背景技术
在移动通信***中,核心网和基站可以通过寻呼的方式唤醒用户设备(Ueser Equipment,UE),或者向UE发送数据。对于一些寻呼频次相似的UE,或者需要向多个UE发送相同数据的情形,可以将这些UE划分至同一个用户分组,以使核心网或基站可以同时对属于同一个用户分组的UE进行寻呼。
相关技术中,网络侧与UE需要对用户分组进行协商,以达到网络与UE对用户分组理解的一致性。但是,目前还不存在网络与UE对用户分组进行协商的具体方案,从而无法有效确定用户寻呼分组。
发明内容
本申请提出的用户寻呼分组的确定方法、装置、UE及存储介质,用于解决相关技术中,网络侧与UE需要对用户分组进行协商,以达到网络与UE对用户分组理解的一致性,但是,目前还不存在网络与UE对用户分组进行协商的具体方案,从而无法有效确定用户寻呼分组的问题。
本申请一方面实施例提出的用户寻呼分组的确定方法,应用于UE,包括:接收网络侧设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,所述第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,所述第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定;根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。

本申请实施例针对相关技术中,网络侧与UE需要对用户分组进行协商,以达到网络与UE对用户分组理解的一致性,但是,目前还不存在网络与UE对用户分组进行协商的具体方案,从而无法有效确定用户寻呼分组的问题,提出一种用户寻呼分组的确定方法。
本申请实施例提供的用户寻呼分组的确定方法,通过接收由核心网设备确定的第一寻呼分组参数,和/或由接入网设备确定的第二寻呼分组参数,并根据第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定UE的寻呼分组。由此,UE通过与核心网和/或接入网进行协商,以确定UE的寻呼分组,从而有效确定了UE的寻呼分组,保证了网络侧与UE对寻呼分组的理解一致性。
下面参考附图对本申请提供的用户寻呼分组的确定方法、装置、UE及存储介质进行详细描述。
图1为本申请实施例所提供的一种用户寻呼分组的确定方法的流程示意图,应用于UE。
如图1所示,该用户寻呼分组的确定方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤101,接收网络侧设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例的用户寻呼分组的确定方法可以应用在任意的UE中。UE可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备。UE可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,UE可以是物联网终端,如传感器设备、移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有物联网终端的计算机,例如,可以是固定式、便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的装置。例如,站(Station,STA)、订户单元(subscriber unit)、订户站(subscriber station),移动站(mobile station)、移动台(mobile)、远程站(remote station)、接入点、远程终端(remoteterminal)、接入终端(access terminal)、用户装置(user terminal)或用户代理(useragent)。或者,UE也可以是无人飞行器的设备。或者,UE也可以是车载设备,比如,可以是具有无线通信功能的行车电脑,或者是外接行车电脑的无线终端。或者,UE也可以是路边设备,比如,可以是具有无线通信功能的路灯、信号灯或者其它路边设备等。
其中,网络侧设备,可以是核心网络设备,也可以是接入网设备。
其中,第一寻呼分组参数,可以是核心网设备对该UE的寻呼概率,也可以是核心网为该UE配置的寻呼分组标识,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
其中,第二寻呼分组参数,可以是接入网设备对该UE的寻呼概率,也可以是接入网设备为该UE配置的寻呼分组标识,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
其中,接入网设备可以是基站。
在本申请实施例中,由于核心网设备与接入网设备都可以对UE进行寻呼,因此,网络侧在与UE协商寻呼分组时,既可以通过核心网设备与UE进行协商,也可以通过接入网设备与UE进行协商,从而UE可能单独获取到核心网设备确定的第一寻呼分组参数,或接入网设备确定的第二寻呼分组参数;也可能同时获取到第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数。
作为一种可能的实现方式,UE可以通过广播信令或专用信令,接收接入网设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数。
比如,终端通过RRC连接释放消息接收第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数。
在本申请实施例中,本申请实施例的用户寻呼分组的确定方法可以用于确定处于空闲状态或非激活状态的UE的寻呼分组,并且在UE所处的状态不同时,第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数的确定方式与接收方式也可以是不同的,以下分别以UE的状态为空闲状态与非激活状态时,进行具体说明。
作为一种可能的实现方式,当UE的状态为空闲状态时,第一寻呼分组参数通过非接入层(Non-access Stratum,NAS)流程与核心网设备协商确定。
需要说明的是,由于在UE的状态为空闲状态时,核心网设备可以与UE直接进行通信,因此若核心网设备需要与UE协商寻呼分组,则核心网设备可以直接通过NAS流程与UE进行协商确定第一寻呼 分组参数,并将第一寻呼分组参数发送至UE。比如,核心网设备可以通过跟踪区更新(Tracking Area Update,TAU)流程、attach流程等,与UE协商第一寻呼分组参数。
作为一种可能的实现方式,当UE的状态为非激活状态时,第一寻呼分组参数由接入网设备根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息确定。作为一种示例,接入网设备将核心网设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数透传给UE。
需要说明的是,由于在UE的状态为非激活状态时,核心网设备无法与UE直接进行通信,因此若核心网设备需要与UE协商寻呼分组,则核心网设备可以通过UE上下文请求/响应消息向接入网设备提供辅助信息,以使接入网设备根据辅助信息确定第一寻呼分组参数,并由接入网设备将第一寻呼分组参数发送给UE。
作为一种可能的实现方式中,第二寻呼分组参数可以由接入网设备发送给UE。
作为一种示例,第二寻呼分组参数可以由接入网设备根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息确定,其中,辅助信息由核心网设备发送至所述接入网设备。
作为一种示例,第二寻呼分组参数可以由接入网设备根据终端在连接态时候提供的辅助信息确定。作为一种优选实施例,辅助信息可以包含终端统计的寻呼概率等。
需要说明的是,在UE的状态为空闲状态或非激活状态时,接入网设备都可以在需要与UE协商寻呼分组时,将确定的第二寻呼分组参数通过RRC消息、广播或专用信令的方式发送给UE。并且,接入网设备还可以获取核心网设备通过UE上下文请求/响应消息提供的辅助信息,以根据辅助信息确定第二寻呼分组参数。
作为一种可能的实现方式,对于第二寻呼分组参数,当接入网设备为锚点基站时,锚点基站可以通过基站之间的接口消息转发给非锚点基站。
其中,锚点基站,可以是指与核心网设备建立连接的基站;非锚点基站,可以是指未与核心网设备建立连接的基站。
需要说明的是,由于非锚点基站未与核心网设备建立连接,因此基站在需要根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息确定第二寻呼分组参数时,非锚点基站无法从核心网设备获取到辅助信息,从而无法确定第二寻呼分组参数。因此,锚点基站在根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息确定出第二寻呼分组参数之后,可以将通过基站之间的接口消息将第二寻呼分组参数转发给非锚点基站,以使非锚点基站可以将第二寻呼分组参数发送至其管辖的UE。
步骤102,根据第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定UE的寻呼分组。
在本申请实施例中,UE接收到第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之后,可以根据第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数中的至少一个,确定UE的寻呼分组。
作为一种示例,若UE仅获取到了第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数中的任意一个,则UE可以将获取到的寻呼分组参数确定为寻呼分组。
本申请实施例提供的用户寻呼分组的确定方法,通过接收由核心网设备确定的第一寻呼分组参数,和/或由接入网设备确定的第二寻呼分组参数,并根据第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定UE的寻呼分组。由此,UE通过与核心网和/或接入网进行协商,以确定UE的寻呼分组,从而有效确定了UE的寻呼分组,保证了网络侧与UE对寻呼分组的理解一致性。
在本申请一种可能的实现方式中,网络侧可以预先通过协议规定UE根据第一寻呼分组参数及第二寻呼分组参数,确定寻呼分组的方式。
下面结合图2,对本申请实施例提供的另一种用户寻呼分组的确定方法进行进一步说明。

步骤202,按照协议规定从第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
其中,目标寻呼分组参数,是指UE选取的用于确定寻呼分组的寻呼分组参数。
作为一种可能的实现方式,网络侧可以通过协议规定第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数的优先级,从而UE可以根据优先级从两者中选取目标寻呼分组参数。即在本申请实施例一种可能的实现方式中,上述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数分别具有第一优先级和/或第二优先级,相应的,上述步骤202,可以包括:
根据第一优先级和第二优先级从第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
在本申请实施例中,网络侧通过协议规定了第一寻呼分组参数的第一优先级,以及第二寻呼分组参数的第二优先级时,若UE仅获取到了第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数之中的一个,则UE可以将获取到的寻呼分组参数确定为目标寻呼分组参数;若UE同时获取到了第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数,则UE可以根据第一寻呼分组参数的第一优先级与第二寻呼分组参数的第二优先级,将优先级高的寻呼分组参数确定为目标寻呼分组参数。
作为一种示例,若第一优先级高于第二优先级,则UE同时获取到第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数时,UE可以将第一寻呼分组参数确定为目标寻呼分组参数;若第一优先级低于第二优先级,则UE同时获取到第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数时,UE可以将第二寻呼分组参数确定为目标寻呼分组参数。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,网络侧还可以通过协议约定通过获取到的寻呼分组参数的取值,确定目标寻呼分组参数。即在本申请实施例一种可能的实现方式中,上述步骤202,可以包括:
从第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择最大值或最小值作为目标寻呼分组参数,或者选择第一寻呼分组参数或选择第二寻呼分组参数。
在本申请实施例中,若UE仅获取到了第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数之中的一个,则UE可以将获取到的寻呼分组参数确定为目标寻呼分组参数;若UE同时获取到了第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数,则UE可以根据第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数的取值,将两者中的最大值确定为目标寻呼分组参数;或者将两者中的最小值确定为目标寻呼分组参数。
作为一种示例,网络侧通过协议约定将第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数之中选择最大值作为目标寻呼分组参数,则UE同时获取到第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数时,则UE可以将第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数中的最大值,确定为目标寻呼分组参数。
作为一种示例,网络侧通过协议约定将第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数之中选择最小值作为目标寻呼分组参数,则UE同时获取到第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数时,则UE可以将第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数中的最小值,确定为目标寻呼分组参数。
作为一种示例,网络侧通过协议约定将第一寻呼分组参数或者第二寻呼分组参数作为目标寻呼分组参数。作为一种优选实施例,对于空闲态用户,协议约定选择第一寻呼分组参数作为目标寻呼分组参数。而对于非激活态用户,协议约定选择第二寻呼分组参数作为目标寻呼分组参数。
作为一种可能的实现方式,网络侧还可以通过协议约定根据UE的状态确定目标寻呼分组。即在本申请实施一种可能的实现方式中,上述步骤202之前,还可以包括:

作为一种示例,若UE同时获取到第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数,则在UE监听的寻呼类型为核心网寻呼时,UE可以将第一寻呼分组参数确定为目标寻呼分组参数;在UE监听的寻呼类型为接入网寻呼时,UE可以将第二寻呼分组参数确定为目标寻呼分组参数。
步骤203,根据目标寻呼分组参数确定UE的寻呼分组。
在本申请实施例中,确定出目标寻呼分组参数之后,UE则可以将目标寻呼分组参数确定为UE的寻呼分组。

在本申请实施例中,本申请实施例的用户寻呼分组的确定方法可以用于确定处于空闲状态或非激活状态的UE的寻呼分组,并且在UE所处的状态不同时,第一寻呼分组参数与第二寻呼分组参数的确定方式与发送方式也可以是不同的,以下分别以UE的状态为空闲状态与非激活状态时,进行具体说明。
作为一种可能的实现方式,当UE的状态为空闲状态时,第一寻呼分组参数通过NAS流程与核心网设备协商确定,即当UE的状态为空闲状态时,可以不通过接入网设备向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数。
作为一种可能的实现方式,当UE的状态为非激活状态时,接入网设备可以根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息,确定第一寻呼分组参数。
作为一种示例,接入网设备可以将核心网设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数透传给UE。
需要说明的是,由于在UE的状态为非激活状态时,核心网设备无法与UE直接进行通信,因此若核心网设备需要与UE协商寻呼分组,则核心网设备可以通过UE上下文请求/响应消息向接入网设备提供辅助信息,以使接入网设备根据辅助信息确定第一寻呼分组参数,并由接入网设备将第一寻呼分组参数发送给UE。
作为一种可能的实现方式中,第二寻呼分组参数可以由接入网设备发送给UE。
作为一种示例,接入网设备可以根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息确定第二寻呼分组参数。
作为一种示例,第二寻呼分组参数可以由接入网设备根据终端在连接态时候提供的辅助信息确定。作为一种优选实施例,辅助信息可以包含终端统计的寻呼概率等。
需要说明的是,在UE的状态为空闲状态或非激活状态时,接入网设备都可以在需要与UE协商寻呼分组时,将确定的第二寻呼分组参数通过RRC消息、广播或专用信令的方式发送给UE。并且,接入网设备还可以获取核心网设备通过UE上下文请求/响应消息提供的辅助信息,以根据辅助信息确定第二寻呼分组参数。
作为一种可能的实现方式,当接入网设备为锚点基站时,锚点基站可以通过基站之间的接口消息将第二寻呼分组参数转发给非锚点基站。
其中,锚点基站,可以是指与核心网设备建立连接的基站;非锚点基站,可以是指未与核心网设备建立连接的基站。
需要说明的是,由于非锚点基站未与核心网设备建立连接,因此基站在需要根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息确定第二寻呼分组参数时,非锚点基站无法从核心网设备获取到辅助信息,从而无法确定第二寻呼分组参数。因此,锚点基站在根据核心网设备提供的辅助信息确定出第二寻呼分组参数之后,可以将通过基站之间的接口消息将第二寻呼分组参数转发给非锚点基站,以使非锚点基站可以将第二寻呼分组参数发送至其管辖的UE。

进一步的,在本申请再一种可能的实现形式中,所述网络侧设备为接入网设备,处理器还用于执行以下操作:
当接入网设备为锚点基站时,锚点基站通过基站之间的接口消息将第二寻呼分组参数转发给非锚点基站。

向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定。

本申请实施例提供的计算机存储介质,存储有可执行程序;所述可执行程序被处理器执行后,能够实现前述任意技术方案提供的用户寻呼分组的确定方法,例如,如图1至图5的至少其中之一。
为了实现上述实施例,本申请还提出一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被处理器执行时实现如前所述的用户寻呼分组的确定方法。
为了实现上述实施例,本申请还提出一种计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时,以实现本申请实施例所述的用户寻呼分组的确定方法方法。
图8是本申请实施例所提供的一种用户设备UE800的框图。例如,UE800可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播用户设备,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图8,UE800可以包括以下至少一个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。
处理组件802通常控制UE800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件802可以包括至少一个处理器820来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件802可以包括至少一个模块,便于处理组件802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件802可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件808和处理组件802之间的交互。
存储器804被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在UE800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在UE800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器804可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件806为UE800的各种组件提供电力。电源组件806可以包括电源管理***,至少一个电源,及其他与为UE800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件808包括在所述UE800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括至少一个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的唤醒时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件808包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当UE800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜***或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件810被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件810包括一个麦克风(MIC),当UE800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器804或经由通信组件816发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件810还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口812为处理组件802和***接口模块之间提供接口,上述***接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件814包括至少一个传感器,用于为UE800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到设备800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为UE800的显示器和小 键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测UE800或UE800一个组件的位置改变,用户与UE800接触的存在或不存在,UE800方位或加速/减速和UE800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于UE800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。UE800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理***的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,UE800可以被至少一个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由UE800的处理器820执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
如图9所示,为本申请实施例所提供的一种基站的结构示意图。例如,基站900可以被提供为一基站。参照图9,基站900包括处理组件922,其进一步包括至少一个处理器,以及由存储器932所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件922的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器932中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件922被配置为执行指令,以执行上述方法前述应用在所述基站的任意方法,例如,如图5所示方法。
基站900还可以包括一个电源组件926被配置为执行基站900的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口950被配置为将基站900连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口958。基站900可以操作基于存储在存储器932的操作***,例如Windows Server TM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

Claims (35)

  1. 一种用户寻呼分组的确定方法,其特征在于,应用于用户设备UE,所述方法包括:
    接收网络侧设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,所述第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,所述第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定;
    根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述UE的状态为空闲状态时,所述第一寻呼分组参数通过非接入层NAS流程与所述核心网设备协商确定。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述UE的状态为非激活状态时,所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数由所述接入网设备根据所述核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息确定。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备为接入网设备,所述接收接入网设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,包括:
    所述UE通过广播信令或专用信令,接收所述接入网设备发送的所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组,包括:
    按照协议规定从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数;
    根据所述目标寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  6. 如权利5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数分别具有第一优先级和/或第二优先级,其中,所述按照协议规定从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    根据所述第一优先级和所述第二优先级从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照协议规定从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数之中选择最大值或最小值作为目标寻呼分组参数,或者选择所述第一寻呼分组参数或选择所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组,包括:
    接收配置指令;
    根据所述配置指令从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数;
    根据所述目标寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  9. 如权利要求5或8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之前,还包括:
    确定所述UE为空闲状态或非激活状态。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述协议或者所述配置指令从所述第一寻呼 分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    根据所述UE的状态从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
  11. 如权利要求5或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述协议或者所述配置指令从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    确定所述UE监听的寻呼类型;
    根据所述UE监听的寻呼类型从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组,包括:
    响应于接收到的所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数,与协议规定或所述接入网设备指示的寻呼分组参数一致,根据所述接收到的所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组;或者
    响应于接收到的所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数与协议规定或所述接入网设备指示的寻呼分组参数不一致,则根据默认的寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  13. 一种用户寻呼分组的确定方法,其特征在于,应用于网络侧设备,所述方法包括:
    向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,所述第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,所述第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备为接入网设备,在所述向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之前,还包括:
    当所述UE的状态为非激活状态时,所述接入网设备根据所述核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息,确定所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,包括:
    当所述UE的状态为非激活状态时,所述接入网设备通过广播信令或专用信令向所述UE发送所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述接入网设备为锚点基站时,所述锚点基站通过基站之间的接口消息将所述第二寻呼分组参数转发给非锚点基站。
  17. 一种用户寻呼分组的确定装置,其特征在于,应用于UE,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收网络侧设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,所述第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,所述第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定;
    确定模块,用于根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  18. 一种用户寻呼分组的确定装置,其特征在于,应用于网络侧设备,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,用于向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,所述第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,所述第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定。
  19. 一种用户设备UE,其中,包括:收发器;存储器;处理器,分别与所述收发器及所述存储器连接,配置为通过执行所述存储器上的计算机可执行指令,控制所述收发器的无线信号收发,并能够执 行如下操作:
    接收网络侧设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,所述第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,所述第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定;
    根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的UE,其特征在于,当所述UE的状态为空闲状态时,所述第一寻呼分组参数通过非接入层NAS流程与所述核心网设备协商确定。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的UE,其特征在于,当所述UE的状态为非激活状态时,所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数由所述接入网设备根据所述核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息确定。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的UE,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备为接入网设备,所述接收接入网设备发送的第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,包括:
    所述UE通过广播信令或专用信令,接收所述接入网设备发送的所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  23. 如权利要求19所述的UE,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组,包括:
    按照协议规定从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数;
    根据所述目标寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  24. 如权利23所述的UE,其特征在于,所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数分别具有第一优先级和/或第二优先级,其中,所述按照协议规定从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    根据所述第一优先级和所述第二优先级从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的UE,其特征在于,所述按照协议规定从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数之中选择最大值或最小值作为目标寻呼分组参数,或者选择所述第一寻呼分组参数或选择所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  26. 如权利要求19所述的UE,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组,包括:
    接收配置指令;
    根据所述配置指令从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数;
    根据所述目标寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  27. 如权利要求23或26所述的UE,其特征在于,在所述接收第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之前,还包括:
    确定所述UE为空闲状态或非激活状态。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的UE,其特征在于,所述根据所述协议或者所述配置指令从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    根据所述UE的状态从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
  29. 如权利要求23或26所述的UE,其特征在于,所述根据所述协议或者所述配置指令从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数,包括:
    确定所述UE监听的寻呼类型;
    根据所述UE监听的寻呼类型从所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之中选择目标寻呼分组参数。
  30. 如权利要求19所述的UE,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组,包括:
    响应于接收到的所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数与协议规定或所述接入网设备指示的寻呼分组参数一致,根据所述接收到的所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组;或者
    响应于接收到的所述第一寻呼分组参数或所述第二寻呼分组参数与协议规定或所述接入网设备指示的寻呼分组参数不一致,则根据默认的寻呼分组参数确定所述UE的寻呼分组。
  31. 一种网络侧设备,其中,包括:收发器;存储器;处理器,分别与所述收发器及所述存储器连接,配置为通过执行所述存储器上的计算机可执行指令,控制所述收发器的无线信号收发,并能够执行如下操作:
    向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,其中,所述第一寻呼分组参数由核心网设备确定,所述第二寻呼分组参数由接入网设备确定。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备为接入网设备,在所述向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数之前,还包括:
    当所述UE的状态为非激活状态时,所述接入网设备根据所述核心网设备提供的辅助信息和/或从UE得到的辅助信息,确定所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备为接入网设备,所述接入网设备向UE发送第一寻呼分组参数和/或第二寻呼分组参数,包括:
    当所述UE的状态为非激活状态时,通过广播信令或专用信令向所述UE发送所述第一寻呼分组参数和/或所述第二寻呼分组参数。
  34. 如权利要求32所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备为接入网设备,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
    当所述接入网设备为锚点基站时,所述锚点基站通过基站之间的接口消息将所述第二寻呼分组参数转发给非锚点基站。
  35. 一种计算机存储介质,其中,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令;所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行后,能够实现权利要求1至12、或13至16任一项所述的方法。
