Description

语音业务切换方法、装置和用户设备
本申请要求于2021年3月16日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202110282251.3、申请名称为“语音业务切换方法、装置和用户设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种语音业务切换方法、装置和用户设备。
背景技术
目前,用户设备(user equipment,UE)的客户识别模块(subscriber identification module,SIM)卡1可以通过移动网络(例如SIM卡1的移动网络、SIM卡2的移动网络、无线保真(wireless-fidelity,WiFi)网络等),连接至互联网协议多媒体子***(internet protocol multimedia subsystem,IMS)的核心网,以通过该移动网络进行语音业务。
但是,由于在SIM卡1通过移动网络进行语音业务时,可能会出现该移动网络的网络质量较差的情况,这样,可能会出现通话质量差、断线等情况,因此,可能会导致SIM卡1的语音业务的业务质量下降。
如此,导致UE的语音业务的业务质量较差。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种语音业务切换方法、装置和用户设备,能够解决UE的语音业务的业务质量较差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种语音业务切换方法,UE包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,该方法包括:在第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的情况下,向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,该第一切换报告消息中包括第一网络环境信息;该第一网络环境信息用于表征进行第一语音业务时UE对应的移动网络的网络质量;接收第一切换命令消息,该第一切换命令消息是:网络侧设备在第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件的情况下发送的,该第一切换命令消息用于指示UE将第二SIM卡的第一语音业务切换为第二语音业务;根据第一切换命令消息,执行第二语音业务的注册过程;其中,第一语音业务为以下其中一项:移动网络语音承载VoMobile业务、长期演进语音承载VoLTE业务、无线保真语音承载VoWiFi业务;在第一语音业务为VoMobile业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoWiFi业务;在第一语音业务为VoLTE业务或VoWiFi业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoMobile业务。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种语音业务切换装置,该语音业务切换装置包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,该语音业务切换装置还包括:发送模块、接收模块和执行模块。其中,发送模块,用于在第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的情况下,向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,该第一切换报告消息中包括第一网络环境信息;该第一网络环境信息用于表征进行第一语音业务时语音业务切换装置对应的移动网络的网络 质量。接收模块,用于接收第一切换命令消息,该第一切换命令消息是:网络侧设备在第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件的情况下发送的,该第一切换命令消息用于指示语音业务切换装置将第二SIM卡的第一语音业务切换为第二语音业务。执行模块,用于根据接收模块接收的第一切换命令消息,执行第二语音业务的切换过程。其中,第一语音业务为以下其中一项:VoMobile业务、VoLTE业务、VoWiFi业务;在第一语音业务为VoMobile业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoWiFi业务;在第一语音业务为VoLTE业务或VoWiFi业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoMobile业务。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种UE,该UE包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的方法的步骤。
第四方面,本申请实施例提供了一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的方法的步骤。
第五方面,本申请实施例提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如第一方面所述的方法。
在本申请实施例中,在第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的情况下,UE可以向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,该第一切换报告消息中包括用于表征进行第一语音业务时、UE对应的移动网络的网络质量的第一网络环境信息,并接收网络侧设备在确定该第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件的情况下发送的第一切换命令消息,从而UE可以根据该第一切换命令消息,执行第二语音业务的切换过程,其中,第一语音业务可以为VoMobile业务、VoLTE业务、VoWiFi业务中的任一个;在该第一语音业务为VoMobile业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoWiFi业务;在该第一语音业务为VoLTE业务或VoWiFi业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoMobile业务。由于在第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件时,可以认为某个移动网络(即在第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务时、所通过的移动网络)的网络质量较差,即在第二SIM卡通过该某个移动网络进行第一语音业务的情况下,若出现进行该某个移动网络的网络质量较差的情况,则UE可以接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令,并将第一语音业务切换为第二语音业务,即将VoMobile业务切换为VoWiFi业务,或将VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)切换为VoMobile业务,以使得第二SIM卡可以通过其他移动网络进行第二语音业务,而并不是一直该某个移动网络进行第一语音业务,因此,可以避免出现通话质量差、断线等情况,从而,可以避免第二SIM卡的语音业务的业务质量下降,如此,可以提升UE的语音业务的业务质量。

图1示出了网络侧设备的架构示意图。如图1所示,网络侧设备可以包括以下网元中的一种或多种:
电子设备(例如可以是UE)、移动管理实体(mobility management entity,MME)网元、分组数据网关(packet data network GW,PGW)网元、演进型分组数据网关(evolevd packet datagateway,ePDG)、以及归属签约用户服务器(home subscriber server,HSS)。
其中,UE的SIM卡1和SIM卡2可以通过移动网络(例如长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)网络)与网络侧设备进行通信。具体地,UE可以通过SIM卡1的LTE网络1、MME1、PGW1、HSS及网际互联多媒体***(internet protocol multimedia subsystem,IMS)服务器之间的通信(图中是以实线进行示意的),实现通过LTE网络1注册SIM卡1的LTE上的语音(voice over LTE,VoLTE)业务,以进行SIM卡1的VoLTE业务;UE也可以通过SIM卡2的LTE网络2、MME2、PGW2、HSS及IMS服务器之间的通信(图中是以虚线进行示意的),实现通过LTE网络2注册SIM卡2的VoLTE业务,以进行SIM卡2的VoLTE业务。若在进行SIM卡2的VoLTE业务的过程中,出现LTE网络2的网络质量较差,则UE可以LTE网络1、MME1、PGW1、HSS、ePDG、PGW2及IMS服务器之间的通信(图中是以虚线进行示意的),实现通过LET1网络注册SIM卡2的移动网络上的语音(voice over mobile,VoMobile)业务,以进行SIM卡2的VoMobile业务。
下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的语音业务切换方法、装置和用户设备进行详细地说明。
本申请实施例提供的语音业务切换方法可以应用于UE进行VoMobile业务的场景。
在一种场景下,在UE的SIM卡2进行VoMobile业务的情况下,可以向网络侧设备发送切换报告消息,该切换报告消息中包括表征进行VoMobile业务时UE对应的移动网络(例如SIM卡1的LTE网络1、SIM卡2的LTE网络2(或UE连接的WiFi网络))的网络质量的网络环境信息。从而网络侧设备可以接收切换报告消息,并确定该网络环境信息是否满足预设条件,并在确定该网络环境信息满足预设条件的情况 下,网络侧设备可以向UE发送切换命令消息,该切换命令消息用于指示将SIM卡2的VoMobile业务切换为VoLTE业务(或WiFi上的语音(voice over WiFi,VoWiFi)业务),这样,UE可以根据该切换命令消息将SIM卡2的VoMobile业务切换为SIM卡2的VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)。
在另一种场景下,在UE的SIM卡2进行VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)的情况下,可以向网络侧设备发送切换报告消息,该切换报告消息中包括表征进行VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)时UE对应的移动网络(例如SIM卡1的LTE网络1、SIM卡2的LTE网络2)的网络质量的网络环境信息。从而网络侧设备可以接收切换报告消息,并确定该网络环境信息是否满足预设条件,并在确定该网络环境信息满足预设条件的情况下,网络侧设备可以向UE发送切换命令消息,该切换命令消息用于指示将SIM卡2的VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)切换为VoMobile业务,这样,UE可以根据该切换命令消息将SIM卡2的VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)切换为SIM卡2的VoMobile业务。
可以理解,UE可以接收到网络侧设备发送的切换命令,并将SIM卡2的当前的语音业务切换为SIM卡2的其他语音业务,以通过其他移动网络进行SIM卡2的语音业务,因此,可以避免出现通话质量差、断线等情况,从而,可以避免SIM卡2的语音业务的业务质量下降,如此,可以提升UE的语音业务的业务质量。
图2示出了本申请实施例提供的一种语音业务切换方法的流程图。如图2所示,本申请实施例提供的语音业务切换方法可以包括下述的步骤101至步骤103。
步骤101、在语音业务切换装置的第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的情况下,语音业务切换装置向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息。
可选地,本申请实施例中,语音业务切换装置具体可以为:多卡多待的UE,或者,多卡单待的UE。例如,双卡双待的UE,或者,双卡单待的UE。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在语音业务切换装置的第二SIM卡通过第一移动网络进行第三语音业务的情况下,若该第一移动网络的网络质量较差,则在语音业务切换装置显示“设置”界面的情况下,语音业务切换装置可以根据用户对该“设置”界面中的“语音业务切换功能”选项的点击输入,开启语音业务切换功能,并基于第一SIM卡的移动网络,执行第二SIM卡的第一语音的注册过程,以及,执行该第三语音业务的去注册过程,以将第二SIM卡的第三语音业务切换为第二语音业务,以使得第二SIM卡可以进行该第一语音业务。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,上述第一移动网络可以为以下其中一项:第一SIM卡的移动网络、第二SIM卡的移动网络、WiFi网络(例如语音业务切换装置连接的WiFi网络)。在该第一移动网络为第一SIM卡的移动网络的情况下,第三语音业务为VoMobile业务;在该第一移动网络为第二SIM卡的移动网络的情况下,第三语音业务为VoLTE业务;在该第一移动网络为WiFi网络的情况下,第三语音业务为VoWiFi业务。
具体地,本申请实施例中,第一SIM卡的移动网络可以为以下其中一项:第二代(2nd generation,2G)移动通信***网络、第三代(3rd generation,3G)移动通信***网络、LTE网络、新空口(new radio,NR)网络、第六代(6th generation,6G)移 动通信***网络等。
具体地,本申请实施例中,第二SIM卡的移动网络可以为以下其中一项:第二代(2nd generation,2G)移动通信***网络、第三代(3rd generation,3G)移动通信***网络、LTE网络、新空口(new radio,NR)网络、第六代(6th generation,6G)移动通信***网络等。其中,第二SIM卡的移动网络与第一SIM卡的移动网络可以相同或不同。
本申请实施例中,上述第一语音业务为以下其中一项:VoMobile业务、VoLTE业务、VoWiFi业务。
本申请实施例中,语音业务切换装置的第二SIM卡可以通过第二移动网络进行第一语音业务。其中,该第二移动网络可以为以下其中一项:第一SIM卡的移动网络、第二SIM卡的移动网络、WiFi网络(例如语音业务切换装置连接的WiFi网络)。在该第二移动网络为第一SIM卡的移动网络的情况下,第一语音业务为VoMobile业务;在该第二移动网络为第二SIM卡的移动网络的情况下,第一语音业务为VoLTE业务;在该第二移动网络为WiFi网络的情况下,第一语音业务为VoWiFi业务。
可以理解,第二移动网络与第一移动网络不同。
本申请实施例中,上述第一切换报告消息中包括第一网络环境信息;该第一网络环境信息用于表征进行第一语音业务时、语音业务切换装置对应的移动网络的网络质量。
可选地,本申请实施例中,该语音业务切换装置对应的移动网络可以包括以下至少一项:第一SIM卡的移动网络、第二SIM卡的移动网络、WiFi网络(例如语音业务切换装置连接的WiFi网络)。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的过程中,语音业务切换装置可以实时检测语音业务切换装置对应的移动网络的网络质量,以获取第一网络环境信息,从而语音业务切换装置可以发送包括该第一网络环境信息的第一切换报告消息。
可选地,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,语音业务切换装置可以按照预设时间间隔,向网络侧设备发送第一切换消息。
可以理解,语音业务切换装置可以每隔预设时间间隔,向网络侧设备发送一次第一切换消息,从而在第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较差时,可以接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令消息。
可选地,在本申请实施例的另一种可能的实现方式中,语音业务切换装置可以在满足第三目标预设条件的情况下,向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,在第一语音业务为VoMobile业务的情况下,第三目标预设条件可以包括以下其中一项:
第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量参数(例如下述实施例中的第一网络质量参数)小于或等于一个阈值,例如下述实施例中的第一阈值;
语音业务切换装置接收到网络侧设备发送的、用于指示第一SIM卡的移动网络发生异常的信息,例如下述实施例中的第一信息;
第二SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量参数(例如下述实施例中的第二网络质量参数) 小于或等于另一个阈值,例如下述实施例中的第二阈值;
语音业务切换装置连接WiFi网络且该WiFi网络的网络信号参数大于又一个阈值,例如下述实施例中的第三阈值。
本申请实施例中,若满足第三目标预设条件,则可以认为第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较差,和/或其他移动网络的网络质量较好,因此,语音业务切换装置可以向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,以使得网络侧设备可以指示语音业务切换装置将第二SIM卡的VoMobile业务切换为其他语音业务(即VoLTE业务或VoWiFi业务)。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,在第一语音业务为VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)的情况下,第三目标预设条件可以包括以下其中一项:
语音业务切换装置未连接目标移动网络;
目标移动网络的网络质量参数小于或等于一个阈值;
语音业务切换装置接收到网络侧设备发送的、用于指示目标移动网络发生异常的信息,例如下述实施例中的第二信息;
第一网络质量参数大于第一阈值。
具体地,本申请实施例中,上述目标移动网络可以为以下任一项:第二SIM卡的移动网络、WiFi网络。
本申请实施例中,若满足第三目标预设条件,则可以认为目标移动网络的网络质量较差,和/或第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较好,因此,语音业务切换装置可以向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,以使得网络侧设备可以指示语音业务切换装置将第二SIM卡的VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)切换为VoMobile业务。
可以理解,语音业务切换装置可以在满足第三目标预设条件的情况下,才向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,因此,可以节省语音业务切换装置的能耗。
步骤102、语音业务切换装置接收第一切换命令消息。
本申请实施例中,上述第一切换命令消息是:网络侧设备在第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件的情况下发送的,该第一切换命令消息用于指示语音业务切换装置将第二SIM卡的第一语音业务切换为第二语音业务。
本申请实施例中,在第一语音业务为VoMobile业务的情况下,第二语音业务为VoWiFi业务;在第一语音业务为VoLTE业务或VoWiFi业务的情况下,第二语音业务为VoMobile业务。
可以理解,上述第二语音业务可以为以下其中一项:VoWiFi业务、VoMobile业务等。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在第一语音业务为VoMobile业务的情况下,第一目标预设条件可以包括N个预设条件,或M个预设条件,该N个预设条件对应一个语音业务,该M个预设条件对应另一个语音业务,从而网络侧设备可以确定第一网络环境信息满足的预设条件,并确定与第一网络环境信息满足的预设条件对应的语音业务(即第二语音业务),以向语音业务切换装置发送第一切换命令消息,M、N均为正整数。
可以理解,第一目标预设条件可以包括不同的预设条件,当第一网络环境信息满足不同的预设条件时,第二语音业务为不同的语音业务。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,在第一目标预设条件包括N个预设条件的情况 下,第二语音业务可以为VoLTE业务;在第一目标预设条件包括M个预设条件的情况下,目标语音业务可以为VoWiFi业务。
可以理解,网络侧设备可以从语音业务切换装置对应的移动网络中,确定出最适合(例如网络质量最好,和/或通信成本最低的移动网络),并指示语音业务切换装置基于该最适合的移动网络,执行第二SIM卡的语音业务。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在第一语音业务为VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)的情况下,第一目标预设条件可以包括Q个预设条件,该Q个预设条件对应一个语音业务,从而网络侧设备可以确定第一网络环境信息满足的预设条件,并确定与第一网络环境信息满足的预设条件对应的语音业务(即第二语音业务),以向语音业务切换装置发送第一切换命令消息,Q为正整数。
步骤103、语音业务切换装置根据第一切换命令消息,执行第二语音业务的切换过程。
可选地,本申请实施例中,语音业务切换装置可以先执行第二语音业务的注册过程,然后再执行第二SIM卡的VoMobile业务的去注册过程,以执行第二语音业务的切换过程。
本申请实施例提供的语音业务切换方法,在第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的情况下,语音业务切换装置可以向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,该第一切换报告消息中包括用于表征进行第一语音业务时、语音业务切换装置对应的移动网络的网络质量的第一网络环境信息,并接收网络侧设备在确定该第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件的情况下发送的第一切换命令消息,从而语音业务切换装置可以根据该第一切换命令消息,执行第二语音业务的切换过程,其中,第一语音业务可以为VoMobile业务、VoLTE业务、VoWiFi业务中的任一个;在该第一语音业务为VoMobile业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoWiFi业务;在该第一语音业务为VoLTE业务或VoWiFi业务的情况下,该第二语音业务为VoMobile业务。由于在第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件时,可以认为某个移动网络(即在第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务时、所通过的移动网络)的网络质量较差,即在第二SIM卡通过该某个移动网络进行第一语音业务的情况下,若出现进行该某个移动网络的网络质量较差的情况,则语音业务切换装置可以接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令,并将第一语音业务切换为第二语音业务,即将VoMobile业务切换为VoWiFi业务,或将VoLTE业务(或VoWiFi业务)切换为VoMobile业务,以使得第二SIM卡可以通过其他移动网络进行第二语音业务,而并不是一直该某个移动网络进行第一语音业务,因此,可以避免出现通话质量差、断线等情况,从而,可以避免第二SIM卡的语音业务的业务质量下降,如此,可以提升语音业务切换装置的语音业务的业务质量。
下面将以第一语音业务VoMobile业务、VoLTE业务和VoWiFi业务为例,分别举例说明语音业务切换装置是如何执行第二语音业务的切换过程的。
可选地,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,上述第一语音业务为VoMobile业务,上述第二语音业务为VoLTE业务;上述第一网络环境信息包括:第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、第二SIM卡的移动网络的第二网络质量参数;上述第一目标预设条件包括第一预设条件和第六预设条件。具体地,结合图2, 如图3所示,上述步骤103具体可以通过下述的步骤103a实现。

进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,在语音业务切换装置执行第二语音业务的切换过程之后,若第二网络质量参数小于或等于第二阈值,则语音业务切换装置可以将第二SIM卡的LTE网络切换为其他网络(例如2G网络、3G网络等),以使得第二SIM卡可以通过该其他网络进行语音业务。
如此可知,由于语音业务切换装置可以在第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较差,且第二SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较好(和/或语音业务切换装置并没有连接WiFi网络,和/或连接的WiFi网络质量较差)的情况下,接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令,并执行VoLTE业务的切换过程,以使得第二SIM卡可以通过第二SIM卡的移动网络进行语音业务,因此,可以提升语音业务切换装置的语音业务的业务质量。

本申请实施例中的语音业务切换装置可以是装置,也可以是终端中的部件、集成电路、或芯片。该装置可以是移动电子设备,也可以为非移动电子设备。示例性地,移动电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,非移动电子设备可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage,NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。

本申请实施例中,上述第六预设条件包括以下任一项:第二网络质量参数大于第二阈值;第一网络环境信息不包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数;第一网络环境信息包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数且该网络信号参数小于或等于第三阈值。
如此可知,由于UE可以在第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较差,且第二SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较好(和/或UE并没有连接WiFi网络,和/或连接的WiFi网络质量较差)的情况下,接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令,并执行VoLTE业务的切换过程,以使得第二SIM卡可以通过第二SIM卡的移动网络进行语音业务,因此,可以提升UE的语音业务的业务质量。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述第一语音业务为VoMobile业务,上述第二语音业务为VoWiFi业务;上述第一网络环境信息包括:第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、WiFi网络的网络信号参数;上述第一目标预设条件包括第一预设条件和第二预设条件。
射频单元101,具体用于基于WiFi网络,执行VoWiFi业务的切换过程。
本申请实施例中,上述第一预设条件包括以下至少一项:第一网络质量参数小于或等于第一阈值、第一网络环境信息包括第一信息;该第一信息用于指示第一SIM卡的移动网络发生异常。
本申请实施例中,上述第二预设条件为:WiFi网络的网络信号参数大于第三阈值。
如此可知,由于UE可以在第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较差,且UE连接WiFi网络、和该WiFi网络的网络质量较好的情况下,接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令,并执行VoWiFi业务的切换过程,以通过WiFi网络进行第二SIM卡的语音业务,因此,可以提升UE的语音业务的业务质量。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述第一语音业务为VoLTE业务,上述第二语音业务为VoMobile业务;上述第一网络环境信息包括:第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、第二SIM卡的移动网络的第二网络质量参数;上述第一目标预设条件包括第三预设条件、第四预设条件和第五预设条件。
射频单元101,具体用于基于第一SIM卡的移动网络,执行VoMobile业务的切换过程。
本申请实施例中,上述第三预设条件为:第一网络质量参数大于第一阈值。

如此可知,由于UE可以在第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较好,且第二SIM 卡的移动网络的网络质量较差(和/或第二SIM卡的移动网络发生异常),以及UE未连接WiFi网络(和/或连接的WiFi网络的网络质量较差)的情况下,接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令,并执行VoMobile业务的切换过程,以通过第一SIM卡的移动网络进行第二SIM卡的语音业务,因此,可以提升UE的语音业务的业务质量。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述第一语音业务为VoWiFi业务,上述第二语音业务为VoMobile业务;上述第一网络环境信息包括:第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、第二SIM卡的移动网络的第二网络质量参数;上述第一目标预设条件包括第三预设条件、第四预设条件和第五预设条件。

如此可知,由于UE可以在第一SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较好,且第二SIM卡的移动网络的网络质量较差(和/或第二SIM卡的移动网络发生异常),以及UE未连接WiFi网络(和/或连接的WiFi网络的网络质量较差)的情况下,接收到网络侧设备发送的第一切换命令,并执行VoMobile业务的切换过程,以通过第一SIM卡的移动网络进行第二SIM卡的语音业务,因此,可以提升UE的语音业务的业务质量。
应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元104可以包括图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU)1041和麦克风1042,图形处理器1041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元106可包括显示面板1061,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板1061。用户输入单元107包括触控面板1071以及其他输入设备1072。触控面板1071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板1071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备1072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。存储器109可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据,包括但不限于应用程序和操作***。处理器110可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作***、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器110中。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述语音业务切换方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的UE中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)、随机 存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述语音业务切换方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为***级芯片、***芯片、芯片***或片上***芯片等。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。此外,需要指出的是,本申请实施方式中的方法和装置的范围不限按示出或讨论的顺序来执行功能,还可包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序来执行功能,例如,可以按不同于所描述的次序来执行所描述的方法,并且还可以添加、省去、或组合各种步骤。另外,参照某些示例所描述的特征可在其他示例中被组合。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种语音业务切换方法,用户设备UE包括第一客户识别模块SIM卡和第二SIM卡,所述方法包括:
    在所述第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的情况下,向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,所述第一切换报告消息中包括第一网络环境信息;所述第一网络环境信息用于表征进行所述第一语音业务时所述UE对应的移动网络的网络质量;
    接收第一切换命令消息,所述第一切换命令消息是:所述网络侧设备在所述第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件的情况下发送的,所述第一切换命令消息用于指示所述UE将所述第二SIM卡的所述第一语音业务切换为第二语音业务;
    根据所述第一切换命令消息,执行所述第二语音业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第一语音业务为以下其中一项:移动网络语音承载VoMobile业务、长期演进语音承载VoLTE业务、无线保真语音承载VoWiFi业务;
    在所述第一语音业务为所述VoMobile业务的情况下,所述第二语音业务为所述VoWiFi业务;在所述第一语音业务为所述VoLTE业务或所述VoWiFi业务的情况下,所述第二语音业务为所述VoMobile业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一语音业务为所述VoMobile业务,所述第二语音业务为所述VoWiFi业务;所述第一网络环境信息包括:所述第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、WiFi网络的网络信号参数;所述第一目标预设条件包括第一预设条件和第二预设条件;
    所述执行所述第二语音业务的注册过程,包括:
    基于所述WiFi网络,执行所述VoWiFi业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第一预设条件包括以下至少一项:所述第一网络质量参数小于或等于第一阈值、所述第一网络环境信息包括第一信息;所述第一信息用于指示所述第一SIM卡的移动网络发生异常;
    所述第二预设条件为:所述网络信号参数大于第三阈值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一语音业务为所述VoLTE业务,所述第二语音业务为所述VoMobile业务;所述第一网络环境信息包括:所述第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、所述第二SIM卡的移动网络的第二网络质量参数;所述第一目标预设条件包括第三预设条件、第四预设条件和第五预设条件;
    所述执行所述第二语音业务的注册过程,包括:
    基于所述第一SIM卡的移动网络,执行所述VoMobile业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第三预设条件为:所述第一网络质量参数大于第一阈值;
    所述第四预设条件为以下其中一项:所述第二网络质量参数小于或等于第二阈值、所述第一网络环境信息包括第二信息;所述第二信息用于指示所述第二SIM卡的移动网络发生异常;
    所述第五预设条件为以下其中一项:所述第一网络环境信息不包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数;所述第一网络环境信息包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数且所述网络信号参数小于或等于第三阈值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一语音业务为所述VoWiFi业务, 所述第二语音业务为所述VoMobile业务;所述第一网络环境信息包括:所述第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、所述第二SIM卡的移动网络的第二网络质量参数;所述第一目标预设条件包括第三预设条件、第四预设条件和第五预设条件;
    所述执行所述第二语音业务的注册过程,包括:
    基于所述第一SIM卡的移动网络,执行所述VoMobile业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第三预设条件为:所述第一网络质量参数大于第一阈值;
    所述第四预设条件包括以下至少一项:所述第二网络质量参数小于或等于第二阈值、所述第一网络环境信息包括第二信息;所述第二信息用于指示所述第二SIM卡的移动网络发生异常;
    所述第五预设条件为以下其中一项:所述第一网络环境信息不包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数;所述第一网络环境信息包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数且所述网络信号参数小于或等于第三阈值。
  5. 一种语音业务切换装置,所述语音业务切换装置包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,所述语音业务切换装置还包括:发送模块、接收模块和执行模块;
    所述发送模块,用于在所述第二SIM卡进行第一语音业务的情况下,向网络侧设备发送第一切换报告消息,所述第一切换报告消息中包括第一网络环境信息;所述第一网络环境信息用于表征进行所述第一语音业务时所述语音业务切换装置对应的移动网络的网络质量;
    所述接收模块,用于接收第一切换命令消息,所述第一切换命令消息是:所述网络侧设备在所述第一网络环境信息满足第一目标预设条件的情况下发送的,所述第一切换命令消息用于指示所述语音业务切换装置将所述第二SIM卡的所述第一语音业务切换为第二语音业务;
    所述执行模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述第一切换命令消息,执行所述第二语音业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第一语音业务为以下其中一项:VoMobile业务、VoLTE业务、VoWiFi业务;
    在所述第一语音业务为所述VoMobile业务的情况下,所述第二语音业务为所述VoWiFi业务;在所述第一语音业务为所述VoLTE业务或所述VoWiFi业务的情况下,所述第二语音业务为所述VoMobile业务。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的语音业务切换装置,其中,所述第一语音业务为所述VoMobile业务,所述第二语音业务为所述VoWiFi业务;所述第一网络环境信息包括:所述第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、WiFi网络的网络信号参数;所述第一目标预设条件包括第一预设条件和第二预设条件;
    所述执行模块,具体用于基于所述WiFi网络,执行所述VoWiFi业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第一预设条件包括以下至少一项:所述第一网络质量参数小于或等于第一阈值、所述第一网络环境信息包括第一信息;所述第一信息用于指示所述第一SIM卡的移动网络发生异常;
    所述第二预设条件为:所述网络信号参数大于第三阈值。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的语音业务切换装置,其中,所述第一语音业务为所述 VoLTE业务,所述第二语音业务为所述VoMobile业务;所述第一网络环境信息包括:所述第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、所述第二SIM卡的移动网络的第二网络质量参数;所述第一目标预设条件包括第三预设条件、第四预设条件和第五预设条件;
    所述执行模块,具体用于基于所述第一SIM卡的移动网络,执行所述VoMobile业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第三预设条件为:所述第一网络质量参数大于第一阈值;
    所述第四预设条件为以下其中一项:所述第二网络质量参数小于或等于第二阈值、所述第一网络环境信息包括第二信息;所述第二信息用于指示所述第二SIM卡的移动网络发生异常;
    所述第五预设条件为以下其中一项:所述第一网络环境信息不包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数;所述第一网络环境信息包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数且所述网络信号参数小于或等于第三阈值。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的语音业务切换装置,其中,所述第一语音业务为所述VoWiFi业务,所述第二语音业务为所述VoMobile业务;所述第一网络环境信息包括:所述第一SIM卡的移动网络的第一网络质量参数、所述第二SIM卡的移动网络的第二网络质量参数;所述第一目标预设条件包括第三预设条件、第四预设条件和第五预设条件;
    所述执行模块,具体用于基于所述第一SIM卡的移动网络,执行所述VoMobile业务的切换过程;
    其中,所述第三预设条件为:所述第一网络质量参数大于第一阈值;
    所述第四预设条件包括以下至少一项:所述第二网络质量参数小于或等于第二阈值、所述第一网络环境信息包括第二信息;所述第二信息用于指示所述第二SIM卡的移动网络发生异常;
    所述第五预设条件为以下其中一项:所述第一网络环境信息不包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数;所述第一网络环境信息包括WiFi网络的网络信号参数且所述网络信号参数小于或等于第三阈值。
  9. 一种UE,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的语音业务切换方法的步骤。
  10. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的语音业务切换方法的步骤。
  11. 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的语音业务切换方法的步骤。
  12. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被存储在非易失的存储介质中,所述计算机程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的语音业务切换方法的步骤。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括所述电子设备被配置成用于执行如权利要求1至4中任 一项所述的语音业务切换方法的步骤。
