Description

Operation device
The present disclosure relates to an operating device, and particularly to an operating device operated by an operator.
The dimmer can adjust the dimming level of the lighting equipment. Further, the dimmer is required to change the dimming level and turn on / off the lighting. Therefore, it has a rotary variable resistor, controls the dimming level of lighting according to the resistance value of the variable resistor, and turns the changeover switch on / off by pressing the switch panel (for example, patented patent). See Document 1).

The button cannot be operated if the decorative cover is attached, but the button can be operated if the decorative cover is removed. It is required to improve the operability of such a dimmer.
The present disclosure has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a technique for improving operability in a structure to which a decorative cover is attached.
In order to solve the above problems, the operating device of one aspect of the present disclosure includes a main body having a front panel, a rotating shaft protruding from the front panel toward the front side, and a tubular operation covering the rotating shaft from the front side. The knob cover and the operation knob cover are inserted, and the internal cover that has an inner through hole that suppresses the movement of the operation knob cover to the front side, covers the front panel from the front side, and is attached to the main body, and the operation knob cover. It has an outer through hole into which the inner cover is inserted, and also has a decorative cover that covers the inner cover from the front side and is attached to the main body. A button area that can be pushed in from the front side is arranged on the front panel, and the inner cover has a penetration area that allows the button area to be pushed in with the decorative cover removed from the main body. The decorative cover covers the button area and the penetrating area.
According to the present disclosure, the operability in the structure to which the decorative cover is attached can be improved.
1 (a)-(c) are exploded perspective views showing the structure of the operating device according to the embodiment. 2 (a)-(c) is a diagram showing a structure when the operating device of FIGS. 1 (a)-(c) is viewed from the front side. 3 (a)-(c) is a diagram showing the structure of the inner cover of FIGS. 1 (a)-(c). 3 (a)-(c) is a diagram showing light guidance by the inner cover. 5 (a)-(b) is a diagram showing another structure of the operating device of FIGS. 1 (a)-(c).
Before concretely explaining the embodiment of the present disclosure, the outline of the present embodiment will be described. This embodiment relates to an operating device such as a dimmer. The operating device includes a rotatable non-insulating operating knob and a pressable button. In order to ensure insulation against the operation knob, the operation knob is covered with an insulating operation knob cover. Further, in order to prevent the operation knob cover from falling off from the operation knob and the button from being pressed at normal times, a decorative cover covering the button is attached while preventing the operation knob cover from falling off.
When the cosmetic cover is removed, the button can be pressed. However, in that state, the operation knob cover is likely to fall off, and the operation knob may be exposed. In the operation device according to the present embodiment, an inner cover that enables pressing on the button is attached while preventing the operation knob cover from falling off from the operation knob, and a decorative cover is attached so as to cover the inner cover. The decorative cover covers the button. In such a structure, when the decorative cover is removed, the button can be pressed, but the operation knob cover does not fall off.
A light source is provided in the operating device to enable status notification in the operating device. However, in the case of the double structure of the inner cover and the decorative cover, it becomes difficult for the light from the light source to reach the outside of the operating device. A dedicated light guide plate may be provided to guide the light from the light source, but it is difficult to provide a dedicated light guide plate for an operation device that is required to be miniaturized. In the operating device according to the present embodiment, the decorative cover is provided with a through hole, and the inner cover is generated by a transparent material. The light from the light source passes through the inner cover and is output to the outside through the through hole of the decorative cover. In the following description, "parallel" and "vertical" include not only perfectly parallel and vertical, but also cases of deviation from parallel and vertical within the margin of error. In addition, "abbreviation" means that they are the same in an approximate range.
1 (a)-(c) are exploded perspective views showing the structure of the operating device 1000. 1 (a)-(b) are exploded perspective views in which the directions are different from each other, and FIG. 1 (c) is an exploded perspective view of the main body 100 of FIGS. 1 (a)-(b). .. 2 (a)-(c) show the structure when the operating device 1000 is viewed from the front side. FIG. 2A shows the structure of the operating device 1000 to which the decorative cover 500 is attached, FIG. 2B shows the operating device 1000 to which the decorative cover 500 is removed and the internal cover 400 is attached, and FIG. 2C is shown. ) Indicates an operating device 1000 from which the decorative cover 500 and the inner cover 400 have been removed. 3 (a)-(c) show the structure of the inner cover 400. In particular, FIG. 3A is a perspective view of the inner cover 400, FIG. 3B shows a structure when the inner cover 400 is viewed from the front side, and FIG. 3C shows FIG. 3B. ) Is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA'. The operating device 1000 is a dimmer for controlling the lighting load to a lighting state, an extinguishing state, or a dimming state. The operating device 1000 is not limited to the dimmer, and may be a switch for controlling the ventilation fan load.
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a)-(c), an orthogonal coordinate system including an x-axis, a y-axis, and a z-axis is defined. The x-axis and y-axis are orthogonal to each other. The z-axis is perpendicular to the x-axis and the y-axis and extends in the height direction of the operating device 1000. Further, the positive directions of the x-axis, the y-axis, and the z-axis are defined in the directions of the arrows in FIGS. 1 (a)-(c), and the negative directions are defined in the directions opposite to the arrows. .. The positive direction of the z-axis may be referred to as "upper" or "upper", and the negative direction of the z-axis may be referred to as "lower" or "lower". The positive direction of the x-axis may be referred to as "forward" and "front side", and the negative direction of the x-axis may be referred to as "rear" and "rear side". The positive direction of the y-axis may be referred to as "right" or "right", and the negative direction of the y-axis may be referred to as "left" or "left". Therefore, the z-axis is an axis extending in the vertical direction, the x-axis is an axis extending in the front-rear direction, and the y-axis is an axis extending in the left-right direction.
The operating device 1000 includes a main body 100, a rotating shaft 200, an operating knob cover 300, an internal cover 400, and a decorative cover 500. The main body 100 has a box shape in which a front main body 110 arranged on the front side and a rear main body 112 arranged on the rear side are combined. The internal structure of the main body 100 will be described later, and a rectangular front panel 120 extends in the yz plane on the front side of the main body 100. The outer peripheral edge portion of the front panel 120 is surrounded by the upper side wall portion 140, the left side wall portion 142, the lower side wall portion 144, and the right side wall portion 146. The upper side wall portion 140, the left side wall portion 142, the lower side wall portion 144, and the right side wall portion 146 all project toward the front side from the front panel 120 and may be collectively referred to as a wall portion. The upper side wall portion 140 is arranged on the upper side portion of the front panel 120 and extends in the left-right direction, and the left side wall portion 142 is arranged on the left side portion of the front panel 120 and extends in the vertical direction. The lower side wall portion 144 is arranged in the lower portion of the front panel 120 and extends in the left-right direction, and the right side wall portion 146 is arranged in the right side portion of the front panel 120 and extends in the vertical direction.
A rod-shaped rotating shaft 200 projecting toward the front side is arranged in the central portion of the front panel 120. The rotating shaft 200 is a shaft that can rotate in the yz plane and is formed of a non-insulating member, for example, brass. By rotating the rotation shaft 200, for example, dimming control of the lighting load is performed. The rotation shaft 200 is covered from the front side by the operation knob cover 300. The operation knob cover 300 has a tubular shape that expands toward the rear side and has a tubular shape that is closed on the front side. The operation knob cover 300 is formed of an insulating member, for example, a resin. The user also rotates the rotation shaft 200 by pinching and rotating the operation knob cover 300.
The inner cover 400 has a plate shape extending in the yz plane, covers the front panel 120 from the front side, and is attached to the front main body 110 of the main body 100. The attachment of the inner cover 400 to the front main body 110 will be described later. An inner through hole 410 that opens in a circular shape is arranged in the central portion of the inner cover 400. The operation knob cover 300 attached to the rotating shaft 200 is inserted into the inner through hole 410. Further, since the radius of the opening of the inner through hole 410 is smaller than the radius of the rear end of the operation knob cover 300, the movement of the operation knob cover 300 to the front side is suppressed. That is, if the inner cover 400 is attached to the main body 100, the occurrence of a situation in which the operation knob cover 300 is detached from the rotation shaft 200 is suppressed.
The decorative cover 500 has a plate shape extending in the yz plane, covers the inner cover 400 from the front side, and is attached to the front main body 110 of the main body 100. The attachment of the decorative cover 500 to the front main body 110 will be described later, but the decorative cover 500 is attached to the main body 100 while sandwiching the inner cover 400. An outer through hole 510 that opens in a circular shape is arranged in the central portion of the decorative cover 500. The operation knob cover 300 attached to the rotating shaft 200 is inserted into the outer through hole 510.
An upper protruding piece 540, a left protruding piece 542, a lower protruding piece 544, and a right protruding piece 546 are arranged on the outer peripheral edge of the decorative cover 500. The upper projecting piece 540, the left projecting piece 542, the lower projecting piece 544, and the right projecting piece 546 all project toward the rear side and may be collectively referred to as a projecting piece. The upper protruding piece 540 is arranged on the upper portion of the decorative cover 500 and extends in the left-right direction, and the left protruding piece 542 is arranged on the left side portion of the decorative cover 500 and extends in the vertical direction. The lower protruding piece 544 is arranged in the lower portion of the decorative cover 500 and extends in the left-right direction, and the right protruding piece 546 is arranged in the right portion of the decorative cover 500 and extends in the vertical direction. In the state where the decorative cover 500 is attached to the main body 100, the upper protruding piece 540 covers the upper side wall portion 140, the left side protruding piece 542 covers the left side wall portion 142, and the lower protruding piece 544 covers the lower side wall portion 144. The right protruding piece 546 covers the right wall portion 146.
Inside the main body 100, a first electronic circuit board 210a and a second electronic circuit board 210b collectively referred to as an electronic circuit board 210 are included, and the first electronic circuit board 210a is arranged above the second electronic circuit board 210b. To. The first electronic circuit board 210a and the second electronic circuit board 210b have a plate shape extending in an xy plane, and are arranged along the direction from the front panel 120 toward the rear side. The first electronic circuit board 210a and the second electronic circuit board 210b are connected while sandwiching the rotation shaft 200.
The rotating shaft 200 is fixed to the front main body 110 by the fixing member 202. The fixing member 202 is a nut and is arranged between the front panel 120 and the inner cover 400. Since the fixing member 202 receives the stress when the rotation shaft 200 is rotated, the stress is not transmitted to the electronic circuit board 210. As a result, the connection between the rotation shaft 200 and the electronic circuit board 210 is maintained even if the electronic circuit board 210 is not arranged so as to spread in the yz plane.
A setting button 220 is arranged on the second electronic circuit board 210b. A button area 130 of the front panel 120 is arranged in front of the setting button 220. The button area 130 is an area that can be pressed from the front side, and can be said to be a cover for the setting button 220. The inner cover 400 has a penetration region 420 at a position corresponding to the button region 130. The penetration region 420 is, for example, a notch, but may be a through hole. With the decorative cover 500 removed from the main body 100, the user can press the button area 130 via the penetration area 420. Further, when the decorative cover 500 is attached to the main body 100, the decorative cover 500 covers the button area 130 and the penetrating area 420.
光源230は、例えば、LED(Light Emitting Diode)である。 Inside the main body 100, a light source 230 is arranged on the first electronic circuit board 210a. The light source 230 is, for example, an LED (Light Emitting Diode). The front panel 120 has a first through hole 170 arranged at a position corresponding to the light source 230, and the decorative cover 500 has a second through hole 570 arranged at a position corresponding to the light source 230. Further, on the inner cover 400, the first protruding portion 470 and the second protruding portion 472 are arranged at positions corresponding to the light source 230. The first protrusion 470 has a rod shape and extends toward the rear side, and the second protrusion 472 has a rod shape and extends toward the front side. When the inner cover 400 and the decorative cover 500 are attached to the main body 100, the first protruding portion 470 is inserted into the first through hole 170, and the second protruding portion 472 is inserted into the second through hole 570.
Here, since the inner cover 400 is made of a transparent material, the inner cover 400 allows the light radiated from the light source 230 to the outside via the first protrusion 470 and the second protrusion 472. Guide light. Further, the inner cover 400 has a groove 474 around the second protrusion 472. FIG. 4 shows the light guide by the inner cover 400. As shown in the figure, the light emitted from the light source 230 is guided to the front side by the first protrusion 470 and the second protrusion 472. The groove portion 474 suppresses the light incident from the first protruding portion 470 from being diffused in a direction other than the second protruding portion 472.
FIGS. 5 (a)-(b) show another structure of the operating device 1000. FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view when the inner cover 400 and the decorative cover 500 are attached to the main body 100. As shown in FIG. 3A, the inner cover 400 includes a first mounting claw 480, a second mounting claw (not shown), and a third mounting claw 484 extending toward the rear side. Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the front panel 120 includes a first mounting hole 180, a second mounting hole 182, and a third mounting hole 184. Here, the first mounting claw 480 and the first mounting hole 180, the second mounting claw and the second mounting hole 182, and the third mounting claw 484 and the third mounting hole 184 are arranged at positions corresponding to each other. As shown in FIG. 5A, the third mounting claw 484 is inserted into the third mounting hole 184. Further, the second mounting claw is inserted into the second mounting hole 182. As a result, the inner cover 400 is attached to the main body 100.
The upper protruding piece 540 has an upper claw portion 550 on the surface on the upper side wall portion 140 side, and the lower protruding piece 544 has a lower claw portion 554 on the surface on the lower side wall portion 144 side. The upper side wall portion 140 has an upper hole portion 150 to which the upper claw portion 550 can be attached on the surface on the upper protruding piece 540 side, and the lower side wall portion 144 has a lower claw portion on the surface on the lower protruding piece 544 side. It has a lower hole portion 154 to which the portion 554 can be attached. The decorative cover 500 is attached to the main body 100 by fitting the upper claw portion 550 into the upper hole portion 150 and fitting the lower claw portion 554 into the lower hole portion 154. In such a situation, even if the decorative cover 500 is pulled forward, the decorative cover 500 is not removed from the main body 100.
FIG. 5B shows a structure when the operating device 1000 is attached to the frame body 600. A removal groove 560 is arranged in the right protruding piece 546 of the decorative cover 500. The removal groove 560 is a vertically long opening. The tool 650 can be inserted into the removal groove 560, and when the tool 650 is inserted into the removal groove 560 and then the tool 650 is rotated clockwise, the upper protruding piece 540 in FIG. 5A is deformed upward. By deforming the lower protruding piece 544 downward, the upper claw portion 550 is disengaged from the upper hole portion 150, and the lower claw portion 554 is disengaged from the lower hole portion 154. When the decorative cover 500 moves to the front side in this state, the decorative cover 500 is removed from the main body 100.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, since the inner cover 400 is arranged even if the decorative cover 500 is removed, it is possible to prevent the operation knob cover 300 from coming off. Further, when the decorative cover 500 is removed, the button area 130 is exposed by the penetrating area 420 of the inner cover 400, so that the button area 130 can be pressed. Further, when the decorative cover 500 is removed, the internal cover 400 having the penetration region 420 is arranged, so that the button region 130 can be pressed while preventing the operation knob cover 300 from coming off. Further, since the button area 130 can be pressed while the operation knob cover 300 is prevented from coming off, the operability in the structure to which the decorative cover 500 is attached can be improved.
Further, since the rotation shaft 200 of the non-insulating member is covered with the operation knob cover 300 of the insulating member, it is possible to prevent the non-insulating member from being touched. Further, since the rotation shaft 200 receives the rotational stress, the pushing stress, and the tensile stress from the outside with respect to the operation knob cover 300, it is possible to eliminate the need for firm fixing of the electronic circuit board 210 inside the main body 100. Further, since the electronic circuit board 210 is arranged along the direction from the front panel 120 to the rear side, the area of the electronic circuit board 210 can be expanded with respect to the size of the main body 100. Further, since the area of the electronic circuit board 210 is expanded, many electronic components can be mounted.
Also, since the nails cannot be removed even if the decorative cover 500 is grabbed from the outside with a finger, it is possible to prevent the decorative cover from being removed with a finger. Further, since the decorative cover is prevented from being removed by a finger, it is possible to prevent a tampering operation on the button area 130. Further, since the removal groove 560 into which the tool 650 can be inserted is arranged, the decorative cover 500 which cannot be removed by being pinched by fingers can be removed by a force of lifting from below.
Further, since the transparent inner cover 400 is provided with the first protruding portion 470 and the second protruding portion 472, the light radiated from the light source 230 can be guided to the outside. Further, even if the decorative cover 500 and the inner cover 400 are covered, the light is guided to the outside, so that the operability in the structure to which the decorative cover 500 is attached can be improved. Since the inner cover 400 has a light guide function, parts can be arranged in a small space and space saving can be realized. Since the inner cover 400 has a groove portion 474 around the second protrusion 472, light can be efficiently guided.
