- 一种气溶胶生成装置,包括腔室、红外加热器以及用于提供电力的电芯;其特征在于,所述红外加热器包括:细长的基体,具有封闭端和开口端,且内部形成有与所述开口端连通的腔室;所述封闭端配置为可***到接收于所述腔室的气溶胶形成基质中;碳材料发热体,被收容在所述腔室内,且自第一端纵向延伸至第二端;所述第一端靠近所述封闭端设置;间隔设置在所述碳材料发热体上的第一电极和第二电极,所述第一电极和所述第二电极均至少部分被收容在所述腔室内;其中,所述第一电极和所述第二电极用于接受电力,以使得所述碳材料发热体产生红外线并透过所述基体辐射加热所述气溶胶形成基质。
- 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一电极和所述第二电极均包括本体和电极引线;所述本体设置在所述碳材料发热体上且被收容在所述腔室内;所述电极引线的一端与所述本体连接,另一端从所述开口端延伸至所述基体外。
- 根据权利要求2所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一电极的本体设置在所述第一端,所述第二电极的本体设置在所述第二端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述碳材料发热体具有自所述碳材料发热体的部分侧面沿着径向方向凹陷的槽,所述槽自所述第一端纵向延伸至所述第二端;所述第一电极的电极引线收容在所述槽内并且部分从所述开口端延伸至所述基体外。
- 根据权利要求4所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二电极的本体具有纵向延伸的通孔,所述第一电极的电极引线穿过所述通孔后从所述开口端延伸至所述基体外。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述红外加热器还包括绝缘件,所述绝缘件套接在所述第一电极的电极引线***。
- 根据权利要求4所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述红外加热器还包括温度传感器,所述温度传感器至少部分设置在所述槽中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一电极的本体和所述第二电极的本体均设置在所述第一端,所述碳材料发热体在接收电力之后自所述第一端向所述第二端进行热传递。
- 根据权利要求2所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述碳材料发热体上具有间隔设置的第一电极孔和第二电极孔,所述第一电极的本体固定在所述第一电极孔上,所述第二电极的本体固定在所述第二电极孔上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一电极的本体与所述第一电极孔为螺纹连接,所述第二电极的本体与所述第二电极孔为螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述红外加热器还包括用于对所述开口端进行密封的密封件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述碳材料发热体由碳材料制作而成,所述碳材料包括石墨、石墨烯、碳纤维、碳纳米管、炭黑和活性炭中的至少一种。
- 一种用于气溶胶生成装置的红外加热器,其特征在于,包括:细长的基体,具有封闭端和开口端,且内部形成有与所述开口端连通的腔室;碳材料发热体,被收容在所述腔室内,且自第一端纵向延伸至第二端;所述第一端靠近所述封闭端设置;间隔设置在所述碳材料发热体上的第一电极和第二电极,所述第一电极和所述第二电极均至少部分被收容在所述腔室内;其中,所述第一电极和所述第二电极用于接受电力,以使得所述碳材料发热体产生红外线并透过所述基体辐射。
