FIG. 1 is an external view of the inspection kit 1 when it is used, and FIG. 2 is an external view of the inspection kit 1 when the lid is closed. FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the inspection kit 1, and FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the inspection kit 1 when the inspection kit 1 is cut along a vertical plane including the central axis C. In this specification, based on the posture of the inspection kit 1 in the state where the container body 10 and the lid 12 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are upright, the bottom side of the inspection kit 1 (container body 10) (FIGS. 1 and FIG. The lower side of 2 is referred to as the “lower side”, and the top side (upper side of FIGS. 1 and 2) of the inspection kit 1 is referred to as the “upper side”.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the test kit 1 includes a container body 10 capable of storing saliva as a sample, a straw member 11 provided in the container body 10, and a lid body 12 capable of sealing the container body 10. A display body 13 and a holding member 14 are provided.
The container body 10 has a cylindrical shape with an open top and a closed bottom. The container body 10 has a mouth portion 20 at the top. As shown in FIG. 4, the inner bottom surface of the container body 10 is recessed toward the bottom surface so that the center is the lowest, for example. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a screw portion 21 into which the screw portion 172 of the lid body 12, which will be described later is screwed, is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, a recess 72 and a step portion 71 in which the locking portion 41 of the straw member 11 described later is locked are formed on the inner peripheral surface 70 of the upper portion of the container body 10.
The straw member 11 is provided inside the container body 10 near the mouth portion 20. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the straw member 11, and FIG. 6 is a plan view of the straw member 11 as viewed from above. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the straw member 11 has, for example, a straw portion 30 for allowing saliva to flow into the container body 10 from the mouth of the subject, and a gas flowing into the container body 10 from the straw portion 30. It has a ventilation unit 31 for exhausting air.
The straw portion 30 has an elongated cylindrical shape extending in the vertical direction. The ventilation portion 31 is formed around the straw portion 30 and communicates vertically with the inside of the container body 10 located below the straw member 11 and the outside of the container body 10 located above the straw member 11. ing.
Further, the straw member 11 can be freely inserted into the container body 10 and can be locked to the inner peripheral surface of the container body 10. The straw member 11 has, for example, an annular portion 40, a locking portion 41, an interlocking portion 42, a held portion 43, and an arm portion 44.
The annular portion 40 has the straw portion 30 and the central axis C concentric with each other, and is located on the outer periphery of the straw portion 30. The annular portion 40 is connected to the straw portion 30 by a plurality of, for example, three arm portions 44. As shown in FIG. 6, the arm portion 44 extends radially from the straw portion 30 toward the annular portion 40. The arm portions 44 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction around the central axis C of the straw portion 30. A gap is formed between the straw portion 30, the annular portion 40, and the arm portion 44, and this is the ventilation portion 31. The ventilation portions 31 are formed at, for example, three places around the central axis C.
The locking portions 41 are provided at a plurality of locations, for example, three locations of the annular portion 40 at equal intervals. The locking portion 41 is provided at a position where the arm portion 44 of the annular portion 40 is connected (a position where the extension line of the arm portion 44 and the annular portion 40 intersect). The locking portion 41 extends in a prismatic shape above the annular portion 40, for example, as shown in FIG. The locking portion 41 is formed by a part of the outer peripheral surface 41a projecting outward. As shown in FIG. 7, the outer peripheral surface 41a of the locking portion 41 has a tapered shape that gradually protrudes outward from the bottom to the top. For example, the bottom surface of the annular portion 40 of the straw member 11 is placed on the inner peripheral surface 70 of the container body 10, and the stepped portion 71 serving as a stopper and the locking portion 41 of the straw member 11 placed on the stepped portion 71 are hooked. A recess 72 is formed as a locked portion. With this configuration, when the straw member 11 is inserted into the container body 10 from the mouth 20 of the container body 10, the straw member 11 is placed in the step portion 71, and the locking portion 41 is locked in the recess 72. , The straw member 11 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface 70 of the container body 10.
The interlocking portion 42 is interlocked with the locking portion 41. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the interlocking portions 42 are provided in each arm portion 44, and are provided in a total of three locations. The interlocking portion 42 is arranged close to the inside of the locking portion 41 (on the central axis C side). As shown in FIG. 5, the interlocking portion 42 extends in a prismatic shape above the arm portion 44. The interlocking portion 42 projects upward from the locking portion 41. A tapered surface 42a whose outer side is lower than the inner side is formed on the upper surface of the interlocking portion 42. When the tapered surface 42a is pushed by the release portion 140 described later of the lid 12, the interlocking portion 42 tilts inward (toward the central axis C side), and the locking portion 41 also tilts inward in conjunction with this. As a result, the locking portion 41 is unlocked from the container body 10.
The held portion 43 is held by the holding portion 141 described later of the lid body 12. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the held portions 43 are provided at a plurality of locations, for example, three locations of the annular portions 40 at equal intervals. The held portion 43 is formed in an arc shape, for example, around the central axis C of the straw portion 30. The held portion 43 is formed in a plate shape having an arc surface on the annular portion 40. The held portion 43 has a claw portion 43a projecting inward at the upper end portion thereof. The claw portion 43a extends in an arc shape around the central axis C of the straw portion 30. By hooking the claw portion 43a on the holding portion 141 described later of the lid body 12, the held portion 43 is held by the holding portion 141, and the straw member 11 is held by the lid body 12.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lid 12 has a double structure, and has an inner shell portion 100 and an outer shell portion 101 that houses and can fix the inner shell portion 100 inside. The inner shell portion 100 and the outer shell portion 101 can be assembled freely. As shown in FIG. 8, the inner shell portion 100 has, for example, a cylindrical shape in which the bottom portion and the top portion are open. The inner shell portion 100 has a storage unit 110 in which a storage liquid as a working liquid is stored in the upper part of the inside, and an internal flow path 111 in which the storage liquid flows downward in the lower part of the inside, and the storage unit 110. An open portion 112 is provided at the bottom portion of the storage portion 110 between the inner flow path 111 and the internal flow path 111. Further, the inner shell portion 100 has a first peripheral side wall 100a, a second peripheral side wall 100b, and a third peripheral side wall 100c from top to bottom, and a storage portion 110 inside the first peripheral side wall 100a. Is formed, an internal flow path 111 is formed inside the third peripheral side wall 100c, and an open portion 112 is arranged inside the second peripheral side wall 100b.
The storage unit 110 and the internal flow path 111 are cylindrical spaces. The top surface of the storage unit 110 and the bottom surface of the internal flow path 111 are open. A narrow space 113 having a relatively small inner diameter is formed between the storage portion 110 and the internal flow path 111, and an open portion 112 is attached to the narrow space 113. The opening 112 can block the passage of liquid between the storage 110 and the internal flow path 111.
The open portion 112 is removable with respect to the inner shell portion 100. For example, the open portion 112 is removable with respect to the narrow space 113. The opening portion 112 has, for example, a substantially disk shape. As shown in FIG. 9, the opening portion 112 has, for example, a circular top plate 120 and a cylindrical peripheral plate 121. The peripheral side plate 121 gradually increases in diameter toward the lower side. For example, a cross-shaped rib 122 is provided on the top plate 120 of the opening portion 112. As shown in FIG. 8, the open portion 112 can be freely inserted into the constricted portion 130 of the second peripheral side wall 100b forming the narrow space 113 from above. At this time, the top plate 120 is caught on the upper end 130a of the constricted portion 130, and the peripheral side plate 121 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface 130b of the constricted portion 130.
The inner shell portion 100 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10 when the lid 12 is inserted into the container body 10 at the lower portion of the third peripheral side wall 100c corresponding to the internal flow path 111. It has an outer peripheral surface 135.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the lower end portion of the inner shell portion 100 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and the lower end portion of the inner shell portion 100 is engaged with the straw member 11 with respect to the inner peripheral surface 70 of the container body 10. The release portion 140 and the holding portion 141 extend downward from the third peripheral side wall 100c. The release portion 140 and the holding portion 141 are separated by, for example, a plurality of notches 142 in the circumferential direction around the central axis C. Therefore, the release portion 140 and the holding portion 141 are composed of a plurality of arcuate portions formed intermittently in the circumferential direction around the central axis C.
The release portion 140 and the holding portion 141 have a claw portion 160 protruding outward at the lower end portion thereof. The claw portion 160 extends in an arc shape around the central axis C. When the lid 12 is attached to the container body 10, the release portion 140 pushes the interlocking portion 42 of the straw member 11 with its tip, and the interlocking portion 42 and the locking portion 41 are tilted inward, so that the locking portion 41 Release the lock. The holding portion 141 holds the held portion 43 by catching the claw portion 160 on the claw portion 43a of the held portion 43. In the present embodiment, the release portion 140 and the holding portion 141 at the lower end portion of the inner shell portion 100 are not distinguished, and the inner shell portion 100 and the straw member 11 when the lid 12 is attached to the container body 10 are not distinguished. The same portion of the lower end portion of the inner shell portion 100 becomes the release portion 140 or the holding portion 141 depending on the fitting angle in the circumferential direction with and.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, a groove 150 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first peripheral side wall 100a as a locking portion for locking the protrusion 174 described later of the outer shell portion 100.
As shown in FIG. 11, the outer shell portion 101 has a cylindrical shape with the bottom open and the top closed. A cylindrical insertion portion 171 into which the upper portion of the first peripheral side wall 100a of the inner shell portion 100 is inserted is formed in the top portion 170 inside the outer shell portion 101. As shown in FIG. 12, when the inner shell portion 100 is inserted into the outer shell portion 101, the top surface of the inner shell portion 100 is closed by the top portion 170. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a screw portion 172 screwed with the screw portion 21 of the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lower portion of the outer shell portion 101. As shown in FIG. 11, a plurality of protrusions 174, which are locked portions to be locked to the groove 150, are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer shell portion 101. As a result, the inner shell portion 100 and the outer shell portion 101 can be locked and fixed to each other.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the display body 13 displays the temperature state of the container body 10. The display body 13 contains a material that changes color to a predetermined color in a predetermined temperature range (for example, 80 ° C. or higher) and then maintains the color even if the color is not in the predetermined temperature range. The display body 13 changes to a predetermined color, for example, at a temperature at which the virus becomes inactive, whereby the virus in saliva inside the container body 10 is inactive (inactivated). It can be confirmed that the processing has been performed). The display body 13 may indicate the temperature of the container body 10 at that time, or may indicate that the container body 10 has reached a certain temperature range.
The display body 13 is a ring member attached to the groove 190 on the outer peripheral surface of the container body 10. The display body 13 is provided near the lower part (position where saliva is collected) where saliva is stored in the container body 10.
The holding member 14 has a cylindrical shape with a closed bottom. The pressing member 14 is attached to the lower part of the container body 10, and presses the display body 13 from below so that the display body 13 does not come off from the container body 10. In the present embodiment, the gap between the upper end portion of the pressing member 14 and the container body 10 is a groove 190.
Next, how to use the inspection kit 1 configured as described above will be described.
First, the process of preparing the inspection kit 1 is performed. First, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening portion 112 is attached to the inner shell portion 100 from the state where the inner shell portion 100 and the outer shell portion 101 of the lid body 12 are separated. At this time, the open portion 112 is inserted from the top surface of the inner shell portion 100 and is fitted into the constricted portion 130 of the narrow space 113 as shown in FIG. This closes the bottom of the reservoir 110.
Next, the storage liquid is stored in the storage portion 110 of the inner shell portion 100. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 12, the inner shell portion 100 is inserted into the outer shell portion 101 and fixed. At this time, the upper portion of the first peripheral side wall 100a of the inner shell portion 100 is inserted into the insertion portion 171 of the outer shell portion 101, and the top surface of the storage portion 110 is blocked by the top portion 170 of the outer shell portion 101. Further, the protrusion 174 of the outer shell portion 101 is fitted into the groove 150 of the inner shell portion 100, and the inner shell portion 100 is fixed to the outer shell portion 101.
Next, the straw member 11 is attached to the container body 10. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the straw member 11 is inserted from the mouth 20 of the container body 10, the straw member 11 is placed on the step portion 71 of the inner peripheral surface 70 of the container body 10, and the locking portion 41 is recessed. Locked to 72, the straw member 11 is fixed to the container body 10. As a result, the inspection kit 1 is in the state of two members, the lid 12 and the container body 10 with the straw member 11, as shown in FIG. The straw member 11 may be attached to the container body 10 before the storage liquid is stored. Further, the display body 13 and the pressing member 14 may be attached to the container main body 10 in advance, or may be attached to the container main body 10 at any timing of the preparation step of the inspection kit 1.
Next, the process of collecting saliva of the subject is performed. The subject holds the straw portion 30 of the straw member 11 and blows saliva from the straw portion 30 into the container body 10. As a result, as shown in FIG. 13, saliva A is contained in the container body 10, and the inflowing breath is exhausted to the outside through the ventilation unit 31.
Next, the lid 12 is attached to the container body 10. At this time, first, as shown in FIG. 14, the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10 is inserted between the inner shell portion 100 and the outer shell portion 101 of the lid body 12. The inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 20 of the lid 12 abuts on the outer peripheral surface 135 of the inner shell portion 100 without a gap, and the airtightness between them is ensured. The lid body 12 is rotated around the central axis C with respect to the container body 10, and the screw portion 172 of the lid body 12 and the screw portion 21 of the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10 are screwed together.
When the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10 is further inserted into the lid body 12, as shown in FIG. 15, the straw portion 30 of the straw member 11 hits the opening portion 112 and pushes up the opening portion 112 to push up the bottom of the storage portion 110. Open. As a result, the storage liquid B of the storage unit 110 flows into the inside of the container body 10 through the internal flow path 111, and is housed in the bottom of the container body 10 through the ventilation unit 31 of the straw member 11. In this way, saliva A and storage solution B are mixed.
When the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10 is inserted into the lid body 12, the release portion 140 of the lid body 12 pushes the interlocking portion 42 of the straw member 11, and the interlocking portion 42 and the locking portion 41 are tilted inward to lock. The locking of the container body 10 of the portion 41 to the inner peripheral surface 70 is released.
Further, at this time, the claw portion 160 of the holding portion 141 of the lid 12 is caught by the claw portion 43a of the held portion 43, and the held portion 43 is held by the holding portion 141.
Then, when the screw portion 172 of the lid body 12 is firmly tightened to the screw portion 21 of the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10, the container body 10 is sealed by the lid body 12 as shown in FIG.
Next, the process of transporting the inspection kit 1 to an inspection center or the like is performed. At this time, for example, the display body 13 confirms that the saliva virus in the container body 10, for example, is maintained in a predetermined temperature range in which it becomes inactive.
Next, the process of inspecting saliva is performed. The lid 12 is removed from the container body 10. At this time, since the inner shell portion 100 of the lid body 12 holds the straw member 11, the straw member 11 is also removed from the container body 10 together with the lid body 12 as shown in FIG. After that, saliva A inside the container body 10 is inspected.
According to the present embodiment, the straw member 11 is provided at the mouth portion 20 of the container body 10, and the straw member 11 has a straw portion 30 and a ventilation portion 31. As a result, the subject can hold the straw portion 30 in addition, blow saliva into the straw portion 30, and store the saliva in the container body 10 through the straw portion 30. Further, the breath blown into the container body 10 can be discharged through the ventilation unit 31. As a result, the saliva of the subject smoothly flows into the inside of the container body 10 without leakage, and an appropriate amount of saliva can be easily and surely collected in a short time.
The straw member 11 is freely insertable inside the container body 10 and is configured to be freely lockable on the inner peripheral surface 70 of the container body 10. As a result, the straw member 11 can be easily attached to the container body 10.
The lid 12 has a release portion 140 that releases the locking of the straw member 11 to the inner peripheral surface 70 of the container body 10 when the lid 12 is attached to the container body 10, and the lid 12 is attached to the container body 10. It has a holding portion 141 for holding the straw member 11 that has been released from being locked. As a result, when the lid 12 is removed from the container body 10, the lid 12 holds the straw member 11 and is removed together with the straw member 11. As a result, the inspector can take out saliva inside the container body 10 without touching the straw member 11, which is hygienic.
The straw member 11 has a locking portion 41 that is locked to the inner peripheral surface 70 of the container body 10 and can be released by the releasing portion 140, and a held portion 43 that is held by the holding portion 141 of the lid body 12. ,have. As a result, the straw member 11 is suitably delivered from the container body 10 to the lid body 12.
The straw member 11 has an interlocking portion 42 that interlocks with the locking portion 41, and the interlocking portion 42 is configured to be disengaged by being pushed by the disengaging portion 140. As a result, the locking of the locking portion 41 is properly released. Further, since the straw member 11 is prevented from being unintentionally detached, accidental ingestion of the straw member 11 can be prevented.
The straw member 11 is located on the outer periphery of the straw portion 30 and has an annular portion 40 concentric with the straw portion 30, and the locking portion 41 and the held portion 43 are provided on the annular portion 40. With such a configuration, the locking portion 41 and the held portion 43 can be easily formed, and the straw member 11 can be made compact.
The straw member 11 has a plurality of arm portions 44 connecting the annular portion 40 and the straw portion 30, and the locking portion 41 is provided at a position where the arm portion 44 in the annular portion 40 is connected, and the interlocking portion 42 is provided. Is provided on the arm portion 44. As a result, the interlocking portion 42 can be arranged inside the locking portion 41, and the locking portion 41 can be appropriately moved inward by the interlocking portion 42 to appropriately release the locking of the locking portion 41.
The lid body 12 has a storage unit 110 for the storage liquid B and an open opening unit 112 configured to open the storage unit 110 and allow the storage liquid B of the storage unit 110 to flow inside the container body 10. It is provided inside the lid 12. This makes it possible to suitably perform an inspection using the storage solution B.
The lid body 12 has a cylindrical inner shell portion 100 and an outer shell portion 101 that houses and can fix the inner shell portion 100 inside, and the inner shell portion 100 has a storage portion with an open top surface. The 110 and the open portion 112 are provided inside the inner shell portion 100, and the outer shell portion 101 is the top surface of the storage portion 110 when the inner shell portion 100 is fixed inside the outer shell portion 101. Since the opening portion 112 is removable from the inner shell portion 100, the storage portion 110 can be suitably opened and closed.
The lid body 12 is configured so that when the lid body 12 is attached to the container body 10, the opening portion 112 is pushed and opened by the straw portion 30 of the straw member 11. With such a configuration, for example, it is not necessary to separately provide a member for opening the opening portion 112, the inspection kit 1 is miniaturized, and the structure is simplified.
Since the inspection kit 1 includes a display body 13 that displays the temperature state of the container body 10, it is possible to confirm whether the saliva A contained in the container body 10 or the container body 10 itself is within an appropriate temperature range. can.
Since the display body 13 is a ring member attached to the outer peripheral surface of the container body 10, the display body 13 can be easily attached. The display body 13 may be in the form of a sticker, which is an irreversible temperature indicating material that changes color at a specific temperature and does not return to the original color once the color changes.
