Abstract

本申请提供了一种壳体组件、空调室外机和空调设备。壳体组件包括:面板,面板包括多个子面板,多个子面板包括第一子面板和至少一个第二子面板,第一子面板与空调室外机的电控盒适配,用于遮挡电控盒。本申请提供的壳体组件,维修电控盒时,只需将第一子面板拆下,即可露出电控盒,进而对电控盒进行维修,而无需像现有技术一样拆卸两块面板才能露出电控盒,从而降低了电控维修的难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。

壳体组件、空调室外机和空调设备
本申请要求于2020年11月24日提交到中国国家知识产权局的申请号为202022743527.7、发明名称为“壳体组件、空调室外机和空调设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及空调设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种壳体组件、一种空调室外机和一种空调设备。
背景技术
目前,如图1所示,空调室外机的面板一般分为上下两块设计,即包括上面板21’和下面板22’,而电控盒靠近机身中间高度放置,导致维修电控盒时需要将两块面板都拆开,操作较为不便。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题至少之一,本申请的一个目的在于提供一种壳体组件。
本申请的另一个目的在于提供一种包括上述壳体组件的空调室外机。
本申请的又一个目的在于提供一种包括上述空调室外机的空调设备。
为了实现上述目的,根据本申请第一方面的一个实施例,提供了一种壳体组件,适用于空调室外机,壳体组件包括:面板,面板包括多个子面板,多个子面板包括第一子面板和至少一个第二子面板,第一子面板与空调室外机的电控盒适配,用于遮挡电控盒。
本申请第一方面的实施例提供的壳体组件,包括面板,面板包括第一子面板,由于第一子面板与空调室外机的电控盒适配,因而维修电控盒时,只需将第一子面板拆下,即可露出电控盒,进而对电控盒进行维修,而无需像现有技术那样拆卸两块面板才能露出电控盒,从而降低了电控维修的难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。
此外,相较于设置一块大面积的面板来遮挡电控盒及其他部件的方案,本方案在对应电控盒的位置单独设置一块适配电控盒的第一子面板,有利于减小第一子面板的尺寸,从而降低第一子面板的重量,这也有利于降低操作人员进行电控维修时拆卸第一子面板及维修后安装第一子面板时的难度,从而进一步降低电控维修的难度,并进一步提高电控维修的便利性。
另外,本申请提供的上述技术方案中的壳体组件还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
根据本申请的一个实施例,壳体组件包括机壳,面板与机壳可拆卸连接,第二子面板与机壳中的一者设有卡钩,另一者设有插孔,卡钩与插孔插接配合;其中,卡钩包括:连接部,与第二子面板或机壳相连;第一钩接部,与连接部转折相连,并穿设于插孔;第二钩接部,与连接部转折相连,并穿设于插孔,且第二钩接部的转折方向与第一钩接部的转折方向相反。
壳体组件包括机壳,机壳内用于安装电控盒、换热器等部件,面板与机壳可拆卸连接,对机壳内的电控盒、换热器等部件进行遮挡,保证空调室外机外观的完整性。第二子面板与机壳中的一者设有卡钩,另一者设有插孔,即:第二子面板设有卡钩,机壳设有插孔;或者第二子面板设有插孔,机壳设有卡钩。在装配过程中,将卡钩***插孔,即可实现第二子面板与机壳的钩接相连,对第二子面板起到良好的定位作用,实现第二子面板与机壳的良好对位,防止第二子面板相对机壳随意运动,从而便于后续装配工序中螺钉等紧固件的装配,进而降低了第二子面板的装配难度,有利于提高空调室外机的装配效率。
其中,卡钩包括连接部、第一钩接部和第二钩接部。对于卡钩设在第二子面板上的方案,连接部与第二子面板相连,实现卡钩与第二子面板的连接功能。对于卡钩设在机壳上的方案,连接部与机壳相连,实现卡钩与机壳的连接功能。第一钩接部与连接部转折相连,形成一个钩状结构,使得第二子面板与机壳能够通过该钩状结构相钩接。第二钩接部与连接部转折相连,且向相反的方向转折,形成另一个钩状结构,使得第二子面板与机壳也能够通过该钩状结构相钩接。由于两个钩状结构的方向相反,因而第二子面板既可以通过第一钩接部钩接于机壳,也可以通过第二钩接部钩接于机壳,从而降低了第二子面板的装配难度,有利于进一步提高产品的装配效率。
进一步地,连接部的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个。比如:连接部的数量为一个,则卡钩形成T形结构;连接部的数量为两个,则卡钩包括两个方向相反的L形结构。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第一钩接部与第二钩接部结构相同,且第一钩接部与第二钩接部呈镜面对称设置在连接部的两侧。
第一钩接部和第二钩接部结构相同,且第一钩接部和第二钩接部呈镜面对称设置在连接部的两侧,使得卡钩结构较为规整,便于加工成型。同时,由于子面板一般为对称结构,这样设置便于第二子面板颠倒180°后仍然能够通过卡钩与插孔的配合,实现与机壳的装配定位,从而便于根据第二子面板的位置合理选择第二子面板的装配方向,有利于提高第二子面板的通用性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,机壳内设有安装腔,安装腔的一端敞口,安装腔的敞口端包括第一开口和第二开口,第一开口与电控盒对应设置,第二子面板与第二开口适配;第二开口的数量为多个,第二子面板的数量为多个,多个第二子面板与多个第二开口一一对应;第一子面板和多个第二子面板沿机壳的高度方向排布,且第一子面板的两侧分别分布有至少一个第二子面板。
在该实施例中,机壳的安装腔的一端敞口,便于通过安装腔的敞口端方便快捷地将换热器、电控盒等零部件装入机壳内,然后再装上面板,对安装腔的敞口端进行封盖,以保证空调室外机外观的完整性。安装腔的敞口端包括第一开口和第二开口。相应地,面板包括一个第一子面板和至少一个第二子面板。第一开口与电控盒对应设置,因而第一子面板与安装腔的第一开口适配,能够封盖安装腔的第一开口,从而遮挡电控盒。第二子面板与安装腔的第二开口适配,能够封盖安装腔的第二开口,从而能够封盖安装腔的其他部位的开口,进而保证面板能够封盖安装腔的敞口端。具体在维修电控盒时,只需将第一子面板拆下即可,而无需拆卸第二子面板,因而操作较为便利,降低了操作人员的操作难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。同时,第二开口和第二子面板的设置,也便于对换热器或者其他零部件进行维修。
其中,第二开口的数量为多个,第二子面板的数量相应也为多个,多个第二子面板与多个第二开口一一对应,保证各第二开口均能够被封盖。同时,第一子面板及多个第二子面板沿机壳的高度方向(即上下方向)排布,且第一子 面板的两侧分别分布有至少一个第二子面板,则第一子面板位于面板的相对靠近中间的位置。由于空调室外机的产品特点,换热器一般靠近机身下端放置,电控盒靠近中间放置。因此,相对靠近中间的第一子面板的位置,与现有空调室外机的电控盒的位置相对应,则机壳的内部结构可以采用现有设计,从而减少了壳体组件的开模费用,有利于节约成本。
根据本申请的一个实施例,安装腔设有第三开口,第三开口与安装腔的敞口端相背设置,壳体组件还包括:背板,背板与机壳可拆卸连接,用于打开或关闭第三开口。
安装腔设有第三开口,且第三开口与安装腔的敞口端相背设置,则安装腔的敞口端位于机壳的前部,第三开口位于机壳的背部。相应地,壳体组件还包括背板,背板与机壳可拆卸连接,对第三开口进行封盖,保证空调室外机外观的完整性。而当需要对机壳内靠近后部的部件进行检修时,可以拆掉背板进行检修,从而降低了空调室外机的维修难度,提高了空调室外机的维修便利性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,背板与第二子面板结构相同。
背板与第二子面板结构相同,即:背板与第二子面板是相同的零部件,则背板与第二子面板通用,有效提高了产品零部件的通用性。这样能够减少零部件开模的数量,从而减少开模费用,进而进一步节约生产成本。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第一子面板的顶部设有翻边,位于第一子面板上侧且与第一子面板相邻设置的第二子面板记为顶部子面板,顶部子面板的底部设有插槽,翻边与插槽插接配合。
在第一子面板的顶部设置翻边,在顶部子面板的底部对应设置插槽,电控维修完毕后,安装第一子面板时,可以先将第一子面板的翻边***至顶部子面板底部的插槽内。这样能够对第一子面板起到一定的定位作用,便于第一子面板与机壳之间的对位,从而提高装配效率。同时,在整机装配过程中,翻边与插槽的配合,也有利于顶部子面板、第一子面板及机壳之间的准确对位,因而也有利于提高整机的装配效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,翻边与插槽间隙配合,以使第一子面板适于相对机壳旋转;位于第一子面板下侧且与第一子面板相邻设置的第二子面板记为底部子面板,底部子面板的顶部与第一子面板的底部支撑配合。
翻边与插槽采用间隙配合的方式,使得第一子面板能够相对机壳转动。这样,安装第一子面板的过程中,当翻边***插槽后,可以将第一子面板的下端向靠近机壳的方向转动,直至第一子面板的底部依靠重力卡在底部子面板的顶部,从而实现第一子面板的定位和固位,操作方式简单快捷,这样后续装配紧固件时,无需手扶第一子面板,有利于提高产品的装配效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,子面板包括:板体;和折板,折板与板体的端部相连,且折板设有用于安装紧固件的连接孔。
子面板包括板体和折板。板体用于封盖安装腔的对应的开口部位,保证空调室外机外观的完整性。折板设有连接孔,连接孔用于安装螺钉等紧固件,使得折板能够与机壳等结构通过螺钉等紧固件相连,连接强度高,固定牢靠,能够保证子面板与机壳等结构的连接可靠性。同时,紧固件也可以重复拆装,实现了子面板与机壳等结构的可拆卸连接。
根据本申请的一个实施例,壳体组件包括紧固件,折板通过紧固件与壳体组件的机壳相连;以垂直于板体的厚度方向的平面为投影面,紧固件在投影面内的正投影记为第一正投影,板体在投影面内的正投影记为第二正投影,第一正投影位于第二正投影内。
在该实施例中,由于折板通过紧固件与机壳相连,因而折板至少部分位于板体的后侧。板体的厚度方向一般为空调室外机的前后方向,因而投影面为竖直面,第一正投影为紧固件从前向后的正投影,第二正投影为板体从前向后的正投影。当第一正投影位于第二正投影内时,表明紧固件在竖直面内的正投影完全位于板体在竖直面内的正投影的范围内。这样,从空调室外机的正面观察时,紧固件完全被板体遮挡,因而从空调室外机的正面看不到螺钉等紧固件,从而实现了紧固件的隐藏式设计,提高了空调室外机的美观度。同时,该方案也无需额外设计遮挡紧固件的外面板或者其他部件,从而减少了空调室外机的零部件数量,节约了生产成本。
根据本申请的一个实施例,折板包括:第一连接板,第一连接板的一端与板体的端部相连,第一连接板的另一端向靠近板体的中部的方向倾斜设置;和第二连接板,第二连接板与第一连接板的另一端转折相连且向远离板体的中部的方向倾斜设置,且第二连接板与第一连接板围设出避让空间,第二连接板与 机壳通过紧固件相连,紧固件的头部位于避让空间内。
折板包括第一连接板和第二连接板。第一连接板的一端与板体的端部相连,实现折板与板体的连接功能。第一连接板的另一端向靠近板体的中部的方向倾斜设置,即第一连接板向板体的内侧方向倾斜设置,则从机壳的前侧观察时,第一连接板能够被板体遮挡。第二连接板与第一连接板的另一端转折相连,并与机壳通过紧固件相连,实现子面板与机壳的紧固连接。由于第二连接板与第一连接板围设出避让空间,紧固件的头部位于避让空间内,因而装配完成后从机壳的前侧观察时,紧固件也能够被板体遮挡。如此,该方案实现了紧固件的隐藏式设计,从而提高了壳体组件的美观度。此外,由于第二连接板向远离板体的中部的方向倾斜设置,使得第二连接板与板体在空调室外机的侧面形成了锐角结构,这样便于多台空调室外机并排设置时,操作人员可以从机器正面的侧方打入紧固件,从而降低操作难度,提高工作效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所有的子面板的避让空间相互贯通。
所有的子面板的避让空间相互贯通时,方便雨水顺畅排出,减少空调室外机积水导致紧固件等结构发生锈蚀的情况,从而有利于延长产品的使用寿命。同时,排出的雨水也可以带走紧固件的锈渍或灰尘,使得空调室外机的外观更加整洁。
根据本申请第二方面的一个实施例,提供了一种空调室外机,包括:如第一方面实施例中任一项的壳体组件;和电控盒,电控盒与壳体组件的第一子面板对应设置,并被第一子面板遮挡。
本申请第二方面的实施例提供的空调室外机,因包括第一方面实施例中任一项提供的壳体组件,因而具有上述任一实施例所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。
根据本申请第三方面的一个实施例,提供了一种空调设备,包括:空调室内机;和如第二方面实施例的空调室外机,空调室外机与空调室内机相连。
本申请第三方面的实施例提供的空调设备,因包括第二方面实施例提供的空调室外机,因而具有上述任一实施例所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。

为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情 况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,但是,本申请还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本申请的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图2至图8描述本申请一些实施例提供的壳体组件、空调室外机和空调设备。
本申请第一方面的一个实施例提供了一种壳体组件100,适用于空调室外机200。该壳体组件100包括:面板2。
具体地,如图2所示,该面板2包括多个子面板20,多个子面板20包括第一子面板21和至少一个第二子面板22,如图2所示。该第一子面板21与空调室外机200的电控盒210适配,用于遮挡电控盒210。
本申请第一方面的实施例提供的壳体组件100,包括面板2,面板2包括第一子面板21,由于第一子面板21与空调室外机200的电控盒210适配,因而维修电控盒210时,只需将第一子面板21拆下,即可露出电控盒210,进而对电控盒210进行维修,而无需像现有技术那样拆卸两块面板2才能露出电控盒210,从而降低了电控维修的难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。
具体地,第一子面板21具体与电控盒210的盒盖适配,当拆下第一子面板21后,即可看到电控盒210的盒盖,打开电控盒210的盒盖,即可对电控盒210内的结构进行维修或更换。此外,相较于设置一块大面积的面板2来遮挡电控盒210及其他部件的方案,本方案在对应电控盒210的位置单独设置一块适配电控盒210的第一子面板21,有利于减小第一子面板21的尺寸,从而降低第一子面板21的重量,这也有利于降低操作人员进行电控维修时拆卸第一子面板21及维修后安装第一子面板21时的难度,从而进一步降低电控维修的难度,并进一步提高电控维修的便利性。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,如图3所示,壳体组件100包括机壳1,如图2所示,面板2与机壳1可拆卸连接。该第二子面板22与该机壳1中的一者设有卡钩221,另一者设有插孔131,该卡钩221与该插孔131插接配合。
壳体组件100包括机壳1,机壳1内用于安装电控盒210、换热器等部件, 面板2与机壳1可拆卸连接,对机壳1内的电控盒210、换热器等部件进行遮挡,保证空调室外机外观的完整性。第二子面板22与机壳1中的一者设有卡钩221,另一者设有插孔131,即:第二子面板22设有卡钩221,机壳1设有插孔131,如图3所示;或者,第二子面板22设有插孔131,机壳1设有卡钩221。
在装配过程中,将卡钩221***插孔131,即可实现第二子面板22与机壳1的钩接相连,对第二子面板22起到良好的定位作用,实现第二子面板22与机壳1的良好对位,防止第二子面板22相对机壳1随意运动,从而便于后续装配工序中螺钉等紧固件4的装配,进而降低了第二子面板22的装配难度,有利于提高空调室外机200的装配效率。
在本申请的一个实施例中,具体地,如图3所示,该卡钩221包括:连接部2211、第一钩接部2212和第二钩接部2213。
其中,连接部2211与该第二子面板22或该机壳1相连。第一钩接部2212与该连接部2211转折相连,并穿设于该插孔131。第二钩接部2213与该连接部2211转折相连,并穿设于该插孔131,且该第二钩接部2213的转折方向与该第一钩接部2212的转折方向相反。
卡钩221包括连接部2211、第一钩接部2212和第二钩接部2213。对于卡钩221设在第二子面板22上的方案,连接部2211与第二子面板22相连,实现卡钩221与第二子面板22的连接功能。对于卡钩221设在机壳1上的方案,连接部2211与机壳1相连,实现卡钩221与机壳1的连接功能。第一钩接部2212与连接部2211转折相连,形成一个钩状结构,使得第二子面板22与机壳1能够通过该钩状结构相钩接。第二钩接部2213与连接部2211转折相连,且向相反的方向转折,形成另一个钩状结构,使得第二子面板22与机壳1也能够通过该钩状结构相钩接。由于两个钩状结构的方向相反,因而第二子面板22既可以通过第一钩接部2212钩接于机壳1,也可以通过第二钩接部2213钩接于机壳1,从而降低了第二子面板22的装配难度,有利于进一步提高产品的装配效率。
进一步地,连接部2211的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个。比如:连接部2211的数量为一个,则卡钩221形成T形结构;连接部2211的数量为两个, 则卡钩221包括两个方向相反的L形结构。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该第一钩接部2212和该第二钩接部2213沿该机壳1的高度方向排布,如图3所示。
第一钩接部2212和第二钩接部2213沿机壳1的高度方向排布,而机壳1的高度方向一般为上下方向,因而第一钩接部2212和第二钩接部2213设在连接部2211的上下两侧。装配过程中,卡钩221可以沿水平方向***插孔131,而第二子面板22可以在重力的作用下,依靠位于下侧的钩状结构与机壳1实现钩接相连。如此,机壳1能够对第二子面板22起到支撑作用,从而减少操作人员施加的作用力,进而降低操作人员的操作难度,进一步提高产品的装配效率。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该卡钩221的数量为多个,多个该卡钩221分为两组,两组该卡钩221绕对应的第二子面板22的中心线呈中心对称排布。
将卡钩221的数量设计为多个,则插孔131的数量相应也为多个,且多个插孔131与多个卡钩221一一对应设置。这样便于利用多个卡钩221与多个插孔131的配合,实现机壳1与第二子面板22的良好装配定位。同时,多个卡钩221分为两组,且两组卡钩221绕对应的第二子面板22的中心线呈中心对称排布,则第二子面板22绕其中心线旋转180°后,两组卡钩221仍然能够与两组插孔131一一对应实现配合,使得机壳1仍然能够通过卡钩221与插孔131相配合,这样便于根据产品需要合理选择第二子面板22的装配方式,有利于提高第二子面板22的通用性。其中,第二子面板22的中心线指的是垂直于第二子面板22的板面中心的直线,该直线也垂直于对应的第二开口112所在的平面,并经过对应的第二开口112所在的平面的中心的直线。
另外,卡钩221的数量一般为偶数个,上下对称设置,左右对称设置。这样,第二子面板22在装配时可以上下随意旋转,使得卡钩221可以旋转360°安装于插孔131中。换言之,第二子面板22上下颠倒180°后,依然可以通过卡钩221与插孔131的配合,实现与机壳1的钩接相连。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,第一钩接部2212与第二钩接部2213结构相同,且第一钩接部2212与第二钩接部2213呈镜面对称设置在连接部 2211的两侧,如图3所示。
第一钩接部2212和第二钩接部2213结构相同,且第一钩接部2212和第二钩接部2213呈镜面对称设置在连接部2211的两侧,使得卡钩221结构较为规整,便于加工成型。同时,由于子面板20一般为对称结构,这样设置便于第二子面板22颠倒180°后仍然能够通过卡钩221与插孔131的配合,实现与机壳1的装配定位,从而便于根据第二子面板22的位置合理选择第二子面板22的装配方向,有利于提高第二子面板22的通用性。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,机壳1内设有安装腔11,安装腔11的一端敞口,安装腔11的敞口端包括第一开口111和第二开口112,第一开口111与电控盒210对应设置,第二子面板22与第二开口112适配。
进一步地,该第二开口112的数量为多个,如图1所示。该第二子面板22的数量为多个,如图4所示。多个该第二子面板22与多个该第二开口112一一对应。该第一子面板21和多个该第二子面板22沿该机壳1的高度方向排布,如图4所示,且该第一子面板21的两侧分别分布有至少一个该第二子面板22。
在该实施例中,机壳1的安装腔11的一端敞口,便于通过安装腔11的敞口端方便快捷地将换热器、电控盒210等零部件装入机壳1内,然后再装上面板2,对安装腔11的敞口端进行封盖,以保证空调室外机外观的完整性。
安装腔11的敞口端包括第一开口111和第二开口112。相应地,面板2包括一个第一子面板21和至少一个第二子面板22。第一开口111与电控盒210对应设置,因而第一子面板21与安装腔11的第一开口111适配,能够封盖安装腔11的第一开口111,从而遮挡电控盒210。第二子面板22与安装腔11的第二开口112适配,能够封盖安装腔11的第二开口112,从而能够封盖安装腔11的其他部位的开口,进而保证面板2能够封盖安装腔11的敞口端。
具体在维修电控盒210时,只需将第一子面板21拆下即可,而无需拆卸第二子面板22,因而操作较为便利,降低了操作人员的操作难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。
同时,第二开口112和第二子面板22的设置,也便于对换热器或者其他零部件进行维修。
其中,第二开口112的数量为多个,第二子面板22的数量相应也为多个,多个第二子面板22与多个第二开口112一一对应,保证各第二开口112均能够被封盖。同时,第一子面板21及多个第二子面板22沿机壳1的高度方向(即上下方向)排布,且第一子面板21的两侧分别分布有至少一个第二子面板22,则第一子面板21位于面板2的相对靠近中间的位置。由于空调室外机200的产品特点,换热器一般靠近机身下端放置,电控盒210靠近中间放置。因此,相对靠近中间的第一子面板21的位置,与现有空调室外机200的电控盒210的位置相对应,则机壳1的内部结构可以采用现有设计,从而减少了壳体组件100的开模费用,有利于节约成本。
在本申请的一个实施例中,该安装腔11设有第三开口113,如图2所示。该第三开口113与该安装腔11的敞口端相背设置。该壳体组件100还包括:背板3,如图2、图5和图6所示。该背板3与该机壳1可拆卸连接,用于打开或关闭该第三开口113。
安装腔11设有第三开口113,且第三开口113与安装腔11的敞口端相背设置,则安装腔11的敞口端位于机壳1的前部,第三开口113位于机壳1的背部。相应地,壳体组件100还包括背板3,背板3与机壳1可拆卸连接,对第三开口113进行封盖,保证空调室外机200外观的完整性。而当需要对机壳1内靠近后部的部件进行检修时,可以拆掉背板3进行检修,从而降低了空调室外机200的维修难度,提高了空调室外机200的维修便利性。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该背板3与该第二子面板22结构相同,以使该背板3与该第二子面板22通用。
背板3与第二子面板22结构相同,即:背板3与第二子面板22是相同的零部件,则背板3与第二子面板22通用,有效提高了产品零部件的通用性。这样能够减少零部件开模的数量,从而减少开模费用,进而进一步节约生产成本。
参见图1所示,现有技术中,上面板21’以及下面板22’与背板24’是不同的零部件。因此,背板24’独立于上面板21’和下面板22’,需单独设计,单独开模制作,零部件通用性差,成本高。
而本实施例中,背板3与第二子面板22通用,因而无需单独设计背板3, 也无需单独开模制作背板3,因而提高了产品零部件的通用性,减少了开模费用,有利于节约生产成本。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该第一子面板21的顶部设有翻边211,如图3所示。位于该第一子面板21上侧且与该第一子面板21相邻设置的该第二子面板22记为顶部子面板23,如图2所示。该顶部子面板23的底部设有插槽,该翻边211与该插槽插接配合。
在第一子面板21的顶部设置翻边211,在顶部子面板23的底部对应设置插槽,电控维修完毕后,安装第一子面板21时,可以先将第一子面板21的翻边211***至顶部子面板23底部的插槽内。这样能够对第一子面板21起到一定的定位作用,便于第一子面板21与机壳1之间的对位,从而提高装配效率。同时,在整机装配过程中,翻边211与插槽的配合,也有利于顶部子面板23、第一子面板21及机壳1之间的准确对位,因而也有利于提高整机的装配效率。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该翻边211与该插槽间隙配合,以使该第一子面板21适于相对该机壳1旋转。位于该第一子面板21下侧且与该第一子面板21相邻设置的该第二子面板22记为底部子面板24,如图2所示。该底部子面板24的顶部与该第一子面板21的底部支撑配合。
翻边211与插槽采用间隙配合的方式,使得第一子面板21能够相对机壳1转动。这样,安装第一子面板21的过程中,当翻边211***插槽后,可以将第一子面板21的下端向靠近机壳1的方向转动,直至第一子面板21的底部依靠重力卡在底部子面板24的顶部,从而实现第一子面板21的定位和固位,操作方式简单快捷,这样后续装配紧固件4时,无需手扶第一子面板21,有利于提高产品的装配效率。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该子面板20包括:板体201和折板202,如图7所示。该折板202与该板体201的端部相连,且折板202设有用于安装紧固件4的连接孔2024。
子面板20包括板体201和折板202。板体201用于封盖安装腔11的对应的开口部位,保证空调室外机200外观的完整性。折板202设有连接孔2024,连接孔2024用于安装螺钉等紧固件4,使得折板202能够与机壳1等结构通过螺钉等紧固件4相连,连接强度高,固定牢靠,能够保证子面板20与机壳 1等结构的连接可靠性。同时,紧固件4也可以重复拆装,实现了子面板20与机壳1等结构的可拆卸连接。
在本申请的一个实施例中,壳体组件100包括紧固件4,折板202通过紧固件4与壳体组件100的机壳1相连。以垂直于板体201的厚度方向的平面为投影面,紧固件4在投影面内的正投影记为第一正投影,板体201在投影面内的正投影记为第二正投影,第一正投影位于第二正投影内。
在该实施例中,由于折板202通过紧固件4与机壳1相连,因而折板202至少部分位于板体201的后侧。板体201的厚度方向一般为空调室外机的前后方向,因而投影面为竖直面,第一正投影为紧固件4从前向后的正投影,第二正投影为板体201从前向后的正投影。当第一正投影位于第二正投影内时,表明紧固件4在竖直面内的正投影完全位于板体201在竖直面内的正投影的范围内。这样,从空调室外机的正面观察时,紧固件4完全被板体201遮挡,因而从空调室外机的正面看不到螺钉等紧固件4,从而实现了紧固件4的隐藏式设计,提高了空调室外机的美观度。同时,该方案也无需额外设计遮挡紧固件4的外面板或者其他部件,从而减少了空调室外机的零部件数量,节约了生产成本。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该折板202包括:第一连接板2021和第二连接板2022,如图7所示。
其中,该第一连接板2021的一端与该板体201的端部相连,该第一连接板2021的另一端向靠近该板体201的中部的方向倾斜设置。该第二连接板2022与该第一连接板2021的另一端转折相连且向远离板体201的中部的方向倾斜设置,且该第二连接板2022与该第一连接板2021围设出避让空间2023,如图7所示。该第二连接板2022与该机壳1通过该紧固件4相连,该紧固件4的头部位于该避让空间2023内。
折板202包括第一连接板2021和第二连接板2022。第一连接板2021的一端与板体201的端部相连,实现折板202与板体201的连接功能。第一连接板2021的另一端向靠近板体201的中部的方向倾斜设置,即第一连接板2021向板体201的内侧方向倾斜设置,则从机壳1的前侧观察时,第一连接板2021能够被板体201遮挡。第二连接板2022与第一连接板2021的另一端转折相连, 并与机壳1通过紧固件4相连,实现子面板20与机壳1的紧固连接。由于第二连接板2022与第一连接板2021围设出避让空间2023,紧固件4的头部位于避让空间2023内,因而装配完成后从机壳1的前侧观察时,紧固件4也能够被板体201遮挡,如图4所示。如此,该方案实现了紧固件4的隐藏式设计,如图4所示,从而提高了壳体组件100的美观度。
此外,由于第二连接板2022向远离板体201的中部的方向倾斜设置,使得第二连接板2022与板体201在空调室外机的侧面形成了锐角结构,这样便于多台空调室外机并排设置时,操作人员可以从机器正面的侧方打入紧固件4,从而降低操作难度,提高工作效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所有的子面板20的避让空间2023相互贯通。
所有的子面板20的避让空间2023相互贯通时,方便雨水顺畅排出,减少空调室外机积水导致紧固件4等结构发生锈蚀的情况,从而有利于延长产品的使用寿命。同时,排出的雨水也可以带走紧固件4的锈渍或灰尘,使得空调室外机的外观更加整洁。
在本申请的一个实施例中,该第二连接板2022与该第一连接板2021相互垂直,如图7所示。
第二连接板2022与第一连接板2021相互垂直,有利于提高折板202的强度,降低第二连接板2022和第一连接板2021发生变形的风险,从而提高机壳1与子面板20的连接强度和连接可靠性。
在本申请的一个实施例中,进一步地,该机壳1包括:侧板14和折边13,如图7所示。该折边13与该侧板14相连,并与该第二连接板2022相互平行,该折边13与该第二连接板2022通过该紧固件4相连。
机壳1包括侧板14和折边13,侧板14的数量为两个,两个侧板14分别位于机壳1的左右两端。折边13与侧板14的端部相连,且折边13与第二连接板2022相互平行,并与第二连接板2022通过紧固件4相连,便于装配,并保证子面板20与机壳1的连接可靠性。具体地,折边13设有连接孔2024,第二连接板2022设有连接孔2024,紧固件4穿过折边13的连接孔2024和第二连接板2022的连接孔2024,即可实现机壳1与子面板20的紧固连接。
如图2所示,本申请第二方面的一个实施例提供了一种空调室外机200, 包括:如第一方面实施例中任一项提供的壳体组件100和电控盒210。该电控盒210与壳体组件100的第一子面板21对应设置,并被第一子面板21遮挡。
在本申请的一个实施例中,该空调室外机200为多联式空调室外机。当然,本申请提供的空调室外机200不局限于多联式空调室外机,也可以为普通空调室外机。
本申请第二方面的实施例提供的空调室外机200,因包括第一方面实施例中任一项提供的壳体组件100,在维修电控盒210时,只需将第一子面板21拆下,即可露出电控盒210,进而对位于电控盒210进行维修,而无需像现有技术一样拆卸两块面板才能露出电控盒210,从而降低了电控维修的难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。同时,该空调室外机200还具有上述任一实施例所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。
在本申请的一个实施例中,该空调室外机200为多联式空调室外机,该空调设备300为多联式空调设备。当然,本申请提供的空调室外机200不局限于多联式空调室外机,也可以为普通的空调室外机。相应地,该空调设备300不局限于多联式空调设备,也可以为普通的空调设备。
下面结合附图介绍一个具体实施例,并与现有技术进行对比。
图1是现有技术的空调室外机的分解结构示意图。由于空调室外机的产品特点,换热器一般靠近机身下端放置,电控盒靠近中间放置,前面板一般分上下两块设计,后上面板21’单独设计。在维修电控盒时,需拆开两块面板,操作不是很方便,同时零件通用性差。
换言之,现有技术的空调室外机的面板包括上面板21’和下面板22’。图1中的虚线方框示意了电控盒23’的位置。由于电控盒23’被上面板21’的下部和下面板22’的上部封盖,因而维修电控盒23’时需要将上面板21’和下面板22’同时拆下,导致操作不便。同时,背板24’不同于上面板21’和下面板22’,需单独设计,单独开模制作,因而零件通用性差,成本高。
而本具体实施例提供了一种空调室外机200,包括:壳体组件100和电控盒210。
该壳体组件100包括:机壳1和面板2。
具体地,如图2所示,该面板2包括多个子面板20,该多个子面板20包 括:该第一子面板21和至少一个第二子面板22,如图4所示。该第一子面板与该空调室外机200的电控盒210适配,用于遮挡电控盒210。
进一步地,该安装腔11的一端敞口,该安装腔11的敞口端包括第一开口111和第二开口112。第一开口111与电控盒210对应设置。第二子面板22与该第二开口112适配,用于打开或关闭该第二开口112。
具体地,该第二开口112的数量为两个,如图1所示。该第二子面板22的数量为两个,如图4所示。两个该第二子面板22与两个该第二开口112一一对应。该第一子面板21和多个该第二子面板22沿该机壳1的高度方向排布,如图4所示,且该第一子面板21的两侧分别分布有一个该第二子面板22。
进一步地,如图3所示,该第二子面板22设有卡钩221,该机壳1设有插孔131,该卡钩221与该插孔131插接配合。
具体地,如图3所示,该卡钩221包括:连接部2211、第一钩接部2212和第二钩接部2213。
其中,连接部2211与该第二子面板22或该机壳1相连。第一钩接部2212与该连接部2211转折相连,并穿设于该插孔131。第二钩接部2213与该连接部2211转折相连,并穿设于该插孔131,且该第二钩接部2213的转折方向与该第一钩接部2212的转折方向相反。
进一步地,该第一钩接部2212和该第二钩接部2213沿该机壳1的高度方向排布,如图3所示。
进一步地,一个第二子面板22的该卡钩221的数量为四个,四个该卡钩221分为两组,两组该卡钩221绕对应的第二子面板22的中心线呈中心对称排布。
进一步地,第一钩接部2212与第二钩接部2213结构相同,且第一钩接部2212与第二钩接部2213呈镜面对称设置在连接部2211的两侧,如图3所示。
进一步地,该安装腔11设有第三开口113,如图2所示。该第三开口113与该安装腔11的敞口端相背设置。该壳体组件100还包括:背板3,如图1、图5和图6所示。该背板3与该机壳1可拆卸连接,用于打开或关闭该第三开口113。
进一步地,该背板3与该第二子面板22结构相同,以使该背板3与该第 二子面板22通用。
进一步地,该第一子面板21的顶部设有翻边211,如图3所示。位于该第一子面板21上侧且与该第一子面板21相邻设置的该第二子面板22记为顶部子面板23,如图2所示。该顶部子面板23的底部设有插槽,该翻边211与该插槽插接配合。
进一步地,该翻边211与该插槽间隙配合,以使该第一子面板21适于相对该机壳1旋转。位于该第一子面板21下侧且与该第一子面板21相邻设置的该第二子面板22记为底部子面板24,如图2所示。该底部子面板24的顶部与该第一子面板21的底部支撑配合。
进一步地,该子面板20包括:板体201和折板202,如图7所示。该折板202与该板体201的端部相连,并与该机壳1通过紧固件4相连。
进一步地,以垂直于板体201的厚度方向的平面为投影面,紧固件4在投影面内的正投影记为第一正投影,板体201在投影面内的正投影记为第二正投影,第一正投影位于第二正投影内。
进一步地,该折板202包括:第一连接板2021和第二连接板2022,如图7所示。
其中,该第一连接板2021的一端与该板体201的端部相连,该第一连接板2021的另一端向靠近该板体201的中部的方向倾斜设置。该第二连接板2022与该第一连接板2021的另一端转折相连且向远离板体201的中部的方向倾斜设置,且该第二连接板2022与该第一连接板2021围设出避让空间2023,如图7所示。该第二连接板2022与该机壳1通过该紧固件4相连,该紧固件4的头部位于该避让空间2023内。
进一步地,所有的子面板20的避让空间2023相互贯通。
具体地,该第二连接板2022与该第一连接板2021相互垂直,如图7所示。
进一步地,该机壳1包括:侧板14和折边13,如图7所示。该折边13与该侧板14相连,并与该第二连接板2022相互平行,该折边13与该第二连接板2022通过该紧固件4相连。
如此,本具体实施例提出的空调室外机200的壳体组件100,其前部的面板2设计成三块,维修时只需拆下中间那块第一子面板21即可,从而提高维 修电控的便利性。
同时,位于上部的顶部子面板23与位于底部的底部子面板24、位于后部的背板3三个零件通用,提高了零件通用性及加工效率,减少开模费用。
顶部子面板23与底部子面板24的卡钩221采用上下***设计,可以360度旋转安装,提高了零件通用性及安装便利性。
位于中间的第一子面板21的上端设有翻边211,安装时上端先***至顶部面板2,下端再旋转往机身推进,靠自身重力卡在底部子面板24的上端,方便装配打螺钉时不用手扶。
此外,各子面板20侧面采用斜折弯设计(即:折板202),使得固定螺钉实现了正面隐藏式设计,从而提高整机美观性。
由此,本具体实施例提供的空调室外机200产生了以下效果:
(1)减少维修时拆卸的零件,效率高;
(2)零件通用性高,安装方便,提高生产效率,降低模具成本;
(3)面板2的固定螺钉采用隐藏式设计,提高整机的美观性。
如图8所示,本申请第三方面的一个实施例提供了一种空调设备300,包括:空调室内机310和如第二方面实施例提供的空调室外机200。该空调室外机200与该空调室内机310相连。
本申请第三方面的实施例提供的空调设备300,因包括第二方面实施例提供的空调室外机200,在维修电控盒210时,只需将第一子面板21拆下,即可露出电控盒210,进而对电控盒210进行维修,而无需像现有技术一样拆卸两块面板才能露出电控盒210,从而降低了电控维修的难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。同时,该空调设备300还具有上述任一实施例所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本申请提供的壳体组件、空调室外机和空调设备,其壳体组件包括面板,面板包括第一子面板,由于第一子面板与空调室外机的电控盒适配,因而维修电控盒时,只需将第一子面板拆下,即可露出电控盒,进而对电控盒进行维修,而无需像现有技术一样拆卸两块面板才能露出电控盒,从而降低了电控维修的难度,提高了电控维修的便利性。此外,相较于设置一块大面积的面板来封盖电控盒及其他部件的方案,本方案在对应电控盒的位置单独设置一 块适配电控盒的第一子面板,有利于减小第一子面板的尺寸,从而降低第一子面板的重量,这也有利于降低操作人员进行电控维修时拆卸第一子面板及维修后安装第一子面板时的难度,从而进一步降低电控维修的难度,进一步提高电控维修的便利性。
在本申请中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种壳体组件,适用于空调室外机,其中,所述壳体组件包括:
    面板,所述面板包括多个子面板,所述多个子面板包括第一子面板和至少一个第二子面板,所述第一子面板与所述空调室外机的电控盒适配,用于遮挡所述电控盒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述壳体组件包括机壳,所述面板与所述机壳可拆卸连接,所述第二子面板与所述机壳中的一者设有卡钩,另一者设有插孔,所述卡钩与所述插孔插接配合;
    其中,所述卡钩包括:
    连接部,与所述第二子面板或所述机壳相连;
    第一钩接部,与所述连接部转折相连,并穿设于所述插孔;
    第二钩接部,与所述连接部转折相连,并穿设于所述插孔,且所述第二钩接部的转折方向与所述第一钩接部的转折方向相反。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其中,
    所述第一钩接部与所述第二钩接部结构相同,且所述第一钩接部与所述第二钩接部呈镜面对称设置在所述连接部的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其中,所述机壳内设有安装腔,所述安装腔的一端敞口,所述安装腔的敞口端包括第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口与所述电控盒对应设置,所述第二子面板与所述第二开口适配;
    所述第二开口的数量为多个,所述第二子面板的数量为多个,多个所述第二子面板与多个所述第二开口一一对应;
    所述第一子面板和多个所述第二子面板沿所述机壳的高度方向排布,且所述第一子面板的两侧分别分布有至少一个所述第二子面板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其中,所述安装腔设有第三开口,所述第三开口与所述安装腔的敞口端相背设置,所述壳体组件还包括:
    背板,所述背板与所述机壳可拆卸连接,用于打开或关闭所述第三开口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其中,
    所述背板与所述第二子面板结构相同。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其中,
    所述第一子面板的顶部设有翻边,位于所述第一子面板上侧且与所述第一子面板相邻设置的所述第二子面板记为顶部子面板,所述顶部子面板的底部设有插槽,所述翻边与所述插槽插接配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的壳体组件,其中,
    所述翻边与所述插槽间隙配合,以使所述第一子面板适于相对所述机壳旋转;
    位于所述第一子面板下侧且与所述第一子面板相邻设置的所述第二子面板记为底部子面板,所述底部子面板的顶部与所述第一子面板的底部支撑配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的壳体组件,其中,所述子面板包括:
    板体;和
    折板,所述折板与所述板体的端部相连,且所述折板设有用于安装紧固件的连接孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的壳体组件,其中,
    所述壳体组件包括所述紧固件,所述折板通过所述紧固件与所述壳体组件的机壳相连;
    以垂直于所述板体的厚度方向的平面为投影面,所述紧固件在所述投影面内的正投影记为第一正投影,所述板体在所述投影面内的正投影记为第二正投影,所述第一正投影位于所述第二正投影内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的壳体组件,其中,所述折板包括:
    第一连接板,所述第一连接板的一端与所述板体的端部相连,所述第一连接板的另一端向靠近所述板体的中部的方向倾斜设置;和
    第二连接板,所述第二连接板与所述第一连接板的另一端转折相连且向远离所述板体的中部的方向倾斜设置,且所述第二连接板与所述第一连接板围设出避让空间,所述第二连接板与所述机壳通过所述紧固件相连,所述紧固件的头部位于所述避让空间内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其中,
    所有的所述子面板的避让空间相互贯通。
  13. 一种空调室外机,其中,包括:
    如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的壳体组件;和
    电控盒,所述电控盒与所述壳体组件的第一子面板对应设置,并被所述第一子面板遮挡。
  14. 一种空调设备,其中,包括:
    空调室内机;和
    如权利要求13所述的空调室外机,所述空调室外机与所述空调室内机相连。
