Abstract

本发明公开了一种螺杆泵螺杆衬胶模具及其使用方法，其制备方法为：将高强耐磨材料与粘结剂混合，得到混合浆料；将混合浆料注入母模中固化，取出，形成螺杆衬胶模具生坯；将螺杆衬胶模具生坯干燥，烧结，得到螺杆衬胶模具；将螺杆衬胶模具浸入表面处理液中进行表面热处理形成耐磨层，冷却，得到最终模具。其中高强耐磨材料由ZnFe 2O 4纳米颗粒增强Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷复合材料制备得到；表面处理液包括硼硅酸铝晶须/聚酰亚胺复合材料溶液；制备得到具有较好的强度、硬度与断裂韧性，优良耐磨性能的高强耐磨材料，将其应用于螺杆泵螺杆衬胶模具中，使模具具有较高的强度与硬度，优良的耐磨性能、耐腐蚀性以及较好的高温抗氧化性。
