背景技术
近些年,随着汽车工业技术的不断发展,控制车辆的便捷程度越来越高。在传统车辆中,通常是通过车门锁上的机械按钮控制车门锁的开闭。如今,为提升车主用车的体验,开发出了一些无线控制车门锁的方式,例如,采用遥控钥匙或者射频卡刷的方式控制车门锁的开闭。虽然该无线控制车门锁的方式能够可以无线控制车门锁,但是,该过程仍然需要车主手控特定装置从而控制车门锁,导致控制车门锁的便捷程度较低。
发明内容
本鉴于上述问题,本申请实施例提供一种车锁控制方法、装置、车辆及存储介质,以解决上述问题。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种车锁控制方法,该方法应用于包括传感器和车锁的车辆,该方法包括:获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号;根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息;若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态;以及若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种车锁控制装置,该装置应用于包括传感器和车锁的车辆,该装置包括:电信号获取模块,用于获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号。有效动作信息获取模块,用于根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息。状态信息获取模块,用于若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态。车锁控制模块,用于若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。

本申请提供一种车锁控制方法、装置、车辆及存储介质,可以根据目标物的隔空动作生成电信号,从电信号中获取有效动作信息,在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件和开锁单元的状态信息满足预设状态条件下,通过有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态,从而实现无接触控制车锁的开闭状态,大大提高了控制车锁的开闭状态的便捷程度,无需设置可触摸屏、图像识别、语音识别等成本较高的功能模块,有效降低了控制车锁的成本,可以有效防止传感器感应到的与控制车锁无关的动作对车锁的开闭状态造成影响,同时在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件时,再来获取开锁单元的状态信息,无需实时检测开锁单元的状态,降低车辆耗能,进一步节约了控制车锁的成本。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请 中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
为了清楚阐释本申请的方案,下面先对一些术语进行解释。
传感器:用于感应目标物做出的隔空动作,并生成对应的电信号的器件;
开锁单元:用于控制车锁的设备或装置,如无线车钥匙等。
目前,为方便车主控制车门,市面上的车辆车门解闭锁的主要方式有:操作钥匙按键实现车门解闭锁、操作门把手上按键实现车门解闭锁、触摸门把手特定区域实现车门解闭锁、使用NFC(近场通信,Near Field Communication)卡刷卡实现车门解闭锁、使用手机蓝牙实现车门解闭锁、使用手机4G/5G网络实现车门解闭锁等,这些方式都需要人用手去操作钥匙、按压把手按钮、触摸把手、拿卡片刷卡、操作手机等,都是需要人手与操作对象接触或者车主控制特定的移动设备进行解锁,在使用上存在不便利的情况。
为解决上述存在的问题,本申请发明人继续投入研发,可以将如今常用的图像识别、语音识别等技术应用于车锁控制。具体地,当将图像识别应用于车锁控制时,通常是在车辆上设置摄像头,通过摄像头采集手势图像,对手势图像进行识别,得到车主的手势动作,若该手势动作满足预存手势条件,则根据该手势动作控制车锁;当将语音识别应用于车锁控制时,通常是在车辆上设置语音采集装置,通过语音采集装置采集语音信息,对该语音信息进行识别,根据该语音信息得到对应的控制指令,通过该控制指令控制车锁。虽然上述图像识别方式或者语音识别方式可以实现无接触控制车锁,并且,无需车主使用钥匙,大大提高了车主的使用体验,但是,上述图像识别方式或者语音识别方式若想到达到较好的识别效果,均需要强大的算力,消耗大量的计算资源,使用的成本较高,不利于商业推广。
进一步地,发明人发现,可以在车辆上设置可触摸屏,当车主通过按压该可触摸屏时,通过该可触摸屏获取车主的手势动作,并通过该手势动作得到对应的控制指令,通过该控制指令控制车锁。虽然通过可触摸屏方式相较于语音识别方式或者图像识别方式的成本较低,但是,可触摸屏的覆盖面积通常需要满足覆盖车主手势的需求,可触摸屏占用体积较大,可触摸屏应用成本也较高。同时该可触摸式需要车主与可触摸屏接触,不利于特殊场景的应用,例如可触摸屏污渍、车主不方便做出特定手势等。
为了能够从更好地解决上述描述的问题,本申请发明人继续投入研发,致力于研究如何能够有效降低控制车锁的成本,且在控制车锁过程中车主与车辆无需接触。发明人提出了本申请的车锁控制方法,该方法应用于包括传感器和车锁的车辆,该方法包括:获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号;根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息;若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态;若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。该方法可以根据目标物的隔空动作生成电信号,从电信号中获取有效动作信息,在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件和开锁单元的 状态信息满足预设状态条件下,通过有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态,从而实现无接触控制车锁的开闭状态,大大提高了控制车锁的开闭状态的便捷程度,无需设置可触摸屏、图像识别、语音识别等成本较高的功能模块,有效降低了控制车锁的成本,可以有效防止传感器感应到的与控制车锁无关的动作对车锁的开闭状态造成影响,同时在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件时,再来获取开锁单元的状态信息,无需实时检测开锁单元的状态,降低车辆耗能,进一步节约了控制车锁的成本。
本申请实施的提供的车锁控制方法可以应用如图1所示的车辆100中,该车辆100可以包括传感器10和车锁20。其中,传感器10可以包括用于感应目标物做出的隔空动作,并生成对应的电信号的器件。车锁20可以包括机械锁和/或电子锁,通过控制车锁20的开闭状态可以控制车辆100车门的开合。
在本实施例中,传感器10的数量可以是一个或多个。车锁20的数量也可以是一个或多个。当传感器10的数量为一个时,可以通过一个传感器10控制一个或多个车锁20的开闭状态;当传感器10的数量为多个时,可以将每个传感器10与对应的传感器10对应,一个传感器10控制与该传感器10对应的车锁20的开闭状态。
请参阅图2,本发明实施例提供的一种车锁控制方法,该车锁控制方法可以应用于如图1所示的包括传感器10和车锁20的车辆100,该车锁控制方法包括以下步骤S11至步骤S14。
步骤S11:获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号。
在本实施例中,目标物可以包括能够产生形态变化的物体。例如,目标物可以是人体、机器人等各种实体。隔空动作可以包括目标物在传感器10感应区域内捕捉到的动作。例如,隔空动作可以是目标物在传感器10感应区域内划过的动作、目标物在传感器10感应区域内做出的手势等。
在本实施例中,当传感器10捕捉到隔空动作时,生成与该隔空动作对应的电信号,该电信号可以是电流信号和/或电压信号。
步骤S12:根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息。
在本实施例中,感应时间段可以包括传感器10感应到的隔空动作发生时刻至隔空动作结束时刻之间的时段。例如,传感器10感应到的隔空动作发生的时刻为A,传感器10感应到的隔空动作结束的时刻为B,则感应时间段为[A,B]。需要注意的是,在本实施例中,对于某电信号,可以与多个隔空动作对应,每个隔空动作对应一个感应时间段,此时感应时间段也可以为多个。
在本实施例中,有效动作信息可以包括与隔空动作中的有效动作对应的信息。其中,可以将与电信号对应的隔空动作划分为有效动作和无效动作。有效动作可以包括用于控制车锁的动作。例如,有效动作可以是属于控制车辆100的目标物在感应区域内形成的动作。无效动作可以包括与控制车锁20无关的动作。例如,有效动作可以是非不属于控制车辆100的目标物在感应区域内形成的动作,还可以是属于控制车辆100的目标物在感应区域 内形成的与控制车锁20不相关的动作。
具体而言,传感器10可以一直处于感应状态,目标物在传感器10的感应区域形成的动作可以被传感器10捕捉,从而生成对应的电信号。由于目标物的类型可以是多样的,当不属于控制车辆100的目标物在传感器10的感应区域内形成动作时,传感器10可以生成与该动作对应的电信号,此时可以将与该动作对应的电信号作为无效动作信息。例如,当树叶在传感器10的感应区域内来回摆动时,可以将与该树叶来回摆动对应的电信号作为无效动作信息。
在本实施例中,不同类型的目标物在感应区域内做出相同隔空动作时,生成的电信号可以存在差异,通过不同类型的目标物之间生成电信号的差异性对目标物进行筛选。
步骤S13:若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态。
在本实施例中,预设动作条件可以是预先设置好的动作。例如,预设动作条件可以是向右划过,向左划过等。开锁单元可以包括控制车锁20的设备或装置。例如,开锁单元可以是电子钥匙、智能终端等。
步骤S14:若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。
在本实施例中,可以获取与有效动作信息关联的控制信息,根据控制信息控制车锁20的开闭状态。控制信息可以是用于控制车锁的信息。例如,控制信息可以是控制车锁20的触发指令,还可以是与车锁20开启对应的触发条件,还可以是与车锁20闭合对应的触发条件,此处不做具体限制。
在本实施例中,可以根据有效动作信息所满足的预设动作条件控制车锁20的开闭状态,在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件和状态信息满足预设状态条件情况下,直接依据与该有效动作信息对应的预设动作条件控制车锁20的开闭状态。
当传感器10的数量为一个,且预设动作条件的数量为多个时,可以根据有效动作信息所满足的预设动作条件,确定车锁20的开闭状态。例如,多个预设动作条件可以包括第一预设条件和第二预设条件,当有效动作信息满足第一预设动作条件时,可以控制车锁20开启;当有效动作信息满足第二预设动作条件时,可以控制车锁20闭合。由此可以在确定有效动作信息满足对应的预设动作条件时,根据与有效动作信息对应的预设动作条件控制车锁20的开闭状态。
另外,当传感器10的数量为一个,且车锁20和预设动作条件的数量均为多个时,可以根据有效动作信息所满足的预设动作条件,确定与该预设动作条件对应车锁20的开闭状态。例如,多个车锁20分别为第一车锁、第二车锁和第三车锁,多个预设动作条件分别第一预设条件、第二预设条件和第三预设条件,当有效动作信息满足第一预设动作条件时,可以控制第一车锁开启;当有效动作信息满足第二预设动作条件时,可以控制第二车锁闭合;当有效动作信息满足第三预设动作条件时,可以控制第三车锁闭合。由此可以在确定有效动作信息满足对应的预设动作条件时,根据与有效动作信息对应的预设动作条件,控 制与该预设动作条件对应的车锁20的开闭状态。
在本实施例中,通过上述步骤S11至步骤S14的实施,可以根据目标物的隔空动作生成电信号,从电信号中获取有效动作信息,在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件和开锁单元的状态信息满足预设状态条件下,通过有效动作信息控制车锁20的开闭状态,从而实现无接触控制车锁20的开闭状态,大大提高了控制车锁的开闭状态的便捷程度,无需设置可触摸屏、图像识别、语音识别等成本较高的功能模块,有效降低了控制车锁20的成本,可以有效防止传感器10感应到的与控制车锁20无关的动作对车锁20的开闭状态造成影响,同时在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件时,再来获取开锁单元的状态信息,无需实时检测开锁单元的状态,降低车辆100耗能,进一步节约了控制车锁20的成本。
本发明实施例还提供一种车锁控制方法,该车锁控制方法可以应用于如图1所示的车辆100,该车辆可以包括传感器10和车锁20,该车锁控制方法可以包括以下步骤S21至步骤S26。在本实施例中提供的车锁控制方法中,可以包括与上述实施例相同或相似的步骤,对于相同或相似步骤的执行,可参考前文介绍,本说明书不再一一赘述。
步骤S21:获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号。
步骤S22:根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息。
在本实施例中,在传感器10感应目标物的隔空动作时,可以生成对应的电信号,隔空动作可以包括有效动作和无效动作,为了能够区分隔空动作中的有效动作和无效动作,可以根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取与有效动作对应的有效动作信息,如图3所示,传感器10可以包括电容式传感器,步骤S22可以包括以下步骤S221至步骤S223。
步骤S221:从电信号中获取在感应时间段的各时刻下与隔空动作对应的电压值。
在本实施例中,电信号可以包括电容式传感器感应隔空动作生成的电压值。电容式传感器可以包括各种类型的电容器,当目标物的隔空动作在电容式传感器的感应区域内,隔空动作可以导致电容器电容量变化,通过测量电路,可以把电容量的变化转换为电信号输出,该电信号与隔空动作相对应。
步骤S222:根据在多个时刻下的电压值的大小,确定隔空动作中的有效动作。
在本实施例中,由于目标物的类型、目标位相对于电容式传感器的位置均可以影响电容式传感器生成的电压值,因此可以根据电压值的大小确定隔空动作中的有效动作部分。
在本实施例中,可以预先对电容式传感器进行测试,具体可以测试不同类型的目标物在电容式传感器的感应区域的不同位置条件下,电容式传感器生成的电压值,使得后续可以根据电压值的大小,确定特定目标物(例如人体、机器人等)的位置,并将与该特定目标物对应的动作确定为有效动作。例如,根据测试结果确定,当人手置于电容式传感器的感应区域时,电容式传感器的电压值范围在[a,b]之间,若后续电容式传感器生成电压值在该电压值范围之内,则确定与该电压值对应的目标物为特定目标物,确定与该特定目标物对应的动作为有效动作。
步骤S223:根据有效动作获取与有效动作关联的有效动作时段,得到包括有效动作时 段的有效动作信息。
在本实施例中,可以获取与有效动作对应的电压值,获取与该电压值关联的有效动作时段。其中,有效动作时段可以是一个或多个,也即,有效动作信息可以包括一个或多个有效动作时段。例如,当一根手指在电容式传感器的感应区域内外来回动作时,有效动作时段可以为多个;当存在间隔的两根手指在电容式传感器的感应区域内动作时,有效动作时段也可以为多个。此处对有效动作时段的个数不做具体限制,具体可以根据实际需求设定。
在本实施例中,通过上述步骤S221至步骤S223的实施,可以根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取与有效动作对应的有效动作信息,从电信号中提取出有效信息进行处理,以便于判断有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,该车锁20控制过程中,可以基于有效动作时段确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件,从而确定是否需要获取开锁单元的状态信息,如图4所示,在步骤S25之前可以包括以下步骤S23至步骤S24。
步骤S23:获取有效动作时段中的初始时刻和末尾时刻,根据初始时刻和末尾时刻得到有效动作时长。
在本实施例中,若有效动作时段为一个时,则可以得到与该一个有效动作时段对应的有效动作时长;若有效动作时段为多个时,可以分别得到与每个有效动作时段对应的有效动作时长。例如,获取某一个有效动作时段的初始时刻和末尾时刻,有效动作时段的初始时刻为c,末尾时刻为d,有效动作时长为d-c。
步骤S24:若有效动作时长在预设有效动作时长区间,则确定有效动作信息满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,若有效动作时长为一个时,则判断该一个有效动作时长是否在有效动作时长区间内,若有效动作时长在预设有效动作时长区间,则确定有效动作信息满足预设动作条件。例如目标物可以为手指,有效动作为手指在传感器10感应区域划过,有效动作时长可以为手指在传感器10感应区域划过的时长,若该有效动作时长在预设有效动作时长区间,则确定有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,以实现手指代替NFC卡刷卡效果。
在本实施例中,若有效动作时长为多个时,有效动作时长区间可以一个或多个。若有效动作时长区间为一个,则判断该多个有效动作时长是否均在有效动作时长区间内,若该多个有效动作时长均在有效动作时长区间内,则确定有效动作信息满足预设动作条件。若有效动作时长区间为多个,则可以将每个有效动作时长与每个有效动作时长区间对应,则判断各个有效动作时长是否均在与各个有效动作时长对应的有效动作时长区间内,若各个有效动作时长均在与各个有效动作时长对应的有效动作时长区间内,则确定有效动作信息满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,若有效动作时长为多个时,还可以根据在与各个有效动作时长对应的有效动作时长区间内的有效动作时长的个数在有效动作时长的总个数中的占比确定有效动 作信息满足预设动作条件。该占比越高,表示有效动作信息越符合预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,通过上述步骤S23至步骤S24的实施,由于有效动作时长为电容式传感器感应有效动作生成的信息,该有效动作时长可以反应隔空动作的动作状态,从而可以根据有效动作时长确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件,进而判断目标物的动作状态是否为预设动作。
步骤S25:若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态。
步骤S26:若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。
本发明实施例还提供一种车锁控制方法,该车锁控制方法可以应用于如图1所示的车辆100,该车辆可以包括传感器10和车锁20,该车锁控制方法可以包括以下步骤S31至步骤S36。在本实施例中提供的车锁控制方法中,可以包括与上述实施例相同或相似的步骤,对于相同或相似步骤的执行,可参考前文介绍,本说明书不再一一赘述。
步骤S31:获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号。
步骤S32:根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息。
在本实施例中,在该车锁20控制过程中,可以基于多个时刻下的电压值确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件,从而确定是否需要获取开锁单元的状态信息,如图5所示,在步骤S35之前可以包括以下步骤S33至步骤S34。
步骤S33:将在多个时刻下的电压值与预设时刻下的预设电压值进行对比,得到对比结果。
在本实施例中,预设电压值可以是一个数值,此时对比结果可以是大于该数值的电压值在总的时刻数量的电压值中的占比;还可以是电压范围值,此时对比结果可以是在该电压范围值区间的电压值在总的时刻数量的电压值中的占比,此处不做具体限制。另外,各个预设时刻下的预设电压值可以是同一电压值,也可以是各个预设时刻下分别有与各个预设时刻下对应的电压值。
在本实施例中,当将各个时刻下的电压值与各个预设时刻下的预设电压值进行对比时,可以通过线性拟合的方式得到各个时刻下的电压值曲线,通过线性拟合的方式得到预设时刻下的预设电压值曲线,通过马哈拉诺比斯距离、欧几里得距离、明可夫斯基距离等计算方式获取电压值曲线和预设电压值曲线之间的相似度,将该将相似度作为对比结果。
在本实施例中,可以将多个时刻中其中几个时刻下的电压值与预设时刻下的预设电压值进行比对,也可以将多个时刻中每个时刻下的电压值与预设时刻下的预设电压值进行比对,还可以将多个时刻中间隔的几个时刻下的电压值与预设时刻下的预设电压值记性比对,此处不做具体限制。
步骤S34:根据对比结果确定有效动作是否满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,对比结果可以是数值。当该数值大于预设数值时,确定有效动作 满足预设动作条件;当该数值小于获得等于预设数值时,确定有效动作不满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,通过上述步骤S33至步骤S34的实施,由于多个时刻下的电压值为电容式传感器感应有效动作生成的信息,该多个时刻下的电压值可以反应隔空动作的动作状态和目标物的类型,从而可以根据多个时刻下的电压值确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件,进而判断目标物的动作状态是否为预设动作以及判断目标物是否属于控制车辆100的目标物。
步骤S35:若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态。
步骤S36:若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。
本发明实施例还提供一种车锁控制方法,该车锁控制方法可以应用于如图1所示的车辆100,该车辆可以包括传感器10和车锁20,该车锁控制方法可以包括以下步骤S41至步骤S47。在本实施例中提供的车锁控制方法中,可以包括与上述实施例相同或相似的步骤,对于相同或相似步骤的执行,可参考前文介绍,本说明书不再一一赘述。

在本实施例中,在传感器10感应目标物的隔空动作时,可以生成对应的电信号,隔空动作可以包括有效动作和无效动作,为了能够区分隔空动作中的有效动作和无效动作,可以根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取与有效动作对应的有效动作信息,如图6所示,传感器10可以包括红外线传感器,步骤S42可以包括以下步骤S421至步骤S423。
步骤S421:根据电信号获取在感应时间段内目标物与传感器的距离。
在本实施例中,红外线传感器可以直接测量目标物与传感器之间的距离,并将该距离转换成电信号,从而可以根据电信号获取在感应时间段内目标物与传感器的距离。
步骤S422:若目标物与红外线传感器的距离在预设距离区间内,则获取隔空动作中与预设距离区间内的距离对应的有效动作。
在本实施例中,预设距离区间可以根据经验确定。可以将与预设距离区间内的目标物与传感器的距离对应的隔空动作作为有效动作。
步骤S423:根据有效动作获得与有效动作关联的有效电信号,得到包括有效电信号的有效动作信息。
在本实施例中,可以将与有效动作关联的有效电信号作为有效动作信息。
在本实施例中,可以根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取与有效动作对应的有效动作信息,从电信号中提取出有效信息进行处理,以便于判断有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,在该车锁20控制过程中,可以基于有效电信号和时间信息确定有效动 作信息是否满足预设动作条件,从而确定是否需要获取开锁单元的状态信息,红外线传感器的数量为多个,如图7所示,在步骤S46之前可以包括以下步骤S43至步骤S44。
步骤S43:获取与多个红外线传感器对应的有效电信号以及与有效电信号对应的时间信息。
在本实施例中,时间信息可以包括多个红外线传感器生成的有效电信号的时刻。
步骤S44:根据有效电信号和时间信息,得到与多个红外线传感器感应到的隔空动作对应的表征参数。
在本实施例中,表征参数可以包括用于表示与目标物的隔空动作对应的手势动作相关的参数。由于红外线传感器可以感应到目标物与红外线传感器之间的距离,有效电信号中包含有目标物与红外线传感器之间的距离信息,因此可以通过有效电信号和时间信息确定有效动作的时长。
在本实施例中,由于控制车锁20的对象通常是车主,多个红外线传感器的位置可以预先设定好,因此可以进一步根据多个红外线传感器的感应到的表征参数,获取车主做出有效动作时的动作轮廓,进而确定车主的手势,以此可以形成一个车主的手势投影的效果;还可以有效电信号以及与有效电信号对应的时间信息的变化变化状态,获取到该动作轮廓的变化过程和动作轨迹,进而得到车主的手势动作。
步骤S45:根据多个表征参数和预设表征参数,确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,预设表征参数可以包括与预先设定的手势动作相关的参数。具体而言,当多个表征参数符合预设表征参数时,确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件。例如,通过多个表征参数确定车主手指在感应区域划过时间为1.2秒,与预设表征参数对应的划过时间范围为1秒至1.5秒,此时确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件。
在本实施例中,通过上述步骤S43至步骤S45的实施,由于有效电信号和时间信息为电容式传感器感应有效动作生成的信息,该有效电信号和该时间信息可以反应隔空动作的动作状态,从而可以根据该有效电信号和该时间信息确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件,进而判断目标物的动作状态是否为预设动作。
步骤S46:若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态。
步骤S47:若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。
本发明实施例还提供一种车锁控制方法,该车锁控制方法可以应用于如图1所示的车辆100,该车辆可以包括传感器10和车锁20,该车锁控制方法可以包括以下步骤S51至步骤S57。在本实施例中提供的车锁控制方法中,可以包括与上述实施例相同或相似的步骤,对于相同或相似步骤的执行,可参考前文介绍,本说明书不再一一赘述。
步骤S51:获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号。
步骤S52:根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息。
步骤S53:若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态。
在本实施例中,在该车锁20控制过程中,可以基于开锁单元的位置信息和认证信息确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件,从而确定是否需要根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态,如图8所示,在步骤S46之前可以包括以下步骤S54至步骤S56。
步骤S54:将认证信息与预存的校验信息进行比对,确定认证信息是否合法。
在本实施例中,认证信息可以包括用于与车锁20验证的信息。例如,认证信息可以开锁单元中预存的唯一标识码,还可以是开锁单元临时获取的随机验证码,此处不做具体限制。
在本实施例中,预存的校验信息可以包括用于匹配开锁单元身份的信息。该预存的校验信息也可以是车辆100中预存的信息。当认证信息与预存的校验信息配对成功时,确定认证信息合法;当认证信息与预存的校验信息配对不成功时,确定认证信息非法。
步骤S55:根据位置信息计算参考物与开锁单元之间的开锁距离,参考物用于为开锁单元提供参考坐标。
在本实施例中,可以在车辆100中设置天线,通过该天线定位开锁单元,得到开锁单元的位置信息,进而计算得到开锁距离,此时,参考物可以是天线、传感器10、车锁20等。
在本实施例中,还可以通过车辆100自身定位获取自身位置信息,开锁单元将位置信息发送至车辆100,进而根据自身位置信息和开锁单元的位置信息得到参考物与开锁单元之间的开锁距离。
步骤S56:若认证信息合法,且开锁距离小于或等于预设距离阈值,则确定状态信息满足预设状态条件。
在本实施例中,预设距离阈值可以根据经验确定。
在本实施例中,通过上述步骤S54至步骤S56的实施,能够在认证信息合法,且开锁距离小于或等于预设距离阈值时,根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态,进而有效防止在车主不在车辆100的预设距离阈值范围内被开启,降低车辆100被盗的风险。
步骤S57:若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。
在本实施例中,可以根据目标物的隔空动作生成电信号,从电信号中获取有效动作信息,在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件和开锁单元的状态信息满足预设状态条件下,通过有效动作信息控制车锁20的开闭状态,从而实现无接触控制车锁20的开闭状态,大大提 高了控制车锁的开闭状态的便捷程度,无需设置可触摸屏、图像识别、语音识别等成本较高的功能模块,有效降低了控制车锁20的成本,可以有效防止传感器10感应到的与控制车锁20无关的动作对车锁20的开闭状态造成影响,同时在有效动作信息满足预设动作条件时,再来获取开锁单元的状态信息,无需实时检测开锁单元的状态,降低车辆100耗能,进一步节约了控制车锁20的成本;还可以根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取与有效动作对应的有效动作信息,从电信号中提取出有效信息进行处理,以便于判断有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件;同时由于有效动作时长为根据电容式传感器感应有效动作生成的信息,该有效动作时长可以反应隔空动作的动作状态,从而可以根据效动作时长确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件;由于多个时刻下的电压值为电容式传感器感应有效动作生成的信息,该多个时刻下的电压值可以反应隔空动作的动作状态和目标物的类型,从而可以根据多个时刻下的电压值确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件;并且由于有效电信号和时间信息为电容式传感器感应有效动作生成的信息,该有效电信号和该时间信息可以反应隔空动作的动作状态,从而可以根据该有效电信号和该时间信息确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件,进而判断目标物的动作状态是否为预设动作;还能够在认证信息合法,且开锁距离小于或等于预设距离阈值时,根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态,进而有效防止在车主不在车辆100的预设距离阈值范围内被开启,降低车辆100被盗的风险。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
本申请的实施例提供一种车锁控制装置,该车锁控制装置与上述提供的车锁控制方法大致一一对应。
请参阅图9,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种车锁控制装置,应用于包括传感器和车锁的车辆,车锁控制装置可以包括电信号获取模块61、有效动作信息获取模块62、状态信息获取模块63和车锁控制模块64。各功能模块详细说明如下:
电信号获取模块61,用于获取传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号。有效动作信息获取模块62,用于根据电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息。状态信息获取模块63,用于若有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,开锁单元用于控制车锁的开闭状态。车锁控制模块64,用于若状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据有效动作信息控制车锁的开闭状态。
进一步地,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,传感器可以包括电容式传感器;有效动作信息获取模块62可以包括电压值获取单元、有效动作获取单元和有效动作信息获取单元。各功能单元详细说明如下:电压值获取单元,用于从电信号中获取在感应时间段的各时刻下与隔空动作对应的电压值。有效动作获取单元,用于根据在多个时刻下的电压值的大小,确定隔空动作中的有效动作。有效动作信息获取单元,用于根据有效动作获取与有效动作关联的有效动作时段,得到包括有效动作时段的有效动作信息。
进一步地,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,车锁控制装置还可以包括有效动作时长获取模块和有效动作确定模块。各功能模块详细说明如下:有效动作时长获取模块,用于获取有效动作时段中的初始时刻和末尾时刻,根据初始时刻和末尾时刻得到有效动作时长。有效动作确定模块,用于若有效动作时长在预设有效动作时长区间,则确定有效动作信息满足预设动作条件。
进一步地,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,车锁控制装置还可以包括对比结果模块和预设动作条件确定模块。各功能模块详细说明如下:对比结果模块模块,用于将在多个时刻下的电压值与预设时刻下的预设电压值进行对比,得到对比结果。预设动作条件确定模块,用于根据对比结果确定有效动作是否满足预设动作条件。
进一步地,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,传感器包括红外线传感器;有效动作信息获取模块62可以包括距离获取单元、距离比对单元和有效动作信息确定单元。各功能单元详细说明如下:距离获取单元,用于根据电信号获取在感应时间段内目标物与传感器的距离。距离比对单元,用于若目标物与红外线传感器的距离在预设距离区间内,则获取隔空动作中与预设距离区间内的距离对应的有效动作。有效动作信息确定单元,用于根据有效动作获得与有效动作关联的有效电信号,得到包括有效电信号的有效动作信息。
进一步地,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,红外线传感器的数量为多个;车锁控制装置还可以包括时间信息获取模块、表征参数获取模块和有效动作信息比对模块。各功能模块详细说明如下:时间信息获取模块,用于获取与多个红外线传感器对应的有效电信号以及与有效电信号对应的时间信息。表征参数获取模块,用于根据有效电信号和时间信息,得到与多个红外线传感器感应到的隔空动作对应的表征参数。有效动作信息比对模块,用于根据多个表征参数和预设表征参数,确定有效动作信息是否满足预设动作条件。
进一步地,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,状态信息包括位置信息和认证信息;车锁控制装置还可以包括合法确定模块、开锁距离确定模块和预设状态条件确定模块。各功能模块详细说明如下:合法确定模块,用于将认证信息与预存的校验信息进行比对,确定认证信息是否合法。开锁距离确定模块,用于根据位置信息计算参考物与开锁单元之间的开锁距离,参考物用于为开锁单元提供参考坐标。预设状态条件确定模块,用于若认证信息合法,且开锁距离小于或等于预设距离阈值,则确定状态信息满足预设状态条件。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能模块和功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的车锁控制装置中的各个模块和单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。
请参阅图10,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种车辆,包括传感器10和车锁20;该车辆还包括处理器810、通信模块820、存储器830和总线。处理器810、通信模块820和存储器830通过总线相互连接并完成相互间的通信,处理器810还可以分别与传感器10、车锁20连接。总线可以是ISA总线、PCI总线、EISA总线、CAN总线等。总线可以分为 地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。其中:
存储器830,用于存放程序。具体地,存储器830可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器830可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作至少一个功能所需的应用程序程序可以包括程序代码,程序代码包括计算机操作指令。除了存放程序之外,存储器830还可以暂存通信模块820需要发送的消息等。存储器830可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
处理器810用于执行存储器830存放的程序。程序被处理器执行时实现上述各实施例的车锁控制方法的步骤。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述基于权限的智能设备控制方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。其中,的计算机可读存储介质,如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例的方法。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车锁控制方法,其特征在于,应用于包括传感器和车锁的车辆,所述方法包括:
    获取所述传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号;
    根据所述电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息;
    若所述有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,所述开锁单元用于控制所述车锁的开闭状态;以及
    若所述状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据所述有效动作信息控制所述车锁的所述开闭状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器包括电容式传感器;所述根据所述电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息,包括:
    从所述电信号中获取在所述感应时间段的多个时刻下与所述隔空动作对应的电压值;
    根据在所述多个时刻下的所述电压值的大小,确定所述隔空动作中的有效动作;以及
    根据所述有效动作获取与所述有效动作关联的有效动作时段,得到包括所述有效动作时段的所述有效动作信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述若所述有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,所述开锁单元用于控制所述车锁的开闭状态的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述有效动作时段中的初始时刻和末尾时刻,根据所述初始时刻和所述末尾时刻得到有效动作时长;以及
    若所述有效动作时长在预设有效动作时长区间,则确定所述有效动作信息满足所述预设动作条件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述若所述动作信号满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,所述开锁单元用于控制所述车锁的开闭状态的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    将在所述多个时刻下的所述电压值与预设时刻下的预设电压值进行对比,得到对比结果;以及
    根据所述对比结果确定所述有效动作是否满足所述预设动作条件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器包括红外线传感器;所述根据所述电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息,包括:
    根据所述电信号获取在所述感应时间段内所述目标物与所述传感器的距离;
    若所述目标物与所述红外线传感器的距离在预设距离区间内,则获取所述隔空动作中与所述预设距离区间内的所述距离对应的有效动作;以及
    根据所述有效动作获得与所述有效动作关联的有效电信号,得到包括所述有效电信号的所述有效动作信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述红外线传感器的数量为多个;所述 若所述有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,所述开锁单元用于控制所述车锁的开闭状态的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取与多个所述红外线传感器对应的所述有效电信号以及与所述有效电信号对应的时间信息;
    根据所述有效电信号和所述时间信息,得到与多个所述红外线传感器感应到的所述隔空动作对应的表征参数;以及
    根据多个所述表征参数和预设表征参数,确定所述有效动作信息是否满足所述预设动作条件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述状态信息包括位置信息和认证信息;在所述若所述状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据所述有效动作信息控制所述车锁的开闭状态的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    将所述认证信息与预存的校验信息进行比对,确定所述认证信息是否合法;
    根据所述位置信息计算参考物与所述开锁单元之间的开锁距离,所述参考物用于为所述开锁单元提供参考坐标;以及
    若所述认证信息合法,且所述开锁距离小于或等于预设距离阈值,则确定所述状态信息满足预设状态条件。
  8. 一种车锁控制装置,其特征在于,应用于包括传感器和车锁的车辆,所述装置包括:
    电信号获取模块,用于获取所述传感器基于所感应的目标物的隔空动作生成的电信号;
    有效动作信息获取模块,用于根据所述电信号在感应时间段内的变化状态获取有效动作信息;
    状态信息获取模块,用于若所述有效动作信息满足预设动作条件,则获取开锁单元的状态信息,所述开锁单元用于控制所述车锁的开闭状态;以及
    车锁控制模块,用于若所述状态信息满足预设状态条件,则根据所述有效动作信息控制所述车锁的所述开闭状态。
  9. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括传感器和车锁,所述车辆还包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或多个程序,其中所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中并被配置为由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序配置用于执行如权利要求1-7任一项所述的车锁控制方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读取存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读取存储介质中存储有程序代码,所述程序代码可被处理器调用执行如权利要求1-7任一项所述的车锁控制方法。
