本申请实施例提供了一种灯杆连接组件。参考图1至图6,本申请实施例提供的灯杆连接组件100可包括:第一灯杆110、第二灯杆120和连接件130。第一灯杆110的侧壁可具有安装面1101,连接件130可包括固定部1301和自固定部1301侧向延伸出的包容部1302。固定部1301的侧面13011可设置在安装面1101上,第二灯杆120的侧壁可设置在包容部1302上。
以此方式,在本申请的实施例中,第一灯杆110和第二灯杆120可以通过连接件130进行连接。这样,可以将灯架拆分成零散的结构,可以减小由灯杆制成的灯架的整体尺寸,便于进行灯架的包装与运输。此外,用户获得 第一灯杆110、第二灯杆120和连接件130后,可以按需进行组装,可以通过拼接的方式得到灯架,可以使得灯架的应用更为灵活,可以拓展灯架的应用场景。
可选地,在本申请的实施例中,第一灯杆110可以为圆柱形杆件,安装面1101可以为平面,安装面1101可以凹嵌在第一灯杆110的侧壁上。例如,设置的安装面1101可以为自第一灯杆110的侧壁向内凹陷形成的凹陷空间的底面。示例性地,可以利用铣削工艺在第一灯杆110的侧壁上加工出安装面1101。
可选地,在本申请的实施例中,第一灯杆110也可以为棱柱形杆件,棱柱形杆件的侧壁可以为平面,可以直接将固定部1301的侧面固定设置在安装面1101上。在本申请的其它实施例中,第一灯杆110也可以为其它截面形状为弧形的杆件,安装面1101可以为弧面,固定部1301的侧面可以为与安装面1101匹配的弧面,这样,也可以将固定部的侧面固定设置在安装面1101上。示例性地,当第一灯杆110为圆柱形杆件时,安装面1101可以为圆弧面,固定部1301的侧面可以为与安装面1101匹配的圆弧面,可以将固定部的侧面固定设置在安装面1101上。当然,在本申请的实施例中,还有许多其它的设置方式,这里不一一列举。
可选地,安装面1101上可设置可有第一安装部,固定部1301可通过与第一安装部配合连接的第一紧固件设置在安装面1101上。示例性地,第一安装部可以为设置在安装面1101上的卡接孔,第一紧固件可以为设置在固定部1301上的卡接件,卡接件可以卡接在卡接孔中,这样,可以将固定部1301设置在安装面1101上。
可选地,参考图3和图4,在本申请的实施例中,第一安装部可以为设 置在安装面1101上的第一螺纹孔11011,第一紧固件可以为第一螺纹连接件1501,固定部1301上与第一螺纹孔11011相对的部位可开设有第一连接孔13012,固定部1301可通过第一螺纹连接件1501设置在安装面1101上,第一螺纹连接件1501可贯穿第一连接孔13012而固定在第一螺纹孔11011中。这样,可以利用第一螺纹连接件1501将连接件130固定在第一灯杆110的安装面1101上。
可选地,第一安装部可以为设置在安装面1101上的第一铆钉孔,第一紧固件可以为第一铆钉,可以利用第一铆钉将连接件130固定在第一灯杆110的安装面1101上。在本申请的其它实施例中,还有很多其它的连接方式可以实现将连接件130固定在第一灯杆110的安装面1101上,这里不一一列举。
需说明的是,在本申请的实施例中,第一螺纹孔11011的内孔表面可以设置有内螺纹。在本申请的其它实施例中,第一螺纹孔11011的内孔表面也可以为圆柱面,例如,可以使得第一螺纹连接件1501为自攻螺钉,可以利用自攻螺钉在第一螺纹孔11011所在的位置攻出内螺纹。还需说明的是,在以后提及的螺纹孔中,所提及的螺纹孔可以与第一螺纹孔11011的结构形式一致,以后不再赘述其它螺纹孔的结构形式。
此外,在本申请的其它实施例中,第一灯杆110、第二灯杆120和连接件130之间的连接,也可以采用除螺纹连接件外的其它方式。示例性的,可以用胶水对第一灯杆110、第二灯杆120和连接件130进行粘接。可以利用卡扣结构对第一灯杆110、第二灯杆120和连接件130进行卡接连接。可以利用过盈配合的方式实现第一灯杆110、第二灯杆120和连接件130之间的连接,这里不一一列举。
可选地,包容部1302上可设置有第二安装部,第二灯杆120可通过与第 二安装部配合连接的第二紧固件设置在包容部1302上。
可选地,参考图5和图6,在本申请的实施例中,第二安装部可以为设置在包容部1302上的第一紧定柱13021,第一紧定柱13021上可开设有第二螺纹孔130211。第二紧固件可以为第二螺纹连接件1502。第二灯杆120上可开设有相贯通的第一安装孔1201和第二安装孔1202。可选地,第一安装孔1201可与第二安装孔1202相对设置,第一安装孔1201的轴线方向可以与第二灯杆120的轴线方向垂直。第一紧定柱13021可穿设在第一安装孔1201内,第二灯杆120可通过第二螺纹连接件1502固定在第一紧定柱13021上。其中,第二螺纹连接件1502贯穿第二安装孔1202而固定在第二螺纹孔130211中。这样,可以利用第二螺纹连接件1502将第二灯杆120固定在连接件130上。
可选地,在本申请的实施例中,包容部1302上可以设置有卡接部,第二灯杆120上可以设置有卡接孔,可以利用卡接部和卡接孔之间的卡接配合将第二灯杆120固定在连接件130上。当然,在本申请的其它实施例中,还有很多其它的方式将第二灯杆120固定在连接件130上,这里不一一列举。
可选地,参考图1至图9,在本申请的实施例中,灯杆连接组件还可包括盖体140,盖体140可以封盖在连接件130上。可以利用盖体140对连接件130进行封盖,可以提升灯杆连接组件100的整体美观性。当然,当连接件130上设置有前文所描述的第一螺纹连接件1501和/或第二螺纹连接件1502时,可以利用盖体140封盖住所设置的第一螺纹连接件1501或第二螺纹连接件1502,可以提升灯杆连接组件100的整体美观性。
可选地,在本申请的实施例中,连接件130上可设置有第三安装部,盖体140可通过与第三安装部配合连接的第三紧固件与连接件130连接。
可选地,参考图5,第三安装部可为设置在包容部1302上的第二紧定柱13022,第二紧定柱13022上可开设有第三螺纹孔130221。第三紧固件可为第三螺纹连接件1503。参考图6,第二灯杆120上可开设有第三安装孔1203。第二紧定柱13022可穿设在第三安装孔1203中。参考图7至图9,盖体140上可设置有第二连接孔1403,盖体140可通过第三螺纹连接件1503固定在第二紧定柱13022上。其中,第三螺纹连接件1503贯穿第二连接孔1403而固定在第三螺纹孔130221中。
可选地,盖体140可具有第一封盖部1401和第二封盖部1402,第一封盖部1401可与固定部1301拼接,第二封盖部1402可与包容部1302拼接。这样,可以利用盖体140对连接件130进行封盖,可以提高灯杆连接组件100的美观性。在本申请的实施例中,第一封盖部1401和第二封盖部1402可以为一体式结构,可以侧向将盖体140封盖在连接件130上。示例性的,可以利用紧固件将盖体140固定在连接件130上,或可以利用卡扣结构将盖体140固定在连接件130上。当然,第一封盖部1401和第二封盖部1402也可以为分体式结构。
在本申请的实施例中,类似于前文所提供的实施例,可选地,安装面1101上可设置有第一螺纹孔11011,固定部1301上与第一螺纹孔11011相对的部位可开设有第一连接孔13012,固定部1301可通过第一螺纹连接件1501固定在安装面1101上,第一螺纹连接件1501可贯穿第一连接孔13012而固定在第一螺纹孔11011中。第一封盖部1401可以封盖第一螺纹连接件1501。这样可以避免第一螺纹连接件1501暴露在外影响灯杆连接组件100的整体美感。
可选地,包容部1302上可设置有第一紧定柱13021,第一紧定柱13021 上可开设有第二螺纹孔130211。第二灯杆120上可开设有第一安装孔1201和第二安装孔1202,第一安装孔1201可与第二安装孔1202相对设置,第一安装孔1201的轴线方向可以与第二灯杆120的轴线方向垂直。第一紧定柱13021可穿设在第一安装孔1201内,第二灯杆120可通过第二螺纹连接件1502固定在第一紧定柱13021上。其中,第二螺纹连接件1502贯穿第二安装孔1202而固定在第二螺纹孔130211中。第二封盖部1402可以封盖第二螺纹连接件1502。这样可以避免第二螺纹孔130211暴露在外影响灯杆连接组件100的整体美感。
可选地,参考图5,在本申请的实施例中,包容部1302的两侧可分别设置有第一支撑板13023和第二支撑板(未图示)。第一支撑板13023上可设置有第一凹槽130231,第二支撑板上可设置有第二凹槽(未图示)。第二封盖部1402的两侧可分别设置有第三支撑板14021和第四支撑板(未图示),第三支撑板14021上可设置有第三凹槽140211,第四支撑板上可设置有第四凹槽(未图示)。其中,第三凹槽140211与第一凹槽130231可拼接成第一孔洞13024,第四凹槽与第二凹槽可拼接成第二孔洞(未图示),第二灯杆120可穿设在第一孔洞13024与第二孔洞中。
可选地,参考图7和图8,在本申请的实施例中,第二灯杆120可以为圆柱形杆件,第一孔洞13024和第二孔洞的尺寸可以与第二灯杆120的外径一致。这样,可以将第二灯杆120夹紧在第一孔洞13024和第二孔洞中。当然,在本申请的其它实施例中,当第二灯杆120为其它形状时,例如为棱柱形时,第一孔洞13024和第二孔洞可以为与第二灯杆120匹配的形状,这样也可以将第二灯杆120夹紧在第一孔洞13024和第二孔洞中。
可选地,参考图10,在本申请的实施例中,第一灯杆110中可穿设有第 一导线1601,第二灯杆120中可穿设有第二导线1602,第一灯杆110与第二灯杆120之间可开设有供第一导线1601和第二导线1602进行电连接的过线孔。这样,可以将第一导线1601和第二导线1602分别穿设在第一灯杆110和第二灯杆120中,可以避免导线暴露在外沾染灰尘后出现不便于清洁的问题。
可选地,在本申请的实施例中,第一灯杆110的中部可具有第一空心腔1102,第一导线1601可穿设在第一空心腔1102中。第二灯杆120的中部可具有第二空心腔1204,第二导线1602可穿设在第二空心腔1204中。
可选地,在本申请的实施例中,过线孔可包括相对应的第一穿孔1103和第二穿孔1205,第一穿孔1103可开设在安装面1101上与第二灯杆120相对的部位,第一穿孔1103可与第一空心腔1102连通。第二穿孔1205可开设在第二灯杆120上与第一穿孔1103相对的部位,第二穿孔1205可与第二空心腔1204连通。这样,第一导线1601与第二导线1602可经第一穿孔1103和第二穿孔1205电连接。这样,在本申请的实施例中,可以将用于对灯具中包括的发光元件进行供电的第一导线1601和第二导线1602分别设置在第一空心腔1102和第二空心腔1204中,可以避免导线暴露在外而影响包括灯杆连接组件100的灯具的整体美观性。
示例性的,在本申请的实施例中,第一导线1601和第二导线1602可以利用连接端子1603进行电连接。当然,在本申请的其它实施例中,例如可以不使用连接端子1603,可以将第一导线1601和第二导线1602中的导电体直接搭接在一起,然后可以利用绝缘胶布对搭接部位进行包扎防止搭接部位漏电。
可选地,在本申请的实施例中,第一灯杆110的轴线与第二灯杆120的 轴线处于非平行状态。例如,第一灯杆110的轴线与第二灯杆120的轴线可以处于垂直状态。当然,第一灯杆110的轴线与第二灯杆120的轴线之间的夹角也可以为30度、45度、60度等,可以根据实际需求合理设置第一灯杆110的轴线与第二灯杆120的轴线之间的夹角。

  1. 一种灯杆连接组件,其中,包括:第一灯杆(110)、第二灯杆(120)和连接件(130);所述第一灯杆(110)的侧壁具有安装面(1101),所述连接件(130)包括固定部(1301)和自所述固定部(1301)侧向延伸出的包容部(1302),所述固定部(1301)的侧面(13011)设置在所述安装面(1101)上,所述第二灯杆(120)的侧壁设置在所述包容部(1302)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯杆连接组件,其中,所述第一灯杆(110)为圆柱形杆件,所述安装面(1101)为平面,所述安装面(1101)凹嵌在所述第一灯杆(110)的侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯杆连接组件,其中,所述安装面(1101)上设置有第一安装部,所述固定部(1301)通过与所述第一安装部配合连接的第一紧固件设置在所述安装面(1101)上。

  13. 根据权利要求12所述的灯杆连接组件,其中,所述第一灯杆(110)的中部具有第一空心腔(1102),所述第一导线(1601)穿设在所述第一空心腔(1102)中,所述第二灯杆(120)的中部具有第二空心腔(1204),所述第二导线(1602)穿设在所述第二空心腔(1204)中,所述过线孔包括相对应的第一穿孔(1103)和第二穿孔(1205),所述第一穿孔(1103)开设在所述安装面(1101)上与所述第二灯杆(120)相对的部位,所述第一穿孔(1103)与所述第一空心腔(1102)连通,所述第二穿孔(1205)开设在所述第二灯杆(120)上与所述第一穿孔(1103)相对的部位,所述第二穿孔(1205)与所述第二空心腔(1204)连通。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的灯杆连接组件,其中,所述第一灯杆(110) 的轴线与所述第二灯杆(120)的轴线处于非平行状态。
  15. 一种灯具,其中,所述灯具包括如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的灯杆连接组件。
