在实际应用中,家庭中新安装一件家电设备,这里以第一家电设备来表征该家电设备。安装完成后,可以将第一家电设备注册于第一客户端,第一客户端获得注册的第一家电设备的第一标识信息;第一客户端再从服务端获取与第一标识信息关联的语音指令包。这里的语音指令包即为语音控制第一家电设备的语音指令包,包括能够控制第一家电设备的多个语音信息和各个语音信息对应的控制指令。
可选地,当家庭中存在多台注册的家电设备时,第一客户端保存有从服务端获取的多个语音指令包。此时,第一客户端或者服务端将保存的多个语音指令包进行处理;对语音指令包中的语音信息进行分类,将各语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为独有语音指令集合;将各语音指令包中的不属于独有语音指令集合的语音信息分类至共有语音指令集合。
可选地,当第一客户端接收到目标音频,并对目标音频进行解析,发现目标音频中存在已注册的多个语音指令包中含有的语音信息;则将目标音频对应的目标语音信息发送给服务端;服务端获得第一客户端发送来的目标音频对应的目标语音信息时,确定目标语音信息对应的目标控制指令。
可选地,当确定的目标语音信息属于独有语音信息集合时,则直接根据语音指令包,确定目标语音信息对应的目标控制指令,并将目标控制指令发送给第二客户端即可。
可选地,如果目标语音信息不属于独有语音集合,则确定目标音频中的目标设备 唤醒段,并根据目标设备唤醒段和目标语音信息确定目标控制指令。这样,可以实现某一家电设备独有的语音信息,在用户进行语音控制时,可以直接用目标控制指令对应的目标语音信息来语音控制该家电设备,并使该家电设备能够执行目标控制指令。但是,当目标音频中包含不属于独有语音集合的语音信息时,则需要用户在语音控制时在发出的目标音频指令时同时携带对应目标家电设备的目标设备唤醒段和用于控制该目标家电设备的目标指令描述段。这样,如果希望目标家电设备执行的控制动作对应的语音控制指令是该目标家电设备独有的,则用户既无需先“唤醒”目标家电设备,也无需在语音控制指令中携带与目标家电设备关联的唤醒段,即可实现对目标家电设备的语音控制;从而简化用户对目标家电设备进行语音控制的操作过程,为用户对家电设备进行控制提供方便。
可选地,根据目标设备唤醒段和目标语音信息确定目标控制指令,包括:根据目标设备唤醒段,确定目标音频所要求控制的目标家电设备;从信息库中,确定目标家电设备关联的目标语音指令包;根据目标语音信息和目标语音指令包,确定目标控制指令。
这样,如果希望目标家电设备执行的控制动作对应的语音控制指令不是该目标家电设备独有的,则用户在需要在语音控制时,同时发出目标设备唤醒段和目标指令描述段,也可以实现用户对于希望控制的家电的准确控制,仍然节省了用户先“唤醒”目标家电设备需要的时间,提高了语音控制效率。
在该过程中,用户可以通过自定义已注册的各家电设备的语音唤醒段,以实现对各家电设备的准确控制,以避免目标语音信中的唤醒段对应多个家电设备的情况。
可选地,如果第一客户端接收到新的家电设备关联的第二客户端的注册,则获取新的家电设备的标识信息,及其关联的语音指令包;并将信息库中包含新获取的语音指令包和原有的多个语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为新的独有语音集合,以更新原有的独有语音集合。
这样,当家庭中新配置家电设备时,可以即使将新注册于第一客户端的家电设备所对应的语音指令包,及时加入服务端的独有语音集合分类中,实现了语音控制方案的及时更新。
结合图2所示,本公开实施例提供另一种语音信息处理方法,包括:
S21,第一客户端接收到多个家电设备关联的第二客户端的注册,并将第二客户端关联的多个家电设备的标识信息,以及多个家电设备各自关联的语音指令包上传至服务端,以使服务端将多个语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为独有语音集合。

结合图4所示,本公开实施例提供一种用于语音信息处理的装置,包括处理器(processor)100和存储器(memory)101。可选地,该装置还可以包括通信接口(Communication Interface)102和总线103。其中,处理器100、通信接口102、存储器101可以通过总线103完成相互间的通信。通信接口102可以用于信息传输。处理器100可以调用存储器101中的逻辑指令,以执行上述任一实施例的语音信息处理方法。

  1. 一种语音信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务端获得语音指令信息库,所述信息库中保存有当前第一客户端已注册的多个家电设备的标识信息,以及多个家电设备各自关联的语音指令包;其中,语音指令包具有多个语音信息,以及多个语音信息各自对应的控制指令;
    将所述信息库中多个语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为独有语音集合;
    当获得第一客户端发送的目标音频时,确定所述目标音频中的目标指令描述段,以及所述目标指令描述段对应的目标语音信息;
    如果所述目标语音信息属于独有语音集合,则从所述信息库中确定与所述目标语音信息对应的目标控制指令;
    将所述目标控制指令发送给所述目标语音信息对应的目标家电设备关联的第二客户端,以使所述第二客户端根据所述目标控制指令控制所述目标家电设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    如果所述目标语音信息不属于独有语音集合,则确定所述目标音频中的目标设备唤醒段,并根据所述目标设备唤醒段和所述目标语音信息确定目标控制指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标设备唤醒段和所述目标语音信息确定目标控制指令,包括:
    根据所述目标设备唤醒段,确定所述目标音频所要求控制的目标家电设备;
    从所述信息库中,确定所述目标家电设备关联的目标语音指令包;
    根据目标语音信息和所述目标语音指令包,确定目标控制指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    如果所述第一客户端接收到新的家电设备关联的第二客户端的注册,则获取新的家电设备的标识信息,及其关联的语音指令包;并将所述信息库中包含新获取的语音指令包和原有的多个语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为新的独有语音集合,以更新原有的独有语音集合。
  5. 一种语音信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一客户端接收到多个家电设备关联的第二客户端的注册,并将所述第二客户端关联的多个家电设备的标识信息,以及多个家电设备各自关联的语音指令包上传至服务端,以使所述服务端将多个语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为独 有语音集合;
    发送目标音频至所述服务端,以使所述服务端确定所述目标音频中的目标指令描述段,以及所述目标指令描述段对应的目标语音信息,并在所述目标语音信息属于独有语音集合的情况下,从所述信息库中确定与所述目标语音信息对应的目标控制指令并发送给所述第二客户端。
  6. 一种语音信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二客户端关联的多个家电设备注册于第一客户端,并将多个家电设备的标识信息,以及多个家电设备各自关联的语音指令包上传至服务端,以使所述服务端将多个语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为独有语音集合;
    当接收到所述服务端发送的目标控制指令时,根据所述目标控制指令控制所述目标家电设备。
  7. 一种语音信息处理***,其特征在于,包括:
    服务端、第一客户端以及第二客户端;
    所述服务端,用于获得当前所述第一客户端已注册的多个家电设备的标识信息,以及多个家电设备各自关联的语音指令包;其中,语音指令包具有多个语音信息,以及多个语音信息各自对应的控制指令;将所述信息库中多个语音指令包中各自独有的语音信息的集合作为独有语音集合;当获得第一客户端发送的目标音频时,确定所述目标音频中的目标指令描述段,以及所述目标指令描述段对应的目标语音信息;如果所述目标语音信息属于独有语音集合,则从所述信息库中确定与所述目标语音信息对应的目标控制指令;将所述目标控制指令发送给所述目标语音信息对应的目标家电设备关联的第二客户端;
    所述第一客户端,用于接收到多个家电设备关联的第二客户端的注册,并将所述第二客户端关联的多个家电设备的标识信息,以及多个家电设备各自关联的语音指令包上传至所述服务端;和发送目标音频至所述服务端;
    所述第二客户端,用于将其关联的多个家电设备注册于所述第一客户端,并执行所述服务端发送的目标控制指令。
  8. 一种用于语音信息处理的装置,包括处理器和存储有程序指令的存储器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为在执行所述程序指令时,执行如权利要求1至4任一项所述的语音信息处理方法。
  9. 一种用于语音信息处理的装置,包括处理器和存储有程序指令的存储器, 其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为在执行所述程序指令时,执行如权利要求5所述的语音信息处理方法。
  10. 一种用于语音信息处理的装置,包括处理器和存储有程序指令的存储器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为在执行所述程序指令时,执行如权利要求6所述的语音信息处理方法。
