Description

一种具有指示屏的空气开关 技术领域
本实用新型涉及继电器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有指示屏的空气开关。
背景技术
空气开关又名小型断路器、微型断路器,在电路中起着过载(过流)、短路保护等作用,即在过载或短路时自动断开电路。当然也可当作“开关”使用,因其灭弧介质为空气,所以称“空气开关”。空气开关的主触点是靠手动操作或电动合闸的,通常采用电磁扣,当电流过大或者短路时,电磁扣通电产生电磁,进而吸引主梁上的铁质部件,从而使主梁转动,进而断开电路;主梁旋转的同时,会带动拨动手柄由开变为关,显然的,当空气开关运行时,室内处于断电状态,往往需要使用者在黑暗中去摸索空气开关打开,容易产生安全隐患,又或者一排空气开关需要处理其中一部分时候,均会遇到使用不便的现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有指示屏的空气开关。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下内容:
一种具有指示屏的空气开关,包括:壳体、拨动手柄、连杆、主梁、电路组件和电磁扣,所述壳体的内部后侧设置有电路组件,且所述电路组件向所述壳体的上下两端伸出有连接端;所述电磁扣连接于所述电路组件;所述拨动手柄设置于所述壳体的前侧,并通过所述连 杆连接于所述主梁的一端;所述主梁纵向设置于所述壳体内部,且另一端抵接于所述电磁扣的底部,当电磁扣运行时,所述主梁推动拨动手柄开合,其特征在于,所述壳体的上部设置有指示屏,且所述指示屏穿过壳体连接于所述电磁扣,使得当电磁扣通电时,同时给指示屏供电。
优选的是,所述指示屏包括:标号牌、背景灯、针脚和框架;所述框架的内侧设置有背景灯,并固设于所述壳体上;所述标号牌嵌合于所述框架上;所述针脚的两端分别连接于所述背景灯和所述电磁扣,当电磁扣通电运行时,向背景灯供电。
优选的是,所述标号牌上设置有数字,并对应于空气开关的数量。
优选的是,所述背景灯为发光二极管,且数量为四个,均匀设置于所述框架的内侧。
优选的是,所述框架呈圆形,且所述背景灯分别位于所述框架的两垂直直径的端点处。
优选的是,所述壳体的侧面呈凸字形,且壳体的前端开设有用于所述拨动手柄开合的矩形开口。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、本申请通过利用了现有空气开关,对其附加了一种指示屏,能够清楚标记各个空气开关对应的房间或者电路,避免了使用者无法识别和寻找不变的困难。
2、本申请中的指示屏连接了空气开关内部的电磁扣,而电磁扣只有空气开关工作时才会通电具有磁力,因此能够及时的使指示屏亮 起。

如图1至2所示,一种具有指示屏的空气开关包括:壳体1、拨动手柄2、连杆3、主梁4、电路组件5和电磁扣6,所述壳体1的内部后侧设置有电路组件5,且所述电路组件5向所述壳体1的上下两端伸出有连接端;所述电磁扣6连接于所述电路组件5;所述拨动手柄2设置于所述壳体1的前侧,并通过所述连杆3连接于所述主梁4的一端;所述主梁4纵向设置于所述壳体1内部,且另一端抵接于所述电磁扣6的底部,当电磁扣6运行时,所述主梁4推动拨动手柄2开合。所述壳体1的侧面呈凸字形,且壳体1的前端开设有用于所述拨动手柄2开合的矩形开口。
需要说明的是,电路组件包括上接线端、静触点片、静触点、灭弧电极、动触电杆、灭弧室、连接铜片和下接线端。其中,当主梁运动时,会将动触电杆与连接铜片断开,继而使室内整个线路断开。本申请对上述电路组件、主梁、电磁扣、连杆、拨动手柄的工作原理和方式并未作出改进,即上述的技术特征为现有技术特征,各种的空气开关基本都离不开上述部件,并且工作方式大同小异。
进一步地,所述壳体1的上部设置有指示屏7,且所述指示屏7穿过壳体1连接于所述电磁扣6,使得当电磁扣6通电时,同时给指示屏7供电。
需要说明的是,空气开关断电并不意味着空气开关内部是完全没 有电的,只是空气开关的下接线端与上接线端断路,而其中连接外部的接线端是仍然具有电流的,本申请中的指示屏连接于空气开关中电磁扣,即空气开关运行时,电磁扣仍然具有电流。
进一步地,所述指示屏7包括:标号牌701、背景灯702、针脚703和框架704;所述框架704的内侧设置有背景灯702,并固设于所述壳体1上;所述背景灯702为发光二极管,且数量为四个,均匀设置于所述框架704的内侧。
进一步地,所述标号牌701嵌合于所述框架704上;所述标号牌701上设置有数字,并对应于空气开关的数量。即框架上具有卡槽,标号牌能够直接卡合在卡槽内。其目的在于,能够增强适应性,将标号牌和空气开关对应起来。其中标号牌采用塑料材质。
进一步地,所述针脚703的两端分别连接于所述背景灯702和所述电磁扣6,当电磁扣6通电运行时,向背景灯702供电。针脚703连接所有的背景灯702,其材质为铜条,另一端通过镀锡连接电磁扣上。当电磁扣通电时,通过针脚给背景灯供电。
进一步地,所述框架704呈圆形,且所述背景灯702分别位于所述框架704的两垂直直径的端点处。显然的,圆形的框架是本申请中所做出的择优选择,但并不局限于圆形,技术人员完全可以将其根据合适空间进行布局,在此应做广义的理解。
本申请的工作原理:
空气开关在日常时间内,处于通路状态,当发生短路等现象,电流增大,电磁扣通电产生磁力,使主梁运行,断开电路,此时,电路 断开,但电磁扣上仍具有电流,指示屏上的背景灯由电磁扣上的电流供电。

  1. 一种具有指示屏的空气开关,包括:壳体、拨动手柄、连杆、主梁、电路组件和电磁扣,所述壳体的内部后侧设置有电路组件,且所述电路组件向所述壳体的上下两端伸出有连接端;所述电磁扣连接于所述电路组件;所述拨动手柄设置于所述壳体的前侧,并通过所述连杆连接于所述主梁的一端;所述主梁纵向设置于所述壳体内部,且另一端抵接于所述电磁扣的底部,当电磁扣运行时,所述主梁推动拨动手柄开合,其特征在于,所述壳体的上部设置有指示屏,且所述指示屏穿过壳体连接于所述电磁扣,使得当电磁扣通电时,同时给指示屏供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有指示屏的空气开关,其特征在于,所述指示屏包括:标号牌、背景灯、针脚和框架;所述框架的内侧设置有背景灯,并固设于所述壳体上;所述标号牌嵌合于所述框架上;所述针脚的两端分别连接于所述背景灯和所述电磁扣,当电磁扣通电运行时,向背景灯供电。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有指示屏的空气开关,其特征在于,所述标号牌上设置有数字,并对应于空气开关的数量。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有指示屏的空气开关,其特征在于,所述背景灯为发光二极管,且数量为四个,均匀设置于所述框架的内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有指示屏的空气开关,其特征在于,所述框架呈圆形,且所述背景灯分别位于所述框架的两垂直直径的端点处。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有指示屏的空气开关,其特征在于,所述壳体的侧面呈凸字形,且壳体的前端开设有用于所述拨动手柄开合的矩形开口。
