本申请第十四方面提供一种气味调节***的显示装置(例如车辆的中控显示屏(触控屏))的显示控制方法,其中,在气味调节***具有的显示装置的人机交互界面上显示香型设定界面,香型设定界面用于供用户设定香型谱,香型谱指示释放气体的香型随时间的变化。作为一个实现方式,香型谱指示香料容纳机构中的各种香料的散发速率随时间的变化。本方面可以结合上述方面中所描述的特征,这里不再重复说明。
与上述显示控制方法对应,本申请第十五方面提供一种气味调节***的控制装置,包括处理模块,用于在显示装置的人机交互界面上显示香型设定界面,香型设定界面用于供用户设定香型谱,香型谱指示释放气体的香型随时间的变化。作为一个实现方式,香型谱指示香料容纳机构中的各种香料的散发速率随时间的变化。该控制装置例如是车辆的座舱域控制器。本方面可以结合上述方面中所描述的特征,这里不再重复说明。

本申请还提供一种车辆,该车辆包括上述任一结构的控制装置、任一结构的计算设备、任一结构的气味调节装置或任一结构的香料容器,该车辆还可以是包括上述任一结构的控制装置与任一结构的气味调节装置。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行说明。
图1是本申请的一种应用场景例的示意说明图。如图1所示,在车辆400A的前窗台板401上安装有气味调节装置100,在控制装置(未图示)的控制下,气味调节装置100向车厢内散发出香味气体,由此,能够调节车厢内的气味,营造良好的车内氛围。
图2是本申请一个实施例涉及的气味调节***的结构示意框图。如图2所示,气味调节***300包括气味调节装置100与控制装置200。
气味调节装置100可以例如图1所示那样设置在车辆上,也可以设置在室内,用于向车厢内、室内等环境空间(气味调节的目标空间)内释放香味气体,以调节环境空间内的气味,营造良好的气体氛围。
气味调节装置100包括香料容纳机构110与香料散发机构120。香料容纳机构110用于容纳香料,例如可以包括容纳瓶或者容纳盒等。香料可以是液体,也可以是固态或者膏体等。另外,香料容纳机构110可以具有多个容纳瓶或容纳盒,或者容纳瓶、 容纳盒中具有多个容纳腔,从而可以容纳多种香料,能够向环境空间中散发多种类型的香味气体,这些类型包括单独一种香料形成的气体类型和多种香料混合形成的气体类型。
香料散发机构120用于使香料容纳机构110容纳的香料向环境空间中散发,其具体结构可以有多种形式,本申请没有限制。例如,可以是利用风扇或空气泵将香料吹送至环境空间中的结构,也可以是利用超声波雾化原理使香料散发至环境空间中的结构,还可以是利用二流体雾化原理使香料散发至环境空间中的结构,也可以是利用加热的方式使香料散发至环境空间中的结构。
另外,香料散发机构120构成为能够使多种香料分别向环境空间中散发,这里的“分别向环境空间中散发”的意思是在同一时刻仅有一种香料向环境空间中散发。另外,香料散发机构120还可以构成为既能够使多种香料分别向环境空间中散发,又能够使多种香料中的任意组合同时向环境空间中散发。“分别向环境空间中散发”的功能可以通过针对多种香料分别设置使其散发的结构实现,“能够使多种香料中的任意组合同时向环境空间中散发”的功能可以在前述结构的基础上,增加使不同香料各自散发而形成的气体混合的结构来实现。分别向环境空间中散发也可以称为单独散发,同时向环境空间中散发也可以称为混合散发。
控制装置200用于对气味调节装置100进行控制,具体而言是通过控制香料散发机构120从而控制香料向环境空间中的散发。作为一个实施例,控制装置200可以用电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit,ECU)来实现。另外,该控制装置200在物理空间上可以独立于气味调节装置100设置,也可以和气味调节装置100集成在一起。
另外,香料向环境空间中的散发除了可由控制装置200自动控制外,还可以由用户主动控制,例如在气味调节装置100上设置相应的控制按钮,该控制按钮包括开关按钮与香味模式调节按钮等,香味模式调节按钮用于调节释放的气体的香型。作为其他实施例,开关按钮与香味模式调节按钮也可以是存在于控制装置中的软件按钮,例如,在车辆的中控显示屏显示的人机交互界面上提供该开关按钮与香味模式调节按钮。
图3是一个实施例涉及的气味调节***300的一个控制方法的示意流程图,该控制方法由控制装置200执行。如图3所示,该控制方法包括:S10,获取情景信息;S20,根据情景信息确定释放气体的目标香型;S30,发出控制指令,以用于释放目标香型的气体,即该控制指令中包含用于释放所确定的目标香型气体的气体释放指令。
例如在气味调节装置100设置在车辆上时,S10中的情景信息可以包括驾驶疲劳情景信息(驾驶员状态信息)、用户情绪信息、异味去除情景信息、日程提醒信息、驾驶模式信息、音乐情景信息、环境信息、历史情景记录信息或用户自定义情景信息中的一项或多项。
驾驶疲劳情景信息用于指示驾驶员的疲劳状态。驾驶疲劳情景信息可以根据摄像头的拍摄图像信息与/或方向盘上的握力传感器(压力传感器)的检测信息等来得到。
用户情绪信息是能够指示用户情绪状态的信息,可以对摄像头拍摄到的图像信息进行图像识别而得到用户的面部表情,进而判断用户的情绪状态(例如愤怒状态),以得到用户情绪信息。另外,还可以根据麦克风检测到的音频信息来判断用户的情绪状态。具体而言,例如根据语速、声调、音量等可以确定用户的情绪,或者根据语音中 包含的某些特定的关键词来确定用户的情绪。此外,用户情绪信息还可以根据操作动作信息,操作动作信息例如包括频繁按汽车喇叭的操作等。
异味去除(可以简称为除味)情景信息是能够指示当前情景为需要去除异味的场景的信息。例如,地点信息(例如在火锅店附近),或者用户的消费信息(例如火锅店的支付记录),又或者用户的语音指令例如“帮我除烟味”。此外,还可以根据气味传感器(例如能够检测香烟气味的传感器)的检测信息来判断是否需要去除异味。
在本实施例中,在S30中,当满足除味模式启动条件(满足异味去除情景信息所指示的条件)时,发出控制指令,控制指令包括用于释放除味气体的气体释放指令。这里的除味模式启动条件包括以下一项或多项:收到用户除味指令、收到用户的除味确认信息、检测到异味、检测到除味需求、检测到用户第一动作。
用户除味指令包括以下一项或多项:用户的语音除味指令、手势除味指令、用户通过按键(实体按键)或对触控屏的选择操作生成的除味指令。语音除味指令是指用户通过麦克风发出的语音指令,例如“请帮我去除烟味”。手势除味指令是指用户做出手势动作(隔空操作),该手势动作表示“请帮我去除烟味”指令。
这里的异味包括通过烟味传感器或异味传感器检测到的以下一项或多项:香烟味、油烟味、火锅味、烧烤味、空调异味。另外,空调异味还可以根据空调的控制器发出的信息得到。
检测到除味需求,包括通过用户信息预测的除味需求,用户信息包括以下一项或多项:消费信息、位置信息。
用户的除味确认信息,包括在向用户发出除味请求后接收到用户反馈的语音确认信息、手势确认信息、通过按键或对触控屏的选择操作生成的确认信息。
用户第一动作包括以下一项或多项:捂鼻子动作、扇风动作、抖动衣物动作、开窗动作。
这里,去除异味是指通过释放除味气体,遮蔽、抵消、分解或吸附等方式消除或抑制异味。除味气体是具备这些除味功能的气体。除味气体可以与其他场景下的释放气体相同,也可以单独设置除味气体用的香料,且其数量可以是一个也可以是多个。
作为一个实施例,控制装置在执行释放除味气体的操作之前,可以向用户发出询问消息,让用户确认是否执行该操作(例如在人机交互界面上提供选项、或者通过语音发出询问,用户可以通过语音来确认),用户可以选择不更改自己身上自带的香味,或者可以选择接受更改自己身上的香味。
另外,可以为用户提供增香功能,即,例如在人机交互界面上提供选项、或者接收用户的语音指令等,来释放香味气体,达到类似“喷香水”的效果,使用户身上(衣物上)带有香味,如此用户可以通过坐车或者在家居时增加自身香味。
另外,在异味去除模式下,控制装置可以检测用户的位置,控制气味调节装置朝向用户的位置吹送除味气体。可以理解,气味调节装置具有能够改变排放口朝向的结构,具体例如在气味调节装置的壳体的侧壁上设置排放口,设置有排放口的壳体部分相对于其他壳体部分可以被驱动而旋转。另外,作为其他实施方式,可以将气味调节装置配置在空调出风通道内,通过调节空调出风口的导流板的方向来改变排出的气流的方向,以能够朝向用户吹送气体。这里的用户例如是驾驶员,其位置可以根据驾驶 员发出的声音通过声音定位的方式获得,或者还可以通过摄像头拍摄到的图像获得。
日程提醒信息是指例如日历应用程序记录的提醒信息,用于提醒用户某个时间有待办事项,例如用户会在日历应用程序中记录哪一天是纪念日(包括结婚纪念日和生日等),或者记录某天“14点要陪孩子去游乐场”。由此可知,日程提醒信息包含提醒内容和提醒时间,提醒内容指示用户输入的提醒内容,提醒时间指示用户选定的提醒时间(可以仅仅是日期即某一天,也可以是精确到小时、分钟、秒的时刻)。例如,用户为了提醒自己“5月15日是结婚纪念日”这一事项,而对日历应用程序进行操作,在5月15日这一天的提醒内容一栏中输入文字“结婚纪念日”,此时,提醒内容是“结婚纪念日”,提醒时间是5月15日。
需要说明的是,提醒内容中未必包含待办事项的具体内容,例如对于纪念日,用户仅仅是记录了某天是什么纪念日,未必会记录纪念日当天需要做什么事情。
另外,该日程提醒信息可以从车载日历应用程序的记录中获取,也可以从驾驶员手机的日历应用程序的记录中获取,此时,控制装置200与驾驶员的手机能够直接或间接地通信。另外,在气味调节装置配置在室内时,日程提醒信息可以从用户手机的日历应用程序的记录中获取。
另外,除了日历应用程序之外,日程提醒信息还可以是从其他程序获取的,例如,当用户在备忘录应用程序或待办事项应用程序中记录了“5月15日是结婚纪念日”这一信息时,控制装置200也可以根据这一信息来确定释放气体的香型并使气味调节装置100释放相应香型的香味气体。此外,某些聊天程序也可能包含日程提醒功能,此时,日程提醒信息也可以从聊天程序获取。驾驶模式信息用于指示车辆当前的驾驶模式,驾驶模式是由用户(驾驶员)设定的,例如包括运动模式或舒适模式等。
音乐情景信息用于指示音乐类型等,例如动感音乐、喜庆音乐、民族音乐、轻柔音乐等。该音乐情景信息可以从车载信息娱乐***获取,作为一个实施例,控制装置200可以同时是车载信息娱乐***的控制装置,这样可以很容易地获取音乐信息。另外,作为另一个实施例,控制装置200也可以独立于车载信息娱乐***设置。
环境信息例如包括温度信息和/或湿度信息等,可以通过温度传感器、湿度传感器的检测信号获取。另外,情景信息还可以包括车内氛围灯信息等。
历史情景记录信息是指用户关于释放香味气体的历史操作记录,例如用户在某个地点(旅游景点、学校、剧院等)通过主动操作使气味调节装置释放了某种香型(单纯香型或混合香型)的香味气体,此时,控制装置将用户的该操作与地点相关联地存储在历史情景数据库中,之后,当根据车辆的位置信息判断为到达此地点时,根据历史情景数据库中的记录自动释放上述香型的香味气体。除了地点之外,时间点以及人物(和某人在一起时)等也同理。例如,用户常常在晚间20点时使气味调节装置释放提神香型的香味气体,或者当某人与用户一起乘车时,用户常常使气味调节装置释放玫瑰香型的香味气体时,控制装置将时间点信息、人物信息与香型信息关联地存储在历史情景数据库中,之后当满足该时间点信息或人物信息所指示的条件时,自动释放相应香型的香味气体。
可以理解,为了使用户能够进行主动操作,气味调节***应当具备相应的操作功能,例如,在车辆的中控显示屏的人机交互界面上提供相应的操作按钮,包括开关按 钮、香型设定按钮等等,这些操作按钮对应的是控制装置具有的功能模块。
用户自定义情景信息是用户自定义的情景信息。例如,在车辆的中控显示屏的人机交互界面上提供香型设定按钮、释放时间设定按钮、释放地点设定按钮,用户通过对这些按钮的操作能够实现使气味调节装置在某个时间(时间点或时间段)和/或某个地点自动释放某种或某几种香型的香味气体。
可以理解,香型设定按钮、释放时间设定按钮、释放地点设定按钮对应的是控制装置的香型设定功能模块、释放时间设定功能模块与释放地点功能模块,用户点击这些按钮时会相应地在人机交互界面上显示香型设定界面、释放时间设定界面、释放地点设定界面。
另外,关于香型设定,用户点击香型设定按钮,显示香型设定界面,在香型设定界面可以给用户提供编辑香型谱的功能(对应的是控制装置具备的使用户能够编辑香型谱的功能)。这里所谓的香型谱的意思是香型随时间的变化,具体而言是香料容纳机构中的各种香料的散发速率随时间的变化,如果以百分比来表示散发速率的话,可以控制各种香料的释放速率在0-100%间变化,0表示该香料不散发,100%表示香料散发机构以最大功率使该香料散发。这种控制例如可以通过所谓的占空比控制来实现。通过控制各香料的散发速率,可以实现香味气体的浓度控制、香型的控制、某种香型的香味气体的释放时长控制、多种香型的香味气体的释放先后顺序的控制。
假设有A、B、C三种香料,使其中两种香料的散发速率为0,另一种不为0,可以实现某种香料的单独散发,例如香料A、B的散发速率为0,香料C的散发速率为100%,可以实现香料C的单独散发。此时,通过调节香料C的散发速率还可调节香料C形成的香味气体的浓度。另外,使两种以上的香料的散发速率不为0,可以实现混合散发,例如使香料A与香料B的散发速率为100%,香料C的散发速率为0,可以实现香料A与香料B的混合散发,得到一种由二者混合构成的香型,如果将香料B的散发速率调整为50%,则得到另一种由二者混合构成的香型。再者,还可以使香料A散发一定时间之后,散发香料B(此时,香料A停止散发或者继续散发)。
另外,例如当气味调节装置100设置在家庭室内时,情景信息可以包括日历提醒情景信息、用户情绪信息、异味去除情景信息、音乐情景信息、环境信息、室内灯光信息、历史情景信息或用户自定义情景信息中的一项或多项。
在S20中,根据获取到的情景信息确定要释放的气体的香型。可以预先在数据库中存储情景信息与香型的对应关系,根据该对应关系确定要释放的气体的香型。图4中示出了一个实施例的根据情景信息确定香型的控制方法。如图4所示,当根据驾驶疲劳情景信息判断为驾驶员产生疲劳时,确定释放香型为冰爽薄荷香味的气体;当根据音乐情景信息判断为当前播放的是动感音乐时,确定释放香型为夏日柑橘香味的气体;当根据驾驶模式信息判断为车辆处于舒适驾驶模式时,确定释放香型为百花清香香味的气体;当根据日程提醒信息判断为今日是结婚纪念日时,确定释放香型为浓情玫瑰香味的气体;当根据异味去除场景信息判断为需要去除香烟味时,确定释放类型为A的除味气体。
作为其他例子,例如当根据用户情绪信息检测到用户愤怒时,释放可以舒缓情绪的香型的香味气体;当根据异味去除情景信息判断为需要除味时,释放可以去除(抵消) 用户身上(衣物上)的异味(例如火锅味、香烟味)或者环境空间中的异味(例如油烟味、香烟味)的香味气体,此时,香味气体的香型可以根据气味传感器的检测信息确定,还可以根据地点信息、用户的消费信息或用户的语音指令确定,例如当地点信息指示车辆位于火锅店附件时,确定能够去除火锅味的香型,或者还可以释放默认香型的气体。
另外,这些香型的气体可能存在同时释放的情况,例如,当同时检测到驾驶员产生疲劳与今日是结婚纪念日时,可以同时释放冰爽薄荷香味的气体与浓情玫瑰香味的气体。
下面对根据日程提醒信息确定释放气体的目标香型的处理进行进一步的描述。
控制装置200在获取到日程提醒信息时,可以对其中的提醒内容信息(文字提醒信息)进行语义理解(也可以称为自然语言理解(Natural Language Understanding,NLU))处理从而获知该提醒内容信息的含义。在此基础上,根据该文字提醒信息确定要释放的气体的香型。例如,日程提醒信息指示的提醒内容是“结婚纪念日”时,确定要释放的气体的香型是玫瑰香味。
另外,提醒内容信息的具体形式除了文字提醒信息之外,还包括语音提醒信息。此时,控制装置200可以通过语音识别(也可以称为自动语音识别(Automatic Speech Recognition,ASR))来获知该语音提醒信息的含义。在此基础上,根据该语音提醒信息确定要释放的其他的香型。
另外,可以理解,提醒时间信息可以指示某一天,也可以更加细致地指示某一时刻。
S20中确定的目标香型可能是由香料容纳机构中的一种香料构成的香型,也可能是由多种香料构成的香型。
在S30中,根据S20中确定的要释放气体的目标香型,生成并发出用于释放所确定的香型的气体的控制指令。例如,当驾驶疲劳情景信息指示驾驶员产生疲劳时,确定要释放的其他的香型是薄荷香味,此时,在S30中,生成用于释放薄荷香味气体的控制指令,并将该控制指令发送给气味调节装置100,使气味调节装置100向环境空间释放薄荷香味气体。
另外,例如在根据日程提醒信息确定了释放气体的香型的情况下,在S30中,生成并发出用于释放所确定的香型的气体的控制指令。例如,当提醒内容信息是“结婚纪念日”时,发出用于释放浓情玫瑰香味的气体的控制指令。
另外,可选地,在S30中,可以获取当前时间信息,在当前时间信息与日程提醒信息中的提醒时间信息相匹配时,生成并发出上述控制指令。例如,当提醒内容信息是“14点要陪孩子去游乐场”时,获取当前时间信息,在当前信息为接近14点、到达14点或者稍稍超过14点时,发出上述控制指令。
作为其他实施例,也可以在S20中,判断当前时间信息与提醒时间信息是否相匹配,当二者相匹配时,再执行上面描述的根据日程提醒信息确定香型的处理,当二者不匹配时,不执行根据日程提醒信息确定香型的处理,如此,可以降低处理能耗。
另外,可选地,在S30中,可以根据提醒内容信息确定目标人物,当检测到目标人物时,发出上述控制指令。例如,当提醒内容信息是“结婚纪念日”时,确定目标人物为驾驶员或者手机所有者等用户的配偶,当提醒内容信息是“14点要陪孩子去游 乐场”时,确定目标人物为驾驶员或者手机所有者等用户的小孩。另外,这里的目标人物条件可以和时间条件相结合。
这里,目标人物的检测可以通过图像信息来进行人物识别来实现,例如当气味调节装置设置在车辆上时,例如通过车辆上的摄像头对车内进行拍摄得到车内图像,对该车内图像进行人脸识别处理,从而能够判断目标人物是否存在于车内。当气味调节装置设置在家中的房间内时,可以通过房间内设置的摄像头对房间内进行拍摄,得到室内图像,对该室内图像进行人脸识别处理,从而能够判断目标人物是否存在于房间内。另外,还可以通过音频信息来检测目标人物,即,通过麦克风检测声音信息,对检测到的声音信息进行声纹识别从而能够判断目标人物是否存在于车内或房间内。
可以理解,为了判断是否检测到目标人物,可预先存储目标人物信息,例如目标人物的人脸信息、目标人物的声纹信息。作为一个例子,驾驶员可以在车机***中为其配偶与小孩分别建立相应的账户,在建立账户时可以采集并存储其配偶与小孩的人脸信息与声纹信息。
另外,作为一个实施例,控制装置可以检测用户或目标人物的位置,控制气味调节装置朝向用户或目标人物的位置吹送香味气体。
另外,在图4所示的实施例中,香料容纳单元110包括多个可独立拆卸的香料瓶,多个香料瓶中分别容纳一种香料,可以由单个香料瓶中的香料产生目标香味气体,也可以将多个香料瓶中的香料形成的气体混合而产生目标香味气体。另外,一个香料瓶中的香料可以是一种单纯的香料(例如薄荷味香料),也可以是多种单纯香料混合而成的香料。
图34是本申请一个实施例提供的控制装置的结构框图。该控制装置200A包括处理模块240与获取模块250,获取模块250可以执行上述S10中的各种处理,处理模块240可以执行上述S20、S30中的各种处理,其处理的具体内容在上面已经进行了描述,这里不再重复进行描述。该控制装置200A可以通过由处理器来执行存储器中存储的程序(软件)来实现这些处理模块240与获取模块250的功能。另外,控制装置200A也可以通过LSI(Large Scale Integration,大规模集成电路)和ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,专用集成电路)等硬件来实现处理模块240与获取模块250的功能,或者还可以通过软件和硬件的组合来来实现处理模块240与获取模块250的功能。其中,处理模块240为处理器,获取模块250为接口电路。
图5示出了一个实施例的气味调节***的实现逻辑的示意说明图。参照图5,该气味调节***为车载气味调节***,其气味调节装置为便携式,安装在车辆上时,通过智能汽车数字平台(Intelligent digital vehicle platform,IDVP)接口与控制装置连接,控制装置例如集成在座舱域控制器(Cockpit Domain Controller,CDC)中。
图6中示出了一个实施例涉及的智能汽车数字平台的网络架构示意说明图。如图6所示,在该架构中,具有由多个车辆集成单元(Vehicle Integration Unit,VIU)构成的环网,车辆集成单元与摄像头、加速度传感器、车辆状态传感器、车速传感器、麦克风等输入部件连接,此外还与氛围灯等输出部件连接。这里,这些输入部件与输出部件仅仅是例示,还可以包括其他输入部件(例如握力传感器)与输出部件(例如气味调节装置)。另外,座舱域控制器、移动数据中心(Mobile Data Center,MDC)与车控域控制 器(Vehicle Domain Controller,VDC)连接在该环网上,以能够通过环网接收输入部件的输入信息,向输出部件发送输出信息。另外,座舱域控制器用于为座舱域的车辆零部件提供服务,其中座舱域的车辆零部件包括抬头显示器、仪表显示器、收音机、导航、摄像头等。移动数据中心承担智能驾驶域控制器的功能。车控域控制器用于为车身域的车辆零部件以及底盘域的车辆零部件提供服务,其中,车身域的车辆零部件包括门窗升降控制器、电动后视镜、空调、中央门锁等。底盘域的车辆零部件包括制动***中的车辆零部件、转向***中的车辆零部件、加速***中的车辆零部件,比如油门等。
另外,作为一个实施例,气味调节装置还可以包括影像播放机构,在释放香味气体时,该影像播放机构可以向释放出的香味气体(气雾)投影,形成以香味气体(气雾)为载体的影像。影像播放机构可以是能够产生全息影像的全息投影机构。相应地,作为控制方法的一个实施例,可以在S30中,除了发出气体释放指令外,还发出影像播放指令,以使影像播放机构播放以释放出的香味气体为载体的影像。另外,可以根据香味气体的类型确定影像的具体内容,具体可以在数据库预先存储香味气体的类型与影像内容的对应关系。例如,玫瑰香味对应播放玫瑰花影像。另外,作为其他实施例,还可以播放默认影像,该默认影像与香味气体的类型无关。另外,气味调节装置中还可以设置存贮水的容纳单元,在播放上述影像时,可以产生水雾,以增强气雾浓度,提高影像显示质量。
图7是上述实施例的一种应用场景的示意说明图。如图7所示,在车辆400B的车厢内设置有气味调节装置100B,该气味调节装置100B不但能够向车厢内释放香味气体,还能够显示以香味气体为载体的影像402。
如上所述,控制装置可以由ECU实现。可选地,可以用一个ECU构成,也可以用多个ECU构成。
ECU是指由集成电路组成的用于实现对数据的分析处理发送等一系列功能的控制装置。如图8所示,本申请实施例提供了一种电子控制单元ECU,该ECU包括微型计算机(microcomputer)、输入电路、输出电路和模/数(analog-to-digital,A/D)转换器。
输入电路的主要功能是对输入信号(例如来自传感器的信号)进行预处理,输入信号不同,处理方法也不同。具体地,因为输入信号有两类:模拟信号和数字信号,所以输入电路可以包括处理模拟信号的输入电路和处理数字信号的输入电路。
A/D转换器的主要功能是将模拟信号转变为数字信号,模拟信号经过相应输入电路预处理后输入A/D转换器进行处理转换为微型计算机接受的数字信号。
输出电路是微型计算机与执行器之间建立联系的一个装置。它的功能是将微型计算机发出的处理结果转变成控制信号,以驱动执行器工作。输出电路一般采用的是功率晶体管,根据微型计算机的指令通过导通或截止来控制执行元件的电子回路。
微型计算机包括中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)、存储器和输入/输出(input/output,I/O)接口,CPU通过总线与存储器、I/O接口相连,彼此之间可以通过总线进行信息交换。存储器可以是只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)或随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)等存储器。I/O接口是中央处理单元 (central processor unit,CPU)与输入电路、输出电路或A/D转换器之间交换信息的连接电路,具体的,I/O接口可以分为总线接口和通信接口。存储器存储有程序,CPU调用存储器中的程序可以实现上述控制装置的功能、执行上述S10-S30中的处理等而执行上述控制方法。
由上可知,本申请实施例还提供了用于实现上述控制方法的计算设备、计算机可读存储介质与计算机程序。
下面参照图9-图26对本申请一个实施例提供的气味调节装置进行描述。图9是本申请一个实施例提供的气味调节装置的立体结构示意图。图10是本申请一个实施例提供的气味调节装置的另一立体结构示意图。
如图9所示,气味调节装置100A包括第一壳体10与第二壳体20,二者组装在一起。在本实施例中,第一壳体10与第二壳体20的外形呈圆柱状,然而,作为其他实施方式,也可以是其他形状,例如长方体状或者棱柱状等。在第二壳体20上设有排放孔23,香味气体经由该排放孔23向环境空间中散发(具体将在后面描述)。
本实施例的气味调节装置100A为便携式,可以配置在多种环境空间中,例如配置在车辆中或建筑物的室内。图23、图24中示出了配置在车辆中的相关结构。如图23所示,作为一个具体的安装结构例,气味调节装置100A可以安装在车辆的窗台板上,可以是前窗台板或后窗台板上,本实施例中以安装在前窗台板410上为例进行描述。另外,图中仅仅是示意性地绘出了前窗台板410的一部分,不能将其与实际产品等同。
下面对气味调节装置100A此时的安装结构进行简要的说明。如图10所示,第一壳体10上设有定位孔12与多个接线孔13。另外,如图24所示,在前窗台板410上设有安装槽411,安装槽411整体上呈圆形沉孔状,在其底面设有定位凸起412与多个接线柱(针)413。在将气味调节装置100A安装在前窗台板410上时,第一壳体10***安装槽411中。定位凸起412嵌入定位孔12中,多个接线柱413分别***多个接线孔13中实现相应的电连接,从而使气味调节装置100A例如与座舱域控制器(控制装置)电连接,受座舱域控制器控制。另外,还能够被车身上的电源(电池)供电。这里的多个接线孔13对应于本申请中的通信接口与供电接口。
另外,在本实施例中,在第一壳体10的内侧的与定位孔12对应的位置处设有磁体(未图示),在前窗台板410上的定位凸起412内部设有磁体(未图示),当定位凸起412与定位孔12嵌合时,双方的磁体相互吸引,从而能够使第一壳体10以及整个气味调节装置100A保持稳定的安装状态,例如即使在车辆发生碰撞时,气味调节装置100A也能够保持稳定的安装状态。另外,作为一个实施例,第一壳体10还可以通过螺纹连接结构与前窗台板410连接。
另外,在上面的描述中,在气味调节装置100A上设置接线孔13,在车辆的前窗台板410侧设置接线柱413,以实现气味调节装置100A与车体侧装置(例如座舱域控制器)的电连接,然而,本申请并不限于此,作为其他实施例,也可以是在气味调节装置100A与前窗台板410上分别设置触点,通过双方的触点的接触实现气味调节装置100A与车体侧装置的电连接。
图25、图26中示出了气味调节装置100A配置在车辆中的相关结构。如图25所 示,气味调节装置100A可以安装在底座420上,该底座420可以是便携式的,同时还可以构成音箱。如图26所示,底座420具有安装槽421,在安装槽421的底面上设有定位凸起422与多个接线柱423。在气味调节装置100A的安装状态下,第一壳体10***安装槽421中。定位凸起422嵌入定位孔12中,多个接线柱423分别***多个接线孔13中实现相应的电连接,从而实现使气味调节装置100A能够被底座420(具体而言是底座420中的控制装置)控制以及由底座420供电。
下面对气味调节装置100A的具体结构进行描述。
图11是本申请一个实施例提供的配备有香料容器的第一壳体的立体结构示意图。图12是本申请一个实施例提供的第一壳体的另一种立体结构示意图。
如图11所示,在第一壳体10内安装有多个香料容器30,多个香料容器30中容纳有不同香型的香料,在控制装置的控制下,它们可以被独立地释放,也可以以任意组合的方式混合释放,从而能够产生比香料容器30的数量更多香型的香味气体。如图12所示,在第一壳体10内设有多个支撑座11,支撑座11上设有支撑凸起11a,如图22所示,在香料容器30的第一壳体10上设有定位凹部31a,在香料容器30安装在第一壳体10的状态下,香料容器30被支撑座11支撑,支撑座11的支撑凸起11a嵌入香料容器30上的定位凹部31a中,使香料容器30保持稳定的位置。另外,可选地,香料容器30可以被支撑座11与后述的混合腔壳体25的底板251(图17)以一定的夹紧力夹持在其间,从而能够更加稳定地保持香料容器30的位置。另外,多个香料容器30对应于本申请中的香料容纳机构。
另外,在本实施例中,多个香料容器30以可拆卸的方式安装在第一壳体10中。从而,在某个香料容器30中的香料用尽时,可以更换新的香料容器30。作为其他实施例,也可以采用固定设置的香料容器。
如图12所示,在第一壳体10中配置有控制器61(电路板),控制器61与接线孔13电连接,在气味调节装置安装在车体上或者音箱上等时,控制器61通过接线孔13与车体侧或音箱侧的控制装置电连接,接收控制装置的控制指令、根据其控制指令执行控制以及响应该控制指令发送相应的信息。
图13是本申请一个实施例提供的第二壳体的立体结构示意图。图14是本申请一个实施例提供的第二壳体的另一种立体结构示意图。图15是本申请一个实施例提供的第二壳体的又一种立体结构示意图。图16是本申请一个实施例提供的第二壳体的剖视示意图。图17是本申请一个实施例提供的第二壳体的一种剖视示意图。
如图13所示,第二壳体20具有主体部21与盖板22,在盖板22上设有排放孔23。在本实施例中,盖板22为透明材料或半透明材料制成。如图14所示,在主体部21内配置有控制器62(电路板)与发光灯63,控制器62与发光灯63电连接。在控制器62的控制下,发光灯63可以发光,其光线经由盖板22向环境空间中射出。在本实施例中,发光灯63整体呈环形,沿其轴线方向观察时,围绕排放孔23配置。另外,发光灯63例如为LED灯。另外,该控制器62还与控制器61电连接,接收控制器61的控制指令、根据其控制指令执行控制以及响应该控制指令发送相应的信息,该控制指令例如包括用于使发光灯63发光的控制指令与使下述风扇64(图15)启动的控制指令。
如图14-16所示,在第二壳体20内配置有混合腔壳体25,该混合腔壳体25形成混合腔26,多个香料容器30中的香料散发至该混合腔26之后再经由排放孔23向环境空间中排出。具体而言,混合腔壳体25具有主体部252与底板251,底板251上设有多个通孔25a,多个通孔25a分别与一个香料容器30连接,香料容器30散发出的香料经由通孔25a进入混合腔26。另外,在混合腔壳体25的主体部252上设有开口25b,该开口25b与上述排放孔23连通,从而能够使混合腔26中的香料气体经由开口25b与排放孔23向环境空间中散发。
另外,在混合腔壳体25的的底板251上固定有风扇安装部24,在风扇安装部24上安装有风扇64,风扇64受控制器62控制,其所在的空间与混合空间26连通,从而由风扇64吹动混合空间26中的香味气体使其经由开口25b、排放孔23向环境空间中散发。风扇64对应于本申请中的吹送机构。
通过设置该混合腔26,能够使多个香料容器30中任意数量的香料容器30散发出的香料在混合腔26中混合,从而能够调节出更多种香型的香味气体。
另外,在本实施例中,混合腔壳体25的主体部252大致呈圆锥状,在其顶部开设上述开口25b,从而,能够使香味气体容易地向外散发。
另外,通过使混合腔壳体25的主体部252构成为圆锥状,从而能够在混合腔壳体25与主体部21(以及盖板22)之间形成空间,在该空间中配置控制器62与发光灯63,从而能够使气味调节装置100A结构紧凑化。
下面对本实施例中的香料容器的结构进行描述。
图18是本申请一个实施例提供的香料容器的立体结构示意图。图19是本申请一个实施例提供的香料容器的容器盖的立体结构示意图。图20是本申请一个实施例提供的香料容器的容器盖的一种剖视示意图。图21是本申请一个实施例提供的香料容器的容器本体的立体结构示意图。图22是本申请一个实施例提供的香料容器的容器本体的另一种立体结构示意图。
如图18所示,香料容器30从外部看大致呈圆柱状,具有容器本体31与容器盖35。如图20所示,容器盖35内配置有控制器71(电路板),其中记录有标识信息,标识信息包含指示香料容器30中的香料的香型信息,使控制装置(例如座舱域控制器)能够获取香料容器30中的香料的香型。另外,标识信息中还可以包含产地信息、厂家信息、生产时间信息或香料余量信息(剩余毫升数)等。控制器71还用于控制后述的雾化部件32,以使香料容器30中的香料进行散发。控制器71可以主动或响应控制装置的请求发送这些标识信息信息,控制装置根据这些信息进行相应处理,具体包括,根据香料余量信息判断任一种香料的余量是否充足,当香料余量信息指示的余量低于余量阈值时,可以发出告警信息,使用户及时知晓香料不足这一事项,提高用户体验;另外,控制装置根据产地信息、厂家信息、生产时间信息等进行验证,当这些信息与预设验证信息不符或无法读取这些信息时,发送告警信息,从而能够避免错误地使用规格不匹配的香料,提高用户体验。产地信息、厂家信息、生产时间信息是验证信息的一例,可以理解,验证信息还可以是其他信息。
容器本体31与容器盖35安装在一起而共同构成用于容纳香料的容纳空间。在香料容器30中的香料是液体时,该容纳空间可以是密封空间。另外,在本实施例中, 容器本体31可以由玻璃或塑料制成,容器盖35可以由塑料制成。在本实施例中,容器本体31与容器盖35通过卡合结构安装在一起。具体而言,如图21所示,在容器本体31上固定设有卡孔38,另外,如图20所示,在容器盖35上固定设有卡爪33。通过使卡爪33卡合在卡孔38中,从而能够使容器盖35安装在容器本体31上。作为其他实施例,也可以在容器本体31上设置卡爪,在容器盖35上设置卡孔。
另外,在本实施例中,卡爪33通过脆弱部33a与容器盖35连接,脆弱部33a的强度相对较低,在使处于安装状态的容器本体31与容器盖35相脱离时,脆弱部33a发生断裂,从而使卡爪33保持与卡孔38卡合的状态而与容器本体31分离。如此,在将容器盖35从容器本体31上拆下后,将不能再安装到容器本体31上。从而例如能够避免香料容器30中的香料被恶意更换,保证安全性。
下面对防止香料被恶意更换的另一种实现结构进行描述。为了使脆弱部33a能够可靠地断裂,可以尽可能地降低其强度,例如减少其材料量、减小其粗细尺寸,或者用强度低于与卡孔38卡合的部位的材料制成。
如图20所示,在容器盖35内配置有控制器71,控制器71上连接有安全导线621,安全导线621的两端分别与控制器71电连接,中间部位是圆环部。另外,如图21所示,在容器本体31上设有多个卡钩39。在容器盖35安装在容器本体31上的状态下,导线621(圆环部)被卡钩39钩住。在使处于安装状态的容器本体31与容器盖35相脱离时,安全导线621会被卡钩39拉断,如此,使控制器71与安全导线621的电连接失效,能够使控制器71检测到容器盖35被打开或者使控制器71的相应功能受到破坏,无法执行相应的控制功能,例如无法接收车身侧的控制装置(例如座舱域传感器)的控制指令、不能响应控制装置的指令发送信息等。
下面对用于使香料向香料容器30外散发的结构进行描述。
如图21所示,在容器本体31内设有吸附部件36,吸附部件36一端连接至容器本体31的底面,另一端伸出容器本体31。吸附部件36能够吸附容器本体31中的液体香料,由于毛细作用等原因,使香料到达吸附部件36的另一端部。该吸附部件36例如可以是棉棒。
另外,如图20所示,在容器盖35内设有控制器71与雾化部件32。另外,在容器盖35内还设有多根接线32a,接线32a电连接(具体电连接结构未图示)在控制器71上,且其贯穿容器盖35而在容器盖35的外表面形成触点,从而能够实现与容器盖35外的部件(触点)电连接,使控制器71与控制器61电连接,接收控制器61的控制指令、根据其控制指令执行控制以及响应其控制指令发送信息。雾化部件32呈片状,上述吸附部件36的伸出容器本体31的端部与该雾化部件32接触。雾化部件32与控制器71电连接,能够被供电以及受控制器71控制。在控制器71的控制下,雾化部件32产生振动,将吸附部件36上的香料雾化,使香料能够向香料容器30之外散发。雾化部件32的具体结构例如可以是,具有不锈钢的薄膜,薄膜上设有微米级的通孔,薄膜两侧设有陶瓷电极,陶瓷电极被供电,使不锈钢薄膜振动,由此使香料雾化。
在容器盖35上设有通孔35a,雾化后的香料经由该通孔35a向外排出。在安装状态下,通孔35a与通孔25a(图15)连通,使雾化后的香料经由通孔35a与通孔25a散发到混合腔26中。安装在多个香料容器30上的多个吸附部件36、多个雾化部件32、 控制器71整体与控制器61、混合腔26等对应于本申请中的香料散发机构,单个香料容器30上的吸附部件36、雾化部件32、控制器71对应于本申请中的香料散发机构(即香料散发机构包括控制器61、混合腔26与多个香料散发单元)。
另外,在本实施例中,如图21所示,在容器本体31内设有液位传感器37,该液位传感器37用于检测容器本体31内的液体(香料)的余量。该液位传感器37与控制器71(图20)电连接,向控制器71发送检测信息。控制器71将接收到的该检测信息通过控制器61发送给车身侧的控制装置(例如座舱域控制器)。
在上面的描述中,控制装置集成在车体侧的座舱域控制器中,然而,作为其他实施例,该控制器也可以配置气味调节装置的壳体中,例如集成在上述控制器61中,此时控制器61可以从车体侧的座舱域控制器等获取信息(例如情景信息等)。另外,此时,控制器61可以判断当前环境是“车载”还是“居家”等,以调用不同的功能。该判断可以通过从车体侧的座舱域控制器或音箱侧的控制装置获取信息来实现。另外,此时气味调节装置可以通过供电接口被车体侧的电源供电,也可以在气味调节装置上配置电源(电池)。
下面对上面描述的各控制器的关系进行汇总描述,控制器61是整个气味调节装置的控制器,控制器62用于控制发光灯,控制器71是香料容器上的控制器,用于控制雾化部件,控制器62与控制器71受控制器61控制,控制器61受车体侧的控制装置(例如座舱域控制器)或音箱侧的控制装置控制。
下面参照图27-28对本申请一个实施例提供的气味调节装置进行描述。
图27是本申请一个实施例提供的气味调节装置的立体示意图。图28是本申请一个实施例提供的影像播放单元的剖视示意图。
本实施例与上述实施例的区别主要在于,气味调节装置100B还包括影像播放单元80,其他结构与上述实施例相同,对于相同的结构,采用相同的附图标记进行表示,并省略了对其的详细描述。
如图27所示,气味调节装置100B包括第一壳体10、第二壳体20与影像播放单元80。影像播放单元80安装在第二壳体20上,用于播放以释放出的香味气体(气雾)为载体的影像。在本实施例中,影像播放单元80是全息投影单元,能够产生三维影像(全息影像)。
如图28所示,影像播放单元80包括壳体81与安装在壳体内的多个投影机构85,投影机构85受控制器62控制,用于产生投影光束,多个投影机构85的光束合在一起形成三维影像。
具体而言,壳体81具有盖板82,盖板82整体上呈倒锥形,其外表面为下凹的斜面,在盖板82上开设有多个窗口部82a。在盖板82的内表面上安装有多个投影机构85,多个投影机构85与多个窗口部82a的位置一一对应,从而,能够经由窗口部82a向壳体81外透射出光束。窗口部82a可以是贯通盖板82的通孔,也可以是透明材料部。另外,多个投影机构85配置成,其投影光束朝向圆形的盖板82的中心侧倾斜,汇聚在一起,如此,能够保证三维影像的可靠生成。另外,图28中的83表示的是通孔,该通孔83与排放孔23连通,供香味气体向环境空间中散发。
在上面描述的实施例中,影像播放单元80包括独立于第二壳体20的壳体81, 然而,作为其他实施例,可以使投影机构85设置在第二壳体20中,从而省略壳体81。
下面参照图29-33对本申请一个实施例的气味调节装置进行描述。
图29是本申请一个实施例的气味调节装置的立体示意图。图30是本申请一个实施例的气味调节装置的另一种立体示意图。图31是本申请一个实施例的气味调节装置的又一种立体示意图。
如图29所示,气味调节装置100C具有壳体110、壳体120与盖板101。相比于上述实施例,壳体120为不规则形状,从而增加美观性。盖板101安装在壳体120上,且盖板101上设有排放孔123,香味气体经由该排放孔123向环境空间中散发。图30所示的状态中去掉了盖板101,如图30所示,在盖板101与壳体120之间的空间中配置有控制器77(电路板),此外还设有发光灯(未图示)。本实施例中,盖板101为透明或半透明材料制成。
图31所示状态为去掉壳体120的状态。如图31所示,在壳体110内安装有多个香料容器130,多个香料容器130的香料出口与混合腔126连通,能够向混合腔126中释放香料,在混合腔126内形成香味气体。在混合腔126内配置有空气泵140,在空气泵140的驱动下,混合腔126内的气体被排放到环境空间中。空气泵140对应于本申请中的吹送机构。
下面对香料容器的结构进行描述。
图32是本申请一个实施例的香料容器的立体示意图。图33是本申请一个实施例的香料容器的另一种立体示意图。
本实施例中,香料容器130是香料瓶,可以由玻璃制成,也可以由塑料制成。该香料容器130具有容器主体131,在容器主体131的开口(瓶口)上安装有薄膜132,薄膜132允许香料通过,使香料能够从容器主体131内向外散发。香料容器130内的香料可以是液态的,也可以是固态的或膏体状的。
如图33所示,在香料容器130上,具体而言是在瓶底固定有控制器133(电路板、芯片)。控制器133中记录有标识信息,标识信息指示香料容器130中的香料的香型等。另外,在香料是液体的情况下,在容器主体131内设有超声波雾化单元,该超声波雾化单元与控制器133电连接,受控制器133控制,从而能够使液态的香料雾化,进而从容器主体131中散发出来。多个超声波雾化单元、多个控制器133对应于本申请中的香料散发机构,单个香料容器130上的超声波雾化单元与控制器133对应于本申请中的香料散发单元(香料散发机构包括多个香料散发单元)。
注意,上述仅为本申请的较佳实施例及所运用的技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本申请不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本申请的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本申请进行了较为详细的说明,但是本申请不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本申请的构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,均属于本申请的保护范畴。

  1. 一种气味调节***的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取情景信息;
    根据所述情景信息确定释放气体的目标香型;
    发出控制指令,所述控制指令包括用于释放所述目标香型气体的气体释放指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述情景信息包括驾驶疲劳情景信息、用户情绪信息、异味去除情景信息、日程提醒信息、驾驶模式信息、音乐情景信息、环境信息、历史情景记录信息或用户自定义情景信息中的一项或多项。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述情景信息包括所述日程提醒信息时,所述控制方法具体包括:
    获取日程提醒信息,所述日程提醒信息包括提醒内容;
    根据所述提醒内容确定第一释放气体的第一目标香型;
    发出第一控制指令,所述第一控制指令包括用于释放所述第一目标香型的所述第一释放气体的第一气体释放指令。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述日程提醒信息还包括提醒时间;
    所述控制方法具体还包括:
    获取当前时间信息;
    当所述提醒时间与所述当前时间信息匹配时,发出所述第一控制指令。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据所述提醒内容信息确定目标人物;
    当检测到所述目标人物时,发出所述第一控制指令。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述用户情绪信息是根据语音信息、操作动作信息或面部图像信息中的一项或多项得到的。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述情景信息包括所述异味去除情景信息时,所述控制方法具体包括:
    当检测到所述异味去除情景信息时,发出第二控制指令,所述第二控制指令包括用于释放除味气体的第二气体释放指令;所述异味去除情景信息包括指示以下一项或多项的信息:收到用户除味指令、收到用户的除味确认信息、检测到异味、检测到除味需求、检测到用户第一动作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述用户除味指令包括以下一项或多项:用户的语音除味指令、手势除味指令、用户通过按键或对触控屏的选择操 作生成的除味指令;
    所述异味包括通过烟味传感器或异味传感器检测到的以下一项或多项:香烟味、油烟味、火锅味、烧烤味、空调异味;所述检测到除味需求,包括通过用户信息预测的所述除味需求,所述用户信息包括以下一项或多项:消费信息、位置信息;
    所述用户的除味确认信息,包括在向用户发出除味请求后接收到用户反馈的语音确认信息、手势确认信息、通过按键或对触摸屏的选择操作生成的确认信息;
    所述用户第一动作包括以下一项或多项:捂鼻子动作、扇风动作、开窗动作。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制指令还包括影像播放指令,所述影像播放指令用于播放以释放出的所述目标香型的所述释放气体为载体的影像。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括根据所述目标香型得到所述影像的内容信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述获取情景信息之前,还包括:获取至少一种香料的余量信息,当所述余量信息指示的余量在第一阈值以下时,发送余量不足告警信息。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括,检测香料的验证信息,当所述验证信息满足第一条件时,发送告警信息;所述第一条件包括以下一项或多项:验证信息与预设验证信息不符、无法读取验证信息。
  13. 一种气味调节***的控制装置,其特征在于,包括获取模块与处理模块,
    所述获取模块用于获取情景信息;
    所述处理模块用于根据所述情景信息确定释放气体的目标香型,以及发出控制指令,所述控制指令包括用于释放所述目标香型气体的气体释放指令。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述情景信息包括驾驶疲劳情景信息、用户情绪信息、异味去除情景信息、日程提醒信息、驾驶模式信息、音乐情景信息、环境信息、历史情景记录信息或用户自定义情景信息中的一项或多项。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制装置,其特征在于,当所述情景信息包括所述日程提醒信息时,
    所述获取模块具体用于获取日程提醒信息,所述日程提醒信息包括提醒内容;
    所述处理模块具体用于,根据所述提醒内容确定第一释放气体的第一目标香型,以及发出第一控制指令,所述第一控制指令包括用于释放所述第一目标香型的所述第一释放气体的第一气体释放指令。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述日程提醒信息还包括提醒时间;
    所述获取模块具体还用于获取当前时间信息;
    所述处理模块具体用于当所述提醒时间与所述当前时间信息匹配时,发出所述第一控制指令。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于根据所述提醒内容信息确定目标人物;
    所述处理模块还用于当检测到所述目标人物时,发出所述第一控制指令。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户情绪信息是根据语音信息、操作动作信息或面部图像信息中的一项或多项得到的。
  19. 根据权利要求14-18中任一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,当所述情景信息包括所述异味去除情景信息时,所述处理模块具体用于:
    当检测到所述异味去除情景信息时,发出第二控制指令,所述第二控制指令包括用于释放除味气体的第二气体释放指令;所述异味去除情景信息包括指示以下一项或多项的信息:收到用户除味指令、收到用户的除味确认信息、检测到异味、检测到除味需求、检测到用户第一动作。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户除味指令包括以下一项或多项:用户的语音除味指令、手势除味指令、用户通过按键或对触控屏的选择操作生成的除味指令;
    所述异味包括通过烟味传感器或异味传感器检测到的以下一项或多项:香烟味、油烟味、火锅味、烧烤味、空调异味;所述检测到除味需求,包括通过用户信息预测的所述除味需求,所述用户信息包括以下一项或多项:消费信息、位置信息;
    所述用户的除味确认信息,包括在向用户发出除味请求后接收到用户反馈的语音确认信息、手势确认信息、通过按键或对触摸屏的选择操作生成的确认信息;
    所述用户第一动作包括以下一项或多项:捂鼻子动作、扇风动作、开窗动作。
  21. 根据权利要求13-20中任一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制指令还包括影像播放指令,所述影像播放指令用于播放以释放出的所述目标香型的所述释放气体为载体的影像。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于根据所述目标香型得到所述影像的内容信息。
  23. 根据权利要求14-22中任一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于在所述获取情景信息之前,获取至少一种香料的余量信息,所述处理模块还用 于当所述余量信息指示的余量在第一阈值以下时,发送余量不足告警信息。
  24. 根据权利要求14-23中任一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于,检测香料的验证信息,当所述验证信息满足第一条件时,发送告警信息;所述第一条件包括以下一项或多项:验证信息与预设验证信息不符、无法读取验证信息。
  25. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,其上存储有程序指令,所述程序指令当被计算机执行时使计算机执行权利要求1-13中任一项所述的控制方法。
  26. 一种计算设备,其特征在于,包括处理器与存储器,所述存储器中存储有程序指令,所述程序指令当被所述处理器执行时使所述处理器执行权利要求1-13中任一项所述的控制方法。
  27. 一种气味调节装置,其特征在于,包括:
    香料容纳机构,用于容纳多种香料;
    香料散发机构,用于使所述多种香料选择性地向目标空间中单独散发与混合散发。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的气味调节装置,其特征在于,还包括通信接口和/或电源接口。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的气味调节装置,其特征在于,所述香料容纳机构包括香料容器,所述香料容器上设有控制器,所述控制器中记录有香料验证信息。
  30. 根据权利要求27所述的气味调节装置,其特征在于,所述香料容纳机构包括香料容器,所述香料容器上设有控制器,所述控制器中记录有香型信息、产地信息、厂家信息、生产时间信息或香料余量信息中的一项或多项。
  31. 根据权利要求27-30中任一项所述的气味调节装置,其特征在于,还包括投影机构,所述投影机构用于向香料在所述目标空间中形成的气雾进行投影而形成以所述气雾为载体的影像。
  32. 根据权利要求27-31中任一项所述的气味调节装置,其特征在于,所述香料容纳机构包括香料容器;所述香料容器包括:
    第一容纳空间构成部;
    第二容纳空间构成部,其与所述第一容纳空间构成部安装在一起,与所述第一容纳空间构成部共同构成容纳香料的容纳空间;
    第一卡合部,其固定在所述第一容纳空间构成部上;
    第二卡合部,其固定在所述第二容纳空间构成部上,与所述第一卡合部卡合;
    其中,所述第二卡合部通过脆弱部而与所述第二空间构成部连接,所述脆弱部用 于当使所述第一容纳空间构成部与所述第二容纳空间构成部脱离时产生断裂,由此使所述第二卡合部与所述第二容纳空间构成部分离。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的气味调节装置,其特征在于,还包括控制器,所述控制器固定在所述第二容纳空间构成部上。
  34. 根据权利要求27-31中任一项所述的气味调节装置,其特征在于,所述香料容纳机构包括香料容器;
    所述香料容器包括:
    第一容纳空间构成部;
    第二容纳空间构成部,与所述第一容纳空间构成部安装在一起,与所述第一容纳空间构成部共同构成容纳香料的容纳空间;
    第三卡合部,固定在所述第一容纳空间构成部上;
    控制器,固定在所述第二容纳空间构成部上;
    安全导线,其被所述第三卡合部卡合,两端分别与所述控制器电连接,当使所述第一容纳空间构成部与所述第二容纳空间构成部脱离时,所述安全导线断裂。
  35. 一种香料容器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一容纳空间构成部;
    第二容纳空间构成部,其与所述第一容纳空间构成部安装在一起,与所述第一容纳空间构成部共同构成容纳香料的容纳空间;
    第一卡合部,其固定在所述第一容纳空间构成部上;
    第二卡合部,其固定在所述第二容纳空间构成部上,与所述第一卡合部卡合;
    其中,所述第二卡合部通过脆弱部而与所述第二空间构成部连接,所述脆弱部用于当使所述第一容纳空间构成部与所述第二容纳空间构成部脱离时产生断裂,由此使所述第二卡合部与所述第二容纳空间构成部分离。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的香料容器,其特征在于,还包括控制器,所述控制器固定在所述第二容纳空间构成部上。
  37. 根据权利要求35或36所述的香料容器,其特征在于,所述第一容纳空间构成部是容器本体或容器盖中的一方,第二容纳空间构成部是容器本体或容器盖中的另一方。
  38. 一种香料容器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一容纳空间构成部;
    第二容纳空间构成部,与所述第一容纳空间构成部安装在一起,与所述第一容纳空间构成部共同构成容纳香料的容纳空间;
    第三卡合部,固定在所述第一容纳空间构成部上;
    控制器,固定在所述第二容纳空间构成部上;
    安全导线,其被所述第三卡合部卡合,两端分别与所述控制器电连接,当使所述第一容纳空间构成部与所述第二容纳空间构成部脱离时,所述安全导线断裂。
  39. 根据权利要求38中任一项所述的香料容器,其特征在于,所述第一容纳空间构成部是容器本体或容器盖中的一方,第二容纳空间构成部是容器本体或容器盖中的另一方。
  40. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求13-24中任一项所述的控制装置、权利要求26所述的计算设备、权利要求27-34中任一项所述的气味调节装置、权利要求35-39中任一项所述的香料容器。
