Abstract

The present invention relates to a vehicle blower to which an ultraviolet lamp and a silicon dioxide antimicrobial coating are applied. The present invention has an advantage in that an ultraviolet lamp is disposed within a filter assembly, and thus both outside air and air inside a vehicle can be sterilized through ultraviolet rays generated from the ultraviolet lamp. In addition, the present invention applies a silicon dioxide (SiO2) antimicrobial coating to a position where condensate or vapor may occur, and thus significant synergy with ultraviolet sterilization can be expected.

Description

Vehicle blower with UV lamp and silicon dioxide antibacterial coating applied
The present invention relates to a vehicle blower, and more particularly, to a vehicle blower equipped with an ultraviolet lamp and treated with silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) antibacterial coating.
The vehicle is equipped with an air conditioning system to keep the interior of the vehicle comfortable by controlling the interior of the vehicle to an appropriate temperature and humidity when the interior temperature is high, such as in summer.
An air conditioner system of a vehicle is a vapor compression refrigeration cycle, and consists of main parts of a condenser, a compressor, an expansion valve, an evaporator, and a dryer. The refrigeration cycle is provided with a refrigerant gas injection port for filling or replenishing the refrigerant gas during use.
In the case of summer when the air conditioner is driven, when the vehicle is turned off or the air conditioner is stopped, the residual condensate is discharged through the condensate drain of the evaporator case. Even after the residual condensate is discharged through the condensate drain of the evaporator case, it remains condensed on the surface of the evaporator due to the surface tension. Since various molds and bacteria are propagated in the residual condensate remaining on the surface of the evaporator, if the air conditioner is operated again after that, mold and bacteria will enter the interior of the vehicle along with the air, giving the interior of the vehicle an unpleasant odor or moldy smell. There was a problem that caused
