本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、终端及存储介质。
背景技术
针对仅具有单发双收或单发单收功能的多订户身份模块(Multiple Subscriber Identity Module,MUSIM)终端,由于终端无法同时与多个网络进行交互,当存在与多个网络相关的业务和/或数据时,终端需要根据寻呼发起原因确定在不同网络间切换。如何确定寻呼拒绝的问题还需解决。

目前,无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)发起的寻呼对终端/用户设备(User Equipment,UE)的非接入层(Non-access stratum,NAS)是不可知的。
但是随着寻呼原因引入寻呼消息,UE的接入层(Access Stratum,AS)并无另一张卡业务的信息和用户倾向信息(是响应寻呼还是拒绝寻呼)。而UE的NAS层虽然有用户倾向信息,但是并不知道RAN寻呼的寻呼原因是什么,因此UE如何响应寻呼或拒绝寻呼的问题还需要解决。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,RAN发起的寻呼消息包括以下至少一项:用于处于寻呼RRC非活跃态终端的寻呼消息,用于通知终端***消息变更。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,终端相关的寻呼原因和寻呼终端的原因代表一个意思,可以混用。

不难理解,RAN寻呼目前是不会通知终端NAS的,为了让终端的NAS确定进行寻呼接受响应或寻呼拒绝,可以将RAN寻呼中的寻呼原因信息发送给终端的NAS。当确定接受寻呼响应的情况下,一种实施方式中,终端的NAS可以触发一个NAS包(如服务请求消息)。所述NAS包发送给终端的AS,终端的AS根据所述接收到的NAS包,可以向网络发送用于指示寻呼接受响应的信息(比如连接建立请求或连接恢复请求)。当确定接受寻呼响应的情况下,另一种实施方式中,终端的NAS向终端的AS发送第五指示信息,终端的AS根据第五指示信息,可以向网络发送用于指示寻呼接受响应的信息(比如连接建立请求连接恢复请求)

本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述信息处理方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

    所述第四指示信息用于指示对所述寻呼消息进行寻呼拒绝;
    所述第五指示信息用于指示以下之一:对所述寻呼消息进行寻呼接受响应,发起连接建立,发起连接恢复;
    其中,所述第一倾向信息包括以下至少一项:
    用于指示拒绝所有的寻呼的信息;
    第一数据通道的信息,且所述第一数据通道的信息用于指示拒绝所述第一数据通道相关的寻呼;
    用于指示拒绝除寻呼原因为第一值之外的寻呼的信息;
    用于指示仅接受除寻呼原因为第一值之外的寻呼的信息;
    用于指示接受所有的寻呼的信息;
    用于指示接受寻呼原因为第一值的寻呼的信息;
    第二数据通道的信息,且所述第二数据通道的信息用于指示接受所述第二数据通道相关的寻呼。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二发送单元,用于根据所述第四指示信息,向第一网络发送用于寻呼拒绝的信息;
    和/或
    第三发送单元,用于根据所述第五指示信息,向第一网络发送用于寻呼接受的相关信息。
  39. 根据权利要求37所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述用于寻呼拒绝的信息包括以下之一:寻呼拒绝指示信息,释放指示信息。
  40. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    第二接收单元,用于从第一网络接收关于终端的寻呼消息;
    第三执行单元,用于执行第三操作;
    其中,所述第三操作包括以下至少一项:
    确定是否进行寻呼拒绝;
    确定是否进行寻呼接受响应;
    确定是否向第一网络发送用于寻呼拒绝的信息;
    确定是否向第一网络发送用于寻呼接受响应的信息;
    向第一网络发送用于寻呼拒绝的信息;
    向第一网络发送用于寻呼接受响应的信息。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第三发送单元,用于发送第三信息;
    所述第三执行单元,用于根据所述第三信息,终端的AS层执行所述第三操作。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述第三信息包括以下至少一项:
    第六指示信息,所述第六指示信息对所述寻呼消息进行寻呼拒绝;
    第七指示信息,所述第七指示信息用于指示以下之一:对所述寻呼消息进行寻呼接受响应,发起连接建立,发起连接恢复;
    第一倾向信息;
    其中,所述第一倾向信息包括以下至少一项:
    用于指示拒绝所有的寻呼的信息;
    第一数据通道的信息,且所述第一数据通道的信息用于指示拒绝所述第一数据通道相关的寻呼;
    用于指示拒绝除寻呼原因为第一值之外的寻呼的信息;
    用于指示仅接受除寻呼原因为第一值之外的寻呼的信息;
    用于指示接受所有的寻呼的信息;
    用于指示接受寻呼原因为第一值的寻呼的信息;
    第二数据通道的信息,且所述第二数据通道的信息用于指示接受所述第二数据通道相关的寻呼。
  43. 根据权利要求40所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述用于寻呼拒绝的信息包括以下之一:寻呼拒绝指示信息,释放指示信息。
  44. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    第三接收单元,用于从第一网络接收寻呼消息;
    第四执行单元,用于基于所述寻呼消息,执行第四操作,所述第四操作包括以下至少一项:
    确定是否进行寻呼拒绝;
    确定是否进行寻呼接受响应;
    确定是否通过AS信令发起寻呼拒绝;
    确定是否通过NAS信令发起寻呼拒绝;
    通过AS信令发送用于寻呼拒绝的信息或通过NAS信令发送用于寻呼拒绝的信息;
    通过AS信令发送用于寻呼接受响应的信息或通过NAS信令发送用于寻呼接受响应的信息。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的信息处理装置,其中,还包括:
    第一获得单元,用于获得第一倾向信息;
    所述第四执行单元,用于根据所述第一倾向信息,执行第四操作。
  46. 根据权利要求44所述的信息处理装置,其中,所述用于寻呼拒绝的信息包括以下之一:寻呼拒绝指示信息,释放指示信息。
  47. 一种终端,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至17任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求18至23任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求24至32任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤。
  48. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至17任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求18至23任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求24至32任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤。
