Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wasserfahrzeug, insbesondere eine Yacht (1), die in einer SWATH-Bauart ausgeführt ist. Es soll verbesserte und höhere Gebrauchseigenschaften aufweisen. Hierzu weist das Wasserfahrzeug, insbesondere eine Yacht, die in einer SWATH-Bauart ausgeführt ist, mit einem, einen Aufbau (3) aufnehmenden Oberschiff (2), an dessen Unterseite, dem Nassdeck (8) sich zwei quer zur Fahrtrichtung voneinander beabstandete Stelzen, Teilrümpfe (4, 5) angeordnet sind, auf. Die Teilrümpfe (4, 5) sitzen jeweils auf einem, im Wesentlichen in Fahrtrichtung des Wasserfahrzeugs angeordneten und sich über mindestens einen Teil des Oberschiffs (2) erstreckenden Taucher (6, 7). Die Taucher (6, 7) weisen charakteristische Verengungen im Querschnitt auf, die auf den Längsverlauf von Schwimmerprofilen (22, 23) des Teilrumpfes (4, 5) geformt sind.
