参照图1-5,一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,包括箱体1,箱体1的底部对称通过焊接固定安装有两个支架2,箱体1的一侧通过焊接固定安装有出料管3,箱体1的另一侧通过焊接固定安装有滤网4,箱体1上通过焊接固定安装有进料管5,进料管5扇通过焊接固定安装有单向阀6,进料管5上开设有通孔7,进料管5上通过焊接固定安装有保护罩8,保护罩8上滑动安装有滑板9,滑板9上活动安装有刮板11,进料管5上通过焊接固 定安装有滤渣箱12,滤渣箱12上开设有漏孔13,保护罩8内通过焊接固定安装有斜块14,箱体1的顶部通过螺丝固定安装有双轴电机15,双轴电机15的一个输出轴上通过焊接固定安装有驱动轴16的一端,驱动轴16的另一端通过焊接固定安装有椭圆板17,双轴电机15的另一个输出轴上通过焊接固定安装有驱动杆19的一端,驱动杆19转动安装在箱体1的顶部,驱动杆19的另一端转动安装有传动杆20的顶端,传动杆20的底端转动安装在箱体1的底部内壁上,传动杆20上通过焊接固定安装有若干个搅拌杆21,箱体1的顶部通过焊接固定安装有处理液箱25,处理液箱25上开设有进料口26,处理液箱25的底部固定开设有出料口27,箱体1的顶部内壁上滑动安装有挡板28。
本实施例中,滑板9上转动安装有转杆10,刮板11通过焊接固定安装在转杆10上,转杆10上对称通过焊接固定安装有两个扭力弹簧35,确保刮板11在复位时保持水平。
本实施例中,椭圆板17上滑动安装有连接杆18的顶端,连接杆18的底端通过焊接固定安装在滑板9的顶部,使得椭圆板17的转动可以带动滑板9上下移动。
本实施例中,箱体1的底部内壁上通过焊接固定安装有轴承22,传动杆20的底端与轴承22的内圈固定连接,确保了传动杆20的顺畅转动。
本实施例中,驱动杆19的一端通过焊接固定安装有驱动齿轮23,传动杆20上通过焊接固定安装有传动齿轮24,驱动齿轮23和传动齿轮24相啮合,使得驱动杆19可以带动传动杆20转动。
本实施例中,箱体1的顶部内壁上开设有滑槽29,滑槽29内通过焊接固定安装有限位杆30,限位杆30上滑动安装有支撑杆31,挡板28通过焊接固定安装在支撑杆31的底端,保证了挡板28的稳定滑动。
本实施例中,滑槽29内通过焊接固定安装有压簧32,压簧32与支撑杆 31固定连接,使得挡板28失去推力后可以复位。
本实施例中,挡板28的一侧通过焊接固定安装有传动板33,传动杆20上通过焊接固定安装有推板34,推板34与传动板33活动连接,使得传动杆20的转动可以带动挡板28移动。
本实施例中,箱体1的顶部通过焊接固定安装有固定杆,驱动杆19转动安装在固定杆的顶端,保证了驱动杆19的稳定转动。
本实施例中,保护罩8上开设有滑动孔,滑板9滑动安装在滑动孔内,确保了滑板9的稳定滑动。
本实施例中,在处理废水时,将废水通过进料管5导入到箱体1内,单向阀6的设置使得废水不会回流,废水在经过滤网4时,可以将废水中固体大颗粒杂质滤掉,过滤后的废水进入到箱体1内,将双轴电机15接入电源,启动双轴电机15,双轴电机15带动驱动轴16转动,驱动轴16带动椭圆板17转动,椭圆板17通过连接杆18带动滑板9上下移动,滑板9带动刮板11移动,刮板11通过移动将滤网4上的滤渣刮除,在斜块14的作用下,可以将滤渣导入到滤渣箱12内,扭力弹簧35的设置使得刮板11在复位时确保了其水平,同时双轴电机15带动驱动杆19转动,驱动杆19通过驱动齿轮23和传动齿轮24带动传动杆20转动,传动杆20带动推板34转动,推板34通过传动板33带动挡板28移动,挡板28在压簧32的弹力作用下可以做水平往复移动,从而可以有效的控制处理液箱25内的处理液的进料量,并且传动杆20带动若干个搅拌杆21转动,可以使得处理液和废水充分的混合,提高处理效果。

  1. 一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部对称固定安装有两个支架(2),箱体(1)的一侧固定安装有出料管(3),箱体(1)的另一侧固定安装有滤网(4),箱体(1)上固定安装有进料管(5),进料管(5)扇固定安装有单向阀(6),进料管(5)上开设有通孔(7),进料管(5)上固定安装有保护罩(8),保护罩(8)上滑动安装有滑板(9),滑板(9)上活动安装有刮板(11),进料管(5)上固定安装有滤渣箱(12),滤渣箱(12)上开设有漏孔(13),保护罩(8)内固定安装有斜块(14),箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有双轴电机(15),双轴电机(15)的一个输出轴上固定安装有驱动轴(16)的一端,驱动轴(16)的另一端固定安装有椭圆板(17),双轴电机(15)的另一个输出轴上固定安装有驱动杆(19)的一端,驱动杆(19)转动安装在箱体(1)的顶部,驱动杆(19)的另一端转动安装有传动杆(20)的顶端,传动杆(20)的底端转动安装在箱体(1)的底部内壁上,传动杆(20)上固定安装有若干个搅拌杆(21),箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有处理液箱(25),处理液箱(25)上开设有进料口(26),处理液箱(25)的底部固定开设有出料口(27),箱体(1)的顶部内壁上滑动安装有挡板(28)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,其特征在于,所述滑板(9)上转动安装有转杆(10),刮板(11)固定安装在转杆(10)上,转杆(10)上对称固定安装有两个扭力弹簧(35)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,其特征在于,所述椭圆板(17)上滑动安装有连接杆(18)的顶端,连接杆(18)的底端固定安装在滑板(9)的顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部内壁上固定安装有轴承(22),传动杆(20) 的底端与轴承(22)的内圈固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,其特征在于,所述驱动杆(19)的一端固定安装有驱动齿轮(23),传动杆(20)上固定安装有传动齿轮(24),驱动齿轮(23)和传动齿轮(24)相啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的顶部内壁上开设有滑槽(29),滑槽(29)内固定安装有限位杆(30),限位杆(30)上滑动安装有支撑杆(31),挡板(28)固定安装在支撑杆(31)的底端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,其特征在于,所述滑槽(29)内固定安装有压簧(32),压簧(32)与支撑杆(31)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口油污化工废水应急快速处理设备,其特征在于,所述挡板(28)的一侧固定安装有传动板(33),传动杆(20)上固定安装有推板(34),推板(34)与传动板(33)活动连接。
