Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mask using a film for a portion covering the mouth.
- Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 disclose a mask using a transparent film.
- the mask has a covering portion that covers the wearer's mouth and is made of a transparent film, and a hanging portion that is connected to the covering portion and is hung on the wearer's ear.
- Transparent films have lower breathability than woven or non-woven fabrics. Therefore, when a soft (low rigidity) transparent film is used, the film may adhere to the mouth, making it difficult to breathe. On the other hand, when a hard (highly rigid) film is used, the film is arranged away from the mouth, and the fit may be deteriorated. More specifically, the applicant's diligent research revealed that increasing the rigidity of the film caused the outer edge of the film to rise from the face and the outer edge of the film to bite into the face. When the outer edge of the film rises from the face, the position of the mask tends to shift due to the outer edge of the film hitting the hand or the like.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a mask that makes it easy for the wearer to breathe and improves the fit to the face.
- the mask hung in one aspect includes a vertical direction extending up and down in the wearing state, an intersecting direction orthogonal to the vertical direction, and a covering portion formed of a film having a light transmittance of 80% or more and covering the wearer's mouth. It has a support portion that supports the cover portion, and a hook portion that is connected to the support portion and is hung on the wearer's ear.
- the covering portion has an outer edge extending in the vertical direction at the end edge of the covering portion in the crossing direction.
- the support has a side support that covers at least a portion of the outer edge of the cover.
- the air permeability of the support portion is higher than the air permeability of the cover portion.
- the rigidity of the covering portion is higher than the rigidity of the supporting portion.
- FIG. 1 is a side view of the mask in the folded state according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view seen from the outside of the mask in the deployed state according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view seen from the inside of the mask in the unfolded state according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a wearing state of the mask according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA shown in FIG.
- FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the mask according to the modified example.
- the mask hung in one embodiment includes a vertical direction extending up and down in the worn state, an intersecting direction orthogonal to the vertical direction, and a covering portion formed of a film having a light transmittance of 80% or more and covering the wearer's mouth.
Since the rigidity of the cover portion is relatively high and it is easy to maintain its shape, it is possible to prevent the cover portion from unintentionally coming into close contact with the mouth by breathing, and it is easy for the wearer to breathe. Further, by covering the outer edge of the covering portion with the support portion having relatively low rigidity, the outer edge of the covering portion does not directly hit the face but hits through the support portion. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a sense of discomfort caused by the outer edge of the covering portion biting into the face.
- the support portion is flexibly deformed, so that the support portion can secure the adhesion to the face. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the mask due to the outer edge of the covering portion hitting the hand or the like.
- a high-rigidity portion having a higher rigidity than the surroundings is provided extending in the vertical direction at the center of the covering portion in the crossing direction.
- the shape of the center of the covering portion in the crossing direction can be maintained by the high-rigidity portion, and it is possible to prevent the covering portion from being deformed and coming into close contact with the mouth.
- the support portion and the hook portion are made of the same material.
- the hanging portion pulls the entire outer edge of the covering portion outward in the crossing direction via the support portion in the worn state (the state of being hung on the ear).
- the support portion and the hook portion are integrated, and the support portion and the hook portion can cooperate with each other to pull the outer edge of the cover portion and press it toward the face side. Therefore, it is possible to effectively suppress the floating of the outer edge of the covering portion.
- the upper end edge of the inner portion of the hanging portion is located above the upper end edge of the outer edge of the covering portion.
- the lower end edge of the inner portion of the hanging portion is located below the lower end edge of the outer edge of the covering portion.
- the hooking portion pulls the upper end edge of the outer edge of the covering portion diagonally upward and the lower end edge of the outer edge of the covering portion diagonally downward. Therefore, it is possible to suppress deformation such that the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the outer edge of the covering portion come close to each other, and it is possible to suppress the outer edge of the covering portion from rising while being curved.
- the side support portion is continuously provided from the upper end edge to the lower end edge of the outer edge over the entire area of the outer edge of the cover portion. According to this aspect, by covering the entire outer edge of the covering portion with a continuous support portion, a force can be evenly applied to the entire outer edge of the covering portion to suppress partial lifting.
- the side support portion is provided on the skin surface side of the cover portion.
- the outer portion of the covering portion is less likely to be directly touched by the skin, and a feeling of discomfort to the skin can be suppressed.
- the support portion has an upper support portion that covers the upper end portion of the cover portion on the skin surface side of the cover portion.
- the upper support portion extends downward from the upper joint portion joined to the upper end portion of the cover portion and the upper end portion, and stands up against the cover portion with the lower end edge of the upper joint portion as a base point. It has a possible upright part.
- the upper upright portion of the upper support portion can stand up on the wearer side with the upper joint portion as a base point at the time of wearing and cover the face.
- the upper standing portion when the upper standing portion is deformed so as to return to its original position (so that the upper standing portion is closed), the upper standing portion moves toward the skin side and the lower side with the upper end portion of the covering portion as a base point.
- the face can be covered by the upright portion so as to fill the gap between the upper end portion of the cover portion and the wearer's face.
- the upper support portion is formed with an upper tack portion that shortens the length of the upper standing portion in the crossing direction.
- the length of the upper tack portion in the crossing direction becomes longer toward the side away from the upper joint portion.
- the length of the upper standing portion in the crossing direction becomes shorter toward the side away from the upper joint portion. Therefore, when the face is covered with the upright portion, the upper end portion of the mask (the upright portion in the upright state) can be easily brought into close contact with the face, and the gap between the face and the mask can be reduced.
- the support portion has a lower support portion that covers the lower end portion of the cover portion on the skin surface side of the cover portion.
- the lower support portion has a lower joint portion joined to the lower end portion of the cover portion and a lower portion extending upward from the lower joint portion and capable of standing upright with respect to the cover portion with the lower joint portion as a base point. It has an upright part.
- the lower upright portion of the lower support portion can stand up on the wearer side with the lower joint portion as a base point at the time of wearing and cover the face.
- the lower standing portion moves toward the skin and upward with the lower end portion of the covering portion as a base point.
- the face can be covered by the lower standing portion so as to fill the gap between the lower end portion of the covering portion and the wearer's face.
- the lower upright portion is formed with a lower tack portion that shortens the length of the lower upright portion in the crossing direction.
- the length of the lower tack portion in the crossing direction becomes longer toward the side away from the lower joint portion.
- the length of the lower upright portion in the crossing direction becomes shorter toward the side away from the lower joint portion. Therefore, when the face is covered with the lower standing portion, the lower end portion of the mask (the standing portion in the standing state) can be easily brought into close contact with the face, and the gap between the face and the mask can be reduced.
- the support portion is made of a stretchable base cloth.
- the base fabric is a woven fabric and a non-woven fabric, and is excellent in breathability, flexibility and touch. Further, since the support portion has elasticity, it is possible to improve the adhesion of the support portion to the face and the adhesion of the outer edge of the cover portion to the face. Since the support portion is made of a base cloth, it is possible to improve the touch and ensure breathability.
- the thickness of the covering portion is 100 ⁇ m or more and 300 ⁇ m or less. Since the thickness of the covering portion 10 is 300 ⁇ m or less and is relatively thin, there is no sense of discomfort when covering the face, and it is possible to prevent the covering portion 10 from rising and hitting a hand or the like. In addition, the thickness of the covering portion is 100 ⁇ m or more, and it is possible to give a certain rigidity, and it is possible to suppress a problem that the film adheres to the mouth and it becomes difficult to breathe.

- the hooking portion 30 may be formed of a sheet member made of a non-woven fabric or the like, and may be formed of a notch 35 formed in the sheet member, or may be formed of a string-shaped elastic member.
- the mask of the present embodiment is configured so that the wearer can easily breathe and improve the fit to the face.
- the breathability of the support portion 20 is higher than the breathability of the cover portion 10.
- the covering portion 10 is made of a film, and its air permeability is relatively low.
- the support portion 20 is made of, for example, a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric, or urethane, and has relatively high air permeability. Therefore, even if the mouth is covered with the cover portion 10 made of a film, the air permeability can be ensured through the support portion 20 that supports the cover portion, and the wearer's breathing can be ensured.
- the rigidity of the covering portion 10 is higher than the rigidity of the supporting portion 20. Since the rigidity of the covering portion 10 is relatively high and it is easy to maintain its shape, it is possible to prevent the covering portion 10 from unintentionally coming into close contact with the mouth by breathing, and it is easy for the wearer to breathe. Further, by covering the entire outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 with the supporting portion 20 having relatively low rigidity, the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 does not directly hit the face but hits through the supporting portion 20. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a sense of discomfort caused by the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 biting into the face.
- the support portion 20 is flexibly deformed, so that the support portion 20 can secure the adhesion to the face. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the misalignment of the mask 1 due to the outer edge of the covering portion 10 hitting the hand or the like.

- the thickness of the covering portion 10 may be 100 ⁇ m or more and 300 ⁇ m or less. Since the thickness of the covering portion 10 is 300 ⁇ m or less and is relatively thin, there is no sense of discomfort when covering the face, and it is possible to prevent the covering portion 10 from rising and hitting a hand or the like. Further, the thickness of the covering portion 10 is 100 ⁇ m or more, and it is possible to give a certain rigidity, and it is possible to suppress a problem that the film adheres to the mouth and it becomes difficult to breathe.
- a high-rigidity portion having higher rigidity than the surroundings may be provided extending in the vertical direction X.
- the shape of the center of the crossing direction Y of the covering portion 10 can be maintained by the high-rigidity portion, and the covering portion 10 can be prevented from being deformed and coming into close contact with the mouth.
- the high-rigidity portion of the present embodiment is configured by the main body crease FL10. Further, in another embodiment, the high-rigidity portion may be formed by the joint portion in which the films constituting the cover portion 10 are joined to each other. However, in order to ensure the visibility of the covering portion 10, it is preferable that the joining portion is not provided at the center of the covering portion 10 in the crossing direction Y.
- the support portion 20 and the hanging portion 30 may be made of the same material. That is, the support portion 20 and the hook portion 30 are not formed by joining separate materials, but are continuously formed of the same material.
- the hooking portion 30 pulls the entire outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 to the outside in the crossing direction Y via the support portion 20 in the worn state.
- the support portion 20 and the hook portion 30 can cooperate with each other to pull the outer edge 11 of the cover portion 10 and press it toward the face side. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the floating of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10.
- the support portion 20 covers the entire area of the outer edge 11 of the cover portion 10 in the vertical direction X, and the hook portion 30 has the upper end edge 111 and the lower end edge of the outer edge 11 of the cover portion 10 via the support portion 20.
- 112 (see FIG. 1) can be pulled in the crossing direction Y.
- the hooking portion 30 and the supporting portion 20 are composed of separate members and the hanging portion 30 is connected to the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the support portion 20, the hooking portion 30 has the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the support portion 20.
- the edges are pulled in the crossing direction Y, and the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the support portion 20 are pulled in a direction approaching each other (inside in the vertical direction).
- the upper end edge 111 and the lower end edge 112 of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 are deformed so as to come close to each other, and the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 may be curved and lifted. More specifically, when the upper end edge 111 and the lower end edge 112 of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 are deformed so as to approach each other, the center of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 in the vertical direction X is curved so as to rise, and the covering portion 10 is formed. The outer edge 11 of the is easily lifted from the face. In particular, the covering portion 10 made of a film tends to be in a curved state, and it is easy to maintain a state in which the outer edge 11 is raised with respect to the cheek.
- the support portion 20 and the hanging portion 30 are made of the same material, it is possible to press the entire outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 toward the face side and prevent the outer edge 11 from rising while being curved.
- the support portion 20 and the hook portion 30 may be made of different materials and may be joined to each other and connected to each other.
- the upper end edge 31 of the inner portion 33 of the hanging portion 30 is located above the upper end edge 111 of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10, and the lower end edge 32 of the inner portion 33 of the hanging portion 30 is the outer edge of the covering portion 10. It may be located below the lower end edge 112 of 11. Since the upper end edge 31 of the inner portion 33 of the hanging portion 30 is located above the upper end edge 111 of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10, the hanging portion 30 is placed on the covering portion 10 while the hanging portion 30 is hung on the ear. Pull the upper edge 111 of the ears diagonally upward.
- the covering portion 10 is in a state where the hanging portion 30 is hung on the ear. Pull the lower edge 112 diagonally downward. Therefore, the upper end edge 111 and the lower end edge 112 of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 are pulled in a direction away from each other. By suppressing deformation such that the upper end edge 111 and the lower end edge 112 of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 approach each other, it is possible to prevent the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 from rising while being curved, and the outer edge of the covering portion 10 can be suppressed. 11 can be placed closer to the face.
- the side support portion 21 of the support portion 20 may be continuously provided from the upper end edge 111 to the lower end edge 112 of the outer edge 11 of the cover portion 10.
- a force is evenly applied to the entire area of the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10, and the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 is partially lifted. Can be suppressed.
- the side support portion 21 may be provided on the skin surface side Z1 of the cover portion 10. According to this configuration, the outer portion of the covering portion 10 is less likely to come into direct contact with the skin, and a feeling of discomfort with the skin can be suppressed. Further, in another embodiment, the side support portion 21 may be arranged on both the skin surface side Z1 of the covering portion 10 and the non-skin surface side Z2 of the covering portion 10. That is, the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 may be sandwiched by the side support portion 21 in the thickness direction. According to the other embodiment, the outer edge 11 of the covering portion 10 can be pressed toward the face by the side supporting portion 21 located on the non-skin surface side, and the covering portion 10 can be pressed by the side supporting portion 21 located on the skin surface side Z1. It is possible to prevent the outer edge 11 of the face from directly hitting the face.
- the support portion 20 may have an upper support portion 22 that covers the upper end portion of the cover portion 10 on the skin surface side Z1 of the cover portion 10.

Abstract
Description
本発明は、上記問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、着用者が呼吸し易く、かつ顔に対するフィット性を向上できるマスクを提供する。 Transparent films have lower breathability than woven or non-woven fabrics. In addition, if the outer edge of the film bites into the face, a feeling of strangeness when worn is likely to occur. There was room for improvement in the mask that covered the mouth with a transparent film.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a mask that makes it easy for the wearer to breathe and improves the fit to the face.
(1) Outline of Embodiment At least the following matters will be clarified by the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings.
The mask hung in one embodiment includes a vertical direction extending up and down in the worn state, an intersecting direction orthogonal to the vertical direction, and a covering portion formed of a film having a light transmittance of 80% or more and covering the wearer's mouth. It has a support portion that supports the cover portion, and a hook portion that is connected to the support portion and is hung on the wearer's ear. The covering portion has an outer edge extending in the vertical direction at the end edge of the covering portion in the crossing direction. The support has a side support that covers at least a portion of the outer edge of the cover. The air permeability of the support portion is higher than the air permeability of the cover portion. The rigidity of the covering portion is higher than the rigidity of the supporting portion. Further, even when the outer edge of the covering portion is lifted from the face, the support portion is flexibly deformed, so that the support portion can secure the adhesion to the face. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the mask due to the outer edge of the covering portion hitting the hand or the like.
