Definitions
- the present invention relates to a piston acupressure device for spinal massage, and more particularly, by improving the structure so as to increase the operational reliability of the piston, which is arranged at intervals along the spine of the human body and lifted by the operating pressure, the acupressure at the correct position. It relates to a piston acupressure device for spinal massage that enhances the massage effect through action and ensures reliability of operation by suppressing damage to parts and generation of noise and vibration caused by the imbalance of the piston
- Disc is one of the diseases that occur frequently due to lack of exercise and more people sitting and working in the same position for a long time.
- the cervical vertebrae are generally referred to as the cervical vertebrae among the vertebrae of our body, and are composed of 7 vertebrae segments.
- the transverse process of each cervical vertebra has a hole through which the cervical artery passes, and veins and brachial plexus are located around it. , it can be said that it is an important part of the body that is connected to the trunk below and to the head above.
- cervical vertebrae like the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, are greatly affected by the posture of the person, and various musculoskeletal diseases caused by this Have.
- the same cervical disc herniation as other vertebral discs may occur, sprains occur in the ligaments supporting the cervical vertebrae from the back, and the cervical vertebrae muscles are also stiff due to various causes, compressing the nerves, resulting in a headache.
- Various musculoskeletal disorders such as neck pain and shoulder pain can occur.
- acupressure or massage is a kind of manual procedure that corrects the modulation of the body by correcting the modulation of the body and improving health by directly giving mechanical stimulation to the skin in a certain way using hands. It promotes the circulation of blood or lymph and increases the metabolism of the body, thereby increasing the nutrition of the tissue, excreting wastes, and enhancing the resistance.
- This tactile stimulation stimulates nerves and acts as an analgesic, so it promotes the recovery of paralyzed nerves and has the effect of correcting the modulation of internal functions.
- the pressure is repeatedly applied to a part of the body by injecting and discharging air into and out of a cuff designed to cover a body part such as an arm, leg, or waist.
- acupressure effects such as stimulating acupuncture points
- the treatment effect was low as there was no treatment.
- a functional cervical pillow has been proposed through Patent Publication No. 10-1665115 (2016.10.12.). Specifically, it keeps the cervical vertebrae in a C-shape when lying down, and relieves the tension and pain of the neck muscles by applying acupressure on the cervical vertebrae 1.
- a technology related to a functional cervical pillow that allows It only maintains it, but it does not include the function of relaxing the cervical vertebrae and exercising the cervical vertebrae muscles, and it does not include a composition for compressing the ventricles along with the suboccipital muscle, so there is no function to relax the cervical spine and smooth the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. .
- Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1077885 (2011.10.31.) relates to a myofascial relaxer for physical therapy, see. Specifically, the body is placed horizontally on the floor; Acupressure part of the occipital bone protruding from one side of the main body to support the occipital bone; The lower laryngeal support portion is formed to protrude higher than the laryngeal acupressure portion at the position in front of the occipital bone acupressure portion of the main body to support the lower larynx; and an upper thoracic vertebrae acupressure part protruding from the position in front of the lower occipital support part of the main body so as not to push the main body while supporting the back neck, and to press the upper thoracic vertebrae.
- the technique has been described, there is a problem that the therapeutic effect cannot be expected because it is only a structure that simply presses the occipital fascia and its surroundings using a number
- 'acupressure device using an airbag' has been proposed through Korean Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2010-0113330, and in claim 1, 'an airbag is placed under an airbag compression plate, and an acupressure rod is provided at the bottom under the airbag.
- There is a plate and the support is fixed to the four ears of the plate, and when the support is inserted into the holes in the four ears of the airbag compression plate, the plate with the acupressure rod moves up and down by the inflation force and contraction of the airbag, and presses the acupoints of the body under the acupressure rod.
- the acupressure device using an airbag has a structure in which a plate with acupressure rods fitted as supports into the holes formed at the four corners of the airbag compression plate is raised and lowered with the airbags interposed therebetween.
- the airbag since the airbag is inflated in an elliptical shape like a balloon, the airbag must be positioned at the center of the plate with the airbag compression plate and the acupressure rod so that the plate with the acupressure rod can have up and down displacement without shaking due to the expansion and contraction action. Since the airbag according to the prior art is in an unconstrained state, it easily flows in the horizontal direction during expansion and contraction, and as a result, the expansion force at an eccentric position is applied to the plate with the acupressure rod. The plate is not level and is tilted.
- the airbag is configured with a port for air injection and exhaust on one side, and air is injected through this, and the airbag has a local inflation phenomenon in which the airbag is inflated from a portion close to the port. That is, the conventional airbag is structurally not uniformly inflated and as local inflation occurs, a uniform inflation pressure does not work on the entire lower surface of the guide cylinder, and the local inflation pressure in the form in which one of the airbags is inflated first. As a result, the piston acupressure plate does not maintain a horizontal balance and is inclined to either the left or right side. As a result, the left and right side surfaces of the piston acupressure plate are in friction contact with the inner wall surface of the guide cylinder. There were detrimental effects.
- the airbag must be inflated by normal air injection to act upward movement with respect to the piston acupressure plate, but since the piston acupressure plate is in frictional contact with the guide cylinder, there is a disadvantage that excessive air injection must be performed.
- noise and vibration caused by friction between the piston acupressure plate and the guide cylinder not only cause consumer dissatisfaction, but also damage parts due to repeated friction.
- the piston acupressure plate moved upward in a tilted state to either side does not balance the left and right balance even when descending, and as the descent is made in a state inclined to either side, the problem that occurs during ascent is reproduced as it is. Above all, there was a problem in that the piston acupressure plate did not accurately maintain the left and right balance and caused local pain to the user's body part as it ascended and descended, resulting in aggravating dissatisfaction with the product.

- the massage device according to the prior art when air is supplied to the lifting airbag, a local expansion phenomenon occurs from the part where the nozzle is connected to which the air is injected.
- the massage device As the lifting operation is performed in a state inclined to either the left or the right, the acupressure piece is eventually lifted in friction contact with one side of the inner wall of the cylinder, causing noise and vibration as well as damage to parts due to friction. There was a serious problem.
- the massage device has a structure in which the lifting operation is made in a state where the lower end of the acupressure piece is inserted into the cylinder, and in the end, only the lower end of the acupressure piece is supported by the cylinder, and the upper end is in a state where no support is received. As a result, when the airbag is inflated and contracted, the upper end of the acupressure piece easily flows in the horizontal direction and shakes violently.
- the present invention was created to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and an object of the present invention is to enable the piston to stably perform a lifting operation without shaking in the ascending and descending direction, thereby providing a massage effect through acupressure action at an accurate position.
