模型计算方法,外界环境的力反馈模型通常简化为由弹簧-质量-阻尼组成的模型,然后通过对模型当中弹簧参数、质量参数和阻尼参数的估计来计算力数据。当前情况下采用该模型估计并计算外界环境力的研究很多,但是这种模型计算方法非常依赖模型的精确性,有些情况下,这些模型无法准确表达外界环境力的动力学模型,模型估计计算得到的力信息将会有很大的偏差。同样,这种模型估计方法也需要测量的位置信号,如果位置信号存在噪声,得到的力估计值也无法用于实际控制中。最后,近些年来为了解决以上两种力信息获取方式带来的 问题,设计观测器估计力的方法被提了出来,当前研究提出来的观测器很多,比如非线性干扰观测器、滑模观测器、Nicosia观测器、扩展主观观测器(EAOB)等,然后,基本上这些观测器要么需要知道精确的机器人数学模型,要么没有考虑外界未知干扰带来的影响。因此,如何构建一个高效观测器精确估计外界环境施加力也是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了构建一个高效观测器精确估计外界环境施加力,本申请提出一种基于人工神经网络的机器人外界接触力估计方法,包括:
S1:对机器人动力学模型进行变型处理,将其分成线性模型部分和非线性模型部分;
S2:针对机器人模型非线性部分,采用径向基函数神经网络对进行近似逼近,获得新的机器人动力学模型;
S3:针对得到的新的机器人动力学模型,设计基于径向基函数神经网络的自适应观测器来估计模型非线性部分和未知干扰;
S4:将估计出的模型非线性部分和未知干扰反馈到***模型中,对相应部分进行补偿,获取线性化的机器人动力学模型;
S5:当外界施加力作用在机器人上时,根据线性化的机器人动力学模型,设计主观观测器对外界施加力进行估计。
进一步的,对机器人动力学模型进行变型处理,将其分成线性模型部分和非线性模型部分具体包括:

与现有机器人模型识别方法相比,本申请不需要依赖任何形式的机器人数学模型;同时本申请还考虑了实际机器人控制***中未知干扰和外界环境噪声的影响,在有效地抑制了各种干扰影响的同时,又对***模型非线性部分进行了在线估计,并将其反馈补偿,实现了对机器人模型的线性化和简单化。不但如此,与现有的外界施加力估计器,本申请采用的力估计器基于RBFNN智能算法,它既不需要精确的机器人数学模型,也能消除外界未知干扰带来的影响。

本申请提出一种基于人工神经网络的机器人外界接触力估计方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:对机器人动力学模型进行变型处理,将其分成线性模型部分和非线性模型部分;
S2:针对机器人模型非线性部分,采用径向基函数神经网络对进行近似逼近,获得新的机器人动力学模型;
S3:针对得到的新的机器人动力学模型,设计基于径向基函数神经网络的自适应观测器来估计模型非线性部分和未知干扰;
S4:将估计出的模型非线性部分和未知干扰反馈到***模型中,对相应部分进行补偿,获取线性化的机器人动力学模型;
S5:当外界施加力作用在机器人上时,根据线性化的机器人动力学模型,设计主观观测器对外界施加力进行估计。
实施例1
在本实施例中,一种基于人工神经网络的机器人外界接触力估计方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,对机器人动力学模型进行变型处理,将其分成线性模型部分和非线性模型部分;
第二步,根据第一步中得到的机器人模型非线性部分,采用径向基函数神经网络(RBFNN)对其进行近似逼近,获得新的机器人动力学模型;
第三步,针对第二步中得到的新机器人动力学模型,设计基于径向基函数神经网络的自适应观测器来估计模型非线性部分和未知干扰;
第四步,将估计出的模型非线性部分和未知干扰反馈到***模型中,对相应部分进行补偿,获取线性化的机器人动力学模型;
第五步,当外界施加力作用在机器人上时,根据第四步中得到的线性化机器人模型,设计主观观测器(AOB)对外界施加力进行估计。

实验结果证明了所述基于人工神经网络的机器人外界接触力估计方法的有效性,它不但很好地估计机器人动力学模型非线性部分,并对其进行补偿,而且也抑制了环境噪声带来的影响,实现了机器人控制***的轨迹精确跟踪。同时,本申请提出的力估计观测器也很好地实现在环境噪声干扰下对外界施加力的有效估计。需要说明的是,本申请所述的机器人控制***的模型识别方法的思想,也可以拓展用于处理其他的工业控制***的模型识别问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本申请的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本申请的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本申请的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

- 基于人工神经网络的机器人外界接触力估计方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1:对机器人动力学模型进行变型处理,将其分成线性模型部分和非线性模型部分;S2:针对机器人模型非线性部分,采用径向基函数神经网络对进行近似逼近,获得新的机器人动力学模型;S3:针对得到的新的机器人动力学模型,设计基于径向基函数神经网络的自适应观测器来估计模型非线性部分和未知干扰;S4:将估计出的模型非线性部分和未知干扰反馈到***模型中,对相应部分进行补偿,获取线性化的机器人动力学模型;S5:当外界施加力作用在机器人上时,根据线性化的机器人动力学模型,设计主观观测器对外界施加力进行估计。
- 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,对机器人动力学模型进行变型处理,将其分成线性模型部分和非线性模型部分具体包括:S14、利用一个稳定的伴随矩阵,且存在两个正定对称矩阵使得伴随矩阵满足李雅普诺夫方程,利用该伴随矩阵对模型状态空间方程进行变型处理获取稳定的线性表达式;
- 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,针对机器人模型非线性部分,采用径向基函数神经网络对进行近似逼近,获得新的机器人动力学模型,具体包括:S21、根据任意非线性函数,确定径向基函数神经网络表达式;S22、基于径向基函数神经网络的表达式对机器人动力学模型非线性部分进行逼近;S23、根据近似逼近得到的非线性部分代入机器人动力学模型,即将机器人动力学模型的非线性部分替换为人工神经网络近似逼近得到的非线性部分,获得新的机器人动力学模型。
