技术领域
本申请属于家居用品技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕。
背景技术
基于生物力学的要求,根据自身的身高胖瘦以及睡眠习惯的不同(侧睡、仰睡、趴睡等),人们一直以来对枕头的高低要求都不相同。由于肩宽、背宽及其高度,加上颈部的粗细和长短,人们难以获得一个非常适合个人需求的舒适枕头。
目前,市场上出现有多种具有高度可选的新型枕头,用户可根据自身生理数据而获得定制枕头。一般地,定制枕头具有高中低三档可调。但是由于枕头材料本身的各自特性不同,进而经过一段时间的使用或者经过头部的重量按压之后,呈现出的高度变化各不相同,因此即便是定制的枕头,也并不十分地贴合用户的个人需求。另外,市场上也有简单式的通过在枕头下面垫高一层或几层垫子实现高度的调整,也有通过内置机械结构或者气囊结构等实现高度调整。其中气囊结构包括电动式,还有外置手捏式。
上述的各种现有新型枕头存在以下技术问题:
其一,定制枕头仅有高中低三档可调,其无法适配于多种不同生理参数的需求;简单式的通过在枕头下面垫高一层或几层垫子实现高度的调整,所调整的高度同样的有限,也无法适配于多种不同生理参数的需求,因此其适用范围小;
其二,电动式气囊无论是内置还是外置,均无法避免噪音以及电子部件对人体心理和生理的电磁干扰,进而影响到人体的身心健康;
其三,外置手捏式气囊至于枕头的外置,使其外观的可观性显著下降,并且需使用者频繁操作且充气和放气的力度难以把握,因此难以调整至当前所需的舒适高度。
技术问题
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,以解决现有技术中存在的高度可调枕头的高度调整范围有限、舒适性差且操作力度难以把握的的技术问题。

为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案是:提供一种手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其包括具有弹性的枕头主体和气囊,以及充放气装置;其中
所述枕头主体具有用于支撑人体颈部的颈枕部和用于支撑人体头部的头枕部;所述颈枕部开设有开口朝下的放置槽,所述气囊放置于所述放置槽内;所述颈枕部还开设有安装孔,所述安装孔由所述放置槽的底面延伸至所述颈枕部的上表面;
所述充放气装置压合于所述气囊上并用于向所述气囊的内部充气或从所述气囊的内部向外放气;所述充放气装置位于所述气囊外的部分被置于所述安装孔内且所述充放气装置的操作端暴露于所述颈枕部的上表面。

现对本申请实施例提供的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕进行说明。
请参阅图1-图6所示,本申请提供的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其包括具有弹性的枕头主体1和气囊2,以及充放气装置3。其中,所述枕头主体1具有用于支撑人体颈部的颈枕部和用于支撑人体头部的头枕部;所述颈枕部开设有开口朝下的放置槽11,所述气囊2放置于所述放置槽11内;所述颈枕部还开设有安装孔12,所述安装孔12由所述放置槽11的底面延伸至所述颈枕部的上表面;所述充放气装置3压合于所述气囊2上并用于向所述气囊2的内部充气或从所述气囊2的内部向外放气;所述充放气装置3位于所述气囊2外的部分被置于所述安装孔12内且所述充放气装置3的操作端暴露于所述颈枕部的上表面。
上述实施例中的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,与现有技术相比,其具有以下技术效果:
其一,采用可充放气的气囊和枕头主体相结合的设计,使得使用舒适性和具备调高功能的两种需求以最佳的方式得以实现;
其二,将位于气囊外部的充放气装置内置于枕头主体中,并通过孔结构使操作端于枕头主体的上表面暴露出,如此在保证外观的最佳可观性的同时,并不妨碍使用者随时根据当前需要调整气囊;
其三,采用可充放气的气囊和枕头主体相结合的设计,由于枕头主体可根据使用者的生理参数进行自适配调整,加之充放气装置可对气囊进行多种不同高度的调整,因此本申请将两者结合可实现对颈部高度的无极调节,可适用于多种不同生理参数的使用者,其适用范围非常广;
其四,本申请将枕头主体划分为颈枕部和头枕部,颈枕部为气囊所在区域,头枕部不具备气囊的支撑,如此可使使用者的头部处于下沉状态,而颈部处于提升状态,该状态完全符合人体骨骼生长的结构要求,也符合人们在仰睡状态下骨骼本身的摆放要求,因此更贴合科学和实用;
其五,采用可充放气的气囊和枕头主体相结合的设计,如此两者的调节精度可适当的降低,彼此之间相辅相成,可相互弥补另一者的调节误差,因此可适度降低调节难度或对调节精度的把握;并且,当其中一者随着使用时间的增加而存在磨损或者高度调节功能降低时,可通过另一者进行适当弥补,进而可适度延长整个手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕的使用寿命。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,放置槽11包括平行于头枕部延伸的主放置槽和分别与主放置槽111的两端呈角度连接的两个侧放置槽112;气囊2包括平行于头枕部延伸的主气囊21和分别与主气囊21的两端呈角度连接的两个侧气囊22;主气囊21和侧气囊22一一对应地放置于主放置槽111和侧放置槽112内,充放气装置3压合于侧气囊22上,安装孔12由侧放置槽112的底面延伸至颈枕部的上表面。
本实施例中,枕头主体1为大致矩形结构,其具有颈枕部和头枕部,颈枕部和头枕部沿枕头主体1的宽度方向依次设置,也就是说,颈枕部的长度沿枕头主体的长度方向延伸,头枕部的长度沿枕头主体的长度方向延伸,而主气囊21和与其对应的主放置槽111的长度方向均与颈枕部的长度方向一致,如此人体颈部可支撑于颈枕部上并可沿颈枕部的长度方向翻转,对应地,人体头部可支撑于头枕部上。
基于上述实施例,两个侧气囊22和两个侧放置槽112正好置于枕头主体1的长度方向的两侧,其上设置的充放气装置3和安装孔12正好可避让开枕头主体1的中间区域,亦即主要的使用区域,如此可避免充放气装置3和安装孔12对舒适感的影响。
另外,两个侧气囊22和两个侧放置槽112正好置于枕头主体1的长度方向的两侧,开枕头主体1的中间区域位于两个侧气囊22之间,亦即主要的使用区域位于两个侧气囊22之间,如此两个侧气囊22可由人体头部的侧方对头部形成支撑,进一步增加舒适性能。
上述实施例中,侧放置槽112和侧气囊22均朝向头枕部延伸,侧放置槽112垂直于主放置槽111设置,侧气囊112垂直于主气囊21设置。当然,侧放置槽112可以锐角或钝角方式连接于主放置槽111,对应地,侧气囊22可以锐角或钝角方式连接于主气囊21。
应当理解,侧气囊22和侧放置槽112的设置为便于提高舒适性并便于设置充放气装置,侧气囊22和侧放置槽112可朝向远离头枕部的方向延伸。
本实施例中,优选放置槽11和气囊2均呈U形。
其他实施例中,放置槽11和气囊2可呈C形、L形或其他非封闭形状。
一实施例中,安装孔12包括第一安装孔121和第二安装孔122;充放气装置3具有充气操作端31和放气操作端32;充放气装置3位于气囊2外的其中一部分被置于第一安装孔121内且充气操作端31由第一安装孔121暴露于颈枕部的上表面;充放气装置3位于气囊2外的另一部分被置于第二安装孔122内且放气操作端32由第二安装孔122暴露于颈枕部的上表面。
一实施例中,手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕还包括枕套4,枕套4上开设有一镂空孔41且枕套4的外表面上设置有一标识结构42;其中,放气操作端32由镂空孔41暴露,充气操作端31与标识结构42对应。优选地,标识结构42为刺绣结构。
一实施例中,枕头主体1为记忆棉主体、乳胶主体、包含有棉花填充物的主体、包含有羽绒填充物的主体或包含有植物种子类颗粒的主体中的任一种。
需要说明的是,本申请提供的枕头主体具有弹性,弹性是指物体发生形变后,能恢复原来大小和形状的性质,因此可理解为本申请提供的枕头主体具备自回弹的性能,尤其指具备慢回弹的性能。其中,慢回弹是指其材料具有缓慢变形的能力,外力使其变形后,会缓慢地回复原先形状,即材料具有一种兼具黏性和弹性的特性,吸收冲击动能,并能反复使用且不至于永久变形,尤其指以聚氨酯慢回弹海绵(亦即记忆海绵,Memory Foam)为代表。
一实施例中,气囊2的内部填充有内容物,内容物为天然乳胶颗粒、植物种子类颗粒、海绵碎块、泡沫粒子EPS、棉花、羽绒或胶管中的任一种。为了使气囊的充气速度可以加快,在气囊的内部添加上述任一种的内容物,如此减少了很大部分的充气空间,使得充气的效率提升,从最低到最高可以在30-40下完成,换言之,可半分钟到一分钟内完成。在空置状态下,当启动可充气状态时,内部的填充物可自动吸气让气囊达到浅充气状态,以便于充气效率的提升。
一实施例中,充放气装置3为手动式充放气装置。本申请的内置式无电手动充气装置,让充气装置通过压合的气囊部分内置于记忆绵中,气囊曲线在人体颈部充分发挥作用,调整枕头颈部的高度,可从7厘米左右直至最高的15-16厘米的幅度,可满足大部分人的生理参数需求,同时也满足了人们侧睡时肩部高度的需求,满足了人们骨骼压力的承受范围,让睡眠更加自在。
需要说明的是,本申请所采用的充放气装置为已公开的现有技术,通过对颈部高度的调整,可以实现在一定程度上无极调节,手动充气高度可以根据任意需求充气。如果对当前的高度不满意,气阀在充气且不放气状态下 ,通过手动轻按压实现无极的任意高度调节,如此,睡在枕头上时,用一个手指头就可以轻松调节,最终达到满意的程度。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:包括具有弹性的枕头主体和气囊,以及充放气装置;其中,
    所述枕头主体具有用于支撑人体颈部的颈枕部和用于支撑人体头部的头枕部;所述颈枕部开设有开口朝下的放置槽,所述气囊放置于所述放置槽内;所述颈枕部还开设有安装孔,所述安装孔由所述放置槽的底面延伸至所述颈枕部的上表面;
    所述充放气装置压合于所述气囊上并用于向所述气囊的内部充气或从所述气囊的内部向外放气;所述充放气装置位于所述气囊外的部分被置于所述安装孔内且所述充放气装置的操作端暴露于所述颈枕部的上表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述放置槽包括平行于所述头枕部延伸的主放置槽和分别与所述主放置槽的两端呈角度连接的两个侧放置槽;所述气囊包括平行于所述头枕部延伸的主气囊和分别与所述主气囊的两端呈角度连接的两个侧气囊;
    所述主气囊和所述侧气囊一一对应地放置于所述主放置槽和所述侧放置槽内,所述充放气装置压合于所述侧气囊上,所述安装孔由所述侧放置槽的底面延伸至所述颈枕部的上表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述侧放置槽和所述侧气囊均朝向所述头枕部延伸,所述侧放置槽垂直于所述主放置槽设置,所述侧气囊垂直于所述主气囊设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述放置槽和所述气囊均呈U形。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述安装孔包括第一安装孔和第二安装孔;所述充放气装置具有充气操作端和放气操作端;
    所述充放气装置位于所述气囊外的其中一部分被置于所述第一安装孔内且所述充气操作端由所述第一安装孔暴露于所述颈枕部的上表面;所述充放气装置位于所述气囊外的另一部分被置于所述第二安装孔内且所述放气操作端由所述第二安装孔暴露于所述颈枕部的上表面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕还包括枕套,所述枕套上开设有一镂空孔且所述枕套的外表面上设置有一标识结构;其中,
    所述放气操作端由所述镂空孔暴露,所述充气操作端与所述标识结构正对设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述标识结构为刺绣结构。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述枕头主体为记忆棉主体、乳胶主体、包含有棉花填充物的主体、包含有羽绒填充物的主体或包含有植物种子类颗粒的主体中的任一种。
  9. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述气囊的内部填充有内容物,所述内容物为天然乳胶颗粒、植物种子类颗粒、海绵碎块、泡沫粒子、棉花、羽绒或胶管中的任一种。
  10. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的手动型内置式高度可调颈椎护理枕,其特征在于:所述充放气装置为手动式充放气装置。
