The screen barrel having the eyepiece plate EP may have guide holes 72 having a length in the upper and lower directions on both sides thereof. Accordingly, the push lock unit 27 may be inserted into the guide hole 72 .
The eyepiece plate EP may be coupled to the inside of the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 as an example. The fourth stage screen barrel 44 may include a central hole 72 formed in the central portion of both ends. The central hole 72 may function as the above-described guide hole 72 . Accordingly, the central hole 72 and the guide hole 72 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
The guide hole 72 , that is, the central hole 72 is formed on both sides of the fourth stage screen barrel 44 , and may be provided to have a length from one direction to the other.
When the eyepiece plate EP is coupled to the inner side of the fourth stage screen tube 44 , the push lock unit 27 may be inserted to correspond to the central hole 72 , that is, the guide hole 72 . Accordingly, at least a portion of the push lock unit 27 may protrude to the outside of the fourth stage screen barrel 44 .
The central hole 72 may be formed to have a length from one direction to the other. The length of the central hole 72 may function to determine the moving distance of the plurality of screen barrels 40, and to limit the moving distance.
Specifically, the sequentially coupled first to fourth stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43, 44), when the slide movement, according to the sliding movement of the plurality of screen barrels (40) of the central hole (72) The push lock unit 27 located on one side from the inside may be located on the other side. At this time, the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may limit the movement distance of the plurality of screen barrels 40 while the push lock part 27 is in contact with the inner surface of the other side of the central hole 72 .
The slide movement of the plurality of screen barrels 40 may be restricted as the push lock unit 27 contacts the inner surfaces of one side and the other side of the central hole 72 . Therefore, the guide hole 72, that is, the center hole 72 of the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 can determine and limit the sliding movement distance of the plurality of screen barrels (40).
(25)><Locking part 25 including first locking part 25a and second locking part 25b>
The first locking part 25a and the second locking part 25b may be formed at both ends of the fixing frame 20 so that the plurality of screen barrels 40 are not released by overlapping each other.

(27)><Push lock part 27 including first push lock part 27a and second push lock part 27b>
7A is a diagram illustrating the shape of the push lock unit 27 and the lock unit 25, FIG. 7B is a diagram illustrating the structure of the push lock unit 27, and FIG. 8(a) is the push lock unit 27 It is a view showing a state before being pressed, and FIG. 8 (b) is a view showing a state in which the push lock unit 27 is pressed.
When the push lock unit 27 is pressed by an external force (push state), the slide movement of the plurality of screen barrels 40 may be implemented. On the contrary, when the push lock unit 27 is not pressed, it is possible to implement a fixed state in which the plurality of screen barrels 40 do not slide.
The push lock unit 27 may be slidably movable in a form in which the plurality of screen barrels 40 do not overlap each other when pressed. In addition, the push lock unit 27 may function to fix such a state when the plurality of screen barrels 40 are superimposed on each other. This may be implemented by inserting or leaving the push lock unit 27 into the lock unit 25 of the fixed frame 20 .
7A to 8B , the push lock part 27 may include a pressing part 26 and a locking part 28 .
The pressing part 26 may be formed in the form of a shaft (eg, a cylinder) having a first diameter. One end of the pressing part 26 may be inserted into the housing, and the other end may be exposed to the outside of the housing. At this time, the other end of the pressing portion 26 exposed to the outside of the housing may include a portion in direct contact with an external force.
The locking part 28 may have a second diameter larger than that of the pressing part 26 , and may be provided in a form that surrounds at least a portion of the other end of the pressing part 26 exposed to the outside of the housing. Accordingly, the locking portion 28 may also be exposed to the outside of the housing. The remaining part of the other end of the pressing part 26 not covered by the engaging part 28 may be a part in direct contact with an external force.
The push lock unit 27 may further include a spring 29 provided inside the housing. The spring 29 may be provided in a form that surrounds one end of the pressing part 26 inserted into the housing. At this time, one end of the spring 29 may be coupled to the bottom surface of the housing, and the other end may be coupled to the stopping part 28 through the support surface of the stopping part 28 . When pressed by an external force, the pressing part 26 of the push lock part 27 moves in the inner direction of the housing and may move again in the outer direction of the housing by the elastic restoring force of the spring 29 .
As shown in Figure 8 (a), the push lock portion 27 is a plurality of screen barrels 40 in a state of being superimposed on each other, the pressing portion 26 on the locking portion 25 of the fixed frame 20 At least a portion of the other end and the locking portion 28 may be inserted. The first and second push lock parts 27a and 27b may be coupled to the corresponding first and second lock parts 25a and 25b, respectively.
At this time, the opened portion of the locking part 25 may be formed to have a width smaller than the cross-sectional width of the locking part 28 to prevent the push lock part 27 from being separated from the locking part 25 . Due to this, the overlapping state of the plurality of screen barrels 40 can be fixed.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8(b) , the other end of the pressing part 26 of the push lock part 27 may be pressed by an external force. The pressing part 26 may move in an inner direction of the housing by a pressing force. Accordingly, the other end of the pressing part 26 and at least a part of the locking part 28 that have been inserted into the locking part 25 may move inwardly of the fixing frame 20 in which the housing is located.
The cross-sectional width of the open portion of the locking part 25 may be greater than the cross-sectional width of the pressing part 26 . Accordingly, the push lock unit 27 may allow the sliding movement of the plurality of screen cylinders 40 while being separated from the fixed frame 20 through the portion where the pressing unit 26 in the pressed state is opened.
In detail, the first lever coupling part LC1 may be coupled to the other end of the first lever L1 to be connected to the first push lock part 27a. The second lever coupling part LC2 may be coupled to the other end of the second lever L2 to be connected to the second push lock part 27b.
The first and second lever coupling portions LC1 and LC2 may have teeth formed on one side of each. The first and second lever coupling portions LC1 and LC2 may be provided such that a toothed portion formed on one side of each engages a gear tooth portion of the gear GR.
Specifically, the first lever coupling part LC1 may be provided in a form in which a toothed portion of the first lever coupling portion LC1 meshes with a gear toothed portion of the gear GR on one side of the gear GR. The second lever coupling part LC2 has a toothed portion of the second lever coupling part LC2 on the other side of the gear GR corresponding to one side of the gear GR to which the first lever coupling part LC1 is meshed with the gear GR. It may be provided to engage with the gear teeth of the.
The first and second lever coupling portions LC1 and LC2 may be provided in a form in which tooth portions provided in each engage with the gear tooth portions of the gear GR at one side and the other side of one gear GR. Accordingly, when the first and second lever coupling portions LC1 and LC2 rotate the gear GR while at least one toothed portion of the first and second lever coupling portions LC1 and LC2 is engaged with the gear toothed portion, the other one The toothed portion of the gear GR may also have a structure that moves while being engaged according to the rotation of the gear GR. For this reason, the portable virtual reality device according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention can implement the integrated driving of the first and second push lock units 27a and 27b.
As an example, when the first push lock part 27a is pressed, the first lever L1 connected to the first push lock part 27a through the housing may move in one direction. At this time, the first lever coupling part LC1 coupled to the other end of the first lever L1 engages the gear GR according to the movement of the first lever L1 through the teeth of the first lever coupling part LC1. can be rotated At this time, the toothed portion of the first lever coupling portion LC1 may rotate the gear GR while being engaged with the toothed portion of the gear GR on one side of the gear GR.
The toothed portion of the second lever coupling portion LC2 is meshed with one side of the gear GR meshed with the toothed portion of the first lever coupling portion LC1 and the other side of the gear GR corresponding to the toothed portion of the first lever coupling portion LC1. The toothed portion of the second lever coupling portion LC2 may move in one direction opposite to the one direction in which the first lever L1 moves while being engaged according to the rotation of the gear GR. Accordingly, the second lever L2 may move in a form of being pulled in the other direction opposite to the one direction in which the first lever L1 moved. When one direction in which the first lever L1 moves is the direction in which the second push lock part 27b is located, the other direction opposite to the one direction in which the first lever L1 moves is the first push lock part 27a. It may be the direction in which it is located.
Therefore, when the first push lock part 27a is pressed in the direction in which the second push lock part 27b is located, the second push lock part 27b performs the pressing operation of the first push lock part 27a through the gear part GP and It is interlocked and can move in the form of being pulled in the direction in which the first push lock part 27a is located.
As such, the portable virtual reality device according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention may integrally drive the first and second push lock units 27a and 27b through the gear unit GP.
In the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when at least one of the first and second push- lock units 27a and 27b is pressed through the gear unit GP, the push-lock unit 27 is also pressed on the other push-lock unit. A force that can perform the same motion as when it can be made to act.
Accordingly, when the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention slides the plurality of screen barrels 40 by pressing the push-lock unit 27, any one of the push-lock units 27 of the push-lock units 27 at both ends ) is not separated from the locking part 25, it is possible to prevent the problem of the plurality of screen barrels 40 being unbalanced.
The push lock unit 27 may be pushed by an external force to release the lock unit 25 . When the push lock part 27 is pressed to release the lock part 25 , the push lock part 27 in a state inserted and coupled to the lock part 25 is pressed by a pressing force and separated from the lock part 25 . can be
As an example, the first push lock part 27a is pushed, and the second push lock part 27b integrally driven through the gear part GP is simultaneously pushed to close the push lock part 27 coupled to the lock part 25 . can be turned off In other words, the push lock part 27 may be separated from the lock part 25 . Accordingly, the plurality of screen barrels 40 may be slidably movable in an unfolded form without being superimposed on each other.
When the plurality of screen barrels 40 slide to overlap each other, the first and second push lock parts 27a and 27b may be inserted into the corresponding first and second lock parts 25a and 25b, respectively. Due to this, the plurality of screen barrels 40 may be fixed.
Conversely, when the first and second push lock parts 27a and 27b are separated through the opened side of the first and second lock parts 25a and 25b, the plurality of screen barrels 40 are disposed in a direction not to be superimposed on each other. Slide movement may be possible.

Among the plurality of screen barrels 40, the first to third-stage screen barrels 41, 42, and 43 are formed in the same shape, and the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 includes the first to third-stage screen barrels ( 41, 42, 43) and may be formed in a different shape.
(44)****Fourth stage screen barrel (44)**
11 is a diagram illustrating a rearmost screen barrel of a portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
The shape of the fourth stage screen barrel 44 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 11 .
The fourth stage screen barrel 44 is made of a plastic or synthetic resin material, and may be composed of a pair of wall portions 44a and 44b. The fourth-stage screen barrel 44 is provided with wall portions 44a and 44b spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and another screen tube (for example, the third-stage screen tube 43) is provided inside the wall portions 44a and 44b. can be accepted
The wall portions 44a and 44b of the fourth-stage screen tube 44 are spaced between the outer wall 44a of the fourth-stage screen tube 44 and the outer wall 44a of the fourth-stage screen tube 44 at a predetermined interval. It may have a double-wall structure configured to include an inner wall 44b of the fourth stage screen barrel 44 that is provided spaced apart and integrally connected through a connection frame. The outer wall 44a of the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may have a longer length in the height direction than the inner wall 44b of the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 .
The eyepiece plate EP is coupled to the inside of the fourth stage screen barrel 44 . The fourth stage screen barrel 44 may be a screen unit in which the user's face is in direct contact. At this time, the fourth stage screen barrel 44 may perform a light blocking function through the wall portions 44a and 44b.
In addition, the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 can function to protect the face from the first-stage screen barrel 41 and the second-stage screen barrel 42 when it collides with an external object during the virtual reality experience. have.
The fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may be of a type coupled to the outside of the third-stage screen barrel 43 by accommodating the third-stage screen barrel 43 inside. The fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may be provided such that the width of the separation distance between the outer walls 44a of the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 is greater than the width of the third-stage screen barrel 43 . For this reason, when the third-stage screen barrel 43 is accommodated inside the fourth-stage screen barrel 44, the third-stage screen barrel ( 43) can be accommodated as they are superimposed.
The fourth stage screen cylinder 44 may function to prevent deformation, bending, and bending of the third stage screen cylinder 43 through the wall portions 44a and 44b.
The fourth-stage screen barrel 44 is formed in a form in which a pair of wall portions 44a and 44b are spaced apart from each other, and through the separation distance between the wall portions 44a and 44b, the user's face and the third-stage screen barrel 43 are formed. It is possible to prevent the end face from being in direct contact.
In the case of the wall portions 44a and 44b of the fourth stage screen barrel 44, it may be composed of a horizontal wall portion having a light blocking function and a vertical wall portion extending in at least one direction from both ends of the horizontal wall portion. The vertical wall portion may be formed in such a way that the cross-sectional width increases from the side in direct contact with the user's face toward the side in direct contact with the third-stage screen barrel 43 . In the vertical wall portion, a portion connecting a portion having the largest cross-sectional width and a portion having the smallest cross-sectional width may be connected through a curved portion. The fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may prevent a direct contact between the user's face and the cross-section of the third-stage screen barrel 43 through the separation distance between the vertical wall portions of this type.
In the case of the fourth-stage screen barrel 44, a protective member made of an elastic material is additionally provided on the side in direct contact with the user's face, or a separate processing for softening the cross section may be performed.

It may be a configuration provided to adjust. Accordingly, a separate protection member may not be provided.
In the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fourth stage screen barrel 44 is configured in a form in which a pair of wall portions 44a and 44b are spaced apart, but the user can use the vertical wall portion having a curved portion. It is possible to block the contact between the face and the third-stage screen barrel (43). The portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention secures a certain distance between the third-stage screen tube 43 and the user's face through the separation distance between the wall portions 44a and 44b of the fourth-stage screen tube 43 . Thus, it is possible to protect the user's face from the third-stage screen barrel 43 .
The fourth stage screen barrel 44 may have a central hole 72 in the center of the wall portions 44a and 44b. The central hole 72 may correspond to the push lock unit 27 . The central hole 72 may function as a guide hole 72 to determine and limit the movement distance of the plurality of screen barrels 40 . The fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may have a hole 71 for coupling with the third-stage screen barrel 43 on the periphery of the central hole 72 . In this case, the third-stage screen barrel 43 may preferably include a chin corresponding to the hole 71 .
The portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention may optionally include a hair band to be stably fixed to the user's face. The hair band may optionally be provided on the fourth stage screen barrel 44 . When the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided with a hair band, when the plurality of screen barrels 40 slide and unfold, the portable virtual reality device is moved from the user's face by the sliding force. escape can be prevented.
The fourth stage screen barrel 44 may have a separate locking protrusion formed on the outer surface of the wall portions 44a and 44b for coupling the hair band.
(41, 42, 43)****1st to 3rd stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43)**
12 and 13 are diagrams illustrating at least one screen tube among the first to third stage screen tubes 41, 42, and 43 constituting the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 , the first to third stage screen barrels 44 are formed in different sizes, and may have the same shape. However, the screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 of each stage may include a coupling configuration such as a clasp.
12 and 13, the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, 43 include an outer wall OW including a bending portion B provided in the inward direction, and an outer wall ( OW) and may be configured to include a screen fastening portion 47 constituting both ends of the third-stage screen barrel 43 .
The outer wall OW may include a bending portion B that is bent inwardly from the upper portion in the drawing of FIG. 12 . Both ends of the outer wall OW may be bent in at least one direction. Accordingly, the outer wall OW may include the connection bending part CB. The connection bending part CB may be formed at both ends of the outer wall OW. The outer wall OW may be made of a metal material. However, the material constituting the outer wall OW is not limited thereto.
The screen fastening part 47 may be coupled between the outer wall OW and the outer wall OW. Specifically, the screen coupling part 47 may be coupled between the connection bending part CB and the connection bending part CB of the outer wall OW. Accordingly, the first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 may be formed in a structure having a screen fastening part 47 at both ends and an outer wall OW in the side part.
The first to third stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43) have an outer wall (OW) than the length occupied by the screen fastening part 47 among the lengths of the first to third stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43). ) can be relatively long. Accordingly, the first to third stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43), the outer wall (OW) that occupies a relatively long length among the lengths of the first to third stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43) It may be provided with a bending portion (B) to prevent bending deformation of the first to third stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43).
The bending part (B) can make the screen barrels (41, 42, 43) of each stage catch each other by the bending part (B) when the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, 43 slide. have. The first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 may be unfolded while sequentially pulling each other when the locking structure is formed by the bending part B and is slide-moved and unfolded. Conversely, the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, and 43 may be overlapped while being sequentially attracted to each other even when they are slidably moved and overlapped with each other.
The screen fastening part 47 may be made of a plastic or synthetic resin material. The screen fastening part 47 and the outer wall OW are made of different materials and may be coupled by an insert injection method.
The portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention can improve strength and durability while maintaining the overall thin thickness of the portable virtual reality device by combining the outer wall OW and the screen fastening part 47 in an insert injection method. can
In other words, the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention may secure maximum strength and durability in a thin thickness by combining the outer wall OW and the screen fastening part 47 in an insert injection method.
Specifically, the first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 are provided with a pair of metal outer walls OW to be spaced apart, and then connect between the outer wall OW and the outer wall OW It can be formed by providing a screen fastening portion 47 to the portion to be coupled by an insert injection method.
When the first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 are configured only with an outer wall OW of a metal material that is continuously connected, durability may be weak due to the relatively thin thickness of the outer wall OW . Accordingly, it may be difficult to maintain a fixed shape while bending deformation occurs when the first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 are overlapped or unfolded.
Therefore, the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided with a bending portion (B) on the outer wall (OW), and screens at both ends of the first to third stage screen barrels (41, 42, 43). By combining the fastening portion 47, it is possible to prevent deformation of the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, and 43, and to improve durability.
For example, when the thickness of the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, and 43 is formed to a thickness of 1 mm or more, when the user holds the portable virtual reality device by hand, the feeling of grip may be reduced. can In addition, as the thickness and volume of the portable virtual reality device increase, it may become inconvenient to carry.
However, the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention may be provided with maximum strength and durability in a thin thickness by combining the outer wall OW and the screen fastening part 47 in an insert injection method. . For this reason, the portable virtual reality device according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention may have a good grip and portability.
In addition, in the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of screen barrels 40 may be formed in a multi-stage telescopic structure. A plurality of screen barrels 40, the screen barrels (41, 42, 43, 44) of each stage are fixed to each other in a superimposed state, can be unfolded in a slidable state. Since such a telescopic structure is a structure formed by combining the screen barrels 41, 42, 43, and 44 of each stage, precision may be required during processing.
The plurality of screen barrels 40 may be formed in an integrated structure through press drawing processing, which is advantageous in terms of precision of processing. However, the plurality of screen barrels 40 are required to have a thin thickness, and in the case of press drawing processing, drawing molding for a thin thickness may be difficult. This may cause a problem that the plurality of screen barrels 40 are deformed.
On the other hand, when plastic-based injection molding is used to process the plurality of screen barrels 40 , the plurality of screen barrels 40 molded to a thin thickness may be bent or wobbly due to weak strength.
Therefore, the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention adopts an insert injection method so that the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, 43 have maximum strength and durability in a thin thickness. can do.
When the plurality of screen barrels 40 are slid to be superimposed on each other, the sliding force may be applied disproportionately. In other words, a relatively large external force may be applied to one side of the plurality of screen barrels 40 , and a relatively small external force may be applied to the other side. In this case, the plurality of screen cylinders 40 may slide while the first to third stage screen cylinders 41 , 42 , 43 on one side to which a relatively large external force is applied are first overlapped.
However, at this time, when the first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 are formed of only the outer wall OW made of a metal material, the first stage to the third stage of one side that are slid so as to be superimposed first However, scratches may occur on the surface of the screen barrels (41, 42, 43).
On the other hand, when the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, and 43 are made of only plastic or synthetic resin material, separation between the screen barrels 41, 42, and 43 is prevented due to the elasticity of the plastic or synthetic resin material. can happen easily.
In the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plastic or synthetic resin screen fastening part 47 is inserted into a portion connecting the outer wall OW and the outer wall OW. In combination, the first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , 43 may be provided. For this reason, the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention may include a plurality of screen barrels 40 having improved strength and durability while maintaining a thin thickness, and having a high bonding fixing force.
The first to third stage screen barrels 41 , 42 , and 43 may have a thickness of both ends having the screen fastening portion 47 greater than a thickness of both ends having an outer wall OW. Due to this, when a relatively small-sized screen barrel is accommodated in a relatively large-sized screen barrel, a separation distance of a predetermined interval can be formed between each screen barrel. For example, when the second-stage screen tube 42 is accommodated inside the third-stage screen tube 43 , the second-stage screen tube 42 and the third-stage screen tube 43 are spaced apart by a predetermined interval. A distance can be formed.
The first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, and 43 are formed so that the thickness of both ends by the screen fastening part 47 is thicker than the thickness of the outer wall OW, so that the first to third stage screen barrels ( 41, 42, 43) can minimize the friction surface. Due to this, it is possible to prevent a problem in which scratches are caused by friction generated while the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, and 43 slide.
The screen fastening part 47 can secure a separation distance of a certain interval between the screen barrels 41, 42, 43 of each stage when the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, 43 slide. . Due to this, the slide movement can be made more easily.
14 is a view showing the coupling structure of the screen fastening portion 47 of the screen barrels (41, 42, 43) of each stage, Figure 15 is the third stage, the second stage, and the first stage screen barrel 43, After rotating the first to third stage screen barrels 41, 42, 43 of FIG. 14 so that 42 and 41 are sequentially positioned from the upper part in the drawing of FIG. 15, one end of the screen fastening parts 47 at both ends It is an enlarged view of only the screen fastening part 47, and FIG. 16 is an exploded perspective view of the screen fastening part 47 of FIG.
Hereinafter, the screen fastening part 47 provided in the first-stage screen barrel 41 is referred to as a first screen fastening part 47a, and the screen fastening part 47 provided in the second-stage screen barrel 42 is used. The second screen fastening part 47b is called, and the screen fastening part 47 provided in the third stage screen barrel 43 is called the third screen fastening part 47c.
14 to 16 , the screen fastening part 47 includes a fastening body BD, is provided to protrude from one surface of the fastening body BD, and the cross-sectional width increases as the distance from the fastening body BD increases. It may include a locking hole TH which is provided on the other surface of the growing locking jaw TJ and the fastening body BD and is formed so that the other locking jaw TJ is inserted to be movable in the up and down directions. The screen fastening part 47 may further include a locking cover TC for sealing one end of the locking hole TH through a portion in which one side is opened and the other side is sealed.
Hereinafter, as an example, one surface of the fastening body BD provided with the locking jaw TJ is the outer surface of the fastening body BD, and the other surface of the fastening body BD provided with the locking hole TH is the fastening body. It may be the inner side of (BD).
The screen fastening part 47 is configured to include a fastening body BD, a locking jaw TJ, and a locking hole TH, and a predetermined bending is applied to the outer wall OW by an external force applied to the plurality of screen barrels 40 . It is possible to prevent the problem that the coupling between the plurality of screen barrels 40 is released while deformation occurs.
In detail, the screen fastening part 47 may include a plate-shaped fastening body BD. The locking jaw TJ may be formed on one surface of the fastening body BD to protrude from one surface of the fastening body BD. 12 and 13 , the locking jaw TJ may be formed in a shape in which a cross-sectional width increases as the distance from the fastening body BD increases.
The locking jaw TJ is inserted into the locking hole TH formed on the inner surface of the fastening body BD of the screen fastening part 47 of the other stage to function to couple the respective screen fastening parts 47 . . The locking jaw TJ may be provided only in the first screen fastening part 47a and the second screen fastening part 47 .
Specifically, the third screen fastening part 47c is located inside the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 and may be coupled to a pair of wall parts 44a and 44b of the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 . . At this time, the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may include a separate hole for coupling with the third screen fastening part 47c. A separate hole provided in the fourth-stage screen barrel 44 may be provided so as to be coupled to the engaging jaw TJ, but may be provided so as not to correspond to the engaging jaw TJ. Accordingly, the third screen fastening part 47 may include a chin part (not shown) corresponding to a separate hole provided in the fourth stage screen barrel 44 . This may be a central step CJ as shown in FIGS. 14 to 16 .
The fourth stage screen barrel 44 may include a separate hole in which the central stepped CJ is inserted to correspond to the central stepped CJ. The third screen fastening portion 47c may implement a combination of the fourth-stage screen tube 44 and the third-stage screen tube 43 through the central step CJ.
The first to third-stage screen barrels 41, 42 43 may be coupled to each other through the locking jaws TJ provided in the first screen fastening part 47a and the second screen fastening part 47b. can
16 , the locking jaw TJ of the second screen fastening part 47b corresponds to the locking hole TH provided on the inner surface of the fastening body BD of the third screen fastening part 47c. and may be inserted into the locking hole TH.
The locking hole TH of the fastening body BD may be formed to increase in cross-sectional width toward one end of the fastening body BD. The locking hole TH of the fastening body BD may be formed to increase in cross-sectional width toward the side to which the locking cover TC is coupled in the drawing of FIG. 16 .
The locking jaw TJ of the second screen coupling part 47b may be inserted through a portion having a relatively large cross-sectional width of the locking hole TH of the third screen coupling part 47c. In the locking hole TH of the body BD, a cross-sectional shape of a portion having a relatively small cross-sectional width may be formed to be the same as a cross-sectional shape of the locking jaw TJ. A portion having a relatively small width of the locking hole TH may be the opposite side to which the locking cover TC is coupled.
In other words, the locking hole TH of the fastening body BD has a cross-sectional shape of a portion having a relatively small cross-sectional width on the side to which the locking cover TC is not coupled to the outside direction from the fastening body BD. It may have a shape in which the cross-sectional width becomes smaller.
The locking jaw TJ of the other end of the screen coupling part (eg, the second screen coupling part 47b) inserted into the locking hole TH of this type is inserted into the side to which the locking cover TC is coupled. The locking cover TC may move in one direction not coupled. Then, the locking jaw TJ may be in contact with the bottom surface of the locking hole TH located on the side to which the locking cover TC is not coupled. When the locking jaw TJ comes into contact with the bottom surface of the locking hole TH of the screen fastening part (eg, the third screen fastening part 47c) of the other stage, the screen fastening part (for example, The coupling of the locking jaws TJ to the locking holes TH of the second and third screen fastening parts 47b and 47c) may be completed.
In the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the locking jaw TJ of the screen fastening part 47 and the cross-sectional shape of the portion having a relatively small width of the locking hole TH are identically formed. can do. For this reason, in the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, even if a force causing bending deformation is applied to the screen fastening part 47 while the outer wall OW is bent and deformed by a certain amount by an external force, the screen fastening part ( 47) may not be released.
The locking jaw TJ of the second screen fastening part 47b of an example may be in contact with the bottom surface of the locking hole TH of the third screen fastening part 47c. When a force inducing bending deformation is applied to the screen fastening part 47 , the central part of the fastening body BD may be bent by a certain amount. At this time, the locking jaw TJ of the second screen fastening part 47b is released from contact with the bottom surface of the locking hole TH of the third screen fastening part 47c and is movable. However, even if the locking jaw TJ of the second screen coupling part 47b moves within the locking hole TH of the third screen coupling part 47c, the locking jaw TJ of the second screen coupling part 47b is The coupling with the third screen fastening part 47c may not be released due to the portion having the largest cross-sectional width.
Specifically, the locking jaw TJ of the second screen fastening part 47b may move within the locking hole TH of the third screen fastening part 47c by bending deformation of the central portion of the fastening body BD. At this time, as for the engaging jaw TJ of the second screen fastening part 47b, the portion having the largest cross-sectional width is caught in the portion having the smallest cross-sectional width of the engaging hole TH of the third screen fastening part 47c. Separation from the locking hole TH of the 3 screen fastening part 47c can be prevented.
The portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a locking jaw TJ having a larger cross-sectional width as it moves away from the fastening body BD, and a locking hole having a smaller cross-sectional width as it moves away from the fastening body BD. TH) may be provided. For this reason, in the portable virtual reality device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the coupling structure of the plurality of screen fastening parts 47, bending deformation of the screen fastening part 47 is affected by the bending deformation of the outer wall OW. Even if it occurs, it is possible to prevent the coupling state from being released.
As shown in FIG. 16 , the screen fastening part 47 may include a locking step TF. The locking step TF may be formed in a portion where the cross-sectional width of the locking hole TH is increased and a portion in which the cross-sectional width of the locking hole TH is reduced. At this time, the screen fastening portion 47 may be coupled to the locking cover (TC). The engaging cover TC may be coupled to one side of the fastening body BD so that one opened side corresponds to the engaging step TF. The engaging cover TC may be coupled to one side of the fastening body BD, and may be disposed and coupled to a portion of the fastening body BD having a relatively large cross-sectional width of the engaging hole TH. The locking cover TC is formed after the insertion of the locking jaw TJ of the screen fastening part 47 of the other end into the locking hole TH is completed, and then the It is provided on the opposite side and may be coupled to the fastening body BD.
The screen fastening part 47 may include a locking hole TH formed on the inner surface of the fastening body BD in a form in which the cross-sectional width increases toward one end of the fastening body BD. Due to this, the screen fastening part 47 may secure a free space to which the locking cover TC is coupled through a portion having a relatively large cross-sectional width of the locking hole TH.
The locking cover TC may include a locking cover vertical portion HP extending in at least one of the upper and lower directions at both ends of the locking cover horizontal portion HZ and the locking cover horizontal portion HZ.
The opened portion of the locking cover TC may be formed by the vertical portion HP of the locking cover TC. The closed portion of the locking cover TC may be formed by the locking cover horizontal portion HZ of the locking cover TC.
When the locking cover TC is coupled to the upper side of the locking hole TH of the fastening body BD, the locking cover vertical portion HP may directly contact and be coupled to the inner surface of the fastening body BD. As the locking hole TH is formed, the locking cover horizontal portion HZ may correspond to one end of the fastening body BD that has a step difference from a peripheral portion where the locking hole TH is not formed. The screen fastening part 47 may compensate for a height difference between one end of a peripheral portion where the locking hole TH is not formed and one end of a portion where the locking hole TH is formed through the locking cover horizontal portion HZ.
