Description

一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门 技术领域
本实用新型涉及水位控制领域,更具体地涉及一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门。
背景技术
水位控制阀门由于重量轻、体积小、方便安装维修等优点被广泛应用于各种水塔、水池等自动供水***中。常见的水位控制阀门及其连接形式如图1所示,供水管10通过设置在地面上的支撑12固定,供水管10的出口延伸到水池中,水位控制阀门40的入口连接在转接头16的后端18上,转接头16的前端14套插在供水管10的外壁上,通过热熔或粘接与供水管10连接。
然而,游泳池给水管20往往为内埋式,且游泳池给水管20的出口端和游泳池侧壁42平齐,转接头16无法套插在游泳池给水管的外壁上,导致现有的水位控制阀门40无法与内埋式游泳池给水管20直接连接。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,所述水位控制阀门的入口端为短管形,所述入口端可***游泳池给水管内,形成小间隙配合,并与所述游泳池给水管内壁粘接连接。
本实用新型还提供一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,所述水位控制阀门的入口端为短管形,所述入口端上设置有活动套管,所述活动套管可***游泳池给水管内,所述活动套管与所述入口端以及所述活动套管与所述游泳池给水管内壁均粘接连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于水位控制阀门入口端为短管形状,入口端可直接***游泳池给水管内,并与游泳池给水管内壁粘接连接。实现水位控制阀门与内埋式游泳池的给水管的直接连接。同时,本实用新型配有多种规格的活动套管,活动套管可粘接在水位控制阀门入口端上,进而现场适配不同规格游泳池给水管。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参照附图2,游泳池给水管20内埋在游泳池侧壁中,出口与游泳池侧壁42平齐。游泳池给水管20有不同的规格,在本实施例中,游泳池给水管20规格为1/2″-Sch40。
水位控制阀门38的入口端26为短管形,其材质为PVC塑料。入口端26有管状前端22,管状前端22的外径略小于游泳池给水管20内径,因此可***游泳池给水管20内。入口端26的管状前端22与游泳池给水管20内壁粘接连接。具体地,在入口端26的管状前端22外表面上均匀的涂抹PVC胶,***游泳池给水管20内孔。PVC胶在管状前端22与游泳池给水管20内壁之间形成牢固致密的密封连接层24。
本实施例游泳池给水管20规格为1/2″-Sch40,其内径为15.3毫米。入口端26的管状前端22的直径要控制在一定的范围内,才能确保既能***到游泳池给水管20内孔且间隙又不太大,间隙太大会导致粘接不牢靠。因此,优选地,入口端26的管状前端22的外径范围为13.7~15.3毫米。
图3示出了另一结构水位控制阀门,其中水位控制阀门38入口端26的尺寸保持不变,内埋游泳池给水管20规格为1/2″-SDR 13.5。本实施例与图2的区别在于,入口端26的管状前端22上设置有活动套管32,活动套管32可采用与入口端26相同材质制造,如PVC塑料。活动套管32的内孔略大于入口端26管状前端22的外径,因此活动套管32可环套在入口端26的管状前端22上,活动套管32的外径略小于游泳池给水管20内径,以便***游泳池给水管20内。
活动套管32采用如上文介绍的粘接方式与入口端26、游泳池给水管20内壁粘接连接,具体地,先在入口端26的管状前端22外表面均匀涂抹PVC胶,将活动套管32环套在管状前端22上,PVC胶在活动套管32与管状前端22之间形成密封连接层34。待活动套管32与入口端26粘接牢固后,在活动套管32的外壁均匀涂抹PVC胶,将带有活动套管32的入口端26***游泳池给水管20内,PVC胶在活动套管32与游泳池 给水管20内壁之间形成牢固致密的密封连接层30。
本实施例游泳池给水管20规格为1/2″-SDR 13.5,其内径为17.7毫米。活动套管32的外径要控制在一定的范围内,才能确保既能插到游泳池给水管20内且间隙不太大,间隙太大会导致粘接不牢靠。因此,优选地,活动套管32的外径范围为16.6~18.2毫米。
应当理解的是,图3所示的结构并非仅限于规格为1/2″-SDR 13.5的游泳池给水管。在其他优选方案中,当内埋的游泳池给水管20的规格为3/4″-Sch40时,活动套管32的外径范围优选为19.0~20.6毫米。当内埋的游泳池给水管20的规格为3/4″-SDR 21时,活动套管32的外径范围优选为22.0~23.6毫米。
图4示出了又一结构水位控制阀门,在本实施例中,水位控制阀门38的入口端36为角形。入口端36的管状前端(未示出)***游泳池给水管20的内孔,通过PVC胶与游泳池给水管20内壁粘接连接。角形的入口端36一方面缩短水位控制阀门38的轴向安装尺寸,让浮子靠近游泳池侧壁42,避免对游泳的人影响,防止碰坏水位控制阀门38;另一方面通过调整角形的入口端36的方向,进一步调整水位控制阀门38的水位控制范围,便于根据实际需要控制水池内的水位。例如安装时将入口端36的后端向下倾斜,通过降低浮子高度来控制水池内的水位。角形的构思同样适用于活动套管32的结构中。
上述各实施例中,均可在水位控制阀门38的入口端设置过滤网,以防止水中杂质颗粒堵塞水位控制阀门38。

  1. 一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于水位控制阀门的入口端为短管形,所述入口端可***游泳池给水管内,与游泳池给水管间隙配合,所述入口端与游泳池给水管内壁粘接连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于所述入口端材质为塑料。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于所述入口端外径范围为13.7~15.3毫米。
  4. 一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于水位控制阀门的入口端为短管形,所述入口端上设置有活动套管,所述活动套管可***游泳池给水管内,与游泳池给水管间隙配合,所述活动套管与所述入口端以及所述活动套管与所述游泳池给水管内壁均粘接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于所述入口端及所述活动套管材质为塑料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于所述入口端外径范围为13.7~15.3毫米。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于所述活动套管外径范围为16.6~18.2毫米。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于所述活动套管外径范围为19.0~20.6毫米。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于游泳池的水位控制阀门,其特征在于所述活动套管外径范围为22.0~23.6毫米。
