Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de traitement d'informations concernant un point d'accès sans fil, qui se rapportent au domaine technique des points d'accès sans fil. Le mode de réalisation particulier consiste à : en réponse au fait qu'un client a accédé à un point d'accès sans fil fourni par un dispositif de routage, surveiller, au moyen de la détermination du point de savoir si des informations de battement de cœur envoyées périodiquement par le client sont ou non reçues, si le client est ou non en cours d'exécution, les informations de battement de cœur étant envoyées par le client en réponse au fait que le client est en cours d'exécution, et le client étant en cours d'exécution au niveau d'une extrémité avant ou d'un arrière-plan ; et, en réponse à la détermination du fait que le client n'est pas en cours d'exécution, déconnecter le client du point d'accès sans fil. Au moyen de la présente invention, un utilisateur peut être invité à ne pas fermer un client, et à maintenir le client en fonctionnement, permettant ainsi de faciliter l'amélioration du taux d'utilisation du client par l'utilisateur.
