Description

背部跟随支撑装置、防久坐控制方法及办公椅 技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种背部跟随支撑装置、防久坐控制方法及办公椅。
背景技术
现在室内办公人群越来越多,久坐情况越来越普遍。由于高强度的工作压力,人类很容易忽略久坐对腰椎带来的伤害。目前,虽然有一些防久坐的技术,即当久坐达到一定时间时,使身体产生不适的感觉,从而使人离开坐位,避免久坐,但是不能从根本上解决久坐的问题,并且会影响工作效率;或者,当久坐达到一定时间时,仅仅通过发出提示音的形式告知用户就坐,但提醒效果甚微。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种背部跟随支撑装置、防久坐控制方法及办公椅,能够调节椅座和背部跟随支撑装置的舒适度,并且有效支撑用户的腰背部位,满足不同人群的需求,能够检测用户是否存在久坐现象,通过充放气的形式对用户的臀部处和/或腰背处进行按摩,并且使用户变换坐姿。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防久坐控制方法,包括:
S1,实时判断用户是否入坐,若是则开始累计用户的就坐时间,若否则将就坐时间清零;
S2,判断就坐时间是否达到预设警戒时间,若是则执行S3,若否则跳回S1;
S3,对布置于用户臀部处和/或腰背处的***干预气囊进行反复充放气以使***干预气囊反复推挤用户的臀部和/或腰背部,用户在***干预气囊的作用下变换坐姿。
优选地,所述步骤S3包括如下步骤:
S31,***干预气囊进行充气;
S32,实时判断充气时间是否达到预设膨胀时间,若是则执行S33,若否则跳回S31;
S33,***干预气囊进行放气;
S34,实时判断放气时间是否达到预设收缩时间,若是则执行S35,若否则跳回S33;
S35,记录***干预气囊的充放气次数;
S36,判断***干预气囊的充放气次数是否达到预设干预次数,若是则***干预气囊结 束充放气,若否则跳回S31。
本发明还提供一种实现所述防久坐控制方法的防久坐装置,包括:
靠背,靠背包括靠背板;
椅座,椅座包括座部板;
***干预气囊,***干预气囊布置于座部板和/或靠背板;
调控***,调控***包括控制器、气压传感器以及充放气装置,控制器包括依次连接的入坐监控模块、就坐计时模块、久坐判断模块以及坐姿调节模块,气压传感器用于实时测量***干预气囊内部的气压并且与入坐监控模块通信连接,充放气装置与***干预气囊连通并且与坐姿调节模块通信连接。
优选地,所述***干预气囊包括布置于座部板的座部气囊和/或布置于靠背板的垫靠气囊。
优选地,所述调控***还包括与***干预气囊连通的测压气道,所述气压传感器设在测压气道上。

如上所述,本发明的防久坐控制方法及防久坐装置,具有以下有益效果:
本发明的防久坐控制方法以***干预气囊作为用户久坐现象的干扰因素,当判定用户存在久坐行为时,对布置于用户臀部处和/或腰背处的***干预气囊进行反复充放气以使***干预气囊反复推挤用户的臀部和/或腰背部。即使用户没有主动改变坐姿,用户在***干预气囊的作用下也能变换坐姿,同时还能对用户臀部处和/或腰背处进行舒适按摩,从而减小腰椎所承受的压力,缓解对腰椎造成的损伤。
在本发明的防久坐装置中,当用户入坐后,入坐监控模块实时获取气压传感器所测得的气压,若***干预气囊内部的气压属于预设气压区间内,则说明用户未变换坐姿;反之,则说明用户离开座位或者变换过坐姿。当用户未变换坐姿时,就坐计时模块会累计用户的就坐时间;当用户离开座位或者变换过坐姿时,就坐计时模块会将用户的就坐时间清零。久坐判断模块会实时比较用户的就坐时间和预设警戒时间,当就坐时间达到预设警戒时间时,久坐判断模块向坐姿调节模块发送提醒指令,坐姿调节模块向充放气装置发出充放气指令。因此,防久坐装置能够检测用户是否存在久坐现象,通过充放气的形式对用户的臀部处和/或 腰背处进行按摩,并且使用户变换坐姿。
本发明还提供另一种实现所述防久坐控制方法的防久坐装置,包括:
靠背,靠背包括靠背板以及布置于靠背板的垫靠气囊;
椅座,椅座包括座部板以及布置于座部板的座部气囊;
调控***,调控***包括控制器、压力传感器以及充放气装置,控制器包括依次连接的实时采集模块、压力判断模块以及坐姿调节模块,压力传感器布置于椅座和/或靠背并且与实时采集模块通信连接,充放气装置分别与垫靠气囊和座部气囊连通并且与坐姿调节模块通信连接。
优选地,所述靠背还包括软质垫套,软质垫套覆盖在垫靠气囊背向靠背板的一侧上。

如上所述,本发明的防久坐装置及办公椅,具有以下有益效果:当用户坐入防久坐装置时,布置于椅座和/或靠背的压力传感器检测用户对椅座和/或靠背的压力值,实时采集模块获取压力值,压力判断模块判断该压力值是否大于预设值,若是则坐姿调节模块向充放气装置发出充气指令,以使充放气装置对垫靠气囊和座部气囊充气。当垫靠气囊和座部气囊内部的气体量匀达到预设量时,充放气装置停止充气,使垫靠气囊和座部气囊内部维持预设气压,从而使垫靠气囊和座部气囊保持较舒适的舒适度。值得注意的是,压力判断模块需要将用户在入坐稳定时对椅座和/或靠背的压力值作为久坐参考值。此后,压力传感器持续检测用户对椅座和/或靠背的压力值,实时采集模块不断获取实时压力值,压力判断模块连续判断实时压力值与久坐参考值之间的压力差,若压力差在预设时间段内比较稳定,则说明用户存在久坐行为;若压力差在预设时间段内波动较大,则说明用户不存在久坐行为。当压力判 断模块判定用户存在久坐行为时,坐姿调节模块控制充放气装置向座部气囊和/或垫靠气囊反复充放气,致使用户变换坐姿,减少腰椎所受的压力,通过对座部气囊和/或垫靠气囊反复充放气还能对臀部和/或腰背部进行按摩放松,同时不会影响用户的正常工作。因此,本发明的防久坐装置及办公椅能够避免用户发生久坐行为,调整用户的坐姿,对臀部和/或腰背部进行按摩放松,减少腰椎所受压力,并且不会影响用户的正常工作。
本发明还提供一种背部跟随支撑装置,包括:
靠背板;
柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板的垫靠气囊;
调控***,调控***包括控制器、向垫靠气囊充气的供气器、控制垫靠气囊内气体量的调压阀组件以及采集垫靠气囊内部气压的气压传感器,供气器、调压阀组件以及气压传感器均与控制器连接。

如上所述,本发明的背部跟随支撑装置及办公椅,具有以下有益效果:在本发明中,当用户的腰背部位倚靠垫靠气囊时,垫靠气囊内部的气压会发生变化,气压传感器将采集的气压数据传送至控制器,控制器经过数据处理,判定此时有人在使用背部跟随支撑装置,控制供气器向垫靠气囊充气,并且使调压阀组件处于向垫靠气囊充气状态,直至垫靠气囊能够完 全撑住用户的腰背部位。当垫靠气囊内部气压正好达到预设气压值,控制器控制供气器停止向垫靠气囊充气,并且调压阀组件处于使垫靠气囊保压状态。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊不能完全支撑用户的腰背部位时,垫靠气囊内部的气压会降低,控制器会控制供气器继续给垫靠气囊充气并且再使调压阀组件处于向垫靠气囊充气状态,直至垫靠气囊再次完全撑住用户的腰背部位,此时,垫靠气囊内部的气压再次达到预设气压值。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊对用户腰背部位的支撑力过大时,垫靠气囊内部的气压会升高,控制器会控制调压阀组件处于允许垫靠气囊向外排气状态,使垫靠气囊内部的气体泄漏出去,直至垫靠气囊对用户腰背部位的支撑力再次适中,此时,垫靠气囊内部的气压再次达到预设气压值。因此,在调控***的调节下,垫靠气囊随着用户的坐姿变化而充放气,进而改变垫靠气囊的体积和舒适度,从而使背部跟随支撑装置能够始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰背部位,并且改变对腰背部位的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现跟随支撑用户腰背部位的功能。
本发明的办公椅能够调节椅座和背部跟随支撑装置的舒适度,并且有效支撑用户的腰背部位,满足不同人群的需求。

如上所述,本发明的外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,具有以下有益效果:在本发明中,由于靠压传感器设于垫靠气囊朝向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,或者靠压传感器设于垫靠气囊背向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,当人体腰部和/或人体背部倚靠垫靠气囊时,靠压传感器所受到的压力会发生变化,靠压传感器将采集的压力数据传送至控制器,控 制器经过数据处理,判定此时有人在使用外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,控制供气器向垫靠气囊充气,并且使调压阀组件处于向垫靠气囊充气状态,直至垫靠气囊能够完全撑住用户的腰背部位。当靠压传感器所受到的压力正好达到预设压力值,控制器控制供气器停止向垫靠气囊充气,并且调压阀组件处于使垫靠气囊保压状态。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊不能完全支撑用户的腰背部位时,靠压传感器所受到的压力会降低,控制器会控制供气器继续给垫靠气囊充气并且再使调压阀组件处于向垫靠气囊充气状态,直至垫靠气囊再次完全撑住用户的腰背部位,此时,靠压传感器所受到的压力再次达到预设压力值。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊对用户腰背部位的支撑力过大时,靠压传感器所受到的压力会升高,控制器会控制调压阀组件处于允许垫靠气囊向外排气状态,使垫靠气囊内部的气体泄漏出去,直至垫靠气囊对用户腰背部位的支撑力再次适中,此时,靠压传感器所受到的压力再次达到预设压力值。更为重要的是,外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置无需将一气压传感器放入垫靠气囊内,而是将靠压传感器设于垫靠气囊朝向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,从而便于靠压传感器的检修替换,也无需敷设测压气道,从而提高靠压传感器的测量数据的可靠性。因此,在调控***的调节下,垫靠气囊随着用户的坐姿变化而充放气,进而改变垫靠气囊的体积和舒适度,从而使柔性背腰托能够始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰背部位,并且改变对腰背部位的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现跟随支撑用户腰背部位的功能,并且便于靠压传感器的拆装检修,提高靠压传感器的测量数据的可靠性。
本发明提供一种手动式背部跟随支撑装置,包括:
靠背,靠背包括靠背板以及柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板的垫靠气囊,垫靠气囊具有允许气体进出于垫靠气囊的气嘴;
手动式充放气装置,手动式充放气装置包括可缩胀的储气腔体、储气腔体上设有只允许气体流进于储气腔体的吸气单向阀以及只允许气体流出于储气腔体的呼气单向阀,呼气单向阀通过一通气管路连接于气嘴,呼气单向阀上设有只允许通气管路内的气体排放至大气的排气单向阀。
优选地,所述手动式背部跟随支撑装置还包括软质垫套,软质垫套覆盖在垫靠气囊背向靠背板的一侧上,软质垫套和垫靠气囊之间夹设有倚靠缓冲层。
优选地,所述软质垫套由弹性布料制成。
优选地,所述倚靠缓冲层由海绵材料制成。
如上所述,本发明的手动式背部跟随支撑装置及办公椅,具有以下有益效果:在本发明中,在手动式充放气装置中,排气单向阀属于常闭式阀门类型,当需要打开排气单向阀,需 要揿摁一下排气单向阀。储气腔体的内腔可膨胀,亦可收缩,当用户按压上述储气腔体时,此时,吸气单向阀处于闭合状态,排气单向阀处于闭合状态,呼气单向阀处于打开状态,储气腔体的内腔逐渐缩小,这样储气腔体通过上述通气管路将气体输送至垫靠气囊内,使垫靠气囊具有一定舒适度并且对用户的腰部或背部具有一定的支撑力,从而对人体腰部或人体背部能起到很好的支撑作用。当用户释放上述储气腔体时,此时,吸气单向阀处于打开状态,排气单向阀处于闭合状态,呼气单向阀处于闭合状态,储气腔体在弹性恢复力的作用下膨胀至初始状态,大气的气体流入储气腔体的内腔。当用户的坐姿发生变化时,此时,需要减小上述垫靠气囊沿垂直于靠背板的方向的尺寸,只需揿摁排气单向阀,垫靠气囊内的气体会依次通过通气管路、排气单向阀排放至大气。当用户的坐姿再次发生变化时,需要增大上述垫靠气囊沿垂直于靠背板的方向的尺寸,只需按压上述储气腔体,给垫靠气囊再充入一定的气量,使垫靠气囊的体积达到对用户的支撑要求。此外,储气腔体上设有吸气单向阀和呼气单向阀,并且呼气单向阀上设有排气单向阀,这样使手动式充放气装置的整体体积小巧,便于用户单只手操控垫靠气囊的充放气。因此,本发明的手动式背部跟随支撑装置在没电条件下,使用户能够基于自身坐姿变化手动对垫靠气囊进行充放气,进而改变垫靠气囊的体积和舒适度,从而使柔性背腰托能够始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰背或背部,并且改变对腰背或背部的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现手动跟随支撑用户腰背或背部的功能,并且便于用户单只手操控垫靠气囊,实现手动充放气功能。

首先,如图1a所示,本发明提供一种防久坐控制方法,包括:
S1,实时判断用户是否入坐,若是则开始累计用户的就坐时间,若否则将就坐时间清零;
S2,判断就坐时间是否达到预设警戒时间,若是则执行S3,若否则跳回S1;
S3,对布置于用户臀部处和/或腰背处的***干预气囊进行反复充放气以使***干预气囊反复推挤用户的臀部和/或腰背部,用户在***干预气囊的作用下变换坐姿。
本发明的防久坐控制方法以***干预气囊作为用户久坐现象的干扰因素,当判定用户存在久坐行为时,对布置于用户臀部处和/或腰背处的***干预气囊进行反复充放气以使***干预气囊反复推挤用户的臀部和/或腰背部。即使用户没有主动改变坐姿,用户在***干预气囊的作用下也能变换坐姿,同时还能对用户臀部处和/或腰背处进行舒适按摩,从而减小腰椎所承受的压力,缓解对腰椎造成的损伤。
如图1b所示,为了精确控制上述***干预气囊的充放气动作,上述步骤S3包括如下步骤:
S31,***干预气囊进行充气;
S32,实时判断充气时间是否达到预设膨胀时间,若是则执行S33,若否则跳回S31;
S33,***干预气囊进行放气;
S34,实时判断放气时间是否达到预设收缩时间,若是则执行S35,若否则跳回S33;
S35,记录***干预气囊的充放气次数;
S36,判断***干预气囊的充放气次数是否达到预设干预次数,若是则***干预气囊结束充放气,若否则跳回S31。
如图1c、图1d、图1e以及图1f所示,本发明还提供一种实现上述防久坐控制方法的防久坐装置,包括:
靠背1,靠背1包括靠背板11;
椅座2,椅座2包括座部板21;
***干预气囊,***干预气囊布置于座部板21和/或靠背板11;
调控***3,调控***3包括控制器31、气压传感器321以及充放气装置33,控制器31包括依次连接的入坐监控模块311、就坐计时模块312、久坐判断模块313以及坐姿调节模块314,气压传感器321用于实时测量***干预气囊内部的气压并且与入坐监控模块311通信连接,充放气装置33与***干预气囊连通并且与坐姿调节模块314通信连接。
在本发明的防久坐装置中,当用户入坐后,入坐监控模块311实时获取气压传感器321所测得的气压,若***干预气囊内部的气压属于预设气压区间内,则说明用户未变换坐姿;反之,则说明用户离开座位或者变换过坐姿。当用户未变换坐姿时,就坐计时模块312会累计用户的就坐时间;当用户离开座位或者变换过坐姿时,就坐计时模块312会将用户的就坐时间清零。久坐判断模块313会实时比较用户的就坐时间和预设警戒时间,当就坐时间达到预设警戒时间时,久坐判断模块313向坐姿调节模块314发送提醒指令,坐姿调节模块314向充放气装置发出充放气指令。因此,防久坐装置能够检测用户是否存在久坐现象,通过充放气的形式对用户的臀部处和/或腰背处进行按摩,并且使用户变换坐姿。
上述***干预气囊包括布置于座部板21的座部气囊22和/或布置于靠背板11的垫靠气囊12。
为了检测上述***干预气囊内部的气压,上述调控***3还包括与***干预气囊连通的测压气道34,上述气压传感器321设在测压气道34上。
为了简化上述充放气装置33的结构,上述充放气装置33包括向***干预气囊充气的供气器331(例如气泵)、将***干预气囊内部的气体排出的调压阀组件332,供气器331和调压阀组件332均与坐姿调节模块314连接。
为了向上述控制器31供给电量,上述调控***3还包括供电器35(例如电池),供电器35与控制器31连接。。
为了便于控制上述防久坐装置,上述调控***3还包括手控器36,手控器36与控制器31连接。
因此,本发明的防久坐控制方法及防久坐装置,能够检测用户是否存在久坐现象,通过充放气的形式对用户的臀部处和/或腰背处进行按摩,并且使用户变换坐姿。
其次,如图2a至图2e所示,本发明还提供另一种实现上述防久坐控制方法的防久坐装置,包括:
靠背1,靠背1包括靠背板11以及布置于靠背板11的垫靠气囊12;
椅座2,椅座2包括座部板21以及布置于座部板21的座部气囊22;
调控***3,调控***3包括控制器31、压力传感器32以及充放气装置33,控制器31包括依次连接的实时采集模块315、压力判断模块316以及坐姿调节模块314,压力传感器32布置于椅座2和/或靠背1并且与实时采集模块315通信连接,充放气装置33分别与垫靠气囊12和座部气囊22连通并且与坐姿调节模块314通信连接。
在本发明中,当用户坐入防久坐装置时,布置于椅座2和/或靠背1的压力传感器32检测用户对椅座2和/或靠背1的压力值,实时采集模块315获取压力值,压力判断模块316判断该压力值是否大于预设值,若是则坐姿调节模块314向充放气装置33发出充气指令,以使充放气装置33对垫靠气囊12和座部气囊22充气。当垫靠气囊12和座部气囊22内部的气体量匀达到预设量时,充放气装置33停止充气,使垫靠气囊12和座部气囊22内部维持预设气压,从而使垫靠气囊12和座部气囊22保持较舒适的舒适度。值得注意的是,压力判断模块316需要将用户在入坐稳定时对椅座2和/或靠背1的压力值作为久坐参考值。此后,压力传感器32持续检测用户对椅座2和/或靠背1的压力值,实时采集模块315不断获取实时压力值,压力判断模块316连续判断实时压力值与久坐参考值之间的压力差,若压力差在预设时间段内比较稳定(例如,压力差一直属于预设数值区间),则说明用户存在久坐行为;若压力差在预设时间段内波动较大(例如,一些压力差不属于预设数值区间),则说明用户不存在久坐行为。当压力判断模块316判定用户存在久坐行为时,坐姿调节模块314控制充放气装置33向座部气囊22和/或垫靠气囊12反复充放气,致使用户变换坐姿,减少腰椎所受的压力,通过对座部气囊22和/或垫靠气囊12反复充放气还能对臀部和/或腰背部进行按摩放松,同时不会影响用户的正常工作。因此,本发明的防久坐装置能够避免用户发生久坐行为,调整用户的坐姿,对臀部和/或腰背部进行按摩放松,减少腰椎所受压力,并且不会影响用户的正常工作。在具体使用时,防久坐装置还包括提醒装置,提醒装置可以发出声音, 也可以发生振动。
如图2d所示,为了保护上述垫靠气囊12并且提高倚靠的舒适度,上述靠背1还包括软质垫套13,软质垫套13覆盖在垫靠气囊12背向靠背板11的一侧上。
如图2e所示,为了保护上述座部气囊22并且提高就坐的舒适度,上述椅座2还包括软质垫层23,软质垫层23覆盖在座部气囊22背向座部板21的一侧上。
如图2a所示,作为上述防久坐装置的第三实施例:为了使上述压力传感器32检测座部气囊22内部的气压,上述椅座2还包括与座部气囊22连通的测压气道34,压力传感器32包括气压传感器321,气压传感器321设在测压气道34上。
如图2b所示,作为上述防久坐装置的第四实施例:为了检测用户对椅座2的压力,上述压力传感器32包括坐压传感器322,坐压传感器322设在座部板21上。例如,坐压传感器322可以为薄膜压力传感器、电容传感器、应变片及机械开关其中的一种。
上述调节阀组件332(参见图1d和图1e)包括第一调压阀332a和第二调压阀332b(参见图2a和图2b)。上述充放气装置33包括分别向垫靠气囊12、座部气囊22充气的供气器331(例如气泵)、控制垫靠气囊12内部的气体量的上述第一调压阀332a以及控制座部气囊22内部的气体量的上述第二调压阀332b,供气器331、第一调压阀332a以及第二调压阀332b均与坐姿调节模块313连接。
为了向上述控制器31供给电量,上述调控***3还包括供电器35(例如电池),供电器35与控制器31连接。
上述垫靠气囊12包括相互连通的腰部囊体121和背部囊体122。当用户的腰背部位向后依靠时,背部囊体122受到挤压,由于腰部囊体121和背部囊体122是连通的,为了保持垫靠气囊21内部的气压平衡,背部囊体122内部的气体会流入腰部囊体121内部的气体中,腰部囊体121的体积变大,背部囊体122的体积变小,从而对腰背部位形成有效支撑。进一步的,背部囊体122被划分形成左背部气室和右背部气室,使垫靠气囊12更加贴合用户。
上述座部气囊22包括前侧囊体221和后侧囊体222。当用户向前俯身时,前侧囊体221受到挤压,由于后侧囊体222和前侧囊体221是连通的,为了保持座部气囊22内部的气压平衡,前侧囊体221内部的气体会流入后侧囊体222内部的气体中,后侧囊体222的体积变大,前侧囊体221的体积变小,从而对臀部形成有效支撑。进一步的,后侧囊体222被划分形成左臀部气室和左臀部气室,使座部气囊22更加贴合用户。
如图2a和图2b所示,为了便于操控上述防久坐装置,上述调控***3还包括与控制器31连接的手控器36。
如图2f和图2g所示,本发明还提供一种办公椅,包括上述防久坐装置。本发明的办公椅能够避免用户发生久坐行为,调整用户的坐姿,对臀部和/或腰背部进行按摩放松,减少腰椎所受压力,并且不会影响用户的正常工作。
进一步的,为了提高上述办公椅的集成度,上述调控***3的控制器31、压力传感器32以及充放气装置33设在椅座2内。
因此,本发明的防久坐装置及办公椅能够避免用户发生久坐行为,调整用户的坐姿,对臀部和/或腰背部进行按摩放松,减少腰椎所受压力,并且不会影响用户的正常工作。
然后,如图3a、图3b、图3c以及图3d所示,本发明还提供一种背部跟随支撑装置,包括:
靠背板11;
柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板11的垫靠气囊12;
调控***3,调控***3包括控制器31、向垫靠气囊12充气的供气器331、控制垫靠气囊12内气体量的调压阀组件332以及采集垫靠气囊12内部气压的气压传感器321,供气器331、调压阀组件332以及气压传感器321均与控制器31连接。
在本发明中,当用户的腰背部位倚靠垫靠气囊12时,垫靠气囊12内部的气压会发生变化,气压传感器321将采集的气压数据传送至控制器31,控制器31经过数据处理,判定此时有人在使用背部跟随支撑装置,控制供气器331(例如气泵)向垫靠气囊12充气,并且使调压阀组件332(例如常闭式电磁阀和双联电磁阀,其具有充气、排气和保压的功能)处于向垫靠气囊12充气状态,直至垫靠气囊12能够完全撑住用户的腰背部位。当垫靠气囊12内部气压正好达到预设气压值,控制器31控制供气器331停止向垫靠气囊12充气,并且调压阀组件332处于使垫靠气囊12保压状态。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊12不能完全支撑用户的腰背部位时,垫靠气囊12内部的气压会降低,控制器31会控制供气器331继续给垫靠气囊2充气并且再使调压阀组件332处于向垫靠气囊12充气状态,直至垫靠气囊2再次完全撑住用户的腰背部位,此时,垫靠气囊2内部的气压再次达到预设气压值。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊12对用户腰背部位的支撑力过大时,垫靠气囊12内部的气压会升高,控制器31会控制调压阀组件332处于允许垫靠气囊12向外排气状态,使垫靠气囊12内部的气体泄漏出去,直至垫靠气囊2对用户腰背部位的支撑力再次适中,此时,垫靠气囊2内部的气压再次达到预设气压值。
因此,在调控***3的调节下,垫靠气囊12随着用户的坐姿变化而充放气,进而改变垫 靠气囊12的体积和舒适度,从而使背部跟随支撑装置能够始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰背部位,并且改变对腰背部位的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现跟随支撑用户腰背部位的功能。
如图3b和图3c所示,为了保护上述垫靠气囊12并且提高依靠的舒适度,上述背部跟随支撑装置还包括软质垫套13,软质垫套13覆盖在垫靠气囊12背向靠背板11的一侧上。
如图3a所示,上述柔性背腰托还包括与垫靠气囊12连通的供排气道37和测压气道34,上述供气器331与供排气道37连接,调压阀组件332设在供排气道37上,上述气压传感器321与测压气道34连接。
进一步的,上述供排气道37包括相互连通的充气管路371和排气管路372,充气管路371延伸方向上的两端分别与供气器331和垫靠气囊12连接,上述调压阀组件332设在排气管路372上。
如图3d所示,为了便于调节上述垫靠气囊12的预设气压值,上述调控***3还包括手控器36,手控器36与控制器31连接。
为了向上述控制器31供给电量,上述调控***3还包括供电器35,供电器35(例如电池)与控制器31连接。
上述垫靠气囊12可以包括单个囊体,也可以包括多个囊体。进一步的,如图3b所示,作为背部跟随支撑装置的第一实施例:上述垫靠气囊12被划分成相同连通的腰部囊体121和背部囊体122。当用户的腰背部位向后依靠时,背部囊体122受到挤压,由于腰部囊体121和背部囊体122是连通的,为了保持垫靠气囊12内部的气压平衡,背部囊体122内部的气体会流入腰部囊体121内部的气体中,腰部囊体121的体积变大,背部囊体122的体积变小,从而对腰背部位形成有效支撑。
为了提高依靠的舒适度,上述腰部囊体121被划分形成相互叠置的两个下左侧气室121a和相互叠置的两个下右侧气室121b,上述背部囊体122呈单气室结构。
如图3e至图3j所示,本发明还提供一种办公椅,包括椅座2以及上述背部跟随支撑装置。本发明的办公椅提高了用户依靠的舒适度,有效保护了用户的腰椎部位。
如图3j所示,进一步的,上述椅座2包括座部板21以及设于座部板21的坐压传感器322,坐压传感器322与控制器31连接。例如,坐压传感器322可以为薄膜压力传感器、电容传感器、应变片及机械开关其中的一种。
当有人坐入上述办公椅时,位于座部板21的坐压传感器322将压力数据传到控制器31,控制器31控制供气器331向垫靠气囊12充气,并且使调压阀组件332处于向垫靠气囊12充 气状态,直至垫靠气囊12能够完全撑住用户的腰背部位。当垫靠气囊12内部气压正好达到预设气压值,控制器31控制供气器331停止向垫靠气囊12充气,并且调压阀组件332处于使垫靠气囊12保压状态。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊12不能完全支撑用户的腰背部位时,垫靠气囊12内部的气压会降低,控制器31会控制供气器331继续给垫靠气囊2充气并且再使调压阀组件332处于向垫靠气囊12充气状态,直至垫靠气囊2再次完全撑住用户的腰背部位,此时,垫靠气囊2内部的气压再次达到预设气压值。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊12对用户腰背部位的支撑力过大时,垫靠气囊12内部的气压会升高,控制器31会控制调压阀组件332处于允许垫靠气囊12向外排气状态,使垫靠气囊12内部的气体泄漏出去,直至垫靠气囊2对用户腰背部位的支撑力再次适中,此时,垫靠气囊2内部的气压再次达到预设气压值。
如图3e所示,进一步的,上述椅座2还包括允许供气器331充气的座部气囊22以及控制座部气囊22内气体量的第二调压阀332b(第二调压阀332b可以是控压双向气阀),第二调压阀332b与控制器31连接。
当有人坐入上述办公椅时,控制器31根据坐压传感器322的压力数据,也会控制供气器331向座部气囊22充气,并且控制第二调压阀332b处于向座部气囊22充气状态。当座部气囊22内部的气压达到预设气压值时,第二调压阀332b切换至保压状态,保持住座部气囊22内部的气压,使椅座2保持较舒适的舒适度。例如,第二调压阀332b为一种两联电磁阀,其具有充气、排气以及保压的功能。
本发明的办公椅能够调节椅座2和背部跟随支撑装置的舒适度,并且有效支撑用户的腰背部位,满足不同人群的需求。
此外,为了保护上述座部气囊22并且提高入坐的舒适度,上述椅座2还包括软质垫层23,
如图3h所示,上述座部气囊22被划分形成前侧气室、后右侧气室以及后左侧气室。
因此,本发明的背部跟随支撑装置能够始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰背部位,并且改变对腰背部位的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现跟随支撑用户腰背部位的功能,办公椅能够调节椅座和背部跟随支撑装置的舒适度,并且有效支撑用户的腰背部位。
接着,如图4a和图4b所示,本发明提供一种外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,包括:
靠背1,靠背1包括靠背板11和柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板11的垫靠 气囊12;
调控***3,调控***3包括控制器31、向垫靠气囊12充气的供气器331、控制垫靠气囊12内气体量的调压阀组件332以及采集人体腰部和/或人体背部对垫靠气囊12的压力的靠压传感器323,靠压传感器323设于垫靠气囊12朝向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,或者靠压传感器323设于垫靠气囊12背向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,供气器331、调压阀组件332以及靠压传感器323均与控制器31连接。
在本发明中,由于靠压传感器323设于垫靠气囊12朝向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,或者靠压传感器323设于垫靠气囊12背向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,当人体腰部和/或人体背部倚靠垫靠气囊12时,靠压传感器323所受到的压力会发生变化,靠压传感器323将采集的压力数据传送至控制器31,控制器31经过数据处理,判定此时有人在使用外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,控制供气器331(例如气泵)向垫靠气囊12充气,并且使调压阀组件332(例如常闭式电磁阀和双联电磁阀,其具有充气、排气和保压的功能)处于向垫靠气囊12充气状态,直至垫靠气囊12能够完全撑住用户的腰背部位。当靠压传感器323所受到的压力正好达到预设压力值,控制器31控制供气器331停止向垫靠气囊12充气,并且调压阀组件332处于使垫靠气囊12保压状态。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊12不能完全支撑用户的腰背部位时,靠压传感器323所受到的压力会降低,控制器31会控制供气器331继续给垫靠气囊2充气并且再使调压阀组件332处于向垫靠气囊12充气状态,直至垫靠气囊2再次完全撑住用户的腰背部位,此时,靠压传感器323所受到的压力再次达到预设压力值。当用户的坐姿发生变化且垫靠气囊12对用户腰背部位的支撑力过大时,靠压传感器323所受到的压力会升高,控制器31会控制调压阀组件332处于允许垫靠气囊12向外排气状态,使垫靠气囊12内部的气体泄漏出去,直至垫靠气囊2对用户腰背部位的支撑力再次适中,此时,靠压传感器323所受到的压力再次达到预设压力值。
更为重要的是,外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置无需将一气压传感器布置于垫靠气囊2内或者与垫靠气囊内部相通的流道内,而是将靠压传感器323设于垫靠气囊12朝向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,从而便于靠压传感器323的检修替换,也无需敷设额外的测压气道,从而提高靠压传感器323的测量数据的可靠性。
因此,在调控***3的调节下,垫靠气囊12随着用户的坐姿变化而充放气,进而改变垫靠气囊12的体积和舒适度,从而使柔性背腰托能够始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰背或背部,并且改变对腰背或背部的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现跟随支撑用户腰背或背部的功能,并且便于靠压传感器323的拆装检修,提高靠压传感器323的 测量数据的可靠性。
为了遮盖上述靠压传感器323以提高外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置的整体美观度,上述外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置还包括软质垫套13,软质垫套13覆盖在垫靠气囊12背向靠背板11的一侧上,上述靠压传感器323被夹设于垫靠气囊12和软质垫套13之间。进一步的,上述软质垫套13由弹性布料制成,这样能够提高软质垫套13的包裹性。
为了提高上述靠压传感器323的检测数据的可靠性,上述垫靠气囊12被划分成相同连通的腰部囊体121和背部囊体122,上述靠压传感器323的数量为多个,所有靠压传感器323分成两组,其中一组靠压传感器323布置于腰部囊体121朝向人体腰部的外侧面,另一组靠压传感器323布置于背部囊体122朝向人体背部的外侧面。具体地,为了提高倚靠的舒适度,上述腰部囊体121被划分形成相互叠置的下左侧气室121a和下右侧气室121b,下左侧气室121a的外表面和下右侧气室121b的外表面均设有一个上述靠压传感器323。
此外,上述外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置亦可应用于办公椅。
本发明的外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置及办公椅能够使柔性背腰托始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰部和/或背部,并且改变对腰部和/或背部的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现跟随支撑用户腰部和/或背部的功能,并且便于靠压传感器的拆装检修,提高靠压传感器的测量数据的可靠性。
最后,如图5a和图5b所示,本发明提供一种手动式背部跟随支撑装置,包括:
靠背1,靠背1包括靠背板11以及柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板11的垫靠气囊12,垫靠气囊12具有允许气体进出于垫靠气囊12的气嘴123;
手动式充放气装置4,手动式充放气装置4包括可缩胀的储气腔体41、储气腔体41上设有只允许气体流进于储气腔体41的吸气单向阀42以及只允许气体流出于储气腔体41的呼气单向阀43,呼气单向阀43通过一通气管路44连接于气嘴123,呼气单向阀43上设有只允许通气管路44内的气体排放至大气的排气单向阀45。
在本发明中,在手动式充放气装置4中,排气单向阀45属于常闭式阀门类型,当需要打开排气单向阀45,需要揿摁一下排气单向阀45。储气腔体41的内腔可膨胀,亦可收缩,当用户按压上述储气腔体41时,此时,吸气单向阀42处于闭合状态,排气单向阀45处于闭合状态,呼气单向阀43处于打开状态,储气腔体41的内腔逐渐缩小,这样储气腔体41通过上述通气管路44将气体输送至垫靠气囊12内,使垫靠气囊12具有一定舒适度并且对用户的腰部或背部具有一定的支撑力,从而对人体腰部或人体背部能起到很好的支撑作用。当用户释 放上述储气腔体41时,此时,吸气单向阀42处于打开状态,排气单向阀45处于闭合状态,呼气单向阀43处于闭合状态,储气腔体41在弹性恢复力的作用下膨胀至初始状态,大气的气体流入储气腔体41的内腔。当用户的坐姿发生变化时,此时,需要减小上述垫靠气囊12沿垂直于靠背板11的方向的尺寸,只需揿摁排气单向阀45,垫靠气囊12内的气体会依次通过通气管路44、排气单向阀45排放至大气。当用户的坐姿再次发生变化时,需要增大上述垫靠气囊12沿垂直于靠背板11的方向的尺寸,只需按压上述储气腔体41,给垫靠气囊12再充入一定的气量,使垫靠气囊12的体积达到对用户的支撑要求。此外,储气腔体41上设有吸气单向阀42和呼气单向阀43,并且呼气单向阀43上设有排气单向阀45,这样使手动式充放气装置4的整体体积小巧,便于用户单只手操控垫靠气囊12的充放气。
因此,本发明的手动式背部跟随支撑装置在没电条件下,使用户能够基于自身坐姿变化手动对垫靠气囊12进行充放气,进而改变垫靠气囊12的体积和舒适度,从而使柔性背腰托能够始终贴合、有效支撑用户的腰背或背部,并且改变对腰背或背部的支撑力,极大降低用户因久坐而对腰椎造成的损伤,实现手动跟随支撑用户腰背或背部的功能,并且便于用户单只手操控垫靠气囊12,实现手动充放气功能。
为了提高用户的舒适性,上述手动式背部跟随支撑装置还包括软质垫套13,软质垫套13覆盖在垫靠气囊12背向靠背板11的一侧上,软质垫套13和垫靠气囊12之间夹设有倚靠缓冲层14。
为了提高上述软质垫套13的包裹性,上述软质垫套13由弹性布料制成。
上述倚靠缓冲层14由海绵材料制成。
上述手动式背部跟随支撑装置亦可应用于办公椅。
本发明在没电条件下,使用户能够基于自身坐姿变化手动对垫靠气囊12进行充放气,实现手动跟随支撑用户腰背或背部的功能,并且便于用户单只手操控垫靠气囊12。
综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于,包括:
    靠背板(11);
    柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板(11)的垫靠气囊(12);
    调控***(3),调控***(3)包括控制器(31)、向垫靠气囊(12)充气的供气器(331)、控制垫靠气囊(12)内气体量的调压阀组件(332)以及采集垫靠气囊(12)内部气压的气压传感器(321),供气器(331)、调压阀组件(332)以及气压传感器(321)均与控制器(31)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述背部跟随支撑装置还包括软质垫套(13),软质垫套(13)覆盖在垫靠气囊(12)背向靠背板(11)的一侧上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述柔性背腰托还包括与垫靠气囊(12)连通的供排气道(37)和测压气道(34),所述供气器(331)与供排气道(37)连接,调压阀组件(332)设在供排气道(37)上,所述气压传感器(321)与测压气道(34)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述供排气道(37)包括相互连通的充气管路(371)和排气管路(372),充气管路(371)延伸方向上的两端分别与供气器(331)和垫靠气囊(12)连接,所述调压阀组件(332)设在排气管路(372)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述调控***(3)还包括手控器(36),手控器(36)与控制器(31)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述垫靠气囊(12)被划分成相同连通的腰部囊体(121)和背部囊体(122)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述腰部囊体(121)被划分形成相互叠置的两个下左侧气室(121a)和相互叠置的两个下右侧气室(121b),所述背部囊体(122)呈单气室结构。
  8. 一种办公椅,其特征在于:包括椅座(2)以及如权利要求1至权利要求7任一项所述的 背部跟随支撑装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的办公椅,其特征在于:所述椅座(2)包括座部板(21)以及设于座部板(21)的坐压传感器(322),坐压传感器(322)与控制器(31)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的办公椅,其特征在于:所述椅座(2)还包括允许供气器(331)充气的座部气囊(22)以及控制座部气囊(22)内气体量的第二调压阀(332b),第二调压阀(332b)与控制器(31)连接。
  11. 一种防久坐控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    S1,实时判断用户是否入坐,若是则开始累计用户的就坐时间,若否则将就坐时间清零;
    S2,判断就坐时间是否达到预设警戒时间,若是则执行S3,若否则跳回S1;
    S3,对布置于用户臀部处和/或腰背处的***干预气囊进行反复充放气以使***干预气囊反复推挤用户的臀部和/或腰背部,用户在***干预气囊的作用下变换坐姿。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的防久坐控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3包括如下步骤:
    S31,***干预气囊进行充气;
    S32,实时判断充气时间是否达到预设膨胀时间,若是则执行S33,若否则跳回S31;
    S33,***干预气囊进行放气;
    S34,实时判断放气时间是否达到预设收缩时间,若是则执行S35,若否则跳回S33;
    S35,记录***干预气囊的充放气次数;
    S36,判断***干预气囊的充放气次数是否达到预设干预次数,若是则***干预气囊结束充放气,若否则跳回S31。
  13. 一种实现如权利要求11或权利要求12所述防久坐控制方法的防久坐装置,其特征在于,包括:
    靠背(1),靠背(1)包括靠背板(11);
    椅座(2),椅座(2)包括座部板(21);
    ***干预气囊,***干预气囊布置于座部板(21)和/或靠背板(11);
    调控***(3),调控***(3)包括控制器(31)、气压传感器(321)以及充放气装置(33),控制器(31)包括依次连接的入坐监控模块(311)、就坐计时模块(312)、久坐判断模块(313)以及坐姿调节模块(314),气压传感器(321)用于实时测量***干预气囊内部的气压并且与入坐监控模块(311)通信连接,充放气装置(33)与***干预气囊连通并且与坐姿调节模块(314)通信连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述***干预气囊包括布置于座部板(21)的座部气囊(22)和/或布置于靠背板(11)的垫靠气囊(12)。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述调控***(3)还包括与***干预气囊连通的测压气道(34),所述气压传感器(321)设在测压气道(34)上。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述充放气装置(33)包括向***干预气囊充气的供气器(331)、将***干预气囊内部的气体排出的调压阀组件(332),供气器(331)和调压阀组件(332)均与坐姿调节模块(314)连接。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述调控***(3)还包括供电器(35),供电器(35)与控制器(31)连接。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述调控***(3)还包括手控器(36),手控器(36)与控制器(31)连接。
  19. 一种实现如权利要求11或权利要求12所述防久坐控制方法的防久坐装置,其特征在于,包括:
    靠背(1),靠背(1)包括靠背板(11)以及布置于靠背板(11)的垫靠气囊(12);
    椅座(2),椅座(2)包括座部板(21)以及布置于座部板(21)的座部气囊(22);
    调控***(3),调控***(3)包括控制器(31)、压力传感器(32)以及充放气装置(33),控制器(31)包括依次连接的实时采集模块(315)、压力判断模块(316)以及坐姿调节模块(314),压力传感器(32)布置于椅座(2)和/或靠背(1)并且与实时采集模块(315)通信连接,充放气装置(33)分别与垫靠气囊(12)和座部气囊(22) 连通并且与坐姿调节模块(314)通信连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述靠背(1)还包括软质垫套(13),软质垫套(13)覆盖在垫靠气囊(12)背向靠背板(11)的一侧上。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述椅座(2)还包括软质垫层(23),软质垫层(23)覆盖在座部气囊(22)背向座部板(21)的一侧上。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述椅座(2)还包括与座部气囊(22)连通的测压气道(34),所述压力传感器(32)包括气压传感器(321),气压传感器(321)设在测压气道(34)上。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述压力传感器(32)包括坐压传感器(322),坐压传感器(322)设在座部板(21)上。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述充放气装置(33)包括分别向垫靠气囊(12)、座部气囊(22)充气的供气器(331)、控制垫靠气囊(12)内部的气体量的第一调压阀(332a)以及控制座部气囊(22)内部的气体量的第二调压阀(332b),供气器(331)、第一调压阀(332a)以及第二调压阀(332b)均与坐姿调节模块(314)连接。
  25. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述调控***(3)还包括供电器(35),供电器(35)与控制器(31)连接。
  26. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述垫靠气囊(12)包括相互连通的腰部囊体(121)和背部囊体(122)。
  27. 根据权利要求19所述的防久坐装置,其特征在于:所述座部气囊(22)包括前侧囊体(221)和后侧囊体(222)。
  28. 一种办公椅,其特征在于:包括如权利要求19至权利要求27任一项所述的防久坐装 置。
  29. 一种外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于,包括:
    靠背(1),靠背(1)包括靠背板(11)和柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板(11)的垫靠气囊(12);
    调控***(3),调控***(3)包括控制器(31)、向垫靠气囊(12)充气的供气器(331)、控制垫靠气囊(12)内气体量的调压阀组件(332)以及采集人体腰部和/或人体背部对垫靠气囊(12)的压力的靠压传感器(323),靠压传感器(323)设于垫靠气囊(12)朝向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,或者靠压传感器(323)设于垫靠气囊(12)背向人体腰部和/或人体背部的外表面,供气器(331)、调压阀组件(332)以及靠压传感器(323)均与控制器(31)连接。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置还包括软质垫套(13),软质垫套(13)覆盖在垫靠气囊(12)背向靠背板(11)的一侧上,所述靠压传感器(323)被夹设于垫靠气囊(12)和软质垫套(13)之间。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述软质垫套(13)由弹性布料制成。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的外压感应式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述垫靠气囊(12)被划分成相同连通的腰部囊体(121)和背部囊体(122),所述靠压传感器(323)的数量为多个,所有靠压传感器(323)分成两组,其中一组靠压传感器(323)布置于腰部囊体(121)朝向人体腰部的外侧面,另一组靠压传感器(323)布置于背部囊体(122)朝向人体背部的外侧面。
  33. 一种手动式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于,包括:
    靠背(1),靠背(1)包括靠背板(11)以及柔性背腰托,柔性背腰托包括布置于靠背板(11)的垫靠气囊(12),垫靠气囊(12)具有允许气体进出于垫靠气囊(12)的气嘴(123);
    手动式充放气装置(4),手动式充放气装置(4)包括可缩胀的储气腔体(41)、储 气腔体(41)上设有只允许气体流进于储气腔体(41)的吸气单向阀(42)以及只允许气体流出于储气腔体(41)的呼气单向阀(43),呼气单向阀(43)通过一通气管路(44)连接于气嘴(123),呼气单向阀(43)上设有只允许通气管路(44)内的气体排放至大气的排气单向阀(45)。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的手动式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述手动式背部跟随支撑装置还包括软质垫套(13),软质垫套(13)覆盖在垫靠气囊(12)背向靠背板(11)的一侧上,软质垫套(13)和垫靠气囊(12)之间夹设有倚靠缓冲层(14)。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的手动式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述软质垫套(13)由弹性布料制成。
  36. 根据权利要求34所述的手动式背部跟随支撑装置,其特征在于:所述倚靠缓冲层(14)由海绵材料制成。
