Description

一种储液盒的导液结构、添加剂投放模块及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于衣物添加剂投放技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种储液盒的导液结构、添加剂投放模块及洗衣机。
背景技术
现有洗衣机、尤其是波轮式洗衣机常用的添加剂投放方式,包括如下两种:
一种是用户直接将添加剂投放到洗衣机的桶内,这种投放方式添加剂的投放量多少不方便控制;同时,由于添加剂是直接投放至桶内,使得未经稀释的添加剂会直接与衣物接触,容易造成衣物褪色等问题的产生。
另一种是在洗衣机上设置一储液盒,用户提前将添加剂预投到储液盒内,利用洗衣机进水将添加剂冲入洗衣桶中实现添加剂的自动投放,采用上述投放方式能够实现添加剂投放量的精准控制,且添加剂能够与进水充分混合在投放至洗衣桶中。
如申请号201710684754.7一种洗衣机,包括控制盘座和设于控制盘座上的添加剂投放***,添加剂投放***包括至少一投放单元,其中一投放单元包括盛放添加剂的密封容器和将添加剂抽取投放至洗涤桶的自动投放机构,容器外置可拆卸地安装于控制盘座上方,控制盘座上设有置放容器的安装部和与容器连通将添加剂导出的导液连接部,导液连接部与自动投放机构连接。
上述申请公开的洗衣机容器的出液口设有出液结构,出液结构内设单向阀,单向阀包括引流通道和设置在引流通道内的活塞,导液连接部可伸入到引流通道内顶开活塞打开出液口。在所述导液连接部顶开活塞时容器内的添加剂会由引流通道进入到出液结构与导液连接部之间的导液腔内,然而由于所述导液连接部与出液结构之间无效的密封结构,导致导液腔内的添加剂从二者配合的间隙泄露,影响用户使用体验。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种储液盒的导液结构,通过在盒体连接单元与导液插接单元之间设置的弹性密封单元,能够使得整个导液结构的密封性更好,有效地避免储液盒投放的过程中出现添加剂泄露的现象。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种储液盒的导液结构,包括:
盒体连接单元,安装在储液盒的投放口处,常态下封闭该投放口;
导液插接单元,设置在供储液盒安装的插接槽上,储液盒安装在插接槽内后,该导液插接单元与盒体连接单元插接配合打开投放口;
弹性密封单元,包括弹性件和密封件,所述密封件在弹性件的作用下紧抵封挡所述导液插接单元与盒体连接单元的配合间隙。
进一步地,所述导液插接单元包括插接部,所述盒体连接单元内具导流通道,导流通道内设置有受插接部的止顶作用打开投放口、常态下闭合投放口的阀体;
所述密封件在弹性件的作用下紧抵封挡所述插接部的外周壁与导流通道之间的配合间隙。
进一步地,所述弹性件压缩设置在导液插接单元和盒体连接单元的外侧端壁之间,所述插接部伸入到导流通道内,且前端具有与阀体止顶配合打开投放口的止顶端;
所述密封件一端密封连接在插接部靠近止顶端的周壁上,另一端向远离止顶端的方向延伸、并在弹性件的作用下抵压在盒体连接单元的外侧端壁上形成密封。
进一步地,所述盒体连接单元包括一端位于储液盒外侧与所述插接部配合,另一端伸入到储液盒内的连接套管,所述连接套管内具导流通道,所述插接部为外径小于连接套管内径的顶杆;
所述顶杆的前端周壁上设有密封槽,所述密封件包括挤压限位在密封槽内的环形密封部、以及在弹性件的作用下紧抵在连接套管外侧端壁上的环形抵压部、以及连接在环形密封部和环形抵压部之间的环形封挡部;
优选地,所述环形密封部、环形封挡部和环形抵压部均采用橡胶材料制成。
进一步地,所述环形封挡部为连接在环形密封部和环形抵压部之间、经至少一 次弯折形成的弯曲拉伸壁,所述弯曲拉伸壁封挡顶杆外周壁与连接套管之间的配合间隙。
进一步地,所述环形封挡部包括与所述顶杆的外周相适配的呈筒状的第一封挡壁,所述第一封挡壁一端与环形密封部固定连接,另一端向顶杆的根部方向延伸一定长度后反向弯折延伸形成第二封挡壁;
所述环形抵压部具有呈环状的抵压本体,所述第二封挡壁连接在所述抵压本体上,第一封挡壁的延伸长度大于连接套管的外侧端壁与环形密封部的距离;

本发明的另一目的还提供了一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机通过上述的添加剂投放模块实现添加剂的自动投放。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明通过弹性件与密封件的配合,能够使得密封件紧抵封挡在导液插接单元与盒体连接单元的配合间隙处,使得整个导液结构的密封性更好,有效地避免储液盒投放的过程中出现添加剂泄露的现象。
2、本发明中密封件由环形密封部、环形抵压部以及环形封挡部三部分构成,其中:环形密封部挤压限位在插接部的密封槽内实现密封件与插接部的密封,环形抵压部在弹性件的作用下抵压在盒体连接单元的端面实现密封,环形封挡部封挡插接部与导流通道的间隙。本发明的密封件通过采用上述结构能够对导液插接单元和弹性密封单元的配合间隙进行全方位的密封,密封效果更好。
3、本发明中所述环形封挡部采用经一次或多次弯折形成的弯曲拉伸壁结构,使得所述环形封挡部具有较好的拉伸性能和伸展空间,能够适应插接部外周壁与盒体连接单元不同的间隙距离,自适应性较高。并且所述环形封挡部通过采用的弯曲拉伸壁结构,还能够适应盒体连接单元的前后移动,无论是***、拔出还是推拉储液盒均能够保证与导液插接单元之间形成良好的密封。
4、本发明插接部与导流通道之间没有过盈配合,二者之间存在间隙,无阻尼力,在***或拔出储液盒时,更轻松顺畅。在更换储液盒时,弹性件还能够向储液盒施加辅助其弹出的推弹力,在推弹解锁的时候,用户只需提供较小的初始推力就能够轻松顺畅地拔出储液盒,提升用户的使用体验。

具体地,如图2和图4所示,所述第一导流通道分为两部分,包括相互连通的第一通道和第二通道,所述第二通道的内径小于第一通道,所述插接部21与第一通道相插接配合。所述第二通道内部形成供所述阀体32安装的阀腔,所述阀体32设置在第二通道内,常态下封闭第二通道。所述第二通道与储液盒1内部腔室相连通,所述第二通道的内周壁上靠近所述第一通道侧设置有一圈环形密封凸台。
所述阀体32包括阀塞和第二弹簧33,所述第二弹簧33压缩设置在第二通道内,所述第二弹簧33一端所述阀塞相抵接,另一端压缩抵接在所述第二通道内的限位凸台上。常态下,所述阀塞在第二弹簧33的作用下可紧抵在所述环形密封凸台上,形成密封,防止储液盒1内的添加剂由所述第一导流通道溢出。
优选地,所述阀塞与所述环形密封凸台相配合的位置设置有第二密封圈34,通 过设置的第二密封圈34进一步保证所述第二通道内部阀腔的密封性,避免常态下第二通道内的添加剂由阀塞的外周壁与所述密封凸台之间的间隙溢出,使得整个储液盒1形成封闭的密封腔室。
在投放状态下,如图1和图3所示,所述储液盒1***到插接槽51内后,所述插接部21伸入到第一通道内,所述插接部21的前端的止抵端顶开所述阀体32,使得所述阀体32与环形密封凸台之间形成可供第二通道内的添加剂流入至第一通道的间隙。所述插接部21内部具有与第一通道相连通的第二导流通道,在投放单元的抽吸作用下,流入至第一通道内的添加剂经插接部21的第二导流通道引导出进行投放。
由于第一通道和插接部21之间具有一定的间隙,进入到第一通道内的添加剂极易从二者的间隙泄露,因此,本实例提供的导液结构设置了在弹性件41的作用下紧抵封挡所述插接部21的外周壁与第一导流通道之间的配合间隙的密封件42。
本实施例中,所述储液盒1的侧壁上开设有所述投放口,所述投放口外周一体注塑有一安装接口结构,所述盒体连接单元3的一端密封连接在所述安装接口结构上,另一端伸入到储液盒1内部。
本实施例中,所述盒体连接单元3可以与所述安装接口结构螺纹连接或者卡接连接。
优选地,如图1至图4所示,本实施例中所述盒体连接单元3与所述安装接口结构通过卡接的方式连接固定,所述安装接口结构由所述投放口的周向边沿水平向外延伸形成。
所述盒体连接单元3具有筒状主体,盒体连接单元3靠近所述安装接口结构侧的外侧端壁3a向外周方向延伸一定距离后反向弯折形成一翻折卡接壁,所述翻折卡接壁与所述盒体连接单元3的周壁之间形成卡接在所述安装接口结构上的限位槽,所述安装接口结构卡接在所述限位槽内,通过二者的卡接配合限制了所述盒体连接单元3在竖直方向上的位移,提高了二者配合的稳定性。

在一种实施方式中,所述环形封挡部422为连接在环形密封部421和环形抵压部423之间、经至少一次弯折形成的弯曲拉伸壁,所述弯曲拉伸壁封挡顶杆外周壁与连接套管31之间的配合间隙。本实施方式中,所述环形封挡部422采用经一次或多次弯折形成的弯曲拉伸壁,使得所述环形封挡部422具有较好的拉伸性能,具有较大的伸展空间,能够适应顶杆外周壁与连接套管31之间不同的间隙距离,即使二者的间隙较大,仍能够封挡住,保证密封效果,且具有较高的自适应性。
由于盒体连接单元3在插接的过程中相对于插接部21是前后移动的,因此本发明实施例中所述环形封挡部422采用的弯曲拉伸壁结构,能够适应盒体连接单元3的前后移动,无论是***、拔出还是推拉储液盒1均能够保证与导液插接单元2之间形成良好的密封。
进一步地,如图4、图5所示,所述环形封挡部422包括与所述顶杆的外周相适配的呈筒状的第一封挡壁4221,所述第一封挡壁4221一端与环形密封部421固定连接,另一端向顶杆的根部方向延伸一定长度后反向弯折延伸形成第二封挡壁4222,所述第一封挡壁4221和第二封挡壁4222共同形成所述弯曲拉伸壁。
本实施例中,所述环形密封部421为凸出设置在所述第一封挡壁4221靠近阀体32侧的内周壁上的密封凸圈,所述密封凸圈挤压限位在顶杆的前端周壁上设的密封槽211内,与所述顶杆之间形成密封连接。
本实施例中,所述环形抵压部423具有环状的抵压本体,所述第二封挡壁4222 的端部固定连接在所述抵压本体上,第一封挡壁4221的延伸长度大于连接套管31的外侧端壁3a与环形密封部421的距离,以保证所述环形封挡部422具有较大的伸展空间,能够封挡住顶杆与第一通道之间的配合间隙,不会受储液盒1移动的影响。
优选地,所述抵压本体的里侧端面紧抵在所述连接套管31的外侧端壁3a上,所述第二封挡壁4222连接在抵压本体内周壁面上靠近里侧端壁面的位置,所述第二封挡壁4222自第一封挡壁4221的端部逐渐向外倾斜设置,所述第二封挡壁4222呈类圆台状。
更优地,所述第二封挡壁4222在水平方向上的长度大于所述抵压本体的厚度,这样第二封挡壁4221与第二封挡壁4222重叠的部分就更长,伸展空间就更大,自适应密封能力更高。
在另一种较为优选的实施方式中,如图2、图4所示,所述环形抵压部423包括呈环状的抵压本体以及连接在抵压本体里侧端面上的一道或多道密封筋4231,所述密封筋4231在弹性件41的作用下紧抵在所述连接套管31的外侧端壁3a上。
通过设置在抵压本体里侧端面上的密封筋4231,所述密封筋4231抵压在所述连接套管31的外侧端壁3a上,能够进一步提升环形抵压部423与所述连接套管31的外侧端壁3a之间的密封性。
优选地,所述密封筋4231自根部逐渐向外倾斜设置,通过上述设置,在受外力的作用时,所述密封筋4231下壁面能够更容易紧密地贴合在所述连接套管31的外侧端壁3a外壁面上,以形成更好的密封效果。
如图1、图3所示,本实施例中,所述导液插接单元2还包括固定设置在所述插接槽51上的导液部22,所述插接部21的一端固定连接在导液部22朝向储液盒1侧的侧壁上,所述导液部22和所述插接部21内部相互连通,所述导液部22呈竖直设置,所述插接部21呈横向设置,且所述插接部21的延伸方向与第一导流通道的延伸方向一致。
具体的,添加剂投放模块上设置有供储液盒1抽拉安装的插接槽51,所述导液部22为固定设置在插接槽51上的抽液管路,抽液管路的一端出口与添加剂投放模块的投放单元进口相连,另一端进口经插接部21、盒体连接单元3与储液盒1的内部相连通,以使得所述投放单元能够实现将储液盒1内部的添加剂自动投放至洗涤桶内。
在一种实施方式中,所述抽液管路为固定设置在所述插接槽51内的竖直管路,所述抽液管路的进口开设在所述抽液管路靠近所述储液盒1侧的侧壁上。
在另一种实施方式中,所述导液部22还包括设置在所述抽液管路上的控制阀,所述控制阀控制所述导液插接单元2与投放单元的连通。本实施方式中,所述的投放单元为抽吸泵或者文丘里管。
本实施例中,所述导液部22可以通过可拆卸连接的方式固定在插接槽51的底壁或者侧壁上,或者也可以集成设置在所述插接槽51的底壁或者侧壁上。所述导液部22和所述插接部21可以一体注塑成型设置,或者所述导液部22和所述插接部21也可以通过装配结构固定连接一体。
所述弹性件41一端固定在所述导液部22和/或插接部21上,另一端压缩抵接在所述密封件42上。在一种方案中,在所述插接部21靠近所述导液部22的根部位置设置有限位凸台,所述弹性件41压缩设置在所述限位凸台和所述密封件42之间。
或者,在另一种方案中,所述弹性件41压缩设置在所述导液部22和所述密封件42之间,优选地,所述弹性件41为压缩设置在导液部22和密封件42之间的第一弹簧。
进一步地,所述第一弹簧套设在顶杆外、压缩设置在导液部22和环形抵压部423之间,所述环形抵压部423靠近所述弹簧侧的外侧端面上设有一环形卡接槽4232,所述第一弹簧一端限位安装在所述环形卡接槽4232内。本实施例中,通过将所述第一弹簧靠近所述密封件42侧的端部限位在所述环形卡接槽4232内,增强了所述弹性件41与密封件42之间配合的稳定性。
本发明实施例中还提供了一种添加剂投放模块5,具有至少一个插接槽51,所述插接槽51内安装有储液盒1,所述储液盒1内具供添加剂存储的封闭腔室;所述添加剂投放模块5还包括投放单元,所述投放单元与所述储液盒1的投放口经上述的导液结构连通。
在上述方案中,所述投放单元包括抽吸泵或者文丘里管,所述抽吸泵或者文丘里管与所述导液插接单元2的导液部22相连接,经所述导液结构将储液盒1内的添加剂抽吸至供水水路中进行投放。
本发明实施例中还提供了一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机通过上述的添加剂投放模块实现添加剂的自动投放。
在一种方案中,本实施例中所述的添加剂投放模块5可以安装在洗衣机的控制盘座内,所述添加剂投放模块5的本体底壁内部集成设置有供水水路,添加剂投放模块5本体内设的投放单元将添加剂投放至供水水路中。通过将供水水路集成设置于投放模块的底壁上,使得水路设置于投放单元的下方,令投放水路可直接自添加剂投放模块5下方流出、向洗衣桶内进行投放,进而实现了投放模块的合理化排布、提升了投放模块出水水压的显著技术进步。
或者,在另一种方案中,本实施例中所述的添加剂投放模块5也可以安装在洗衣机的进水阀和自来水接头之间的进水水路上,投放单元将储液盒1内的添加剂经上述导液结构抽吸至进水水路上,随着洗衣机的进水投放到洗衣桶内。所述添加剂投放模块5设置在洗衣机的外部,洗衣机与投放模块为相互独立的两个模块,互不干涉影响,且添加剂投放模块5采用外置的设置方式,也不占用洗衣机的内部空间,提高了洗衣机内部的空间利用率。
本实施例中,所述的添加剂投放模块5上还设置有锁定单元以及推弹解锁结构,在所述储液盒1安装到插接槽51内后,通过所述锁定单元将所述储液盒1锁定在插接槽51内,在用户需要更换或者清洗储液盒1时,通过所述推弹解锁单元解除锁定将储液盒1拔出。
本发明实施例中的储液盒1通过采用上述导液结构,用户在更换储液盒1时,弹性件41还能够向储液盒1施加辅助其弹出的推弹力,在推弹解锁的时候,用户只需提供较小的初始推力就能够轻松顺畅地拔出储液盒1,提升用户的使用体验。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于,包括:
    盒体连接单元,安装在储液盒的投放口处,常态下封闭该投放口;
    导液插接单元,设置在供储液盒安装的插接槽上,储液盒安装在插接槽内后,该导液插接单元与盒体连接单元插接配合打开投放口;
    弹性密封单元,包括弹性件和密封件,所述密封件在弹性件的作用下紧抵封挡所述导液插接单元与盒体连接单元的配合间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于:
    所述导液插接单元包括插接部,所述盒体连接单元内具导流通道,导流通道内设置有受插接部的止顶作用打开投放口、常态下闭合投放口的阀体;
    所述密封件在弹性件的作用下紧抵封挡所述插接部的外周壁与导流通道之间的配合间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于:
    所述弹性件压缩设置在导液插接单元和盒体连接单元的外侧端壁之间,所述插接部伸入到导流通道内,且前端具有与阀体止顶配合打开投放口的止顶端;
    所述密封件一端密封连接在插接部靠近止顶端的周壁上,另一端向远离止顶端的方向延伸、并在弹性件的作用下抵压在盒体连接单元的外侧端壁上形成密封。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于:
    所述盒体连接单元包括一端位于储液盒外侧与所述插接部配合,另一端伸入到储液盒内的连接套管,所述连接套管内具导流通道,所述插接部为外径小于连接套管内径的顶杆;
    所述顶杆的前端周壁上设有密封槽,所述密封件包括挤压限位在密封槽内的环形密封部、以及在弹性件的作用下紧抵在连接套管外侧端壁上的环形抵压部、以及连接在环形密封部和环形抵压部之间的环形封挡部;
    优选地,所述环形密封部、环形封挡部和环形抵压部均采用橡胶材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于:
    所述环形封挡部为连接在环形密封部和环形抵压部之间、经至少一次弯折形成的弯曲拉伸壁,所述弯曲拉伸壁封挡顶杆外周壁与连接套管之间的配合间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于:
    所述环形封挡部包括与所述顶杆的外周相适配的呈筒状的第一封挡壁,所述第一封挡壁一端与环形密封部固定连接,另一端向顶杆的根部方向延伸一定长度后反向弯折延伸形成第二封挡壁;
    所述环形抵压部具有呈环状的抵压本体,所述第二封挡壁连接在所述抵压本体上,第一封挡壁的延伸长度大于连接套管的外侧端壁与环形密封部的距离;
    优选地,所述抵压本体的里侧端面紧抵在所述连接套管的外侧端壁上,所述第二封挡壁连接在抵压本体内周壁面上靠近里侧端壁面的位置,所述第二封挡壁自第一封挡壁的端部逐渐向外倾斜设置;
    更优地,所述第二封挡壁在水平方向上的长度大于所述抵压本体的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于:
    所述环形抵压部包括环状的抵压本体以及连接在抵压本体里侧端面上的一道或多道密封筋,所述密封筋在弹性件的作用下紧抵在所述连接套管的外侧端壁上;
    优选地,所述密封筋自根部逐渐向外倾斜设置。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5所述的储液盒的导液结构,其特征在于:
    所述导液插接单元还包括固定设置在所述插接槽上的导液部,所述插接部固定连接在所述导液部的侧壁上,所述弹性件一端固定在所述导液部和/或插接部上,另一端压缩抵接在所述密封件上;
    优选地,所述弹性件为压缩设置在导液部和密封件之间的弹簧;
    更优地,所述弹簧套设在顶杆外、压缩设置在导液部和环形抵压部之间,所述环形抵压部靠近所述弹簧侧的外侧端面上设有一环形卡接槽,所述弹簧限位安装在所述环形卡接槽内。
  9. 一种添加剂投放模块,具有至少一个插接槽,所述插接槽内安装有储液盒,所述储液盒内具供添加剂存储的封闭腔室,其特征在于:
    还包括投放单元,所述投放单元与所述储液盒的投放口经上述权利要求1-8任一项所述的导液结构连通。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机通过上述权利要求9所述的添加剂投放模块实现添加剂的自动投放。
