Description

WAITSTAFF CALLING SYSTEM WITH CHARGING UNIT Technological Field:
This invention relates to a waitstaff calling system with a charging unit, which enables the service personnel/waitstaff to be called in service places such as cafeterias and restaurants, to see which table is called in the cloud system over the web.
Prior Art:
Customers in cafes, restaurants, and other public areas must make a sound or make a hand signal to notify a waitstaff. In crowded and noisy environments, this may not always be effective.
Electronic systems are now being utilized in cafes, restaurants, and other similar businesses to make the procedure of calling a waitstaff easier. These systems allow service procedures to be completed quickly by displaying lit visual warnings on an electronic panel that is visible to the waitstaff. A lot of wiring was necessary between the tables and the electronic board in the original systems, but currently, components that can connect wirelessly have been developed.
In the patent application numbered US7369039, the waitstaff call light is described. This clamp-shaped light is clamped to the edge of the table top and used. By pressing the button on the invention, the light on it lights up and attracts the waitstaffs attention. The charging unit (1) contains two parallel side panels (1.1) and “+” and charging bands (1.2) that will charge the desktop devices (2) placed between the side panels (1.1) (Figure-5, Figure- 6). The side panels (1.1) have two mirrors (1.1.2) positioned parallel to each other and leds (1.1.3) positioned between the mirrors (1.1.2) to which the advertisement images (1.1.1) are pasted (Figure-4).
The desktop device (2) includes a lighting surface (2.3) on which the first color, preferably white (2.3.1) in sleep mode, and the last color, preferably red (2.3.2) are reflected by changing color with the trigger action (10) (Figure-11). There is an accelerometer (2.1) inside the desktop device (2), which detects the triggering movement (10) and enables the first color, preferably white (2.3.1) to change to the last color (2.3.2), preferably red, in sleep mode (Figure-7, Figure- 8). Furthermore, on the desktop device (2), the charging surfaces (2.2) and the ID of the device, which allow the battery to be charged by contacting the charging bands (1.2) on the charging unit (1), and the RF module (2.4) that sends the data packet (3) that contains information about the battery status.
Detailed Description of the Invention:
The invention includes a desktop device (2) that changes its first color (2.3.1) with the triggering movement (10) it receives from the accelerometer (2.1) and changes its final color (2.3.2) and a charging unit (1) that charges the desktop devices (2). (Figure-1, Figure-2).
The first structure forming the invention is the accelerometer (2.1) sensor. The axis of the desktop device (2) can be measured by means of the accelerometer (2.1). The waitstaff is called when the tabletop device (2) is turned for the first time. And the desktop device (2) becomes red color via leds. LEDs that give the first color (2.3.1) and the last color (2.3.2) with the movement of the accelerometer (2.1) are used. In sleep mode, the first color (2.3.1) of the desktop device (2) is preferably white. By turning the desktop device (2), the last color (2.3.2) turns red.
A cloud system (5) is available for the business to see which desk (M) is called. The desktop device (2) located on the top of the table (M) communicates with a collector device (4) with the RF module (2.4). The desktop device (2), which is red during the first dialing, communicates at 433 MHz via the collector device (4) and the RF module (2.4).

The battery that enables the desktop device (2) to work is charged by the charging unit (1). Two side panels (1.1) are formed on the charging unit (1) to be used for advertising and promotional purposes. The side panels (1.1) have two mirrors (1.1.2) positioned parallel to each other and leds (1.1.3) positioned between the mirrors (1.1.2) to which the advertisement images (1.1.1) are pasted (Figure-4). When these LEDs (1.1.3) are electrified, reflection occurs between the mirrors (1.1.2) and creates a pleasant image (Figure-3).

Claims
