本发明中,将种子与药水从进料口27投入,打开电机23,电机23带动转轴24转动,转轴24带动螺旋叶片25转动,螺旋叶片25呈梯形结构,可使搅拌箱1底部的种子充分拌匀,转动螺纹把手4,螺纹把手4带动连接杆5 向搅拌箱1移动,连接杆5带动夹持板6向搅拌箱1移动,夹持板6和夹持块9均与搅拌箱1紧密接触,当搅拌箱1晃动时,搅拌箱1带动夹持块9左右晃动,夹持块9一侧的弹簧可使搅拌箱1的晃动力度减小,同时支撑柱3向下时,限位块11挤压压缩弹簧12,支撑柱3底部的连接杆20使第一滑块18和第二滑块19同时向相反方向移动,使得第一滑块18和第二滑块19在固定杆16上来回移动,减少的支撑柱3的压力,有效降低了搅拌箱1的晃动幅度,减少了噪音,当拌药完成后,可用力挤压隔板28,隔板28受到第一弹簧30的作用力向相反的方向弹出,此时第二弹簧32挤压,使卡块33移出卡块固定槽34,再抽出隔板28即可收集搅拌箱1内的物体,放置隔板28时,只需将隔板28向第一弹簧30的方向推,使卡块33进入卡块固定槽34即可。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种农业种子拌药装置,包括搅拌箱(1),其特征在于,所述搅拌箱(1)的底部连接有支撑架(2),支撑架(2)上固定连接支撑柱(3),支撑柱(3)上滑动安装有压缩弹簧(12)和固定块(11),压缩弹簧(12)的顶部与限位块(11)的底部固定连接,且压缩弹簧(12)的底部与支撑架(2)的顶部固定连接,所述支撑柱(3)上螺纹连接有螺纹把手(4),螺纹把手(4)与的一侧固定连接有连接杆(5),连接杆(5)的一侧固定连接有夹持板(6),所述夹持板(6)上固定连接有缓冲弹簧(8),缓冲弹簧(8)的一侧固定连接有夹持块(9),夹持板(6)与夹持块(9)均与搅拌箱(1)相接触,所述支撑架(2)的底部设置有缓冲室(13),支撑柱(3)贯穿支撑架(2)并且延伸至缓冲室(13)内,支撑柱(3)的底部固定连接有固定块(14),固定块(14)上转动连接有短轴(15),所述缓冲室(13)的内壁上固定连接有固定杆(16),固定杆(16)上设置有复位弹簧(17),复位弹簧(17)的两侧分别固定连接有第一滑块(18)和第二滑块(19),且第一滑块(18)和第二滑块(19)均与固定杆(16)滑动连接,所述第一滑块(18)和第二滑块(19)的顶部均固定连接有连接杆(20),两个连接杆(20)均与短轴(15)转动连接,所述缓冲室(13)的底部固定连接有底座(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种子拌药装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌箱(1)的顶部设置有电机室(22),电机室(22)上设置有电机(23),电机(23)得输出轴上固定连接有转轴(24),且转轴(24)贯穿搅拌箱(1)并且延伸至搅拌箱(1)的内部,转轴(24)上设置有螺旋叶片(25),搅拌箱(1)的底部设置有出料口(26),且出料口(26)上滑动连接有隔板(28)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种农业种子拌药装置,其特征在于,所述隔板(28)上固定连接有把手(35),搅拌箱(1)上开设有移动槽(29)和卡块固定槽(34),移动槽(29)上固定连接有第一弹簧(30),且隔板(28) 与第一弹簧(30)相配合,所述隔板(28)上开设有弹簧槽(31),弹簧槽(31)上固定连接有第二弹簧(32),第二弹簧(32)的一侧固定连接有卡块(33),卡块(33)与卡块固定槽(34)相契合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种子拌药装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌箱(1)的顶部设置有进料口(27)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种子拌药装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌箱(1)的内壁上设置有引流板,引流板呈倾斜状态,且引流板的一侧与出料口(26)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种农业种子拌药装置,其特征在于,所述卡块(33)呈梯型结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种子拌药装置,其特征在于,所述夹持板(6)上设置有防滑层(7),夹持块(9)上靠近搅拌箱(1)的一侧设置有橡胶层(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种子拌药装置,其特征在于,所述夹持板(6)呈V型结构。
