作为本实用新型一种优选的技术方案,所述箱包内还包括加热装置,加热装置为恒温加热器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型可实现对存放在箱包内部的物品进行彻底杀菌消毒除臭,能消 除臭氧对环境的污染,释放出的氧气对环境或人体有益,而且平时也方便直接携带出门,折叠后可减少收纳空间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本实用新型提供了一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,可实现对存放在箱包内部 的物品进行杀菌消毒除臭的效果,并且可方便携带出门,而且减少居家收纳空间,根据附图1-7中所示,消毒箱包的具体结构包括:
盖体1和箱体2,箱体2与盖体1可密封式连接,根据附图中可知,盖体1与箱体2的一侧相互活动连接形成一体,因此盖体1相对箱体2的一侧可转动,盖体1上还设置有提手,可通过拉动提手以打开密封盖合在箱体2上的盖体1。
如果要对放置在箱体2上的物品进行消毒杀菌时,需要箱体2内部完全密封,防止臭氧气体被泄漏出去,因此当盖体1盖合在箱体2上时,利用盖体1与箱体2的连接处设置的拉链,通过拉动拉链头以实现盖体1与箱体2的密封并合,被释放出的臭氧气体无法从箱体2内部泄漏出去。
箱体2的外侧上的两端均设置有锁扣件,具***置是在箱体2的前端面设置一个锁扣件(第一锁扣件10),后端面也设置一个锁扣件(第二锁扣件13),盖体1对应锁扣件的位置设置有被扣件11,当盖体1盖合在箱体2上时,也就是完成了上述的拉链方式,对盖体1与箱体2进行并合密封后,接着将箱体2前端面的第一锁扣件10对盖体1的被扣件11进行扣合固定,此时完成箱体2内部的密封。
臭氧发生器3,该臭氧发生器3设置在箱体2内部,以对箱体2内部释放臭氧气体,当箱体2内部被密封后,接着由臭氧发生器3释放出的臭氧气体对箱体2内部的物品进行杀菌消毒,之后处于这个状态并保持适当的时间,可以达到杀菌消毒功能以及多余残留的臭氧,随后启动紫外线发射装置,增强杀菌除臭功能,完成杀菌消毒后,接着臭氧分解结构4对异味有机物的氧化去除臭味。
虽然臭氧气体能杀菌,但是对人体也会造成神经中毒,头晕头痛的情况,因此需要对臭氧气体进行分解,通过本实用新型的臭氧分解结构4来处理,具体是第一风机42吸入箱体2内部多余的臭氧通过臭氧分解催化剂 4进行分解。
在达到杀菌除臭的效果,停止产生臭氧,在紫外线发射装置的作用下可以将箱体内残留有臭氧气体的浓度会渐渐减少,接着,启动臭氧分解结构4为催化剂41,催化剂41用于将箱体2内部多余的臭氧分解成氧气,使用催化剂41后可以加速臭氧的分解,提高臭氧转化成氧气的速度,第一风机42加快分解处理进程,使其反应更充分,最终将臭氧请的浓度降到0.05PPM的以下安全范围,同时也可以氧化吸附部分有味道的有机物。
本实用新型与普通的杀菌消毒箱包不同是,本实用新型的催化剂41是可拆卸地设置在箱体2内部,因此该催化剂41是可被更换的,将旧的氧化催化剂41拆卸出后,接着可直接更换新的氧化催化剂41。
臭氧分解结构4还包括罩袋,罩袋上贯穿有多个通孔,催化剂41被放置在罩袋内,具体的拆卸更换方式是通过在箱体2内的一侧的罩袋,将催化剂41放置在罩袋内,更换新的催化剂41时,只需要将旧的催化剂41从罩袋中取出,然后将新的催化剂41放置入罩袋内即可。罩袋上贯穿有多个通孔,因此臭氧气体从侧面横向穿过罩袋的通孔且经过催化剂41,然后被催化剂41进行分解。
臭氧分解结构4还包括第一风机42,第一风机42用于循环箱体2内部的气体,第一风机具体设置在箱体2内侧壁上并位于催化剂41的后侧,并且在箱体2侧边上对应催化剂41的位置,在对箱体2内的臭氧气体进行分解时,通过驱动第一风机的运作,以带动臭氧气体朝向氧化催化剂41的方向流动,接着经过催化剂41的分解,催化剂41对多余臭氧内的有害气体进行过滤,以去除箱体内气体中的有害气体。
臭氧分解结构还包括空气清新剂释放结构44,设置在箱体2内部,用于释放芳香气体,空气清新剂释放结构44具体为芳香剂。臭氧分解结构4还包括第二风机和发热片45,第二风机和发热片45设置在箱体内侧壁上并 位于空气清新剂释放结构44的后侧。这里的第二风机实质上也是附图4中的第一风机42,第一风机42将臭氧分解后的气体,通过出气口外罩46排放到多孔的芳香剂内,芳香剂在发热片45加热作用下,会释放出香味,并在第二风机(第一风机42)的气流推动下排放回箱体2内,可以令使用者闻到气味芳香。
当然该空气清新剂释放结构44也是可拆卸设置在箱体2的侧壁上,使用过度后可单独拆卸更换。
为了更进一步达到杀菌消毒效果,通过紫外线发射装置5对被放置在箱体2内部的物品进行杀菌消毒,紫外线发射装置5具体为紫外线消毒灯,该紫外线消毒灯都设置在盖体1和箱体2内,具体是设置在箱体2内壁或盖体1内壁上,或箱体2内壁和盖体1内壁上。物品被放置在箱体2内后,除了被臭氧发生器3释放臭氧气体进行消毒外,还通过紫外线消毒灯对向物品照射紫外线光源,紫外线光源利用紫外光谱的高能量破坏微生物的结构,具有强烈的杀菌作用,从而达到消毒的目的。
箱包内还包括加热装置17,加热装置17为恒温加热器,在臭氧发生器3释放臭氧的时候,同时启动加热装置17加热箱体2内部的温度,以使箱体内部的温度达到40-60摄氏度范围内,具体是优选为50摄氏度,通过加热箱体2内的温度可以加快臭氧的杀菌效果和异味有机物的分解进程,令难以杀菌消毒的物品起到良好的作用。
通过上述的这两种方式同时对物品进行杀菌消毒,达到更全面彻底的杀菌除臭效果,同时紫外线消毒灯也可以对臭氧进行快速分解的作用。
本实施例还包括另外一种实施例,如根据图4所示,还包括第三风机16,具***置是设置在箱体2的内侧壁,位于第一风机42的右边位置,第三风机16用于循环箱体2内部的气体,加速臭氧的分解进程。当臭氧发生器3释放臭氧时,第三风机也随其一起工作。
当盖体1密封盖合在箱体2上后,需要开启本实用新型的消毒模式,因此通过控制模块7来操控,控制模块7与臭氧发生器、紫外线发射装置、空气清新剂释放结构及臭氧分解结构控制连接,具体是控制模块7均与臭氧发生器3、每个风机及紫外线消毒灯控制连接,控制模块7和供电模块8分别与开关模块9电性连接,而开关模块9设置在盖体1的被扣件11的相对侧,开关模块9为吸合开关,吸合开关的静触点设置在箱体2上,吸合开关的动触点设置在盖体1上。由于此时将箱体2的锁扣件对盖体1的被扣件11进行固定锁扣合,所以只需按下控制模块7电性连接的开关模块9后,该开关会对控制模块7发送驱动信号,接着控制模块7控制臭氧发生器3、紫外线消毒灯及第一风机进行运作。需要说明是,必须要锁扣件对盖体1的被扣件11进行固定锁扣合后按下开关模块9,控制模块7才可接收到开关模块9的驱动信号。
开关模块9为吸合式开关指示灯,在本实用新型进入工作状态后会常亮,实现有各种呼吸明亮的变化,也就是根据不同的工作状态对呼吸的明亮进行改变。本实用新型关闭工作状态后,也会随着一起关闭。
箱体2上还设置有电源接口,该电源接口为供电模块8,利用电源线插接入该电源接口后,即可给臭氧发生器3、第一风机及紫外线消毒灯供电。该电源接口带有指示灯,指示灯亮起时会显示出产品的品牌,方便使用者确定供电模块8是否正常运作。
在箱体2的一侧设置有透明观察窗6,具***置是在锁扣件的下方,物品被放置在箱体2内被紫外线消毒灯和臭氧发生器3释放臭氧进行杀菌消毒的过程中,可通过该透明观察窗6来观察箱体2内的情况。透明观察窗6为滤紫外线材质制成的透明观察窗6。
箱体2内还具有内置隔架14,内置隔架14相对于箱体2内底壁的架体高度大于臭氧发生器3的出气口的最大高度,因此不会发生物品放置箱体2 内时,堵塞住臭氧发生器3的出气口的情况,并且也保证箱体2的底部的紫外线发射装置5可以照射到物品的下侧表面位置。
箱体2内还包括隔板,需要放置物品进行杀菌消毒的时候,将隔板拉动下伸并与桌面上保持平行对准,接着将内置隔架14放置在隔板上方,由内置隔架14支撑物品。在需要携带出门的时候,将内置隔架14竖立靠向相同的侧边,也可以直接取出,接着拉动隔板上升以竖立贴向箱体2内的侧边,由于箱体2为可折叠式箱体2,在两侧位置均设置有折叠分界部12,因此将箱体2的前后两端相互靠向按压,以将箱体2收缩成一整块,接着将盖体1的被扣件11一直拉伸到箱体2后端面的锁扣件(第二锁扣件13)位置,由后端面的锁扣件(第二锁扣件13)对盖体1的被扣件11进行固定锁扣合后,即可完成箱体2的收缩,然后即可直接携带出门以及减少收纳空间。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型可实现对存放在箱包内部的物品进行全面彻底的杀菌消毒效果,而且平时也方便直接携带出门,折叠后可减少收纳空间,以便在工作或旅行途中使用。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本实用新型不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本实用新型的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本实用新型。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本实用新型内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于,包括:
    盖体;
    箱体,所述箱体与盖体可密封式连接;
    臭氧发生器,设置在箱体内部,用于对箱体内部释放臭氧;
    臭氧分解结构,设置在箱体内部,用于对箱体内部的臭氧进行分解。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述臭氧分解结构包括催化剂,所述催化剂用于将箱体内部的臭氧分解成氧气;所述催化剂为可拆卸式设在箱体内的侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述臭氧分解结构还包括第一风机,所述第一风机设置在所述箱体内侧壁上并位于所述催化剂的后侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述臭氧分解结构还包括空气清新剂释放结构,设置在箱体内部,用于释放芳香气体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:臭氧分解结构还包括第二风机和发热片,所述第二风机和发热片设置在箱体内侧壁上并位于空气清新剂释放结构的后侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述箱包还包括第三风机,用于循环箱体内部的气体,所述第三风机设置在所述箱体的内侧壁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述箱包还包括N个紫外线发射装置,所述紫外线发射装置设置在箱体内壁或盖体内壁上,或箱体内壁和盖体内壁上,用于向所述箱体内发射紫外线。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述箱包内还包括加热装置,加热装置为恒温加热器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述箱包上还设置控制模块和供电模块,所述臭氧发生器、臭氧分解结构、紫外线发射装置以及加热装置分别与控制模块电性连接;
    所述箱包上还设置开关模块,所述控制模块和供电模块分别与开关模块电性连接;
    所述控制模块与臭氧发生器、紫外线发射装置及臭氧分解结构控制连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述箱体外侧设有第一锁扣件,所述盖体上对应第一锁扣件的位置设有被扣件,所述箱体的第一锁扣件与盖体的被扣件作用进行扣合固定;
    所述盖体与箱体扣合的一侧具有一外延长边,所述盖体的被扣件设置在所述盖体的外延长边上;
    所述吸合开关的动触点设置在所述盖体的外延边上;
    所述箱体为可折叠式箱体,箱体的侧壁和底壁均设有折叠分界部;所述箱体外侧设有第二锁扣件,所述箱体折叠后,所述箱体的第二锁扣件与盖体的被扣件作用进行扣合固定,实现折叠收纳。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒除臭箱包,其特征在于:所述箱体内还设有内置隔架,所述臭氧发生器设置在箱体内一侧壁的底端,所述内置隔架相对于箱体内底壁的架体高度大于所述臭氧发生器的出气口的最大高度。
