Description

本发明涉及厨房电器技术领域,具体涉及一种上置式多功能空气炸锅及其加热盖。
背景技术
空气炸锅是一种可以利用空气来进行“油炸”的家用电器,其主要是利用热空气代替原本煎锅中的热油,使食物变熟;同时利用热空气带走食物表层的水分,使食材达到近似油炸的效果。空气炸锅通过高温加热机器里面的热管来产生热空气,然后用风机将高温空气吹到国内加热食物,是热空气在封闭的空间内循环,利用食物本身的油脂煎炸食物,从而使食物脱水,表面金黄酥脆。
然而空气炸锅一般整机尺寸相对较大,空间占比高,但功能相对单一,用户体验感差。为此,中国发明专利CN112155438A提供了一种多功能空气炸锅,包括下锅体,其内设有下热辐射发热组件;上锅体,其内设有热风对流组件,上锅体能够与下锅体盖合或分离,上锅体与下锅体盖合时能够形成空气炸腔,下热辐射发热组件与热风对流组件配合对空气炸腔内的食材进行空气炸;上锅体与下锅体分离时,上锅体能够避让开下锅体的上方,以使下锅体内形成开口朝上的烹饪腔;烹饪器具,其能够设置在空气炸腔或烹饪腔内,用于容置待烹制的食材。该发明,可以实现煎、炸、烤、焖、蒸等多种功能,一机多用,在一定程度上降低了厨房空间占用率。
但是,上述方案具有以下缺点:
(1)上锅体和下锅体采用翻盖设计,上锅体通过底托和连接臂设置在下锅体上,在开盖操作或进行煎、烤、焖等烹饪操作时对操作空间具有一定要求,用户使用体验较差;

如图2所示,锅具包括空气炸锅2,空气炸锅2包括炸锅本体21和炸篮22,炸锅本体21由透明材料制成,呈开口向上的筒状,炸锅本体21的开口与加热腔116的开口相适配,加热盖1可拆卸地设置在炸锅本体21上。炸锅本体21的左右两侧设有炸锅手柄211,炸锅手柄211与锅耳槽114相适配,炸锅手柄211的顶面上设有第一开关凸部212。炸篮22设置在炸锅本体21内,炸篮22上设有集油孔221,用于收集食物烹饪过程中产生的多余的油脂。
如图6、图7和图8所示,锅具还包括煎盘6和煮锅7,煎盘6和煮锅7的两侧分别设有煎盘手柄61和煮锅手柄71,煎盘61和煮锅71与加热腔116的开口相适配。煎盘手柄61的底面上设有第二开关凸部62。
锅具还包括干果架8,干果架8包括底托81、多个烘干架82和顶盖83,底托81上设有通风口811。底托81与加热腔116的开口相适配,底托81可以设置在加热腔116的开口上。底托81的两侧设置干果架手柄812,干果架手柄812的底面上设有第三开关凸部813。多个烘干架82叠放在底托81上,烘干架82上设有通风孔821。顶盖83设置在烘干架82的顶面上,顶盖上设出风孔831,方便烘干风携带水蒸气离开干果架。
本发明的使用方法如下:
使用空气炸锅2烹饪食物时,加热盖1设置在炸锅本体21的顶面上,炸锅本体21上的炸锅手柄211设置在锅耳槽114内。外界空气从加热盖外壳11上的进风口113进入到驱动腔115,并通过隔热板13和隔板12上的通孔进入到加热腔116,加热器41对空气进行加热,加热风扇42将热空气送入到炸锅本体21内,对炸锅本体21内的食物进行加热。热空气在炸锅本体21内形成热空气循环,加热食物。
干果的制备过程:如图8所示,翻转加热盖1,使加热组件4朝上设置, 加热盖手柄112支撑加热盖1保持平稳,将待制备果干的水果平铺在每层烘干架82上,并叠放在底托81上。外界空气通过加热盖1上的进风孔113进入到加热盖1内,由加热器41加热,并由加热风扇42将热空气吹入到干果架8内烘干水果,热空气和水蒸气从顶盖83上的出风孔831内排出。
炸锅手柄211的顶面设置第一开关凸部212,煎盘手柄61和干果架手柄812的底面上设置第二开关凸部62和第三开关凸部813,当利用加热盖2进行加热时,炸锅手柄211以及煎盘手柄61和干果架手柄812的手柄上的开关凸部触动开关操作杆52,使其与微动开关51接触,控制驱动组件3和加热组件4通电开始工作,当取下加热盖1,或者将煎盘6或干果架8从加热盖1上取下时,开关操作杆52与微动开关51分离,控制加热组件4和驱动组件3断电,以确保加热盖3的使用安全。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的上置式多功能空气炸锅及其加热盖,加热盖可拆卸地安装在空气炸锅的顶面上,降低了烹饪时多功能空气炸锅对于操作空间大小的要求,提高了用户的使用体验。加热组件和驱动组件均设置在加热盖内,提高了空气炸锅内热空气循环的效果,提高了空气炸锅的能量转化率,使食物受热均匀,提高食物的口感。
在本发明中,驱动腔内设置有开关组件,开关组件的开关操作杆设置在加热盖外壳上,炸锅手柄、煎盘手柄和干果架手柄上设置开关凸部,可以取下加热盖,或者将煎盘或干果架从加热盖1上取下时,切断电源,确保用户用电安全,避免发生危险。
本发明并不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下做出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上置式多功能空气炸锅的加热盖,其特征在于,包括:
    加热盖外壳,所述加热盖外壳上设有加热盖手柄,所述加热盖手柄的顶面水平设置;
    隔板,设置在所述加热盖外壳内,所述隔板将所述加热盖外壳分隔为驱动腔和开口向下设置的加热腔;
    加热组件,包括加热器和加热风扇,设置在所述加热腔内;
    驱动组件,包括驱动电机和电源组件,设置在所述驱动腔内,所述加热风扇与所述驱动电机连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅的加热盖,其特征在于,所述驱动腔内还设有隔热板,设置在所述隔板的顶面上,与所述隔板之间形成隔热腔,所述驱动组件设置在所述隔热板的顶面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅的加热盖,其特征在于,所述加热盖外壳的顶面的左右两侧下凹形成台阶,所述加热盖手柄设置在所述台阶上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅的加热盖,其特征在于,所述加热盖外壳上设有进风口,所述进风口设置在所述加热盖手柄的下方。
  5. 一种上置式多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至3任意一项权利要求所述的加热盖,还包括锅具,所述锅具包括空气炸锅,所述空气炸锅包括:
    炸锅本体,呈开口向上的筒体,所述炸锅本体上设有炸锅手柄;所述炸锅本体的开口与所述加热腔的开口相适配,所述加热盖可拆卸地设置在所述炸锅本体的顶面上;
    炸篮,设置在所述炸锅本体内;所述炸篮上设有集油孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述 炸锅本体由透明材质制成。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述锅具还包括煎盘和煮锅,所述煎盘和所述煮锅上分别设有煎盘手柄和煮锅手柄,所述煎盘和所述煮锅与所述加热腔的开口相适配。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述锅具还包括干果架,包括:
    底托,所述底托上设有干果架手柄;所述底托上设有通风口;
    多个烘干架,多个所述烘干架叠放在所述底托上,所述烘干架上设有通风孔;
    顶盖,设置在所述烘干架的顶面上,所述顶盖上设有出风孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述驱动腔内还设有开关组件,包括:
    微动开关,设置在所述驱动腔的隔热板上,与驱动所述驱动电机和所述加热组件的电源组件电性连接;
    开关操作杆,设置在所述微动开关的下方,其上端与所述微动开关活动接触设置,其下端穿出所述加热盖外壳的底面设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的上置式多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述煎盘手柄和所述干果架手柄的底面上设有开关凸部,所述炸锅手柄的顶面上设有开关凸部,所述开关凸部用于驱动所述开关操作杆移动至与所述微动开关接触设置。
