一种显示装置及胶带
本申请要求在2020年11月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为202022746610.X、申请名称为“一种显示装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示装置及胶带。
背景技术
显示装置(如液晶显示器)通常包括中框,以及分列于中框两侧的背板和显示面板,背板和显示面板之间通过多条首尾连接的泡棉胶带粘结,相邻的泡棉胶带之间在中框的拐角处拼接,但是,中框和泡棉胶带在实际生产过程中都存在公差,导致在中框的拐角处存在缝隙且难以消除。

发明内容
本申请公开了一种显示装置及胶带,用于消除泡棉胶带中的间隙,避免灰尘等异物进入显示面板后,确保显示画质。
为达到上述目的,本申请提供以下技术方案:
第一方面,提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括:

示例性地,具体地可参考图3,本申请实施例提供的显示装置01包括:显示面板10、中框20、背板40、胶带组件50和背光模组30,中框20呈环 形,中框20包括环形的围壁22和环形的支撑台21,支撑台21连接于围壁22的顶部,显示面板10设置于支撑台21上,且胶带组件50设置于显示面板10和支撑台21之间,以将显示面板10和支撑台21粘结固定。显示装置01还包括围壁22背离显示面板10的一侧还设有背板40,背板40和显示面板10之间设有背光模组30,背光模组30示例性地包括沿远离背板40的方向依次设置的反射片31、导光板32和光学膜材33,以为显示面板10提供背光。
参考图4,中框20具体呈矩形结构,围壁22和支撑台21均沿矩形轨迹延伸。胶带组件50包括首尾依次拼接的胶带51、胶带52、胶带53和胶带54,其中,胶带(51、52、53和54)的中部分别一一对应地与一个中框20的四个折角对应,胶带(51、52、53和54)与折角对应的位置有一个由避让缺口折叠形成的开口(g1、g2、g3和g4),如图5中的避让缺口U1折叠后形成图6中开口g1,并且,开口g1的两个侧边(对应于图5中的避让缺口U1的两个侧边)在支撑台21表面的正投影没有交叠,以确保避让缺口U1两侧的结构不会搭接形成比单层胶带较厚的冗余部。下面以胶带51为例,说明其结构和黏贴过程:
参考图5,胶带51包括胶带主体,胶带主体包括一体式结构的分段51a和分段51b,避让缺口U1形成于分段51a和分段51b的连接处,该避让缺口U1具体地可以包括侧边p1和侧边p2两个侧边,侧边p1和侧边p2均可以为直边,且侧边p1和侧边p2的夹角为β。在图5中,夹角β为90°,且侧边p1和侧边p2的长度相等。
参考图6,胶带51的表面还贴附有离型膜r1,离型膜r1略长于分段51a和分段51b的长度之和,离型膜r1粘附在胶带主体的表面,且离型膜r1的一端相对于胶带主体的对应端部凸出,以便于在将胶带51贴附在支撑台21上时,方便揭下离型膜r1。
参考图7a,将弯折分段51a和分段51b,使两者延伸方向的夹角大致为90°,以与支撑台21的折角位置相适应。分段51a靠近折角51b的端部与折角51b靠近折角51a的端部弯折连接形成弯折结构,开口g1位于该弯折结构 的内侧,其中,由于避让缺口U1的存在,在弯折分段51a和分段51b时,分段51a和分段51b的连接处向中间靠拢不会搭接形成凸起的冗余部,从而,避免显示面板10与支撑台21不能平整地贴合的情况。其中,侧边p1和侧边p2相互垂直可以确保分段51a和分段51b呈90°时,侧边p1和侧边p2恰好拼接在一起而不会形成凸起的冗余部。即侧边p1和侧边片之间的夹角为0°。
但是,应当理解的是,侧边p1和侧边p2相互垂直仅仅是示例性地。
理论上,避让缺口U1中夹角β只要满足以下条件:90°≤β<180,即可保证分段51a和分段51b弯折为90°时不会形成冗余部。β具体可以是90°、100°、120°、150°和175°。但是,为了确保避让缺口U1具有足够的深度又不至于避让缺口U1的宽度过大,(避让缺口U1的宽度过大会使胶带51有较长一段距离有较窄的宽度)可以将夹角β的条件可限制如下:90°≤β≤135,β具体可以是90°、100°、105°、110°、120°和135°。避让缺口U1折叠后形成的开口g1的两个侧边p1和p2之间的夹角α的范围介于0°至45°之间,具体可以是0°、10°、20°、30°和45°等。这仅仅是示例性地,只要确保开口g1的侧边p1和p2在中框上的正投影无交叠即可。在图7a中,夹角α为0°,在图7b中夹角α大于0°。
而为了分段51a和分段51b能够稳定连接,且同时兼顾避让缺口U1应有一定的深度,谷底至胶带51背离上述避让缺口U1的侧边的距离t具有一定的宽度,例如距离t介于0.2mm至0.5mm之间,具体可以是0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm和0.5mm。避让缺口U1折叠后,开口g1的底部与胶带51a的另一侧边之间的距离也是t,t介于0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
应当理解的是,侧边p1和侧边p2长度相等仅仅是示例性地,可以确保分段51a和分段51b弯折为90°时,两者可以对齐,但两者长度也可以不相等。
其中,胶带52、胶带53和胶带54的结构和设置方式参考胶带51。
通过使胶带组件50包括胶带51、胶带52、胶带53和胶带54多条胶带,每个胶带的中部设置一个避让缺口,只需要使每个胶带的中部的避让缺口与 中框20的一个折角对应即可,对于每条胶带的尺寸公差要求较低,便于生产。而如果在一条胶带上间隔设置多个避让缺口,侧对于两个相邻避让缺口之间的间距要求较高,不允许存在较大的误差,否则,难以分别与对应的中框折角对位。
此外,胶带组件50包括四条胶带仅仅是示例性地,中框20也可以有6个或者其他数量。

还可以在两条经过中框20的折角的胶带之间增添一条或多条沿直线延伸的胶带,且每相邻的两条胶带都是通过端部拼接。
参考图8和图9,胶带组件50还可以仅包括一条胶带55,胶带55的同一侧间隔设置避让缺口U1’、避让缺口U2’、避让缺口U3’和避让缺口U4’,避让缺口U1’、避让缺口U2’、避让缺口U3’和避让缺口U4’折叠后依次形成开口g1’、开口g2’、开口g3’和开口g3’,避让缺口U1’、避让缺口U2’、避让缺口U3’和避让缺口U4’分别与中框20的四个折角对应设置,设置形式可参考避让缺口U1形式。胶带55的避让缺口数量可以随中框20的折角的数量调整,如3个、5个或其他数量。胶带组件50还可以仅包括一条胶带55时,仅需要将胶带55的一端与另一端拼接对位即可,而不需要多次拼接对位。
胶带组件50只要包括至少一个通过端部首尾拼接的胶带;端部拼接的形式可以有多种,每一对拼接的端部中,一个端部在宽度方向上的投影与另一个端部在宽度方向上的投影交叠,以确保通过转动胶带的一个分段绕折角位置转动,使上述每对拼接的端部可以接触,消除缝隙,避免灰尘进入。
下面对相邻胶带拼接的具体形式进行介绍。图10a表示出图4中B处胶带51和胶带52对位前的示意图,胶带51靠近胶带52的端部形成V字型凸起D1,V字型凸起D1由呈夹角设置的侧边f3和侧边f4围成,胶带52靠近胶带51的端部具有V字型凹陷V1,V字型凹陷V1具有呈夹角设置的侧边f1和侧边f2,由于存在制造公差,侧边f3与侧边f1,以及,侧边f2与侧边 非之间存在配合缝隙。为此,在拼接胶带51和胶带52时,如图10b,应案顺时针(T1方向)转动胶带52绕避让缺口U1所在位置摆动,V字型凸起D1的侧边f1与V字型凹陷V1的侧边f3接触。类似地,参考图10c,逆时针(T2方向)转动形成V字型凸起D1的端部,V字型凸起D1的侧边f2与V字型凹陷V1的侧边f4接触。只要每一对拼接的端部中,一个端部具有V字型凹陷,另一个端部具有V字型凸起,且V字型凸起配合于V字型凹陷中,并与V字型凹陷的边缘拼接即可。
参考图11,以拼接胶带51和胶带52为例,相互拼接的端部还可以有以下拼接形式:胶带51的端部形成倾斜边C1,胶带52的端部形成倾斜边C2,在拼接过程中也可以通过摆动胶带51使倾斜边C1与倾斜边C2相互接触。
参考图12,再如,胶带51的端部剪裁形成矩形凸起E1,胶带52的端部剪裁形成矩形凸起E2,矩形凸起E1位于胶带51的端部偏上位置,矩形凸起E2位于胶带52的端部偏下位置,在拼接过程中也可以通过摆动胶带51使矩形凸起E1与矩形凸起E2相互接触。矩形凸起E1与矩形凸起E2交错设置,且宽度之和等于胶带51的宽度和胶带52的宽度,其它对拼接的端部中,可参考胶带51的端部和胶带52的端部。
基于相同的申请构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种胶带,该胶带包括胶带主体,胶带主体具有至少一个避让缺口,避让缺口用于与中框的折角对应,当胶带主体在避让缺口处弯折时,避让缺口的两个侧边在中框上的投影无交叠。
该胶带的具体实施方式可以参考前述实施例提供的显示装置中的胶带。例如针对图5、图6和图8对应的实施例。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    显示面板、胶带组件和中框,所述中框呈环形、且具有多个折角,所述显示面板安装于所述中框,所述胶带组件位于所述中框和所述显示面板之间、且沿所述中框的边缘延伸,所述胶带组件位于每个所述折角的部分具有弯折结构,弯折结构为由具有开口的一体结构在开口处弯折而形成的结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述开口的两个侧边之间的夹角α满足:0°≤α≤45°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,每个所述开口的底端至对应胶带中背离所述开口的侧边之间的距离介于0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶带组件包括至少一个通过端部首尾拼接的胶带;
    每一对拼接的所述端部中,一个端部在宽度方向上的投影与另一个端部在宽度方向上的投影交叠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶带组件包括多条胶带,其中,所述多条胶带与所述多个折角一一对应。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶带组件包括一条胶带,其中,所述胶带与所述多个折角分别对应。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,每一对拼接的所述端部中,一个端部具有V字型凹陷,另一个端部具有V字型凸起,且所述V字型凸起配合于所述V字型凹陷中,并与所述V字型凹陷的边缘接触。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,每一对拼接的所述端部中,每个所述端部形成倾斜边,一个所述端部的倾斜边与另一个所述端部的倾斜边接触。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,每一对拼接的所述端部中,每个端部具有一个矩形凸起,且一个端部的矩形凸起与另一个端部的 矩形凸起交错设置且接触。
  10. 一种胶带,其特征在于,包括胶带主体,所述胶带主体具有至少一个用于避免形成冗余部的避让缺口,当所述胶带主体在所述避让缺口处弯折时,所述避让缺口的两个侧边在中框上的投影无交叠。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的胶带,其特征在于,所述避让缺口由夹角呈β的两条侧边围成,其中,所述夹角β满足:90°≤β≤135°。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的胶带,其特征在于,所述胶带还包括离型膜,所述离型膜粘附在所述胶带主体的表面,且所述离型膜的一端相对于所述胶带主体的对应端部凸出。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的胶带,其特征在于,每个所述避让缺口的谷底至所述胶带背离所述避让缺口的侧边之间的距离介于0.2mm至0.5mm之间。
