一种电子烟器具 技术领域
本发明属于电子烟技术领域,涉及一种电子烟器具。
背景技术
当前市面上的电子烟产品的烟油,都是由有香精、尼古丁盐、食用级丙二醇(Propylene Glycol,简称PG)、蔬菜甘油(Vegetable Glycerin,简称VG)为主要组成分组成的。其中食用级丙二醇、蔬菜甘油(PG/VG)作为电子烟油的基础成分之一(承载尼古丁与调味剂&香精),主要用来“承载大部分烟油风味”并产生“少量雾气”和“击喉感”。尼古丁是香烟的成瘾物质,烟油里的微量尼古丁可以保证烟瘾得到满足。烟油的各种风味都是调味剂调出来的,调味剂与香精更容易依附在PG中,电子烟油的口味一般分为四种:烟草口味,水果口味,草本口味,饮料口味。
一些研究表明,某些香精与尼古丁混合后会使大脑对尼古丁的成瘾性及反应性产生协同增强或拮抗减弱的作用。香精香料与尼古丁混合后加热雾化可能会产生一定的毒性作用。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种电子烟器具,可以同时存储两种或多种烟油,实现尼古丁与口味添加剂烟油同时分隔雾化,其雾化液在口中同时释放达到融合,而不需要把尼古丁烟油和香精烟油混合加热雾化。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案是:
一种电子烟器具,其特殊之处在于:

本发明提出一种电子烟器具,包括壳体1,所述壳体1内设有至少两个雾化器2,每个雾化器2分别对应一个储油仓3,壳体1内设有多个雾化室,雾化器2位于雾化室内。其中一个储油仓3存储PG/VG和尼古丁,其余储油仓3存储不同口味的香精和PG/VG,利用独立的电子烟雾化器2具同时将尼古丁和其中一种口味的香精雾化,从而减低化学物质混合加热后产生的毒性作用;另一方面,口味作为独立的雾化***可根据用户喜好搭配同一套尼古丁***随时更换。
电子烟器具的壳体1内还设置有控制单元9、进气路径10、电池12和气流传感器11,所述控制单元9对雾化器2进行控制。控制单元9分别与电池12、 雾化器2和气流传感器11电连接。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图1,雾化器2的数量优选两个,两个雾化器2分别对应一个储油仓3,两个雾化器在壳体内对称设置,储油仓3都可从电子烟器具拆卸进行更换。雾化器2在储油仓的上方,储油仓3内有一根纤维芯,纤维芯将储油仓内的烟油吸到雾化器中。控制单元9位于储油仓3的下方,电池12位于控制单元9的下方。
每个雾化器2对应一个独立的烟雾路径4,各个独立的烟雾路径4的出口汇入主通道5。尼古丁和香精分别通过其对应的雾化器2进行雾化,其烟雾开始相对独立,但是在离开烟嘴之前需要进行混合,不影响使用口感。

在本发明的一些实施例中,壳体1上会设置电源开关,用户使用时需先打开电源开关,然后控制单元9开始进入待机状态;壳体1上还可以设置指示灯,当指示灯亮的时候表明电子烟开始工作了,指示灯熄灭表明电子烟停止工作,对人起到一个提示作用,能直观的了解电子烟的工作状态。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图1,电子烟器具里的每个雾化器2分别对应一个控制单元9,各控制单元9分别控制其对应的雾化器2进行工作,各控制单元9独立的对其对应的雾化器2进行控制。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2,电子烟器具内所有雾化器2由一个控制单元9进行控制,相应的,电池也为一个,节约成本。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电子烟器具,其特征在于:
    所述主通道(5)包括混合腔(7)和流出段(8),混合腔(7)和流出段(8)连通,混合腔(7)和流出段(8)之间有圆弧过渡段,烟雾路径(4)的出口汇入混合腔(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电子烟器具,其特征在于:
    所述烟雾路径(4)倾斜设置,其出口高于入口,所述主通道(5)垂直设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种电子烟器具,其特征在于:
    所述烟雾路径(4)的出口位于混合腔(7)的侧壁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电子烟器具,其特征在于:
    所述烟雾路径(4)的轴线与混合腔(7)的轴线错开。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电子烟器具,其特征在于:
    所述烟雾路径(4)为两个,两个烟雾路径(4)的出口以混合腔(7)轴线中心对称。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种电子烟器具,其特征在于:
    还包括控制单元(9)、进气路径(10)和气流传感器(11),所述控制单元(9)对雾化器(2)进行控制;进气路径(10)位于壳体(1)上,进气路径(10)的入口与外部连通,出口与烟雾路径(4)连通,气流传感器(11)位于进气路径(10)上,气流传感器(11)检测进气路径(10)的气流信号并传递信号给控制单元(9),控制单元(9)根据接收到的气流信号开启或关闭雾化器(2)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种电子烟器具,其特征在于:
    每个雾化器(2)分别对应一个控制单元(9),各控制单元(9)分别控制其对应的雾化器(2)进行工作,或者,所有雾化器(2)由一个控制单元(9)进行控制。
