本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,全文中出现的“和/或”的含义为,包括三个并列的方案,以“A和/或B”为例,包括A方案,或B方案,或A和B同时满足的方案。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
电控箱是包含一个或多个低压开关设备以及与之相关的控制、测量、信号、保护、调节等的设备。
在一示例性技术中,电控箱包括箱体及设于箱体上的箱盖,箱体内设置有断路器等电子器件。然而,工作人员在对电控箱内的电子器件进行维护或检修时,需要打开电控箱的箱盖,操作较为麻烦。
为了实现箱盖显示电控箱监测的各项参数,例如时间、温度、电流、电压和故障类型等,方便工作人员对电控箱内的电子器件进行维护或检修,本申请提出一种箱盖,可适用于各种电控箱,尤其是安装有断路器等电子器件的电控箱,此处不限。
参照图1、图5及图6,在本申请一实施例中,该箱盖20所应用的电控箱包括具有开口的箱体10,箱体10内设置有断路器等电子器件及与电子器件连接的检测装置,检测装置用于检测电子器件的电气参数,箱盖20包括箱盖本体100、显示屏200及控制器400,箱盖本体100用于盖设于箱体10的开口上;显示屏200设于箱盖本体100上,控制器400设于箱盖本体100上并用于与电控箱内的检测装置连接,控制器400与显示屏200连接;控制器400用于根据检测装置检测的电气参数确定对应电子器件的故障类型,并控制显示屏200显示电气参数和故障类型。
其中,箱盖本体100可由多个塑胶或金属部件组装而成,也可是塑胶件与金属件组合,还可是一体成型结构。显示屏200可以是LCD或OLED等触控屏幕或常规的LED显示屏幕等,此处不做限定。
本实施例中,控制器400可为单片机、DSP及FPGA等微处理单元,此处不限。
本实施例中,显示屏200可具有第一显示区及与第一显示区分别邻接的第二显示区和第三显示区;第一显示区可用于显示当前时间信息;第二显示区可用于显示所在地天气信息;第三显示区可用于显示电子器件的电气参数。当然,在一些其他实施例中,显示屏200也可设置更多个显示区域,从而展示更为丰富的信息。
需要说明的是,在生产组装时,可将显示屏200通过胶水或双面胶等粘接固定于箱盖本体100上。
可以理解的是,由于本申请的箱盖20包括箱盖本体100、显示屏200及控制器400,箱盖本体100用于盖设于箱体10的开口上,显示屏200设于箱盖本体100上,控制器400设于箱盖本体100上并用于与电控箱内的检测装置连接,控制器400与显示屏200连接,控制器400用于根据检测装置检测的电气参数确定对应电子器件的故障类型,并控制显示屏200显示电气参数和故障类型,实现了箱盖20显示电控箱监测的各项参数,例如时间、温度、电流、电压和故障类型等,方便了工作人员对电控箱内的电子器件进行维护或检修。
为了方便将显示屏200安装于箱盖本体100上,以提升组装效率,在一实施例中,箱盖本体100设有供显示屏200容置的容置口,显示屏200嵌设于箱盖本体100的容置口内;或者,在一些其他实施例中,结合图2至图5,箱盖20还可包括面板框110,面板框110上设有供显示屏200容置的安装口110a,显示屏200嵌设于面板框110的安装口110a内,以形成显示面板,显示面板贴靠安装于箱盖本体100上。当然,在一些其他实施例中,也可采用其他的安装结构,此处对显示屏200具体的结构不做限定。
基于上述实施例,参考图3和图5,箱盖20还可包括透明板300,透明板300盖设于显示面板上,透明板300的材质为玻璃、PMMA或PC。可以理解,通过设置透明板300于显示屏200上,可对显示屏200起到一定的保护作用,避免显示屏200被损坏。
进一步地,在一实施例中,主要参考图2和图4,箱盖20还可包括状态指示灯500,箱盖本体100上还设有供状态指示灯500安装的第一安装孔100b,状态指示灯500与控制器400连接;状态指示灯500,用于当电子器件发生故障时在控制器400的控制下点亮,以发出故障报警信号。
在一应用场景中,当电控箱内的断路器等电子元器件处于正常工作状态时,控制器400可控制状态指示灯500的发光颜色为绿色;当电控箱内的断路器等电子元器件处于故障状态时,控制器400可控制状态指示灯500的发光颜色为红光并可为持续闪烁状态,以提醒工作人员或用户用电***产生了故障,需要及时排除。因此,本实施例的箱盖20可极大地提高用电安全性。
在一实施例中,箱盖20还包括摄像头600,摄像头600安装于箱盖本体100上并与控制器400连接;摄像头600,用于在控制器400的控制下拍摄视频或照片,并通过显示屏200显示。
进一步地,在一实施例中,主要参考图3,箱盖20还可包括语音装置700,语音装置700安装于箱盖本体100上,语音装置700与控制器400连接;语音装置700,用于接收声音信号和/或播放声音信号。
本实施例中,箱盖20上设置摄像头600可起到多种作用,一方面,在用电***发生故障时,摄像头600与上述语音装置700配合可实现实时视频通话,以便用户与维修人员能及时沟通,提高故障排除效率;另一方面,在电控箱平时的使用过程中,摄像头600也可对办公室等室内环境进行实时监控并通过显示屏200显示监视画面,控制器400也可通过视频信号判断室内是否有人员活动,当所有人员在离开办公室并达到***预设时间之后,控制器400可控制电控箱进行自动断电操作,以节省电能。
此外,在一些使用环境中,该箱盖所应用的电控箱的语音装置700结合显示屏200还可实现可视化门铃功能。
需要说明的是,在一些应用场景里,出于节省生产制造的成本考虑,该箱盖20可仅设置摄像头600装置或语音装置700。当然,为了实现更为多元化的功能,提升用电***的安全性,也可两者都设置,此处不做限定。
为了方便对该箱盖20上的显示屏200的显示内容进行设定,以及便于对电控箱监测的数据进行查阅,在一些实施例中,主要参考图1和图4,箱盖20还可包括按键800,箱盖本体100上还设有供按键800安装的第二安装孔110c,按键800与控制器400连接,并用于对显示屏200的显示内容进行设定。
本实施例中,按键800可为触摸按键或可按压式的实体按键,此处不限。需要说明,在按键800为触摸键时,箱盖本体100上对应触摸键800的位置盖设有触摸板(图1和图2中,触摸板位于按键800对应的位置)。
为了提高用电安全性,在一实施例中,箱盖20还可包括温度传感器(图未示出),温度传感器可设于箱盖本体100上,温度传感器与控制器400连接;温度传感器,用于检测温度信号,并通过显示屏200显示温度信号。
此外,在一些其他实施例中,箱盖20还可设置湿度传感器,以检测环境湿度,以进一步地提升用电安全性。
此外,还需说明的是,箱盖20还可包括感应器(图未示出),感应器设于箱盖本体100上并与控制器400连接;感应器,用于检测人体并发送检测信号至控制器400;控制器400,还用于根据检测信号控制显示屏200点亮或熄灭。如此设置,在感应器感应到人体处于电控箱的前侧时,控制器400控制触控屏显示屏200自动点亮,以方便操作,极大地提升了操作便利性。
本申请还提出一种电控箱,主要参考图6,该电控箱包括箱体10、设于箱体10内的电子器件及箱盖20,箱体10设有开口,箱盖20盖设于开口上,箱盖20的显示屏200与电子器件连接,该箱盖20的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本申请提出的电控箱包括上述箱盖20的所有实施例的所有方案,因此,至少具有与所述箱盖20相同的技术效果,此处不一一阐述。
参考图1和图6,在本申请一实施例中,箱盖20包括箱盖本体100及显示屏200,箱盖本体100用于盖设于箱体10的开口上;显示屏200设于箱盖本体100上并用于与电控箱内的电子器件连接。
在一些应用场景中,工作人员或用户需要打开电控箱的箱盖20以对其内的断路器进行关合或开断等操作,或者对电控箱内的其他电子元器件进行维护检修等,箱体10上可开设有用于供电控箱内的电子器件显露的窗口;箱盖20在封盖位置与打开位置可滑动切换地设置于箱体10上;在封盖位置,箱盖20封盖住窗口;在打开位置,箱盖20将窗口打开。如此设置,极大地提升了工作效率,方便对电子元器件进行操作。
本申请还提出一种电控箱控制方法,参考图7,在本申请的一实施例中,电控箱包括箱体10及设于箱体10上的箱盖20,箱体10内安装有断路器,箱盖20上设置有显示屏200和摄像头600,所述电控箱控制方法包括以下步骤:
S10,获取所述摄像头捕捉的第一人脸图像信号;
S20,比对所述第一人脸图像信号与预设人脸图像信号;
S30,在所述第一人脸图像信号与所述预设人脸图像信号匹配时,控制所述显示屏点亮并显示所述断路器的电气参数。
需要说明的是,电控箱在初次使用时,管理员或用户可通过摄像头600提前录入预设人脸图像至其储存器中,以便在下次使用电控箱时进行人脸识别。
本实施例中,电控箱箱盖20上的摄像头600用于对其前侧的人体进行拍照或摄像,以获取第一人脸图像信号,电控箱的控制器400可根据摄像头600捕捉到的第一人脸图像信号与***预设人脸图像信号进行比较,在第一人脸图像信号与预设人脸图像信号匹配时,控制显示屏200自动解锁点亮,并显示断路器的电气参数。当然,也可显示当地时间和温度等信息,此处不限。
可以理解的是,本申请的电控箱通过上述的控制方法,实现了更为安全的操作体验,避免小孩等非专业人员对电控箱进行误操作,提高了电控箱使用的安全性。
进一步地,在一实施例中,参考图8,在所述第一人脸图像信号与所述预设人脸图像信号匹配时,控制所述显示屏点亮并显示所述断路器的电气参数的步骤S30之后还可包括:
S40,获取所述摄像头捕捉的手势信号;
S50,比对所述手势信号与预设手势信号;
S60,在所述手势信号与所述预设手势信号匹配时,控制所述断路器关断用电***的电源。
本实施例中,电控箱可通过摄像头600拍摄到的手势信号对电控箱执行切断电源的操作,用户无需用过操作断路器或显示屏200来关断用电***的电源,提高了电控箱的操作便利性,实现了人机互动,使得电控箱更具智能化。
在一些应用场景中,管理员或用户在已经解锁显示屏200的情况下,可能存在暂时离开电控箱或忘记对电控箱进行锁定的情况发生,这种情形下,小孩等其他非专业人员可能不经意出现在电控箱前,并对其做出一些不安全的操作,存在一定的安全隐患。对此,本申请进一步地做出的如下的改进:
在一实施例中,参考图9,比对所述手势信号与预设手势信号的步骤S50可包括:
S51,获取所述摄像头捕捉的第二人脸图像信号;
S52,比对所述第二人脸图像信号、所述第一人脸图像信号和所述预设人脸图像信号;
S53,在所述第二人脸图像信号、所述第一人脸图像信号和所述预设人脸图像信号未匹配时,控制所述显示屏显示报警信号;
S54,在所述第二人脸图像信号、所述第一人脸图像信号和所述预设人脸图像信号匹配时,对所述手势信号与预设手势信号进行比对。
可以理解的是,本申请的电控箱在执行手势操作指令之前,还可对人脸进行再一次的识别及比对,只有在第二人脸图像信号、第一人脸图像信号和预设人脸图像信号均匹配时,方可执行手势操作指令,当第二识别的人脸图像与***预设图像信号不一致时,显示屏200则显示报警信号,并可自动锁定,避免了特殊情况下的非正常操作,极大地提升了用电安全性。
以上所述仅为本申请的可选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的发明构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种箱盖,应用于电控箱,所述电控箱包括具有开口的箱体,所述箱体内设置有电子器件及与所述电子器件连接的检测装置,所述检测装置用于检测所述电子器件的电气参数,其中,所述箱盖包括:
    箱盖本体,用于盖设于所述箱体的开口上;以及
    显示屏,设于所述箱盖本体上;以及
    控制器,设于所述箱盖本体上并用于与所述电控箱内的检测装置连接,所述控制器与所述显示屏连接;
    所述控制器,用于根据所述检测装置检测的电气参数确定对应所述电子器件的故障类型,并控制所述显示屏显示所述电气参数和故障类型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖本体设有供所述显示屏容置的容置口,所述显示屏嵌设于所述箱盖本体的容置口内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖还包括面板框,所述面板框上设有供所述显示屏安装的安装口,所述显示屏嵌设于所述面板框的安装口内,以形成显示面板,所述显示面板贴靠安装于所述箱盖本体上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖还包括状态指示灯,所述箱盖本体上还设有供所述状态指示灯安装的第一安装孔,所述状态指示灯与所述控制器连接;
    所述状态指示灯,用于当所述电子器件发生故障时在所述控制器的控制下点亮,以发出故障报警信号。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖还包括摄像头,所述摄像头安装于所述箱盖本体上并与所述控制器连接;
    所述摄像头,用于在所述控制器的控制下拍摄视频或照片,并通过所述显示屏显示。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖还包括语音装置,所述语音装置安装于所述箱盖本体上,所述语音装置与所述控制器连接;
    所述语音装置,用于接收声音信号和/或播放声音信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖还包括温度传感器,温度传感器设于箱盖本体上,所述温度传感器与所述控制器连接;
    所述温度传感器,用于检测温度信号,并通过所述显示屏显示温度信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖还包括按键,所述箱盖本体上还设有供所述按键安装的第二安装孔,所述按键与所述控制器连接,并用于对所述显示屏的显示内容进行设定;
    其中,所述按键为触摸键,所述箱盖本体上对应所述触摸键的位置盖设有触摸板。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的箱盖,其中,所述箱盖还包括感应器,所述感应器设于所述箱盖本体上并与所述控制器连接;
    所述感应器,用于检测人体并发送检测信号至所述控制器;
    所述控制器,还用于根据所述检测信号控制所述显示屏点亮或熄灭。
  10. 一种电控箱,其中,所述电控箱包括:
    箱体,设有开口;
    电子器件,安装于所述箱体内;以及
    箱盖,所述箱盖为如权利要求1-9任一项所述的箱盖,所述箱盖盖设于开口上。
  11. 一种电控箱控制方法,所述电控箱包括箱体及设于所述箱体上的箱盖,所述箱体内安装有断路器,所述箱盖上设置有显示屏和摄像头,其中,所述电控箱控制方法包括以下步骤:
    获取所述摄像头捕捉的第一人脸图像信号;
    比对所述第一人脸图像信号与预设人脸图像信号;
    在所述第一人脸图像信号与所述预设人脸图像信号匹配时,控制所述显示屏点亮并显示所述断路器的电气参数。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电控箱控制方法,其中,所述在所述第一人脸图像信号与所述预设人脸图像信号匹配时,控制所述显示屏点亮并显示所述断路器的电气参数的步骤之后还包括:
    获取所述摄像头捕捉的手势信号;
    比对所述手势信号与预设手势信号;
    在所述手势信号与所述预设手势信号匹配时,控制所述断路器关断用电***的电源。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电控箱控制方法,其中,所述比对所述手势信号与预设手势信号的步骤包括:
    获取所述摄像头捕捉的第二人脸图像信号;
    比对所述第二人脸图像信号、所述第一人脸图像信号和所述预设人脸图像信号;
    在所述第二人脸图像信号、所述第一人脸图像信号和所述预设人脸图像信号未匹配时,控制所述显示屏显示报警信号;
    在所述第二人脸图像信号、所述第一人脸图像信号和所述预设人脸图像信号匹配时,对所述手势信号与预设手势信号进行比对。
