由于颚式破碎机需要破碎各种不同的材料,实际使用情况较为复杂,通常在破碎的物料中会夹杂部分硬度较大的颗粒,会对破碎机产生较大的负载,当负载过大时,活动颚板无法对物料进行破碎,容易导致设备的损坏,因此,在现有的破碎机制造过程中,通常会采用脆性的肘板,且肘板通常采用两段粗中间细的结构,保证当活动颚板负载过大时,肘板断裂,保证破碎机其余部分的完整,或者在电路上使用特质的保险丝,当电机负载过大时烧毁保险丝取消对飞轮的驱动,但采用这两种方式的破碎机在实际使用中,烧毁保险丝或者肘板断裂后,质量较大的飞轮仍处于转动的状态,转轴带动活动颚板继续运动,极易损坏整体设备,现有技术存在可改进之处。
发明内容
本发明设备针对现有破碎机负载过大时飞轮任带动转轴进行转动容易损坏设备的不足,提供了一种具有保护机构的颚式破碎机。
