5、现有技术将滑座安装于跑台上,使得跑台上需要额外进行改进来安装滑座,导致跑台的使用面积变小以及结构更为复杂,装配成本和加工成本较高,相当于额外增加了跑台的体积,导致地面占用面积更大,得不偿失,而本方案有效利用立柱上空缺的空间来安装滑座,不会增加地面占用面积,显著提高了空间利用率,也无需对跑台进行任何更改设计,立柱的结构相比跑台更为简单,改造成本低,因此本方案相比现有技术,装配成本和加工成本更低,空间利用率更高;
6、滑轨并不是完全固定在立柱上,因此此时滑轨可单独进行转动,使用时只需要将滑轨顶端与立柱顶端解锁拆卸,使得滑轨可以转动,将滑轨转动放置在跑台上即可按照原先的方案一样进行划船操作,由于无需带动立柱转动,使得操作难度更低,且此结构并没有增加额外的地面空间占用;
7、当滑轨反向转动到与跑台平行的位置时,此时划船和跑步机可同时使用,相比现有技术只能单独使用其中一种功能的方案,本方案的进步更加显著,且使用时,划船者与跑步用户面对面,可互相交流,尤其适合家庭用户使用,促进家庭和睦,本方案在收纳折叠时和现有跑步机的占用地面空间基本相同,因此具有极高的空间利用率。
进一步地,所述滑座组件包括坐垫、与坐垫连接的固定部,所述固定部与滑轨滑动配合。此方案通过用户坐在坐垫上,用户通过臀部力量推动坐垫,坐垫带动固定部在滑轨上来回移动,移动顺畅且结构简单,故障率低。
进一步地,所述立柱顶端设有第一支撑部,当所述立柱与跑台合拢时,所述第一支撑部抵接于地面,通过调节所述第一支撑部的长度或旋转角度实现立柱与跑台的角度调节。此方案中立柱在与跑台合拢时,立柱顶端的第一支撑部与地面接触,从而可以通过第一支撑部来方便地调节立柱与跑台的角度,从而实现了滑座组件倾斜角度调节,使得用户可采用更加舒适的方式来进行划船运动。
进一步地,所述划船器拉把机构包括划船器拉手、与划船器拉手连接的拉绳、与拉绳连接的拉绳回弹机构及与拉绳回弹机构传动连接的内磁控飞轮组。此方案通过用户拉动划船器拉手,拉绳带动拉绳回弹机构和内磁控飞轮组,从而实现模拟操作船桨的操作,通过内磁控飞轮组可实现无极调速功能,适合各种档位的调节,方便用户根据自身情况旋转合适的档位。
进一步地,所述滑轨顶端设有可转动的第二支撑部,当所述滑轨远离跑台方向旋转至与地面接触时,所述第二支撑部抵接于地面上,使得所述滑轨与跑台平行。此方案,还可以通过将滑轨反向转动,使得滑轨上的第二支撑部能够支撑住滑轨,对于滑轨拥有极好的支撑作用,且第二支撑部可转动的设置,使 其可在单独跑步模式的时候,第二支撑部可转动实现折叠,不对用户造成干涉和困扰。
进一步地,所述划船器拉把机构还包括与底座活动连接的摆臂。此方案,通过摆臂来模拟船桨,可进行各种操作,适合各种划船运动,用户可在摆臂和拉把之间任意旋转,选择空间大。
进一步地,所述固定部上设有与滑轨配合的滑轮。此设置,通过滚动配合的方式,可显著降低摩擦力,减轻噪音,尤其是配合静音滑轮,可进一步地降低滑轮,当然还可以是其他滑动配合方式。
进一步地,所述滑座组件位于跑台和立柱的中心线上。此设置,将滑座组件设于整体的中心位置后,更有利于提高本跑步机的空间利用率,也是的划船操作的时候,更加平稳。
进一步地,所述底座上设有安装孔,所述立柱上设有与安装孔配合的旋转轴,所述旋转轴穿过安装孔与脚踏组件旋转连接。此设置,使得脚踏组件可直接利用立柱上的旋转轴来安装,无需在底座上额外新增用来安装旋转轴的结构,因此可显著简化结构,降低成本,降低故障率。
进一步地,所述脚踏组件包括两个脚踏板,每个所述脚踏板均与底架或立柱旋转连接,且所述底架上设有供脚踏板安装和调节活动的活动区。此设置,通过将脚踏板安装于活动区位置,可减少脚踏板伸出底架的距离,从而显著提高空间利用率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本领域技术人员应理解的是,在本实用新型的披露中,术语“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系是基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,其仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此上述术语不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
目前现有的二合一跑步机均存在操作麻烦,需要额外拆装划船用的坐垫,而且是将坐垫部位安装在跑台上的,因此额外增加跑台的结构复杂度和大小,导致地面空间占用大,成本大幅度提高。
本实用新型为了解决上述技术问题,请参阅1-3,本多功能折叠跑步机包括底架1、立柱2、仪表组3及跑台4,其中所述的底架1通过常见的不锈钢钢管或冷板拼接焊接合成,当然还可以是其他材料制成,立柱2包括不限于双立柱2,单立柱2或者其他结构,跑台4的结构为现有技术,仪表组3为常见的触屏,用于显示各种跑步机的信息,这里不再对其结构进行赘述。在一种实施例中,触屏还可以为可拆卸式,在使用划船的时候,可将触屏拆下安装在底架1上。
其中单立柱2可参阅图11和图12。
优选地,底架1上还可以设有用于自动折叠立柱2和跑台4的电动折叠结构,此电动折叠结构为现有技术,因此本方案包括不限于手动折叠式的跑步机,还应用于电动折叠或其他驱动器驱动的自动折叠跑步机,本方案的核心在于将跑步机和划船器二合一并减少空间占用,在使用时,无需进行额外的拆装动作,提高使用便利性,降低装配和制造成本,从而降低购买门槛。
具体地,所述立柱2上设有与立柱2活动连接的滑座组件5,所述滑座组件5在外力驱动下可沿立柱2长度方向做往复运动,且所述立柱2通过底架1与跑台4旋转连接,其中所述滑座组件5至少包括坐垫51、与坐垫51连接的固定部52,所述立柱2上设有与固定部52滑动配合的滑轨6,所述坐垫51通过固定部52实现在滑轨6上来回滑动。此方案通过用户坐在坐垫51上,用户通过臀部力量推动坐垫51,坐垫51带动固定部52在滑轨6上来回移动,移动顺畅且结构简单,故障率低;
在本实施例中,坐垫51可以为常见的真皮坐垫51、仿皮坐垫51或海绵坐 垫51等,还可以是具有加热或制冷或通风或按摩功能的坐垫51,可以显著提升用户划船时的使用体验。
在本实施例中,固定部52的结构不限定,主要作用是将坐垫51固定住,可以通过螺丝来固定住坐垫51,然后通过滑轮53与滑轨6配合的结构实现滑动,还可以是其他滑动配合结构,如直线导轨和滑块配合的结构,所有滑动配合或使得坐垫51往复移动的结构均落入本方案的保护范围。
优选地,所述固定部52上设有与滑轨6配合的滑轮53。此设置通过滚动配合的方式,可显著降低摩擦力,减轻噪音,尤其是配合静音滑轮53,可进一步地降低滑轮53,当然还可以是其他滑动配合方式。
在本实施例中,请参阅图4-6,图滑轨6的结构可以是矩形的,也可以是圆弧形的,请参阅图7-8,可以是单滑轨6,也可以是双滑轨6,这里不再对其进行赘述,任何滑轨6的形式均落入本方案的保护范围内。
具体地,所述底架1上设有用于驱动跑台4运行的跑台传动组件7、与底架1旋转连接的脚踏组件9及与底架1活动连接的划船器拉把机构8,所述划船器拉把机构8用于模拟船桨,其中跑台传动组件7为常见的电机通过同步带驱动跑步带回转,其结构为常规技术手段,所述脚踏组件9包括两个脚踏板91,每个所述脚踏板91均与底架1或立柱2旋转连接,且所述底架1上设有供脚踏板91安装和调节活动的活动区。此设置,通过将脚踏板91安装于活动区位置,可减少脚踏板91伸出底架1的距离,从而显著提高空间利用率,在本实施例中,脚踏组件9的主要作用是放置脚,其结构不限定。
在本实施例中,所述划船器拉把机构8包括划船器拉手81、与划船器拉手81连接的拉绳82、与拉绳82连接的拉绳回弹机构83及与拉绳回弹机构83传动连接的内磁控飞轮组84。此方案通过用户拉动划船器拉手81,拉绳82带动 拉绳回弹机构83和内磁控飞轮组84,从而实现模拟操作船桨的操作,通过内磁控飞轮组84可实现无极调速功能,适合各种档位的调节,方便用户根据自身情况旋转合适的档位,其中内磁控飞轮组84和拉伸回弹机构均为现有技术,这里不再对其结构进行赘述。
请参阅图3,在另一种实施例中,所述划船器拉把机构8还包括与底座活动连接的摆臂85。此方案,通过摆臂85来模拟船桨,可进行各种操作,适合各种划船运动,用户可在摆臂85和拉把之间任意旋转,选择空间大,其中摆臂85的具体安装结构为常规技术手段,这里不再对其结构进行赘述,而在摆臂85上可安装硅胶材质或真皮材质等握持部位,可显著提升手感,也可以安装各种人体特征传感器来实时监测人体数据,在坐垫51、划船器拉手81上也能够安装,可实现心率、血氧等人体特征监测。
优选地,所述滑座组件5位于跑台4和立柱2的中心线上。此设置,将滑座组件5设于整体的中心位置后,更有利于提高本跑步机的空间利用率,也是的划船操作的时候,更加平稳。
具体地,所述底座上设有安装孔,所述立柱2上设有与安装孔配合的旋转轴11,所述旋转轴11穿过安装孔与脚踏组件9旋转连接。此设置,使得脚踏组件9可直接利用立柱2上的旋转轴11来安装,无需在底座上额外新增用来安装旋转轴11的结构,因此可显著简化结构,降低成本,降低故障率。
优选地,所述立柱2顶端设有第一支撑部12,当所述立柱2与跑台4合拢时,所述第一支撑部12抵接于地面,通过调节所述第一支撑部12的长度或旋转角度实现立柱2与跑台4的角度调节,其中第一支撑部12可以是固定在立柱2上的把手或旋转安装在立柱2上的旋转臂等结构,包括但不限于上述几种举例方式。此方案中立柱2在于跑台4合拢时,立柱2顶端的第一支撑部12与地面 接触,从而可以通过第一支撑部12来方便地调节立柱2与跑台4的角度,从而实现了滑座组件5倾斜角度调节,使得用户可采用更加舒适的方式来进行划船运动。
请再次参阅图5和图6,在一种实施例中,所述滑轨6底端与底架1旋转连接,所述滑轨6顶端与立柱2顶端可拆卸连接,其中可拆卸连接包括不限于卡扣连接,磁吸连接,连接件螺接固定等方式,可拆卸连接结构为常规技术手段,这里不再对其进行赘述,值得注意的是,此处申明并不代表本方案为常规技术手段,只是说明可拆卸连接的结构为现有技术,需结合本方案整体来评价创造性。此方案,滑轨6并不是完全固定在立柱2上,因此此时滑轨6可单独进行转动,使用时只需要将滑轨6顶端与立柱2顶端解锁拆卸,使得滑轨6可以转动,将滑轨6转动放置在跑台4上即可按照原先的方案一样进行划船操作,由于无需带动立柱2转动,使得操作难度更低,且此结构并没有增加额外的地面空间占用。其中滑轨6与底座之间的连接方式可以是铰接或其他旋转连接方式。
请参阅图9和图10,更进一步地,所述滑轨6顶端设有第二支撑部61,当所述滑轨6远离跑台4方向旋转至与地面接触时,所述第二支撑部61抵接于地面上,使得所述滑轨6与跑台4平行。此方案,还可以通过将滑轨6反向转动,使得滑轨6上的第二支撑部61能够支撑住滑轨6,从而实现了划船器功能和跑步机功能可同时使用,相比现有技术只能单独使用其中一种功能的方案,本方案的进步更加显著,且使用时,划船者与跑步用户面对面,可互相交流,尤其适合家庭用户使用,促进家庭和睦,本方案在收纳折叠时和现有跑步机的占用地面空间基本相同,因此具有极高的空间利用率。
本实用新型未详述部分为现有技术,故本实用新型未对其进行详述。
可以理解的是,术语“一”应理解为“至少一”或“一个或多个”,即在 一个实施例中,一个元件的数量可以为一个,而在另外的实施例中,该元件的数量可以为多个,术语“一”不能理解为对数量的限制。
尽管本文较多地使用了底架1、立柱2、仪表组3、跑台4、滑座组件5、滑轨6、跑台传动组件7、划船器拉把机构8、脚踏组件9、旋转轴11、第一支撑部12、坐垫51、固定部52、滑轮53、第二支撑部61、划船器拉手81、拉绳82、拉绳回弹机构83、内磁控飞轮组84、摆臂85、脚踏板91等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本实用新型的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本实用新型精神相违背的。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种多功能折叠跑步机,包括底架、立柱、仪表组及跑台,所述立柱与底架旋转连接,所述仪表台位于立柱顶端,所述跑台与底架连接,所述底架上设有用于驱动跑台运行的跑台传动组件,其特征在于,所述立柱上设有滑轨以及滑动设于滑轨上的滑座组件,所述滑轨整体与立柱可拆卸连接或所述滑轨顶端与立柱可拆卸连接且底端与底架旋转连接;所述底架上设有与底架旋转连接的脚踏组件及与底架活动连接的划船器拉把机构,所述划船器拉把机构用于模拟船桨;当所述立柱旋转至与跑台处于合拢状态时,所述立柱与跑台平行,且所述立柱的顶端抵接地面或跑台,同时所述滑座组件始终不与跑台接触;所述滑座组件位于跑台和立柱的中心线上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能折叠跑步机,其特征在于,所述滑座组件包括坐垫、与坐垫连接的固定部,所述固定部与滑轨滑动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能折叠跑步机,其特征在于,所述划船器拉把机构包括划船器拉手、与划船器拉手连接的拉绳、与拉绳连接的拉绳回弹机构及与拉绳回弹机构传动连接的内磁控飞轮组。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能折叠跑步机,其特征在于,所述滑轨顶端设有可转动的第二支撑部,当所述滑轨远离跑台方向旋转至与地面接触时,所述第二支撑部抵接于地面上,使得所述滑轨与跑台平行。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能折叠跑步机,其特征在于,所述划船器拉把机构还包括与底座活动连接的两个摆臂。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能折叠跑步机,其特征在于,所述固定部上设有与滑轨配合的滑轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能折叠跑步机,其特征在于,所述底座 上设有安装孔,所述立柱上设有与安装孔配合的旋转轴,所述旋转轴穿过安装孔与脚踏组件旋转连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能折叠跑步机,其特征在于,所述脚踏组件包括两个脚踏板,每个所述脚踏板均与旋转轴旋转连接,且所述底架上设有供脚踏板安装和调节活动的活动区。
