一种弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,包括胎面复合体(1)、中间弹性支架环(2)和内置轮辋(3),内置轮辋(3)中间位置设有与车轴相配合以便于其后期安装的轴孔,中间弹性支架环(2)由超高强聚氨酯弹性高分子材料制成;内置轮辋(3)直接安装于车轴,中间弹性支架环(2)通过键槽配合装于内置轮辋(3)上,胎面复合体(1)硫化贴于中间弹性支架环(2)上;中间弹性支架环(2)由外支环(21)、内支环(22),以及连接外支环(21)和内支环(22)的中间弧架(24)组成。该柔性轮胎可以替代传统充气轮胎,直接装配于车辆车轴,由超强高分子材料支架提供轮胎承载的径向刚度,无需充气,轮胎耐刺扎,不爆胎,自重轻,高承载,缓冲能力强。

Description

一种弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎 技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,具体是一种弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎。
背景技术
轮胎安装于车辆,是和路面接触的直接部件。车辆的许多性能是通过轮胎体现出来的,轮胎的主要功能为:支撑车辆乘坐人员及货物的重量,传递制动力和牵引力,缓冲路面对轮胎的冲击,保证车辆的操控稳定性。
技术问题
传统的充气轮胎存在其不足之处:安全性问题,行驶中的车辆轮胎具有漏气爆胎风险,对人类生命财产造成损失;环境问题,轮胎爆胎,异常损坏,会导致大量轮胎报废,对环境造成重大影响;质量大,随着科学技术发展,重量轻,承载能力大的轮胎需求量增加。
因此设计一种可以替代传统充气轮胎的弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,直接装配于车辆车轴,由超强高分子材料支架提供轮胎承载的径向刚度,而无需充气,轮胎耐刺扎,不爆胎,自重轻,高承载,缓冲能力强。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,包括胎面复合体、中间弹性支架环和内置轮辋,内置轮辋中间位置设有与车轴相配合以便于其后期安装的轴孔,所述中间弹性支架由超高强聚氨酯弹性高分子材料制成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述内置轮辋直接安装于车轴,中间弹性支架通过键槽配合装于内置轮辋上,胎面复合体硫化贴于中间弹性支架环上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述中间弹性支架由外支环、内支环,以及连接外支环和内支环的中间弧架组成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述中间弹性支架的内支环装配面上有整周均匀排布的键,键与轮辋上的整周均匀排列的槽相配合。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述胎面复合体硫化贴在胎面复合体外支环表面,所述胎面复合体由钢丝加强层与胎面组成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述胎面复合体由钢丝加强层与胎面预硫化复合制成。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎由胎面复合体、中间弹性支架环、内置轮辋组成,内置轮辋直接安装于车轴,中间弹性支架环通过键槽配合装于内置轮辋上,胎面复合体硫化贴于中间弹性支架环上;
中间弹性支架环由外支环、内支环,以及连接外支环和内支环的中间弧架组成,中间弧架采用高分子高强度聚氨酯材料制成,高承载、重量轻,提供径向刚度,并起到缓冲路面冲击的作用;
内置轮辋面上有整周均匀排布的槽,中间弹性支架环的内支环面上由整周均匀排布的键,中间弹性支架环的内支环面上的键与轮辋面上的整周均匀排列的槽装配;
胎面复合体由钢丝加强层与胎面预硫化复合制成,胎面复合体硫化贴于中间弹性支架环外支环表面。

请参阅图1-6,本发明实施例中,一种弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,如图1所示弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,由胎面复合体1、中间弹性支架环2、内置轮辋3组成,可代替常规充气轮胎用于车辆,为一体式轮胎。内置轮辋3安装于车辆的车轴,其轴线与车轴轴线对中,起到定位并传递力的作用。
如图3所示中间弹性支架环由外支环21、内支环22、中间弧架24组成,中间弹性支架环采用高强度聚氨酯高分子材料制成,重量轻,提供轮胎承载的径向刚度,并具有高缓冲性能。内支环22有均匀分布的键24,作为与轮辋配合的连接。
如图4所示内置轮辋,直接装配于车辆车轴,起到连接弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎与车辆的作用,内置轮辋3有均匀分布的槽31,作为与中间弹性支架环配合的连接。
如图5所示胎面复合体由钢丝加强层11和胎面12组成,钢丝加强层11和胎面12以预硫化的方式复合在一体,钢丝加强层采用高强度骨架材料,具有高承载性能,胎面具有花纹,是车辆与地面接触的唯一接触面。
如图6所示弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎a–a剖视图,内置轮辋3装于车轴,中间弹性支架环2通过内支环22上的键23与内置轮辋3上的槽31配合,使中间弹性支架环2对中并固定于内置轮辋3上,此配合可以传递力矩,用于重型车辆。胎面复合体1硫化贴于中间弹性支架环2上,胎面复合体1的胎面12为车辆与地面的唯一接触面。
工业实用性

  1. 一种弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,其特征在于,包括胎面复合体(1)、中间弹性支架环(2)和内置轮辋(3),内置轮辋(3)中间位置设有与车轴相配合以便于其后期安装的轴孔,所述中间弹性支架环(2)由超高强聚氨酯弹性高分子材料制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,其特征在于,所述内置轮辋(3)直接安装于车轴,中间弹性支架环(2)通过键槽配合装于内置轮辋(3)上,胎面复合体(1)硫化贴于中间弹性支架环(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,其特征在于,所述中间弹性支架环(2)由外支环(21)、内支环(22),以及连接外支环(21)和内支环(22)的中间弧架(24)组成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,其特征在于,所述中间弹性支架环(2)的内支环(22)装配面上有整周均匀排布的键(23),键(23)与内置轮辋(3)上的整周均匀排列的槽(31)相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,其特征在于,所述胎面复合体(1)硫化贴在外支环(21)表面,所述胎面复合体(1)由钢丝加强层(11)与胎面(12)组成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弹性支架一体式柔性轮胎,其特征在于,所述胎面复合体(1)由钢丝加强层(11)与胎面(12)预硫化复合制成。
