Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺杆泵螺杆衬胶模具及其使用方法,其制备方法为:将高强耐磨材料与粘结剂混合,得到混合浆料;将混合浆料注入母模中固化,取出,形成螺杆衬胶模具生坯;将螺杆衬胶模具生坯干燥,烧结,得到螺杆衬胶模具;将螺杆衬胶模具浸入表面处理液中进行表面热处理形成耐磨层,冷却,得到最终模具。其中高强耐磨材料由ZnFe 2O 4纳米颗粒增强Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷复合材料制备得到;表面处理液包括硼硅酸铝晶须/聚酰亚胺复合材料溶液;制备得到具有较好的强度、硬度与断裂韧性,优良耐磨性能的高强耐磨材料,将其应用于螺杆泵螺杆衬胶模具中,使模具具有较高的强度与硬度,优良的耐磨性能、耐腐蚀性以及较好的高温抗氧化性。
