市场上现有的电子雾化设备的雾化器,包括了雾化芯,雾化芯中一般包括导液体,作为导液本体的材料一般为长条形的玻纤绳或棉绳,另外一种由陶瓷制成的雾化芯,其加热用的发热材料均为电热丝,电热丝直接缠绕于玻纤绳或棉绳上或置于圆筒形的陶瓷内壁,由于电热丝与导液本体接触面积小,故存在发热面积小,雾化量小,发热不均匀的问题。另外,现有的雾化芯,均需设置在雾化座上面形成的雾化腔内,在其雾化芯本体上没有设置雾化腔的结构,故待雾化液加热蒸发后形成的汽雾或气溶胶被气流直接向上带出,其中未被雾化或冷凝后的小液滴也容易被气流直接夹带向上而无阻碍地被吸出,不能有效地防水雾。

本发明的最佳实施方式
实施例
如图1-图5所示,本发明的一种雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,包括外壳1,外壳1包括吸嘴端11和连接端12,吸嘴端11设有吸口110,吸口110向下一体成型设有吸口管111,连接端12 设有开口120,开口120 设有底盖3将其封堵,连接端12 可与电池组件连接用于组成电子雾化设备(图中未示)。
吸口管111与底盖3之间连接设有雾化组件2,雾化组件2与外壳1的内壁之间设有储液腔10。
如图6-图15所示,雾化组件2包括上下连接的节流罩21和雾化座22,节流罩21内部设有空腔212,其下部截面大,上部截面小,即上部逐渐向内收缩,在顶部形成一个中间出雾孔210,吸口管111插套于中间出雾孔210内进行连接,吸口管111 和中间出雾孔210 之间还设有密封件24用以密封。雾化座22 的底部与底盖3的上部进行连接,雾化座22内也设有空腔223,节流罩21和雾化座22内的空腔用于安装雾化芯23。雾化芯23包括支架231、发热片232、电极引脚233 和导液板234。本实施例中,支架231 由耐热的陶瓷材料制成,发热片232由银合金制成。在其它实施例中,支架231也可由耐热的塑胶材料制成,发热片232由镍铬、或钨丝、或铁铬铝材料等制成。
如图7-图9所示,支架231包括支架平面2311和支架壁2312,支架壁2312竖直设于支架平面2311的下部四周,支架平面2311的下部和支架壁2312围成的空腔构成雾化腔2310,支架平面2311向下设有通向雾化腔2310的雾化通孔2313,发热片232 设于支架平面2311 及其雾化通孔2313 上,发热片232的两端设有电极引线233,发热片232上面紧贴设有导液板234,发热片232用于加热和雾化导液板234 上的待雾化液并通过雾化通孔2313向下在雾化腔2310 内产生汽雾。本实施例中,发热片232 由可发热的片状电阻构成,该片状电阻刻蚀成具有S 形均匀分布的路线,导液板234由有机棉材料制成。在其它实施例中,发热片232可刻蚀成具有W形或其它一定形状均匀分布的路线,导液板234也可以由多孔陶瓷材料或玻纤棉材料等制成。
如图7-图9 所示,支架壁2312 的两侧设有第一出雾口2314,第一出雾口2314 连通雾化腔2310 和中间出雾孔210。支架平面2311 设有超出支架壁的凸缘2315,凸缘2315位于第一出雾口2314上方的部位设有凸缘缺口2316以便向上排出汽雾。支架平面2311及支架壁2312上还竖直设有引线通孔2317,电极引线2317向下穿过引线通孔2317用于安装固定发热片232以及连接电源。
如图10-图12所示,节流罩21的底部设有位于同一平面的横向凸缘211与雾化座22连接,横向凸缘211可以盖住雾化座22的上部边缘,节流罩21的左右两侧的横向凸缘上设有节流孔2110,节流罩21的外壁是构成储液腔10 的界限之一,因此节流孔2110与储液腔10连通。导液板234覆盖于发热片232上,导液板234 的左右两侧向下延伸至节流罩21和雾化座22 的结合处,再向左右延伸至节流孔2110下面以便吸收传导待雾化液。导液板234由下而上吸收、传导待雾化液,待雾化液饱和时因重力而倒回至储液腔,不容易过分饱和而向导液板234之外滴落、泄露。
如图10-图17 所示,底盖3 的中间设有底盖进气孔30,雾化座22 的中间设有雾化座进气孔220,雾化座进气孔220与雾化腔2310连通,节流罩21的上
部中间设有中间出雾孔210,中间出雾孔210与吸口管111和吸口110连通。底盖进气孔30的上部的出口并不是直接朝上开设,而是在进气孔的上方设有盖板,在盖板的下部侧壁上并高于底盖3 的底板的位置开设有出口,这样可以避免未
被雾化的液滴或冷凝液通过底盖进气孔30向外泄露。
雾化座22 的中间凸设有一圈围壁221,围壁内形成一空腔223,支架231的底部设于空腔223内,具体是,支架壁2312的外壁套接于围壁221的内壁,在围壁221 相对于第一出雾口2314 的位置设有第二出雾口2210,第一出雾口2314 和第二出雾口2210 连通。雾化座22 的两侧还设有加液通孔222,底盖3上对应于加液通孔222的位置上设有柱塞31用以堵塞所述加液通孔222,底盖3上还设有电极通孔32用于安装连接电极,底盖3上还设有盲孔33用以安装磁性材料以便通过磁力与电池组件(图中未示)进行连接。
本发明实施例的基本工作原理是:
如 图2所示,待雾化液储存于储液腔10内,如A箭头方向所指,待雾化液通过节流孔2110被导液板234的底部吸收并向上传导至导液板234的上部,即发热片232的上方。
如图3中B、C箭头方向所示,外界空气自雾化器底部被吸入,经底盖进气孔30、雾化座进气孔220进入到雾化腔2310,发热片232通电后加热将导液板234的待雾化液进行蒸发雾化,形成的汽雾向雾化腔2310散发,再随着外界进入的空气经过支架侧面的第一出雾口2314、第二出雾口2210向上排出,经中间出雾孔210、吸气管111、吸气口110后被用户吸入口中。
工业实用性
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,包括外壳,所述外壳包括吸嘴端和连接端,所述吸嘴端设有吸口,所述吸口向下一体成型设有吸口管,所述连接端设有开口,所述开口设有底盖将其封堵,所述连接端可与电池组件连接用于组成电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述吸口管与底盖之间连接设有雾化组件,所述雾化组件与所述外壳的内壁之间设有储液腔,所述雾化组件包括上下连接的节流罩和雾化座,所述节流罩上部设有中间出雾孔,所述中间出雾孔向上与所述吸口管连接,所述节流罩和雾化座内设有空腔用于安装雾化芯,所述雾化芯包括支架、发热片和导液板,所述支架包括支架平面和支架壁,所述支架壁竖直设于支架平面下部四周,所述支架平面的下部和支架壁围合构成雾化腔,所述支架平面向下设有通向所述雾化腔的雾化通孔,所述发热片设于所述支架平面及其雾化通孔上,所述导液板设于发热片上面,所述发热片用于加热和雾化导液板上的待雾化液并通过所述雾化通孔在所述雾化腔内产生汽雾,所述支架壁的两侧设有第一出雾口,所述第一出雾口连通所述雾化腔和中间出雾孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述底盖中间设有底盖进气孔,所述雾化座中间设有雾化座进气孔,所述雾化座进气孔与所述雾化腔连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座的中间凸设有一圈围壁,所述支架壁的外壁套接于所述围壁的内壁,所述围壁相对于所述第一出雾口的位置设有第二出雾口,所述第一出雾口和第
    二出雾口连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述支架平面设有超出支架壁的支架凸缘,所述支架凸缘位于所述第一出雾口上方的部位设有凸缘缺口以便向上排出汽雾。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述节流罩的底部设有横向凸缘与所述雾化座连接,所述节流罩的左右两侧的横向凸缘上设有节流孔,所述节流孔与所述储液腔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述导液板左右两侧向下延伸至所述节流罩和雾化座的结合处,再向左右延伸至所述节流孔下面以便吸收传导待雾化液。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述导液板由多孔陶瓷材料或玻纤棉材料或有机棉材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述支架由耐热的陶瓷材料、或耐热的塑胶材料制成,所述发热片由镍铬、或钨丝、或银合金、或铁铬铝材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热片的两端设有电极引线,所述支架平面及支架壁上竖直设有引线通孔,所述电极引线向下穿过引线通孔用于安装固定所述发热片及连接电源。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化腔设于雾化芯支架内的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座的两侧设有加液通孔,所述底盖上对应于所述加液通孔的位置上设有柱塞用以堵塞所述加液通孔。
