背景技术
随着经济发展,人们生活水平提高,人们对铜铝等高档材料装饰件需求越来越大,工业建筑上也越来越注重质感外观,大量铝材或铜材料异形加工需求,催生了数控加工专用机床。金属装饰件对尺寸精度要求只需到毫米级别,不需要精确到微米级别的精度,偏向工件加工光洁度和复杂雕铣造型方面,同时要求效率高。传统重型龙门加工中心成本造价高,占地面积大,生产厂家投入成本过高。加工装饰金属工件,大材小用。普通数控木工机床改装的加装水槽的机床,台面清理切削废料困难,床身刚性差,加工工件表面光洁度无法满足高端需求。现有的设计带v型槽的铸铁台面或铝型材台面,主要存在以下两方面不足:
1.加工产生的粉末状废料容易沉积在v型槽内。造成装夹工件的v型螺丝来回移动不顺畅,甚至卡死,导致生产效率降低。
2.台面遗留粉末废料,容易造成切削液回流不顺畅,造成台面积存冷凝液。积水易发臭,对工作环境造成污染。一旦回流受阻,冷却效果不良,刀具容易磨损退火甚至损坏,造成额外损耗。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种有色金属雕铣机床,以解决上述技术问题。

本发明中通过废料推送装置的设置,能够对钢板加工台面上端的v形槽中积攒的废料粉末和积水进行清除,防止粉末状废料和冷凝液容易沉积在v型槽内,通过电动推杆和推板的设置,能够带动橡胶刮片沿着v形槽的外侧壁滑动,完成从左到右的清理工作,配合上废料收集仓的设置,能够将所有的废料和冷凝液集中收集,通过上推板和下推板的设置,液压伸缩杆伸长带动下推板向下移动,下推板将会对橡胶刮片施加一个向下的力,使得橡胶刮片与钢板加工台面的上端的v形槽紧密接触,v形槽内部的废料将会更加彻底的被推走,通过水箱的设置,能够在处理v形槽中进行清洗,保证v形槽内部干净,橡胶刮片能够对橡胶刮片的水分进行清除,保证v形槽的干燥,整个发明结构简单,操作方便,能够保证钢板加工台面上端面的整洁,保证有色金属板加工的正常高效进行,工作环境干净,实用性高。

工作原理:
在对有色金属板材进行加工的过程中,将有色金属放置在钢板加工台面5的上端,然后通过切削刀具单元4对有色金属表面进行加工,在加工过程中,会产生很多的粉末状废料容易沉积在v型槽内,通过废料推送装置8的设置,在完成一次加工后,如果发现v型槽内的废料较多,可以控制电动推杆802伸长,电动推杆802将会推动推板804沿着伸缩支撑杆803轴向方向移动,推板804带动橡胶刮片805沿着v型槽的表面移动,能够将v型槽内部积攒的废料全部朝向一侧推动,直到将所有的废料推进废料入口10处,然后进入到废料收集仓9中。
一次清理结束后,控制电动推杆802收缩,使得推板804返回到最初的位置,当废料收集仓9内部收集满了后,打开密封门11,将废料收集仓9内部的废料全部取出即可。

推板804包括上推板804a和下推板804b,上推板804a的下端设置有凹形槽12,凹形槽12的内部竖向安装有液压伸缩杆13,液压伸缩杆13的下端固定安装在下推板804b上,下推板804b的下侧设置有滑动槽14,橡胶刮片805通过固定滑杆15安装在滑动槽14中。
上推板804a的外侧壁上固定安装有水箱16,水箱16的上端设置有入水口17,水箱16的下端均匀设置有多个出水管18,出水管18的下端安装有喷水喷头19,出水管18与喷水喷头19之间安装有电磁阀20。
工作原理:
在橡胶刮片805在v形槽中滑动的过程中,通过调节液压伸缩杆13伸长,带动下推板804b向下移动,下推板804b将会对橡胶刮片805施加一个向下的力,使得橡胶刮片805与钢板加工台面5的上端的v形槽紧密接触,然后在推动的过程中,v形槽内部的废料将会更加彻底的被推走,如果橡胶刮片805长久使用后磨损严重,需要更换时,只需要将固定滑杆15从滑动槽14中抽出,然后换上新的带有橡胶刮片805的固定滑杆15即可。
通过水箱16的设置,能够在处理v形槽中进行清洗,在橡胶刮片805工作的同时,打开电磁阀20,水箱16中的水通过出水管18到达喷水喷头19,然后对v形槽内部进行冲刷,保证v形槽内部干净,橡胶刮片805能够对橡胶刮片805的水分进行清除,保证v形槽的干燥。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

  1. 一种有色金属雕铣机床,包括雕铣机床本体(1)和机架(2),其特征在于:所述机架(2)位于雕铣机床本体(1)的左右两侧,左右两侧的机架(2)的上端之间固定安装有横梁(3),横梁(3)的上端固定安装有切削刀具单元(4),所述雕铣机床本体(1)的上断面上设置有钢板加工台面(5),钢板加工台面(5)的上端均匀设置有v形槽,所述雕铣机床本体(1)的下端固定安装有支撑腿(6),所述雕铣机床本体(1)的一侧安装有数控***(7);所述机架(2)的内侧壁上固定安装有废料推送装置(8),废料推送装置(8)包括设置在机架(2)侧壁上的安装槽(801),安装槽(801)的内侧壁靠近上下两侧设置有两排电动推杆(802),两排电动推杆(802)之间水平设置有伸缩支撑杆(803),伸缩支撑杆(803)和电动推杆(802)的自由端均固定安装在推板(804)的内侧壁上,推板(804)的下侧固定设置有橡胶刮片(805),橡胶刮片(805)与v形槽的外侧壁相互配合,所述机架(2)与废料推送装置(8)相对一侧的外侧壁上设置有废料收集仓(9),废料收集仓(9)的一侧壁上贯穿设置有废料入口(10),且废料入口(10)贯穿到机架(2)的内侧,所述废料收集仓(9)远离废料入口(10)的侧壁上设置有密封门(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有色金属雕铣机床,其特征在于:所述推板(804)与雕铣机床本体(1)的上端面垂直设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有色金属雕铣机床,其特征在于:所述废料入口(10)的长度等于钢板加工台面(5)的侧边长度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有色金属雕铣机床,其特征在于:所述推板(804)包括上推板(804a)和下推板(804b),所述上推板(804a)的下端设置有凹形槽(12),凹形槽(12)的内部竖向安装有液压伸缩杆(13),液压伸缩杆(13)的下端固定安装在下推板(804b)上,所述下推板(804b)的下侧设置有滑动槽(14),所述橡胶刮片(805)通过固定滑杆(15)安装在滑动槽(14)中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有色金属雕铣机床,其特征在于:所述上推板(804a)的外侧壁上固定安装有水箱(16),水箱(16)的上端设置有入水口(17),所述水箱(16)的下端均匀设置有多个出水管(18),出水管(18)的下端安装有喷水喷头(19),出水管(18)与喷水喷头(19)之间安装有电磁阀(20)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种有色金属雕铣机床,其特征在于:所述喷水喷头(19)的个数等于所述v形槽的个数,且喷水喷头(19)与v形槽一一对应。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种有色金属雕铣机床,其特征在于:所述入水口(17)的上端安装有密封盖。
