随着使用需求的增大和技术的不断发展,显示屏技术不断进步。显示屏一般均包括显示单元和箱体,显示单元固定装配在箱体上。目前,大多数显示屏的箱体上的电源接头都是固定在箱体上,且电源接头的至少一部分始终保持露出在外,这样不仅不美观,电源接头还容易被损坏。
发明内容

如图2和图3所示,在本实施例中,移动件3的一侧面间隔设有两个卡槽35,限位件5可以弹性伸缩地卡入两个卡槽35中,以将电源接头4保持在伸出状态或者缩回状态。更具体地,当限位件5卡入其中一个卡槽35中时对应于电源接头4的伸出状态,当限位件5卡入另一个卡槽35中时对应于电源接头4的缩回状态。在本实施例中,限位件5可以为玻珠螺栓,玻珠螺栓为现有的标准件,成本低,且能很好地与卡槽35配合限位。在其他实施例中,限位件5也可以包括限位球和弹性件,或者可以采用其他类似的配合结构。参见图2,可以在箱体1的壁体开设孔洞102,该孔洞102例如可以是用于安装玻珠螺栓的螺纹孔。在一些实施例中,孔洞102例如可以是盲孔,限位件5的弹性件安装在孔洞102中,限位球位于弹性件和移动件3之间。当电源接头4随着移动件3伸出到位或者缩回到位时,限位球在弹性件的作用下可以自动与卡槽35配合,实现电源接头4的限位。
再来参见图2和图3,在本实施例中,箱体1内可以开设有容纳槽13,移动件3滑动连接在容纳槽13中,孔洞102例如可以开设在容纳槽13中,孔洞102的底壁低于容纳槽13的底壁。在本实施例中,移动件3的至少一个侧面可以设有凸条33,移动件3通过凸条33与容纳 槽13的槽壁接触。凸条33的长度可与其所在的移动件3的侧面的长度基本相等,但凸条33的宽度小于其所在的移动件3的侧面的宽度,这样从而有效地减少移动件3与容纳槽13的接触面积,减小移动过程中的摩擦力。
优选地,参见图2和图3,避让孔11可以是阶梯孔,齿轮部22可以嵌入阶梯孔中,避让孔11的孔壁设置有与容纳槽13相通的缺口(图中未标号),齿轮部22在缺口处与齿条31啮合配合。优选地,为了避免齿轮2从避让孔11中脱落,在箱体1中还可以安装有盖板7,盖板7盖设在齿轮2的齿轮部22的端部上,并且盖板7可以通过螺钉(图中未示出)安装固定在箱体1的壁体上。
如图2和图6所示,在本实施例中,移动件3上安装有夹持件6,夹持件6可通过螺栓(图中未示出)安装在移动件3上,电源接头4安装在夹持件6上。在本实施例中,夹持件6上开设有卡孔61,电源接头4上设有与卡孔61相适配的卡块41,卡块41卡入卡孔61实现电源接头4和夹持件6的卡接固定。夹持件6大体呈U形,夹持件6的底壁设置有安装孔601,移动件3上设置有定位孔32,螺栓可以穿过安装孔601与定位孔32螺接,从而将夹持件6固定在移动件3上。夹持件6的两个相对的侧壁均设置有卡孔61,卡块41与卡孔61一一对应地设置。在本实施例中,夹持件6安装在移动件3的一端,移动件3的另一端上延伸有隔档部34,盖板7位于夹持件6和隔档部34之间,盖板7可以辅助限制移动件3的移动范围,以便于电源接头4更好地在伸出状态和缩回状态之间移动切换。
本实施例的箱体1,齿轮2的齿轮部22和移动件3的齿条31啮合配合,移动件3可以带动电源接头4做直线往复移动,使得电源接头4相对于箱体1可以伸缩。在需要使用电源接头4时,用户可以使用辅助工具(例如内六角工具)在箱体1的背面***辅助槽21,然后沿一个方向旋转辅助工具,即可驱动齿轮2转动,齿轮2转动带动齿条31移动,移动件3即驱动电源接头4从开口12向外移动伸出,当电源接头4伸出到位后,限位件5与其中一个卡槽35配合限位,盖板7与移动件3上的隔档部34接触,将电源接头4保持在伸出状态。在不需要使用电源接头4时,用户将辅助工具***辅助槽21后,反向旋转辅助工具,即可驱动电源接头4从开口12向内移动缩回,当电源接头4缩回到位后,限位件5与其中另一个卡槽35配合限位,盖板7与电源接头4接触,将电源接头4保持在缩回状态。电源接头4缩回后,箱体1不仅外观上更加美观,同时能够对电源接头4起到一定的防护作用。本申请控制电源接头4进行伸缩的结构简单,成本较低。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种箱体,所述箱体上安装有齿轮、移动件、电源接头和限位件,所述齿轮可转动地安装在该箱体内,所述齿轮的一端开设有辅助槽,所述箱体的壁体开设有与所述辅助槽对应的贯穿的避让孔;所述移动件可滑动地安装在该箱体内,所述移动件的一侧面设有齿条,所述齿条与所述齿轮啮合;所述电源接头安装在所述移动件上并具有伸出状态和缩回状态,所述箱体的侧壁开设有开口,所述电源接头在所述伸出状态和所述缩回状态之间切换时穿过所述开口;所述限位件安装在所述箱体内,用于与所述移动件配合以将所述电源接头保持在所述伸出状态或缩回状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体,其中,所述齿轮包括齿轮部和柱形部,所述柱形部从所述齿轮部的一端沿轴向延伸,且所述柱形部***所述避让孔中;所述辅助槽设置于所述柱形部的端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的箱体,其中,所述齿轮部的外径大于所述柱形部的外径;所述避让孔为阶梯孔,所述齿轮部嵌入所述避让孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体,其中,所述移动件的一侧面间隔设有两个卡槽,所述限位件可弹性伸缩地与所述两个卡槽中的一个配合,以将所述电源接头保持在所述伸出状态或缩回状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的箱体,其中,所述限位件包括限位球和弹性件;所述箱体的壁体开设有孔洞,所述限位件安装在所述孔洞中,所述限位球用于与所述卡槽配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的箱体,其中,所述限位件为玻珠螺栓,所述孔洞为螺纹孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体,其中,该箱体内开设有容纳槽,所述移动件滑动连接在所述容纳槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的箱体,其中,所述移动件的至少一个侧面设有凸条,所述凸条与所述容纳槽接触。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的箱体,其中,所述箱体内开设有容纳槽,所述移动件滑动连接在所述容纳槽中;所述避让孔的孔壁设置有与所述容纳槽相通的缺口,所述齿轮部在所述缺口处与所述齿条啮合配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的箱体,其中,所述箱体中安装有盖板,所述盖板盖设在所述齿轮部的端部上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的箱体,其中,所述电源接头安装在所述移动件的一端,所述移动件的另一端延伸有隔档部,所述盖板位于所述电源接头和所述隔档部之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体,其中,所述移动件上安装有夹持件,所述电源接头安装在所述夹持件中。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的箱体,其中,所述夹持件上设有卡孔,所述电源接头上设有与所述卡孔相适配的卡块。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的箱体,其中,所述夹持件呈U形,所述夹持件的底壁与所述移动件通过螺栓连接,所述夹持件的两个相对的侧壁均设置有所述卡孔。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的箱体,其中,所述辅助槽的槽壁包括平面壁。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的箱体,其中,所述辅助槽为一字槽、内四角槽、内五角槽、内六角槽或内八角槽。
