按摩椅 技术领域
本发明属于按摩机械技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种按摩椅。
背景技术
按摩椅是利用机械的滚动力作用和机械力挤压来进行按摩,能够疏通经络,使气血循环,保持机体的阴阳平衡,按摩后可感到肌肉放松,关节灵活,使人精神振奋,消除疲劳,对保证身体健康有重要作用。
现有按摩椅按摩机芯的运动范围大部分是从人体臀部到头部,脚部和小腿一般是采用固定位置的按摩结构进行按摩,例如,在人体脚部两侧安装按摩气袋或脚底安装滚压、揉搓等机构,在人体小腿部位安装按摩气袋或滚压机构,因为气袋和滚压机构无法移动,只能在人体固定位置进行按摩,像人体脚跟、大腿等部位很难得到按摩。可见采用现有按摩椅,使用者有很多部位是无法被按摩到的,按摩舒适感差。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种按摩椅,以解决现有技术按摩椅存在的按摩效果差的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明提供一种按摩椅,包括座架、第一按摩组件和第二按摩组件;
所述第一按摩组件包括第一轨道、第一按摩机芯和腿部支架,所述第一轨道安装于所述腿部支架上,所述第二按摩组件包括第二轨道、第二按摩机芯和靠背支架,所述第二轨道安装于所述靠背支架上,所述第一按摩机芯用于沿所 述第一轨道往复运动,以使得所述第一按摩机芯实现臀部以下的活动按摩,所述第二按摩机芯用于沿所述第二轨道往复运动,以使得所述第二按摩机芯实现臀部以上的活动按摩。
在一个实施例中,所述按摩椅还包括第一驱动结构和连杆,所述腿部支架和所述靠背支架均转动连接于所述座架上,所述连杆的第一端转动连接于所述腿部支架上,所述连杆的第二端转动连接于所述靠背支架上,所述第一驱动结构用于驱动所述靠背支架运动。
在一个实施例中,所述第一驱动结构为电动推杆,所述电动推杆的电机与所述座架转动连接,所述电动推杆的推杆与所述靠背支架转动连接。
在一个实施例中,所述连杆的数量为两个,两个所述连杆对称设置于所述靠背支架的左、右两侧。
在一个实施例中,所述第一轨道的数量为两条,两条所述第一轨道对称设置于所述腿部支架上,所述第二轨道的数量为两条,两条所述第二轨道对称设置于所述靠背支架上。
在一个实施例中,所述第一轨道形状对应人体坐姿状态下臀部、大腿部及小腿部的形状设置,以使得所述第一按摩机芯在沿所述第一轨道运行时按摩人体的臀部、大腿部和小腿部。
在一个实施例中,所述第一轨道还包括与脚底板对应的折弯部,以使得所述第一按摩机芯在沿所述第一轨道运行时按摩人体臀部、大腿部、小腿部及脚底部。
在一个实施例中,按摩椅还包括第二驱动结构和第三驱动结构,所述腿部支架和所述靠背支架均转动连接于所述座架上,所述第二驱动结构用于驱动所述腿部支架绕所述座架转动,所述第三驱动结构用于驱动所述靠背支架绕所述座架转动。
在一个实施例中,所述第二驱动结构和所述第三驱动结构均为电动推杆。
在一个实施例中,所述第一按摩组件还包括固定按摩机芯,所述固定按摩 机芯用于按摩脚底。

本实施例的座架1用于支撑腿部支架23和靠背支架33,本实施例对所述座架、腿部支架和靠背支架的具体材质不做特别限制。
本实施例的第一轨道21用于给第一按摩机芯22提供运行轨道,第二轨道31用于给第二按摩机芯32提供运行轨道,根据第一轨道21的设置形式,第一按摩机芯22可以用于实现脚底到臀部的活动按摩,或者小腿到臀部的活动按摩,第二按摩机芯32用于实现臀部以上的按摩,根据第二轨道31的设置形式,例如可以实现臀部到颈部或者臀部到头部的活动按摩,技术人员可以提前对第一轨道21和第二轨道31的具体长度和形状进行预设。
本实施例的第一按摩机芯22为具有揉捏功能的按摩机芯,本实施例对所述按摩机芯的形式不做特别限制,第二按摩机芯32可以为常用按摩机芯,例如具有按摩头和按摩滚轮形式的按摩机芯,本实施例对所述第二按摩机芯32的具体形式不做特别限制。
本实施例的第一轨道21可以是与人体坐姿状态下脚部、小腿和大腿形状类似的形状,例如“反Z型”轨道,符合人体工学设计,第一按摩机芯22沿着“反Z型”轨道运行时,第一按摩机芯22能够实现从大腿到脚底的按摩。本实施例的第一轨道21可以是与人体坐姿状态下脚部、小腿形状类似的形状,例如“反L型”轨道,第一按摩机芯22沿着“反L型”轨道运行时,可以使得脚底和小腿部得到更长时间的活动按摩。第二轨道31形状可以是“L”型或“S”或“一”字型。“L”型、“S”型或“一”字型导轨的靠背加上具有2D和3D形式的第二按摩机芯32可以满足人体臀部、背部、腰部、肩部、脖子和头部等部位的按摩。
本实施例的按摩椅包括座架、第一按摩组件和第二按摩组件,第一按摩组件包括第一轨道、第一按摩机芯和腿部支架,第一轨道安装于腿部支架上,第二按摩组件包括第二轨道、第二按摩机芯和靠背支架,第二轨道安装于所述靠背支架上,第一按摩机芯能够沿第一轨道运动,从而实现臀部以下的活动按摩,第二按摩机芯能够沿第二轨道运动,从而实现臀部以上的活动按摩;该按摩椅能够实现脚底、小腿、大腿、臀部和头部之间的来回按摩,让使用者得到更好的按摩体验。
实施例二:
本实施例提供一种按摩椅,该按摩椅与实施例一所述的按摩椅具有相似的整体结构,不同的是本实施例在实施例一的基础上提供了能够升降的按摩椅以及第一按摩组件和第二按摩组件的具体结构。
请参阅图1所示,进一步地,所述按摩椅还包括第一驱动结构4和连杆5,所述腿部支架23和所述靠背支架33均转动连接于所述座架1上,所述连杆5的第一端转动连接于所述腿部支架23上,所述连杆5的另一端转动连接于所述靠背支架33上,所述第一驱动结构4用于驱动所述靠背支架33运动。本实施例的腿部支架23和靠背支架33通过一个第一驱动结构4驱动,节约了成本。
优选地,所述第一驱动结构4为电动推杆,所述电动推杆的固定端与所述座架1转动连接,所述电动推杆的驱动端与所述靠背支架33转动连接。本实施例的第一驱动结构4采用电动推杆,更换简单、体积小、好控制、准确性高,而且维护成本和能源成本低、噪音污染小。
优选地,所述连杆5的数量为两个,两个所述连杆5对称设置于所述靠背支架33的左、右两侧。本申请实施例中的“左”指人体坐在按摩椅上的左手侧,本申请实施例中的“右”指人体坐在按摩椅上的右手侧。
具体地、本实施例中,所述第一轨道21的数量为两条,两条所述第一轨道21均设置于所述腿部支架23上,两条第一轨道21对称设置于所述腿部支架23上,所述第二轨道31的数量为两条,两条所述第二轨道31均设置于所述靠背支架33上,两条所述第二轨道31对称设置于所述靠背支架33上。
图5为本发明实施例提供的腿部支架与座架连接处的结构示意图,图6为本发明实施例提供的第一驱动结构与靠背支架连接处的结构示意图,图7为本发明实施例提供的腿部支架与连杆连接处的结构示意图,请参阅图1-图7,该实施例的按摩椅包括座架1、第一按摩组件2、第二按摩组件3、电动推杆和连杆5,本实施例的座架1上通过螺钉锁附有四个轴套11,腿部支架23左、右两边的安装轴从轴套11上的缺口套入,再用两个螺钉从左、右锁住腿部支架23, 这样腿部支架23可在轴套11内绕两侧安装轴旋转;靠背支架33也是通过轴套11安装在座架1上;第一驱动结构4为电动推杆,电动推杆的一端通过销轴42和异形销安装在座架1的耳座上,电动推杆可以绕着销轴旋转,电动推杆的另一端套有两个消音轴套41,电动推杆的另一端通过销轴和波浪形开口销安装在靠背支架33上,靠背支架33通过电动推杆控制。本实施例中,连杆5设置在靠背支架33的左、右两侧,连杆5的一端通过螺钉和垫片51锁附在腿部支架23的安装轴上,同样的装配方式,连杆5的另一端通过螺钉锁附在靠背支架33的安装轴上。
本实施例的第一按摩组件2还包括上盖24和下盖25,上盖24和下盖25扣合于腿部支架23上。本实施例的两条所述第一轨道21通过螺钉锁附在所述腿部支架23上,本实施例的第一轨道21为齿条轨道,第一按摩机芯22的两侧具有与第一轨道21啮合的齿轮,第一按摩机芯22通过其自身的齿轮与第一轨道21啮合并上下运动;上盖24通过螺钉锁附在腿部支架23上,下盖25通过螺钉锁附在腿部支架23和上盖24上。可选地,所述第一轨道21形状对应人体坐姿状态下臀部、大腿部及小腿部的形状设置,以使得所述第一按摩机芯22在所述第一轨道21上运行时按摩臀部、大腿部和小腿部,本实施例的第一轨道21为“反L型”。

本实施例按摩椅的腿部支架23和靠背支架33联动运动工作原理如下:第一按摩组件2的腿部支架23转动安装在座架1上,腿部支架23可绕座架1旋转;同样的装配方式,第二按摩组件3的靠背支架33转动安装在座架1上,靠背支架33可绕座架1旋转;腿部支架23和靠背支架33通过左、右两根连杆5连接。第一驱动结构4为电动推杆,电动推杆的一端通过旋转副装配在座架1上,电动推杆的另一端也通过旋转副衔接在靠背支架33上。当电动推杆做收缩运动时,电动推杆的一端拉着靠背支架33绕着座架1的安装轴做倒背动作,同时,左、右两根连杆5拉动运动腿部支架23绕座架1的安装轴做抬腿动作。当电动推杆做伸展运动时,电动推杆的另一端推着靠背支架33绕着座架1的安装轴做升背动作,同时,左、右两根连杆5推动腿部支架23绕座架1的安装轴做降腿动作。
图8为本发明实施例提供的按摩椅直立状态下的结构示意图,图9为本发明实施例提供的按摩椅半倒背状态下的结构示意图,图10为本发明实施例提供的按摩椅倒背状态下的的结构示意图。请参阅图1-图10,本实施例的第一按摩机芯22和第二按摩机芯32全身运动按摩工作原理如下:当按摩椅直立状态时,第一按摩机芯22沿着左、右两侧的第一轨道21可在人体脚底、小腿、大腿和臀部来回按摩;第二按摩机芯32通过程序控制能够沿着第二轨道31在人体腰部、背部、肩部、脖子和头部做各式各样的按摩动作。当按摩椅倒背状态时,第一按摩机芯22沿着第一轨道21可在人体脚底、小腿、大腿和臀部来回按摩;第二按摩机芯32通过程序控制能够沿着第二轨道31在人体臀部、腰部、背部、肩部、脖子和头部做各式各样的按摩动作。不管按摩椅直立状态还是倒背状态,第一按摩机芯22能够在第一轨道21上做定点或来回按摩,第二按摩机芯32能够在第二轨道31上做定点或来回按摩,按摩面积覆盖人体上半身和下半身。

实施例三:
本实施例提供一种按摩椅,所述按摩椅与实施例一所述的按摩椅具有相似的整体结构,不同的是本实施例提供了腿部支架和靠背支架的另一种驱动方式。
在实施例一的基础上,进一步地,按摩椅还包括第二驱动结构和第三驱动结构,所述第一按摩组件还包括腿部支架,所述第二按摩组件还包括靠背支架,所述腿部支架和所述靠背支架均转动连接于所述座架上,所述第二驱动结构用于驱动所述腿部支架绕所述座架转动,所述第三驱动结构用于驱动所述靠背支架绕所述座架转动。本实施例的腿部支架通过第二驱动结构驱动,靠背支架通过第三驱动结构驱动,
优选地,所述第二驱动结构和所述第三驱动结构均为电动推杆。本实施例的第二驱动结构和所述第三驱动结构采用电动推杆,更换简单、体积小、好控制、准确性高,而且维护成本和能源成本低、噪音污染小。
进一步地,所述第一按摩组件还包括固定按摩机芯,所述固定按摩机芯用于按摩脚底,本实施例的固定按摩机芯按摩脚底,第一按摩机芯用于按摩脚跟到臀部。因为每个人的脚部的穴多,人们比较喜欢脚底得到更长时间的按摩,该实施例的固定按摩机芯按摩脚底,能够满足脚底长时间按摩,小腿、大腿和臀部通过第一按摩机芯做定点或来回按摩。本实施例对所述固定机芯的具体形式不做特别限制。
