随着生活水平的提高,人们的户外生活也越来越丰富,为了满足户外照明需要,手提灯因其轻巧、便于携带的特性,已成为人们户外或者野外生活的首选。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明,本发明提供有附图。这些附图为本发明揭露内容的一部分,其主要用以说明实施例,并可配合说明书的相关描述来解释实施例的运作原理。配合参考这些内容,本领域普通技术人员应能理解其他可能的实施方式以及本发明的优点。图中的组件并未按比例绘制,而类似的组件符号通常用来表示类似的组件。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参照图2至图12所示,本实施例提供的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,包括音箱2和音箱座1。
音箱座1为具有上端敞口和下端敞口的座体,本发明的音箱座1与现有技术的音箱座110相比没有凸环120。
音箱座1的上端敞口配置有上盖3,上盖3的底面固定安装音箱2,使音箱2位于音箱座1中。具体地,可以在所述上盖3的底面形成支撑座31,音箱2固定安装在支撑座31中。本发明的音箱2没有现有音箱座110的凸环120限制,音箱2无卡位限制,方便更换大功率的音箱。
音箱座1的下端敞口配置有下套件4,下套件4呈中空结构,下套件4的上端与音箱座1连接,使音箱座1用于容纳音箱2的腔室得以延长,下套件4的下端封闭而与灯罩5的顶部对应,且下套件4的下端中心向上拱起形成锥形辐射器41,下套件4的中部至下端的周侧壁贯穿设有缺口42,缺口42具体可以设有多个,呈条形,并均匀分布于下套件4的周侧壁。本发明增加锥形辐射器41后,使声波经锥形辐射器41以360度向四周扩散。如图14所示是增加锥形辐射器,音频曲线变化图,测试标准:GB/T9396-2019,增加锥形辐射器41可影响中高频的SPL值,听感明亮、清晰。如图15所示是本发明360度全方位同音质覆盖效果图,如图16所示是传统音箱的音质覆盖效果图。同时,本发明的声波未进入灯罩5内部,使得音响效果更好,整体音量、中高频、层次感等得到相应提升。
上盖3和下套件4至少一个以可上下升降的方式与音箱座1连接,使音箱2的底部出声孔与下套件4的下端锥形辐射器41之间的距离可以调节,从而改变声波反射角度,使用者可根据聆听习惯,自由选择合适的音效,改善后整体音量、中高频、层次感得到相应提升。
关于上盖3和下套件4的上下升降方式,本文列举了下述实施例。
作为实施例一,如图2至图5所示,所述下套件4以可上下升降的方式盖合在音箱座1的下端敞口。具体地,所述下套件4的上端形成内螺纹,音箱座1的下端敞口处形成外螺纹,通过螺纹配合将下套件4连接在音箱座1的下端敞口。此实施例通过螺纹实现下套件4的旋出或旋进,以使下套件4相对音箱座1可伸缩移动,改变下套件4内部锥形辐射器41与音箱2出声孔的距离。在下套件4的侧壁上还可以设有刻度标示43,用于显示调节位置,方便使用者更好调节。
作为实施例二,如图6至图9所示,所述下套件4以可上下升降的方式盖合在音箱座1的下端敞口。具体地,所述下套件4的上端形成内螺纹,音箱座1的下端敞口处形成外螺纹,通过螺纹配合将下套件4连接在音箱座1的下端敞口。此实施例通过螺纹实现下套件4的旋出或旋进,以使下套件4相对音箱座1可伸缩移动,改变下套件4下端与音箱2出声孔的距离。此实施例进一步将下套件4的下端采用 软胶材料封闭而构成软胶底盖,灯罩5对应具有锥形顶部51与软胶底盖配合,借助锥形顶部51向上挤压软胶底盖,使软胶底盖被顶起变形而形成锥形辐射器41,当下套件4的上下升降时,使锥形辐射器41的锥形高度和角度变化,锥形辐射器41构造可以调节,改变锥形辐射器41与音箱2出声孔的距离。在下套件4的侧壁上还可以设有刻度标示43,用于显示调节位置,方便使用者更好调节。
作为实施例三,如图10至图12所示,所述上盖3以可上下升降的方式盖合在音箱座1的上端敞口。具体地,所述上盖3的底面形成用于固定安装音箱2的支撑座31,支撑座31上形成外螺纹,音箱座1的上端敞口处形成内螺纹,通过螺纹配合将支撑座31连接在音箱座1的上端敞口。此实施例通过螺纹实现上盖3的旋出或旋进,以使上盖3和音箱2相对音箱座1可伸缩移动,改变音箱2出声孔与锥形辐射器41的距离。在上盖3的顶面上还可以相应刻度标示32,用于显示调节位置,方便使用者更好调节。
配合图11所示,图12中的刻度标号从1至3表示音箱2出声孔与锥形辐射器41的距离逐渐加大。图13是实施例三的1至3三个刻度标示对应音频曲线变化图,测试标准:GB/T9396-2019,由图可见,音箱2出声孔与锥形辐射器41的距离变化对1KHz的音频影响明显,使用者可根据聆听习惯,自由选择合适的音效。
当然,本发明也可以将上盖3和下套件4都设计为以上下升降的方式与音箱座1连接,由此,增加音效调节范围。
本发明还揭示了应用上述音响装置的灯具,如图2至图11所示,一种灯具,包括灯座7、灯泡8、灯罩5、连接架6以及音响装置。灯泡8安装于灯座7上,灯罩5罩住灯泡8,且灯罩5底部固定在灯座7上。音响装置的音箱座1与连接架6的上端枢接,连接架6的下端枢接至灯座7上,实现相对摆动,当音箱座1摆动至对应灯罩5的位置时,音响装置位于灯罩5的顶部。进一步,所述下套件4的下端对应灯罩5的顶部设有一槽形盖44,当下套件4向下旋时可以压紧在灯罩5的顶部。
上述仅为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,即在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:包括音箱和音箱座;音箱座为具有上端敞口和下端敞口的座体;音箱座的上端敞口配置有上盖,音箱座的下端敞口配置有下套件;上盖的底面固定安装音箱,且使音箱位于音箱座中;下套件呈中空结构,下套件的上端与音箱座连接,下套件的下端封闭而与灯罩的顶部对应,且下套件的下端中心向上拱起形成锥形辐射器,下套件的中部至下端的周侧壁贯穿设有缺口;上盖和下套件至少一个以可上下升降的方式与音箱座连接,使音箱的底部与下套件的下端锥形辐射器之间的距离可以调节。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:所述上盖以可上下升降的方式盖合在音箱座的上端敞口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:所述上盖的底面形成支撑座,音箱固定安装在支撑座中,支撑座上形成外螺纹,音箱座的上端敞口处形成内螺纹,支撑座通过螺纹配合连接在音箱座的上端敞口。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:所述下套件以可上下升降的方式盖合在音箱座的下端敞口。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:所述下套件的上端形成内螺纹,音箱座的下端敞口处形成外螺纹,下套件的上端通过螺纹配合连接在音箱座的下端敞口。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:所述下套件的下端采用软胶材料封闭而构成软胶底盖,灯罩对应具有锥形顶部与软胶底盖配合,软胶底盖借助锥形顶部向上顶起而形成锥形辐射器,借助下套件的上下升降使锥形辐射器的锥形可以调节。
  7. 如权利要求2或4所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:所述上盖的顶面上或所述下套件的侧壁上还设有显示调节位置的刻度标示。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,其特征在于:所述上盖的底面形成支撑座,音箱固定安装在支撑座中。
  9. 一种灯具,其特征在于:包括灯座、灯泡、灯罩、连接架以及音响装置;灯泡安装于灯座上,灯罩罩住灯泡且底部固定在灯座上;音响装置采用如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的一种灯具的可调节音响装置,音响装置的音箱座与连接架的上端枢接,连接架的下端枢接至灯座上,实现相对摆动,当音箱座摆动至对应灯罩的位置时,音响装置位于灯罩的顶部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种灯具,其特征在于:所述下套件的下端对应灯罩的顶部设有一槽形盖。
