目前,在对玩具外壳进行加工时会使用到很多道工序,其中成型是最重要的一步。然而,现有在对玩具的外壳进行成型处理时,如抛光成型处理外壳表面毛料时,常常因玩具外壳定位固定的不牢固,而容易导致成型精度的下降,不仅会影响玩具在成型中产生的不稳定因素,同时还会影响成型后整体的美观和性能,也难以保证玩具外壳成型加工的顺利进行。为此,本发明提出了一种玩具毛料加工成型装置用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种玩具毛料加工成型装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种玩具毛料加工成型装置,包括成型台,所述成型台的顶部固定安装有支撑定位体,且支撑定位体具体为中空结构,所述支撑定位体的顶部固定设有对称设置的定位吸头,定位吸头的底部固定连接有连接管,且连接管的底部延伸至支撑定位体内;所述成型台上设有负 压腔和位于负压腔右侧的空腔,支撑定位体的底部固定套接有负压吸管,且负压吸管的底部延伸至负压腔内,负压腔底部内壁的左侧还固定套接有L形排气管,且L形排气管的另一端延伸至成型台的外部,所述负压腔内活动设置有活塞,活塞的右侧固定连接有活塞杆,活塞杆的右端滑动贯穿至空腔内并转动连接有转动连杆,转动连杆的另一端转动连接有旋转盘,空腔的底部内壁上固定安装有旋转电机,且旋转盘固定套接在旋转电机的输出端上。
优选的,所述负压吸管的底部设置有吸气单向阀,所述L形排气管的顶部设置有排气单向阀。
优选的,所述负压腔的右侧内壁上设有套接孔,套接孔内固定套接有矩形导向套,所述活塞杆为矩形结构,且活塞杆沿水平方向滑动贯穿于矩形导向套。
优选的,所述旋转盘的顶部盘面上固定设置有旋转销,且旋转盘通过旋转销与转动连杆的一端转动连接。
优选的,所述活塞杆的右端与转动连杆的左端之间通过转动销转动连接。

综上所述,本发明的一种玩具毛料加工成型装置,在成型过程中可以对玩具外壳进行牢固的定位,以防后续成型过程中因松动而影响成型的质量,避免了现有技术在对玩具外壳进行成型处理时容易因定位固定的不牢固而导致成型精度下降的情形出现,不仅保障玩具外壳在成型中的稳定性,同时确保了成型后整体的质量和美观性,也确保了成型工作的顺利进行。

本发明的一种玩具毛料加工成型装置,在成型过程中可以对玩具外壳进行牢固的定位,以防后续成型过程中因松动而影响成型的质量,确保了成型工作的顺利进行。当需要对玩具外壳进行定位时:将玩具外壳套设在支撑定位体2及定位吸头3的外部,利用旋转电机10的输出端带动旋转盘11以及旋转销12旋转,而旋转销12旋转时又通过转动连杆13带动活塞杆14进行左右移动,活塞杆14左右移动时又带动活塞8在负压腔7内左右活塞移动,当活塞8右移时,负压腔7的左侧空间增大,进而使得负压腔7内的压强减小并形成负压状态,使得负压吸管5上的吸气单向阀501开启,在负压作用下,进而通过负压吸管5对支撑定位体2的内腔进行负压吸气,与此同时,支撑定位体2内的负压吸气时又通过连接管4和定位吸头3进行负压吸气,最终,通过定位吸头3可以对玩具外壳的内壁进行负压吸附定位,反之,当活塞8左移时,负压腔7的左侧空间减小,负压腔7内的压强增大,并使排气单向阀601开启,进而使得负压腔7内的气体 从L形排气管9排至外界,通过上述往复操作,可以不断的使得定位吸头3进行负压吸气,从而通过定位吸头3的负压吸附,可以对玩具外壳的内壁进行稳固的吸附定位即可;
