本公开实施例提供了一种资源处理架构,该资源处理架构包括服务平台的服务器10、信用服务平台的服务器20、资源处理设备30和政务服务平台的服务器40。
这里,服务平台的服务器10可以分别与信用服务平台的服务器20、资源处理设备30和政务服务平台的服务器40建立通信连接,用于在政务服务平台的服务器40确定用户满足申请专项账户条件时,根据从资源处理设备30接收到的资源申请请求,向信用服务平台的服务器20申请专项账户以及专项账户中的专项信用资源,专项信用资源用于支付与专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单。以及,在用户完成技能培训和/或信用服务平台的服务器20支付完成目标订单时,通知政务服务平台的服务器40向将专项资源转移到专项帐户,以便信用服务平台基于专项资源,在预设权限内扣除专项帐户中与订单相关的资源。政务服务平台的服务器40可以根据服务平台的服务器10发送的审核请求,确定用户是否满足申请专项账户条件,以及在用户满足申请专项账户条件时批准专项账户中专项资源的额度,该政务服务平台的服务器40可以包括技能政务审核平台和/或技能补贴发放平台。信用服务平台的服务器20可以如银行平台、第三方资源和/或帐户发放平台。资源处理设备30可以为运行应用平台的电子设备,也可以为运行应用平台的服务器,如图1所示,资源处理设备30以运行应用平台的电子设备为例进行了说明。
在一些实施例中,用户可以通过资源处理设备30上运行的应用平台接收用户选择资源申请的第一输入,响应于第一输入,资源处理设备30向基于服务平台的服务器10发送资源申请请求,资源申请请求包括用户的用户信息。
服务平台的服务器10根据接收到的资源处理设备30中应用平台发送的资源申请请求,向政务服务平台发送审核请求,审核请求用于请求与用户信息对应的资源申请的审核结果。在接收到政务服务平台的服务器40发送的用户信息满足预设审核条件的审核反馈信息的情况下,服务平台的服务器10向信用服务平台的服务器20的信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求,帐户申请请求包括用户的用户信息和专项资源属性信息即可以理解为 是专项资源的应用领域如支付技能A时所用资源的属性信息或者支付技能B时所用资源的属性信息,帐户申请请求用于根据用户信息申请与用户对应的专项帐户如用户的二类账户或者三类账户,专项帐户用于存储与专项资源属性信息对应的资源。这里,二类账户可以包括为不能存取现金、也不向非绑定账户转账的帐户,如信用帐户,三类账户可以包括用于快捷支付如闪付、免密支付等帐户。
接着,信用服务平台的服务器20根据帐户申请请求中的用户信息和专项资源属性信息,确定用户的专项帐户。信用服务平台的服务器20向服务平台的服务器10的服务平台发送第一反馈信息,第一反馈信息包括专项帐户的帐户信息。
然后,服务平台的服务器10的服务平台接收信用服务平台针对帐户申请请求发送的第一反馈信息,并向资源处理设备30的应用平台发送专项帐户的帐户信息,专项帐户中的专项信用资源用于支付与专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单。
以上,该资源处理架构完成了用户的专项账户和专项账户的专项信用资源的审批过程,下面对专项信用资源的使用过程进行详细说明。
在用户通过专项账户的专项信用资源支付目标订单,且信用服务平台的服务器20成功扣除专项信用资源之后,服务平台的服务器10向政府服务平台的服务器40发送第一专项资源转移请求,第一专项资源转移请求用于提示政府服务平台的服务器40可以向专项账户中转入专项资源,并向信用服务平台的服务器20发送通知信息,该通知信息用于通知信用服务平台的服务器20基于专项资源,在预设权限内扣除专项帐户中与目标订单相关的资源。
这样,将专项信用帐户和专项信用资源代替了用户自己的资源,在提高资源转移效率的同时,避免了用户因无法用自有资金垫付而无法完成缴费培训。通过线上资源转移,可以减少用户线下到培训机构缴费并核销培训券的过程,改善用户的支付体验。另外,该专项帐户中的专项信用资源专款专用,有利于对专项信用资源持续有效的追踪和优化。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中的专项帐户中的专项信用资源为信用 资源,而专项资源为服务平台根据专项资源属性信息下发的资源,主要用于针对信用资源进行还款。
另外,本公开实施例中还提供了可能的资源处理架构,该资源处理架构与图1中的资源处理架构的区别在于,图1中是通过专项账户中的专项信用资源对目标订单进行支付,图2中的服务器平台的服务器10可以将目标订单拆分成第一子订单和第二子订单,第一子订单可以由用户的其他绑定帐户即第一帐户如一类账户支付,第二子订单可以通过专项账户中的专项信用资源进行支付,这样,具体可以结合图2进行详细说明。这里,一类账户可以包括通过传统银行柜面开立的、满足实名制所有严格要求的账户,如储蓄帐户或者借记帐户。
同理,由于专项账户中的专项信用资源支付的是第二子订单,政务服务平台的服务器40只需向专项账户中转入专项资源的资源值与第二子订单中涉及的资源值对应。
由此,服务平台的服务器10向政务服务平台的服务器40发送第二专项资源转移请求,第二专项资源转移请求包括第二子订单的资源值。政务服务平台的服务器40基于第二子订单的资源值,将与第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源转移到专项帐户,以便信用服务平台的服务器20基于与第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源,在预设权限内扣除专项帐户中与第二子订单相关的资源。如图2所示,本公开实施例提供了一种资源处理架构,该资源处理架构包括服务平台的服务器10、信用服务平台的服务器20、资源处理设备30、政务服务平台的服务器40和收款方的服务器50。其中,服务平台的服务器10、信用服务平台的服务器20、资源处理设备30政务服务平台的服务器40均与图1中涉及的内容相同,在此不再赘述。在一些实施例中,收款方的服务器50运行如技能培训收款平台。
在一些实施例中,图2中资源处理架构可以通过如图1所示的过程完成用户的专项账户和专项账户的专项信用资源的审批过程,在此不再赘述。下面对专项信用资源的使用过程进行详细说明。
服务平台的服务器10将目标订单根据资源申请对目标订单进行拆分,得到第一子订单和第二子订单。在对目标订单进行支付时,服务平台 的服务器10向收款方的服务器50发送第一子订单和第二子订单,收款方的服务器40向资源处理设备30发送第一子订单和第二子订单。在资源处理设备30接收到第一子订单和第二子订单时,可以通过用户的第一帐户支付第一子订单,以及通过专项账户中的专项信用资源支付第二子订单。在服务平台的服务器10检测到完成支付目标订单的情况下,将与资源值对应的专项资源转移到专项帐户,以便完成还款。
由此,通过申请专项帐户以及专项帐户中的专项信用资源,支付与专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单。这样,将专项信用帐户和专项信用资源代替了用户自己的资源,在提高资源转移效率的同时,避免了用户因无法用自有资金垫付而无法完成缴费培训。通过线上资源转移,可以减少用户线下到培训机构缴费并核销培训券的过程,改善用户的支付体验。另外,该专项帐户中的专项信用资源专款专用,有利于对专项信用资源持续有效的追踪和优化。

将个人身份信息与预存的个人身份信息进行匹配,和/或将生物特征信息与预存的生物特征信息进行匹配,得到匹配结果;
在匹配结果表示匹配成功的情况下,根据专项资源属性信息,获取与专项资源属性信息对应的资源申请平台;
在预设平台白名单包括资源申请平台的情况下,确定用户信息满足预设审核条件。

在用户信息满足预设审核条件的情况下,向应用平台发送帐户申请权限请求,帐户申请权限请求用于请求帐户申请的权限;
在接收到应用平台发送的第二反馈信息时,向信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求,第二反馈信息用于表征授予服务平台进行帐户申请的权限。
这里,在成功申请专项账户之后,在本公开实施例中,还要申请该专项账户中的专项信用资源,具体过程如下所示。

在匹配结果表示匹配成功的情况下,根据专项资源属性信息,获取与专项资源属性信息对应的资源申请平台,在预设平台白名单包括资源申请平台的情况下,确定用户信息满足预设审核条件。
反之,在匹配结果标识匹配不成功的情况下,向应用平台发送重新申请通知,该重新申请通知用于通知用户填写的用户信息不准确,以使用户重新填写用户信息。
另外,在预设平台白名单未包括资源申请平台的情况下,确定用户信息不满足预设审核条件,且可以确定用户不满足资源申请的条件,也可以向应用平台发送重新申请通知,或者向应用平台发送不能进行资源申请的通知信息。
步骤630,向服务平台发送审核反馈信息,审核反馈信息包括与用户信息对应的资源申请审核通过的结果信息,结果信息用于表征用户信息满足预设审核条件。
在一些可能的实施例中,在步骤630之后,该资源处理方法还可以包括:
接收服务平台发送的第一专项资源转移请求;
基于第一专项资源转移请求,将专项资源转移到专项帐户,以便信用服务平台基于专项资源,在预设权限内扣除专项帐户中与订单相关的资源。
另外,在一些可能的实施例中,在步骤630之后,该资源处理方法还可以包括:
在目标订单包括第一子订单和第二子订单,第一子订单由用户的第一帐户支付的情况下,接收服务平台发送的第二专项资源转移请求,第二专项资源转移请求包括第二子订单的资源值;
基于第二子订单的资源值,将与第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源转移到专项帐户,以便信用服务平台基于与第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源,在预设权限内扣除专项帐户中与第二子订单相关的资源。
本公开实施例的资源处理方法,通过申请专项帐户以及专项帐户中的专项信用资源,支付与专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单。这样,将专项信用帐户和专项信用资源代替了用户自己的资源,在提高资源转移效率的同时,避免了用户因无法用自有资金垫付而无法完成缴费培训。通过线上资源转移,可以减少用户线下到培训机构缴费并核销培训券的过程,改善用户的支付体验。另外,该专项帐户中的专项信用资源专款专用,有利于对专项信用资源持续有效的追踪和优化。

综上,本公开实施例提供的资源处理方法,一方面,针对参训人员和收款方如培训机构来说,参训人员无需线下到培训机构自行垫资缴费和/或核销培训券,仅需在线实时申请专项账户以及专项信用资源用后,即可进行在线使用专项信用资源用缴费,并在线完成与培训机构的确认,极大的提高了整个培训流程的效率,避免了用户因无法用自有资金垫付而无法完成缴费培训,提升了用户的支付体验,降低了培训机构的人力成本和财务成本。

  1. 一种资源处理方法,应用于服务平台,包括:
    接收应用平台发送的资源申请请求,所述应用平台为接收用户输入的应用程序对应的平台,所述资源申请请求包括所述用户的用户信息;
    在所述用户信息满足预设审核条件的情况下,向信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求,所述帐户申请请求包括所述用户信息和专项资源属性信息,所述帐户申请请求用于根据所述用户信息申请与所述用户对应的专项帐户,所述专项帐户用于存储与所述专项资源属性信息对应的资源;
    接收所述信用服务平台针对所述帐户申请请求发送的第一反馈信息,所述第一反馈信息包括所述专项帐户的帐户信息;
    向所述应用平台发送所述专项帐户的帐户信息,所述专项帐户中的专项信用资源用于支付与所述专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述用户信息包括个人身份信息和/或生物特征信息;所述向信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    将所述个人身份信息与预存的个人身份信息进行匹配,和/或将所述生物特征信息与预存的生物特征信息进行匹配,得到匹配结果;
    在所述匹配结果表示匹配成功的情况下,根据所述专项资源属性信息,获取与所述专项资源属性信息对应的资源申请平台;
    在预设平台白名单包括所述资源申请平台的情况下,确定所述用户信息满足预设审核条件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述向信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    向政务服务平台发送审核请求,所述审核请求包括所述用户的用户信息,所述审核请求用于请求与所述用户信息对应的资源申请的审核结果;
    接收所述政务服务平台发送的审核反馈信息,所述审核反馈信息包括与所述用户信息对应的资源申请审核通过的结果信息,所述结果信息用于表征用户信息满足预设审核条件。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其中,所述在所述用户信息满足预设审核条件的情况下,向信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求,包括:
    在所述用户信息满足预设审核条件的情况下,向所述应用平台发送帐户申请权限请求,所述帐户申请权限请求用于请求帐户申请的权限;
    在接收到所述服务平台发送的第二反馈信息时,向信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求,所述第二反馈信息用于表征授予所述服务平台进行帐户申请的权限。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向所述应用平台发送所述专项帐户的帐户信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述应用平台发送资源申请权限请求,所述资源申请权限请求用于请求专项信用资源申请的权限;
    接收所述应用平台发送的第三反馈信息;
    在所述第三反馈信息表征授予所述应用平台通过所述用户的信用信息请求专项信用资源申请的权限时,向所述信用服务平台发送信用资源申请请求,所述信用资源申请请求用于申请所述专项帐户中的专项信用资源。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向所述应用平台发送所述专项帐户的帐户信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述专项帐户中的专项信用资源支付与所述专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单时,向政府服务平台发送第一专项资源转移请求,所述专项资源转移请求用于提示所述政府服务平台将专项资源转移到所述专项帐户,以便所述信用服务平台基于所述专项资源,在预设权限内扣除所述专项帐户中与所述订单相关的资源。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的方法,其中,所述目标订单包括第一子订单和第二子订单,所述第一子订单由所述用户的第一帐户支付;
    所述将专项资源转移到所述专项帐户,包括:
    根据所述第二子订单的资源值,向政府服务平台发送第二专项资源转移请求,所述第二专项资源转移请求用于提示所述政府服务平台将与所述第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源转移到所述专项帐户,以便所述信用服务平台基于与所述第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源,在预设权限内 扣除所述专项帐户中与所述第二子订单相关的资源。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述专项帐户为所述用户的二类账户或者三类账户。
  9. 一种资源处理方法,应用于信用服务平台,包括:
    接收服务平台发送的帐户申请请求,所述帐户申请请求包括所述用户信息和专项资源属性信息;
    根据所述用户信息和所述专项资源属性信息,确定所述用户的专项帐户,所述专项帐户用于存储与所述专项资源属性信息对应的资源;
    向所述服务平台发送第一反馈信息,所述第一反馈信息包括所述专项帐户的帐户信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述向所述服务平台发送第一反馈信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务平台发送的信用资源申请请求;
    基于所述资源申请请求,从第三方可信平台获取所述用户的征信信息;
    在所述征信信息满足预设条件的情况下,确定与所述专项资源属性信息对应的资源值;
    在所述专项帐户中添加与所述资源值对应的专项信用资源。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述向所述服务平台发送第一反馈信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述专项帐户中的专项信用资源用于支付与所述专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单时,基于所述专项资源,在预设权限内扣除所述专项帐户中与所述订单相关的资源。
  12. 一种资源处理方法,应用于应用平台,包括:
    接收用户对资源申请的第一输入;
    响应于第一输入,向服务平台发送资源申请请求,所述资源申请请求包括所述用户的用户信息,所述资源申请请求用于申请支付目标订单的专项帐户,所述目标订单与所述服务平台的专项资源属性信息相关;
    接收所述服务平台发送的所述专项帐户的帐户信息,所述专项帐户包 括专项信用资源,所述专项信用资源用于支付所述目标订单。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述服务平台发送的所述专项帐户的帐户信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务平台发送的帐户申请权限请求,所述帐户申请权限请求用于请求帐户申请的权限;
    根据所述帐户申请权限请求,确定授予所述服务平台进行帐户申请的权限;
    向所述服务平台发送第二反馈信息,所述第二反馈信息用于表征授予所述服务平台进行帐户申请的权限。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述服务平台发送的所述专项帐户的帐户信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务平台发送的资源申请权限请求,所述资源申请权限请求用于请求专项信用资源申请的权限;
    根据所述资源申请权限请求,确定授予所述应用平台通过所述用户的信用信息请求专项信用资源申请的权限;
    向所述应用平台发送第三反馈信息,所述第三反馈信息用于表征授予所述应用平台通过所述用户的信用信息请求专项信用资源申请的权限。
  15. 一种资源处理方法,应用于政务服务平台,包括:
    接收服务平台发送的审核请求,所述审核请求包括用户的用户信息;
    通过预设审核条件对用户的用户信息进行审核,得到与所述用户信息对应的资源申请审核通过的结果信息;
    向所述服务平台发送审核反馈信息,所述审核反馈信息包括与所述用户信息对应的资源申请审核通过的结果信息,所述结果信息用于表征用户信息满足所述预设审核条件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,所述向所述服务平台发送审核反馈信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务平台发送的第一专项资源转移请求;
    基于所述第一专项资源转移请求,将专项资源转移到所述专项帐户,以便所述信用服务平台基于所述专项资源,在预设权限内扣除所述专项帐 户中与所述订单相关的资源。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的方法,所述目标订单包括第一子订单和第二子订单,所述第一子订单由所述用户的第一帐户支付;所述向所述服务平台发送审核反馈信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务平台发送的第二专项资源转移请求,所述第二专项资源转移请求包括所述第二子订单的资源值;
    基于所述第二子订单的资源值,将与所述第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源转移到所述专项帐户,以便所述信用服务平台基于与所述第二子订单的资源值对应的专项资源,在预设权限内扣除所述专项帐户中与所述第二子订单相关的资源。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,所述用户信息包括个人身份信息和/或生物特征信息;所述通过预设审核条件对用户的用户信息进行审核,得到与所述用户信息对应的资源申请审核通过的结果信息,包括:
    将所述个人身份信息与预存的个人身份信息进行匹配,和/或将所述生物特征信息与预存的生物特征信息进行匹配,得到匹配结果;
    在所述匹配结果表示匹配成功的情况下,根据所述专项资源属性信息,获取与所述专项资源属性信息对应的资源申请平台;
    在预设平台白名单包括所述资源申请平台的情况下,确定所述用户信息满足预设审核条件。
  19. 一种资源处理装置,应用于服务平台,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收应用平台发送的资源申请请求,所述应用平台为接收用户输入的应用程序对应的平台,所述资源申请请求包括所述用户的用户信息;
    发送模块,用于在检测到所述用户信息满足预设审核条件的情况下,向信用服务平台发送帐户申请请求,所述帐户申请请求包括所述用户信息和专项资源属性信息,所述帐户申请请求用于根据所述用户信息申请与所述用户对应的专项帐户,所述专项帐户用于存储与所述专项资源属性信息对应的资源;
    所述接收模块还用于,接收所述信用服务平台针对所述帐户申请请求 发送的第一反馈信息,所述第一反馈信息包括所述专项帐户的帐户信息;
    所述发送模块还用于,向所述应用平台发送所述专项帐户的帐户信息,所述专项帐户中的专项信用资源用于支付与所述专项资源属性信息相关的目标订单。
  20. 一种资源处理装置,应用于信用服务平台,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务平台发送的帐户申请请求,所述帐户申请请求包括所述用户信息和专项资源属性信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述用户信息和所述专项资源属性信息,确定所述用户的专项帐户,所述专项帐户用于存储与所述专项资源属性信息对应的资源;
    发送模块,用于向所述服务平台发送第一反馈信息,所述第一反馈信息包括所述专项帐户的帐户信息。
  21. 一种资源处理装置,应用于应用平台,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户对资源申请的第一输入;
    发送模块,用于响应于第一输入,向服务平台发送资源申请请求,所述资源申请请求包括所述用户的用户信息,所述资源申请请求用于申请支付目标订单的专项帐户,所述目标订单与所述服务平台的专项资源属性信息相关;
    所述接收模块还用于,接收所述服务平台发送的所述专项帐户的帐户信息,所述专项帐户包括专项信用资源,所述专项信用资源用于支付所述目标订单。
  22. 一种资源处理装置,应用于政务服务平台,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务平台发送的审核请求,所述审核请求包括用户的用户信息;
    审核模块,用于通过预设审核条件对用户的用户信息进行审核,得到与所述用户信息对应的资源申请审核通过的结果信息;
    发送模块,用于向所述服务平台发送审核反馈信息,所述审核反馈信息包括与所述用户信息对应的资源申请审核通过的结果信息,所述结果信息用于表征用户信息满足所述预设审核条件。
  23. 一种基于服务平台的服务器,包括:
    处理器以及存储有计算机程序指令的存储器,处理器执行计算机程序指令时实现如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述资源处理方法。
  24. 一种基于信用服务平台的服务器,包括:
    处理器以及存储有计算机程序指令的存储器,处理器执行计算机程序指令时实现如权利要求9-11中任意一项所述资源处理方法。
  25. 一种资源处理设备,包括:
    处理器以及存储有计算机程序指令的存储器,处理器执行计算机程序指令时实现如权利要求12-14中任意一项所述资源处理方法。
  26. 一种基于政务服务平台的服务器,包括:
    处理器以及存储有计算机程序指令的存储器,处理器执行计算机程序指令时实现如权利要求15-18中任意一项所述资源处理方法。
  27. 一种资源处理***,所述资源处理***包括如权利要求23所述的基于服务平台的服务器、如权利要求24所述的基于信用服务平台的服务器、如权利要求25所述的资源处理设备和如权利要求26所述的基于政务服务平台的服务器。
