Abstract

본 발명은 방한용 귀마개에 관한 것으로서, 특히 마스크와 귀마개를 동시에 착용하더라도 마스크로 인한 귀 통증이 발생되지 않도록, 양쪽 귀를 각각 덮는 한 쌍의 귀덮개부와, 한 쌍의 귀덮개부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 방한용 귀마개에 있어서, 상기 귀덮개부는, 착용시 귀가 위치되는 지점의 뒤편으로 마스크끈을 걸 수 있는 걸이구가 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한용 귀마개에 관한 것이다.

Description

방한용 귀마개
본 발명은 방한용 귀마개에 관한 것으로서, 특히 마스크와 귀마개를 동시에 착용함에 있어 마스크로 인한 귀 통증이 발생되지 않도록 하는 방한용 귀마개에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 겨울철에는 추운 날씨로 인해 다양한 방한용품이 사용되고 있으며, 추위로부터 귀를 보호하기 위한 방한용품으로 방한용 귀마개가 사용되고 있다. 방한용 귀마개는, 통상 원형으로 이루어져 양쪽 귀를 덮는 한 쌍의 귀덮개부와, 한 쌍의 귀덮개부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하도록 구성되며, 상기 귀덮개부와 연결부는 보온이 가능한 소재로 이루어진 외피로 둘러싸여 있다.
한편, 먼지, 바이러스, 세균 등으로부터 호흡기를 보호하거나, 추위로부터 호흡기를 보호하기 위하여 많은 이들이 마스크를 사용하고 있다. 마스크는 통상 입과 코를 덮게끔 마스크끈을 이용하여 귀에 걸어 착용하고 있으나, 장시간 착용시 귀에 마스크끈이 맞닿음에 따라 귀 통증이 유발된다.
이에 따라, 마스크 착용시 귀 통증을 방지하고자 근래 곡선 형태를 이루는 귀 보호대를 마스크 끈에 설치하여 사용하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 귀 보호대는 귀바퀴 내측에 위치하는바, 귀 보호대를 설치한 마스크를 착용한 상태에서 탄성적으로 귀를 덮는 방한용 귀마개를 착용시, 귀 보호대로 인해 또다른 통증이 유발되는바, 마스크와 방한용 귀마개를 동시에 착용시 불편이 따른다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서 마스크와 귀마개를 동시에 착용하더라도 마스크로 인한 귀 통증이 발생되지 않는 방한용 마스크를 제공함에 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명인 방한용 귀마개는, 양쪽 귀를 각각 덮는 한 쌍의 귀덮개부와, 한 쌍의 귀덮개부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 방한용 귀마개에 있어서, 상기 귀덮개부는, 착용시 귀가 위치되는 지점의 뒤편으로 마스크끈을 걸 수 있는 걸이구가 내측에 위치된다.
또한, 상기 걸이구는 소정의 길이를 가지며 유연한 소재로 이루어지고, 일단이 연결부에 결합되며 타단이 귀덮개부의 내측에 위치될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 방한용 귀마개는, 귀덮개부와 연결부를 감싸는 외피를 더 포함하고, 상기 연결부는 외피 내측에 구비되면서 양단 측에 구비된 귀덮개부가 모이게끔 탄성력을 작용시키는 이음대를 포함하되, 상기 걸이구는 일단이 이음대에 회전가능하게 결합되고, 일단을 제외한 나머지가 외피 외측에 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 걸이구는 이음대의 상부에 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 연결부를 감싸는 외피에는, 걸이구의 일단을 제외한 나머지가 외피의 외측에 위치되게끔 절개된 절개라인이 형성되되, 상기 절개라인은, 연결부의 중앙을 향해 하방으로 하향경사지게 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 방한용 귀마개에서 사용자의 귀를 덮어 추위로부터 보호하는 귀덮개부 중 사용자의 귀가 위치되는 지점의 뒤편으로 걸이구가 위치되어, 사용자의 입과 코를 덮는 마스크의 마스크끈을 걸이구에 걸 수 있는바, 마스크끈은 귀에 직접 걸리지 않고도 고정된 상태를 이루므로, 마스크끈으로 인한 귀 통증을 해소할 수 있으며, 마스크와 방한용 귀마개 모두를 불편없이 착용할 수 있다.
또한, 걸이구를 회전시켜 귀덮개부의 외측에 위치되도록 하여 마스크끈을 용이하게 걸거나 분리시킬 수 있어 사용상 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

본 발명에서는 마스크와 귀마개를 동시에 착용하더라도 마스크로 인한 귀 통증이 발생되지 않도록, 양쪽 귀를 각각 덮는 한 쌍의 귀덮개부와, 한 쌍의 귀덮개부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 방한용 귀마개에 있어서, 상기 귀덮개부는, 착용시 귀가 위치되는 지점의 뒤편으로 마스크끈을 걸 수 있는 걸이구가 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한용 귀마개를 제안한다.
본 발명의 권리범위는 이하에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 기술분야의 통상적인 지식을 가진자에 의하여 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명인 방한용 귀마개는 첨부된 도 1 내지 도 9를 참고로 상세하게 설명한다.
본 발명인 방한용 귀마개(A)는, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 귀덮개부(100), 연결부(200), 걸이구(400)를 포함한다. 방한용 귀마개(A)는 헤드폰과 유사한 형태를 이루는 귀마개를 비롯하여, 헤드폰과 유사한 형태를 이루면서 아이들의 관심을 끌 수 있게끔 동물 귀 형태 등이 형성된 패션귀마개를 포함할 수 있다.
귀덮개부(100)는 양쪽 귀를 각각 덮도록 한 쌍이 구비되며, 통상 원형을 이루도록 형성되나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 그리고 연결부(200)는 한 쌍의 귀덮개부(100)를 연결하게끔 형성되며, 일 예로 귀덮개부(100)의 직경보다 작은 폭을 가지면서 소정의 길이를 가지게끔 일자 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 연결부(200)는 탄성을 가지도록 형성되어 한 쌍의 귀덮개부(100)가 탄성에 의해 모이게끔 구성될 수 있다.

제2 실시예에 따른 걸이구(400)는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 소정의 길이를 가지면서 일단이 연결부(200)에 결합되고 타단이 귀덮개부(100)의 내측에 위치되게끔 구비될 수 있다. 이때, 제2 실시예에 따른 걸이구(400)의 타단은 마스크끈(11)이 걸리게끔 꺽쇠 형태, 단추 형태 등 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 걸이구(400)는 전반적으로 직선 형태를 이루도록 형성되고 유연한 소재로 이루어져, 사용자의 두상 크기에 따라 마스크끈(11)이 걸리는 양 걸이구(400)의 타단 간의 폭이 조절될 수 있도록 하고, 사용자가 본 발명을 착용함에 있어 걸이구(400)에 의한 불편을 느끼지 못하도록 함이 바람직하다. 이하에서 기술하는 걸이구(400)에 대한 구체적인 설명은, 제2 실시예에 따른 걸이구(400)를 전제로 설명한다.
상술한 바와 같이, 연결부(200)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 외피(300) 내측에 구비되는 이음대(210)를 포함할 수 있는데, 이때 걸이구(400)는 일단이 이음대(210)에 회전가능하게 결합되고, 일단을 제외한 나머지가 외피(300) 외측에 구비될 수 있다. 사용자는 마스크(10)를 착용하기 위해 마스크끈(11)을 걸이구(400)의 타단에 걸거나, 마스크(10)를 벗기 위해 마스크끈(11)을 걸이구(400)로부터 분리시킬 시, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 회전가능한 걸이구(400)를 하방으로 회전시켜 걸이구(400)의 타단이 외부에 위치되도록 할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 외부에 위치한 걸이구(400)의 타단에 마스크끈(11)을 걸거나, 걸이구(400)의 타단에 걸린 마스크끈(11)을 손으로 파지하여 걸이구(400)로부터 분리시킨 다음, 걸이구(400)를 상방으로 회전시켜 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 걸이구(400)의 타단이 귀덮개부(100)의 내측에 위치되도록 할 수 있는바, 마스크끈(11)을 용이하게 걸거나 분리시킬 수 있어 사용상 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이, 걸이구(400)가 회전되도록 하기 위하여, 연결부(200)를 감싸는 외피(300)에는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 걸이구(400)의 일단을 제외한 나머지가 외측으로 위치되게끔 절개된 절개라인(310)이 형성된다. 절개라인(310)은 이음대(210)의 폭 내측에 형성되어, 이음대(210)가 외피(300) 밖으로 이탈되지 않도록 함이 바람직하다.
이때, 걸이구(400)의 회전각도를 크게 하기 위하여 아래와 같이 구성될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 절개라인(310)의 길이는 한정될 수밖에 없는바, 일 예로 도 4b에 도시된 바와 같이 걸이구(400)가 이음대(210)의 상부에 결합되도록 하여, 걸이구(400)의 하방으로 회전되는 각도를 크게 할 수 있다. 이때, 절개라인(310)은 걸이구(400)가 이음대(210)와 결합된 지점 부근부터 하방으로 형성된다. 즉, 걸이구(400)가 절개라인(310)의 상부를 지나게끔 위치될 시, 걸이구(400)의 타단은 귀덮개부(100)의 내측에 위치되고, 걸이구(400)가 절개라인(310)의 하부를 지나게끔 위치될 시, 걸이구(400)의 타단은 외부에 위치된다.
다른 일 예로, 절개라인(310)은 도 4b에 도시된 바와 같이 연결부(200)의 중앙을 향해 하방으로 하향경사지게 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 절개라인(310)은 대각선으로 형성되되, 두 절개라인(310) 간의 간격은 하방으로 갈수록 좁아지게끔 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 절개라인(310)은 걸이구(400)가 하방으로 더 큰 각도로 회전될 수 있도록 한다.
또다른 일 예로, 걸이구(400)는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 절개라인(310)의 하단과 접할 수 있는 지점이 내측으로 함입되어 걸림홈(410)이 형성될 수 있다. 걸이구(400)가 하방으로 회전되면, 걸림홈(410) 내에 절개라인(310)이 위치될 때까지 회전이 가능하므로, 걸이구(400)는 이음대(210)의 상부에 결합되지 않더라도 하방으로 더 큰 각도로 회전될 수 있다. 또한, 걸림홈(410)이 절개라인(310)의 하단에 걸림으로써 걸이구(400)는 더이상 하방으로 회전하지 못하게 되므로, 걸림홈(410)은 최대각도로 회전된 걸이구(400)를 안정적으로 고정시키는 역할도 할 수 있다.
이처럼 걸이구(400)의 하방으로 회전되는 각도를 크게 함으로써, 사용자는 걸이구(400)의 타단이 외부에 위치되게끔 용이하게 회전시킬 수 있는바, 걸이구(400)의 타단에 마스크끈(11)의 걸거나, 걸이구(400)의 타단에 걸린 마스크끈(11)을 분리하는 것을 보다 손쉽게 할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 양쪽 귀를 각각 덮는 한 쌍의 귀덮개부(100)와, 한 쌍의 귀덮개부(100)를 연결하는 연결부(200)를 포함하는 방한용 귀마개(A)에 있어서,
    상기 귀덮개부(100)는, 착용시 귀가 위치되는 지점의 뒤편으로 마스크끈(11)을 걸 수 있는 걸이구(400)가 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한용 귀마개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이구(400)는 소정의 길이를 가지며 유연한 소재로 이루어지고, 일단이 연결부(200)에 결합되며 타단이 귀덮개부(100)의 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한용 귀마개.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 방한용 귀마개(A)는, 귀덮개부(100)와 연결부(200)를 감싸는 외피(300)를 더 포함하고,
    상기 연결부(200)는 외피(300) 내측에 구비되면서 양단 측에 구비된 귀덮개부(100)가 모이게끔 탄성력을 작용시키는 이음대(210)를 포함하되,
    상기 걸이구(400)는 일단이 이음대(210)에 회전가능하게 결합되고, 일단을 제외한 나머지가 외피(300) 외측에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한용 귀마개.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이구(400)는 이음대(210)의 상부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한용 귀마개.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 연결부(200)를 감싸는 외피(300)에는, 걸이구(400)의 일단을 제외한 나머지가 외피(300)의 외측에 위치되게끔 절개된 절개라인(310)이 형성되되,
    상기 절개라인(310)은, 연결부(200)의 중앙을 향해 하방으로 하향경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한용 귀마개.
