需要说明的是,通过多组雾化喷头11将水箱6注入盛水仓801内的水喷洒在服装面料上,使得服装面料进行润湿,再使得服装面料经过加热板12,加热板12对润湿的服装面料进行加热整平,使得整平效果好。
在一个可选的实施例中,连接杆7和安装板8为一体成型结构;一体成型的连接杆7和安装板8之间的连接更加牢固,有利于延长连接杆7与安装板8的使用寿命。
在一个可选的实施例中,多组支撑柱2和工作台1为一体成型结构;一体成型的多组支撑柱2和工作台1之间的连接更加牢固,有利于延长多组支撑柱2 与工作台1的使用寿命。
在一个可选的实施例中,防尘罩4上设有透明观察窗;通过设置透明观察窗便于观察防尘罩4内各组件的运行情况便于及时对各组件进行检修。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种服装面料加工用整平设备,其特征在于,包括工作台(1)、防尘罩(4)、伸缩杆(5)、支撑杆(9)、转轴(10)、加热板(12)、粘毛器(13)、第一限位板(14)、滑动块(15)、第二限位板(16)、转动板(17)、限位块(18)、固定杆(19)、第一滑动轴(22)、第一固定板(23)、第二固定板(26)、第一弹簧(27)和扭簧;
    工作台(1)上设有多组支撑柱(2)和两组转动辊(3);
    防尘罩(4)安装在工作台(1)远离多组支撑柱(2)的端面上,防尘罩(4)上设有用于便于对服装面料进行整平的预处理机构;伸缩杆(5)连接防尘罩(4)的内壁,伸缩杆(5)的伸缩端朝向工作台(1)并连接加热板(12);支撑杆(9)连接工作台(1)的内壁;
    转轴(10)转动连接支撑杆(9),转轴(10)内设有第一安装仓(1001);第一滑动轴(22)位于第一安装仓(1001)内,第一滑动轴(22)的一端穿过转轴(10),第一滑动轴(22)的另一端连接固定杆(19);固定杆(19)远离第一滑动轴(22)的端面连接限位块(18);转轴(10)上设有用于对限位块(18)进行复位的退位机构;
    第一固定板(23)和第二固定板(26)均套设在转轴(10)上,第一固定板(23)位于第二固定板(26)与固定杆(19)之间,第一固定板(23)上设有倾斜面;第一弹簧(27)套设在第一滑动轴(22)上,第一弹簧(27)的两端分别连接第一安装仓(1001)的内壁和第二固定板(26);
    转动板(17)和扭簧均设有两组,两组转动板(17)分别通过两组扭簧转动设置在第一安装仓(1001)内,两组转动板(17)相互靠近的一端均压紧限位块(18);
    第一限位板(14)、滑动块(15)和第二限位板(16)均设有两组;两组滑动块(15)均滑动设置在转轴(10)上,两组滑动块(15)相互靠近的端面分别连接两组第二限位板(16),两组滑动块(15)相互远离的端面分别连接两组第一限位板(14);两组第一限位板(14)均压紧粘毛器(13)的内壁;两组第二限位板(16)相互靠近的端面均压紧第一固定板(23)的外周面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用整平设备,其特征在于,退位机构包括环形板(20)、滑动杆(21)、第二弹簧(24)、连接板(25)和第二滑动轴(28);
    第一滑动轴(22)内设有第二安装仓(2201);第二安装仓(2201)在第一滑动轴(22)上设有两组滑槽;滑动杆(21)设有两组,两组滑动杆(21)分别滑动连接两组滑槽的内壁;连接板(25)安装在第二安装仓(2201)内,连接板(25)连接两组滑动杆(21);第二弹簧(24)的两端分别连接连接板(25)和第二安装仓(2201)的内壁;环形板(20)套设在固定杆(19)上,环形板(20)与两组滑动杆(21)连接;第二滑动轴(28)穿过第一滑动轴(22)并连接连接板(25)远离环形板(20)的端面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种服装面料加工用整平设备,其特征在于,第二滑动轴(28)远离连接板(25)的一端设有橡胶套。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用整平设备,其特征在于,预处理机构包括水箱(6)、连接杆(7)和安装板(8);连接杆(7)位于伸缩杆(5)和支撑杆(9)之间,连接杆(7)连接防尘罩(4)的内壁;安装板(8)连接连接杆(7)远离防尘罩(4)的一端,安装板(8)内设有盛水仓(801),安装板(8)朝向工作台(1)的端面上均匀设有多组雾化喷头(11);水箱(6)安装在防尘罩(4)上,水箱(6)的出水端连通盛水仓(801)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种服装面料加工用整平设备,其特征在于,连接杆(7)和安装板(8)为一体成型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用整平设备,其特征在于,多组支撑柱(2)和工作台(1)为一体成型结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用整平设备,其特征在于,防尘罩(4)上设有透明观察窗。
