本申请属于显示技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种幕布固定结构、安装支架、幕布装置和投影显示***。
背景技术
100寸及以上尺寸的超短焦投影屏幕在安装时,可以采用高硬度的背板作为支撑。其中,高硬度的背板可以保证投影屏幕的平面度,确保投影质量。然而,高硬度的背板对于安装墙面(例如平面度、垂直度等)有较高要求;另外,高硬度的背板由于不能弯折导致运输、安装困难。
目前,也有采用框架和弹性件结合的方式对幕布进行支撑。在安装时,需要在幕布的周向设置多个弹性件,通过弹性件将幕布与框架弹性连接,以达到幕布所需要的平整度。该安装结构虽然可以弱化安装时对安装墙面的要求,但是,安装过程繁琐,操作困难,导致安装效率低下。

本申请的目的包括,例如,提供了一种幕布固定结构、安装支架、幕布装置和投影显示***,以改善上述问题。
本申请的实施例可以这样实现:
第一方面,提供一种幕布固定结构,包括边框、固定件以及调节组件。边框包括调节部、背对设置的支撑侧和安装侧,安装侧设置有卡接部。固定件用于和幕布的边缘固定连接,固定件与卡接部可拆卸连接。调节组件设置于幕布与边框之间,并与边框弹性连接,调节组件具有固定状态和抵推状态,处于固定状态的调节组件相对于边框固定连接,处于抵推状态的调节组件抵推于与固定件连接的幕布,以提供幕布展开于边框的支撑侧的张力。
进一步地,卡接部沿边框的长度方向开设有卡槽,固定件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部用于和幕布的边缘固定连接,第二连接部设置有卡扣,卡扣卡设于卡槽。
进一步地,固定件包括卡接杆和固定框,卡接杆用于和幕布的边缘固定连接,固定框扣合于安装侧,且与卡接部围合成卡设空间,卡接杆卡接于卡设空间。
进一步地,固定框包括扣合部和与扣合部连接的遮挡部,卡接部开设有卡槽,扣合部扣合于卡接部且形成卡设空间,遮挡部遮盖于边框,且与调节部之间形成供调节组件沿垂直于边框长度的方向移动的调节空间。

本申请实施例提供的幕布固定结构,通过固定件与幕布的边缘位置固定连接,调节组件与边框的调节部弹性连接,固定件与位于边框安装侧的卡接部可拆卸连接。
安装时,幕布位于边框的支撑侧,其中一侧边缘固定,另一侧边缘与固定件固定连接;调节组件装配于边框的调节部上,连接有幕布的固定件反包于调节组件,或者幕布边缘部分反包于调节组件后,通过固定件与边框可拆卸连接。调节组件在抵推状态下,滑块抵推于幕布的边缘位置,从而将幕布撑开为平展状态。
该幕布固定结构安装方便,结构简单,降低安装难度,有利于提高安装效率。另外,调节组件可以随幕布的变形而发生移动,使得幕布可以始终处于平展状态,有利于补偿幕布由于热胀冷缩而造成的变形量。

针对100寸及以上尺寸的超短焦菲涅尔抗光投影屏幕,安装时,可以采用高硬度的背板,通过贴合等工艺组装固定。高硬度的背板可以保证投影屏幕的平面度和投影图像的显示质量。
然而,当安装墙面不平整或者倾斜时,投影屏幕通过背板固定在安装墙面上也会呈现倾斜状态。另外,由于背板大多采用了蜂窝铝等金属材料,导致整体重量大,投影屏幕固定在背板上无法弯折,进而在运输和安装过程中存在较大困难。
为了减少投影屏幕对安装墙面的要求,可以采用框架和弹性件结合的方式。框架为可拆卸结构,组装后的框架作为投影屏幕的支撑主体,投影屏幕的周向设置多个弹性件(投影屏幕的每边都连接有40~50个弹性件),通过弹性件与框架连接,且使投影屏幕获得良好的平整度。
该安装方式由于框架可拆卸,投影屏幕为可折叠幕布,有利于降低运输困难。但是,该结构的安装方式安装过程繁琐,需要工作人员将投影屏幕周边的弹性件依次连接,弹性件数量较多,导致安装效率低下。
基于上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种幕布固定结构100。
请参照图1,幕布固定结构100用于和幕布101的边缘位置固定连接。当幕布101的一侧边缘固定,相对的另一侧通过幕布固定结构100连接,可以将幕布101展开为平展状态,即使幕布101在热胀冷缩的影响下依旧可以保持展开状态。
请参照图1和图2,幕布固定结构100可以包括边框110、固定件120以及调节组件130。其中,固定件120用于和幕布101的边缘固定连接,安装时固定件120与边框110可拆卸连接,调节组件130设置于幕布101与边框110之间,且与边框110弹性连接,并具有固定状态和抵推状态。其 中,处于固定状态的调节组件相对于边框固定连接,处于抵推状态的调节组件抵推于与固定件连接的幕布,从而向幕布提供其展开于边框的支撑侧的张力。
换句话说,当幕布101在与幕布固定结构100安装之前或者安装过程中时,调节组件130可以处于固定状态,此时,调节组件130相对于边框110固定连接。当幕布101与幕布固定结构100安装完成之后,调节组件130处于抵推状态,此时,调节组件130抵推于与固定件120连接的幕布101,从而将幕布101撑开为平展状态且幕布101的承光部分位于边框110的支撑侧113。
具体地,请参照图3,边框110为细长杆状结构,每个边框110均可以包括调节部111、支撑侧113和安装侧115。调节部111用于和调节组件130相配合,以使调节组件130可以沿与边框110长度具有一定夹角的方向伸缩运动。支撑侧113和安装侧115沿边框110的厚度方向相对设置,边框110的安装侧115设置有卡接部1151,卡接部1151用于和固定件120可拆卸连接。
安装时,调节组件130弹性连接于边框110的调节部111,固定件120固定连接于幕布101的边缘位置,固定件120或者幕布101反包于调节组件130且与边框110的卡接部1151可拆卸连接。调节组件130远离调节部111的一侧抵推于与固定件120连接的幕布101,由于调节组件130具有朝向背离边框110一侧的方向的推力,在调节组件130的抵推作用下,幕布101始终处于平展状态,且幕布101的承光部分位于边框110的支撑侧113。
请参照图3和图4所示,位于边框110安装侧115的卡接部1151可以沿边框110的长度方向开设卡槽,固定件120包括第一连接部和第二连接部。其中,第一连接部用于和幕布101的边缘部分固定连接,固定件120与边框110安装后,固定件120的第二连接部与边框110的卡槽相对应的位置可以设置卡扣121,卡扣121卡设于卡槽内。
可选地,卡槽的横截面形状可以为“T”字型,卡扣121的横截面形状与卡槽的横截面形状相匹配。当卡槽为“T”字型槽时,卡扣121的横截面形状也设置为“T”字型。通过卡扣121卡设于卡槽内,使幕布101通过固 定件120与边框110可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,卡槽和卡扣121的形状不局限于此,也可以为其他形状,只要满足固定件120与卡接部1151卡接即可。工作人员在安装时,只需要将固定件120与边框110卡接即可,以使安装过程简单,降低安装难度,从而提高了安装效率。
进一步地,如图3,边框110还可以包括位于支撑侧113和安装侧115之间的侧面,调节部111设置于侧面上。需要注意的是,这里的侧面包括了内侧面116和外侧面117,且内侧面116和外侧面117相对设置。当幕布101安装于幕布固定结构100上后,边框110中靠近幕布101中间位置的一侧为内侧面116,远离幕布101中间位置的一侧为外侧面117。
可选地,相对于幕布101而言,调节部111设置于边框110的外侧面117,调节组件130弹性连接于调节部111,幕布101反包于调节组件130后通过固定件120与边框110固定连接。当幕布101安装完成后,调节组件130处于抵推状态,此时,调节组件130具有朝向背离幕布101中间位置的方向的运行趋势,从而向幕布101的边缘部分施加抵推力,进而将幕布101撑开为平展状态。
可以理解的是,调节部111除了位于边框110外侧面的位置,还可以设置于边框110的支撑侧113或者安装侧115。当调节部111设置于边框110的支撑侧113或者安装侧115时,调节组件130可以沿与边框110支撑侧113或者安装侧115的表面具有一定夹角的方向运动。
值得注意的是,调节组件130的运动方向,可以包括与边框110的支撑侧113或安装侧115的表面相垂直的方向运动,也可以包括与边框110的支撑侧113或安装侧115的表面倾斜的方向运动,只要可以提供与边框110的支撑侧113或安装侧115的表面相垂直的分力即可。调节部111具体的设置位置不做限制,只要满足调节组件130弹性连接于边框110的调节部111,通过调节组件130相对于边框110的伸缩运动,将幕布101支撑平展即可。
在可选的一实施例中,请参照图5,固定件120可以包括卡接杆123和固定框125。
卡接杆123用于和幕布101的边缘位置固定连接,卡接杆123的延伸方向与幕布101的边缘延伸方向相同。幕布101的边缘部分包裹于卡接杆123,以使幕布101的边缘位置尺寸较大。固定框125扣合连接于边框110的安装侧115,且固定框125与卡接部1151(一并参见图3)围合成卡设空间1253,卡接杆123卡接于该卡设空间1253内,从而将幕布101与边框110可拆卸连接。
安装时,先将调节组件130安装于边框110的调节部111,与幕布101固定连接的固定件120反包于调节组件130或者通过幕布101反包于调节组件130后,将卡接杆123卡设于边框110安装侧115的卡接部1151,然后将固定框125与边框110扣合连接,且使得卡接杆123稳固的卡接于卡设空间1253内。
进一步地,固定框125可以包括扣合部1251和与扣合部1251连接的遮挡部1255。
边框110的卡接部1151开设有卡槽,扣合部1251扣合于卡接部1151的卡槽处且与卡接部1151围合成卡设空间1253。遮挡部1255对应于边框110的外侧面和调节组件130,且用于将边框110和调节组件130进行遮挡。具体地,遮挡部1255弯折成型,且遮挡部1255与边框110的调节部111之间形成供调节组件130沿垂直于边框110长度的方向移动的调节空间1257。
安装时,遮挡部1255遮盖于调节组件130的远离边框110的一侧,扣合部1251扣合于边框110的卡接部1151,遮挡部1255与边框110之间具有一定的调节空间1257,以允许调节组件130在该调节空间1257内上下浮动,从而将幕布101撑开为平展状态。
在该结构的幕布固定结构100中,卡接杆123可以为一根细长杆,卡接杆123与幕布101的边缘位置固定连接。可以理解的是,在可选的其他实施例中,卡接杆123也可以为多根长度较短的杆状结构,多根卡接杆123依次间隔的固定连接在幕布101的边缘位置。
可选地,卡接杆123可以采用玻璃纤维杆。玻璃纤维杆是以玻璃纤维及其制品(玻璃布、带、毡、纱等)作为增强材料,以合成树脂作基体材料 的一种复合材料。玻璃纤维杆具有固定的形状,且能够承受拉应力、弯曲应力、压缩应力以及剪切应力。
安装时,只需要将卡接杆123卡接于卡设空间1253内即可,安装方便,安装效率较高。通过遮挡部1255将边框110的外周遮挡,不仅可以提供调节空间,保护幕布在安装过程中被划伤,也可以提高该幕布固定结构100的美观性。
可选地,固定框125与边框110之间的连接,除了采用扣合方式之外,还可以采用锁紧件127进行固定连接。即在固定框125和边框110上均开设有相对应的锁紧孔,锁紧件127依次穿设于固定框125和边框110上的锁紧孔内,从而将固定框125与边框110固定连接(如图5所示)。
请继续参照图2,调节组件130可以包括滑块131和弹性件133。
滑块131与边框110的调节部111配合,弹性件133连接于滑块131和调节部111之间。安装后,弹性件133受滑块131和幕布101边缘位置的压力,产生反作用力,从而向滑块131提供朝向背离幕布101的中心位置方向的推力。
可选地,请参照图6,调节部111沿边框110的长度方向开设有调节槽1113,滑块131嵌设于调节槽1113内且凸出于调节槽1113的开口端,弹性件133连接于调节槽1113和滑块131之间,且用于向滑块131提供推力。
为了使得弹性件133稳固的安装于调节槽1113和滑块131之间,以使滑块131在弹性件133作用下相对于边框110移动时,弹性件133不会出现偏斜或倾倒的现象。可选地,滑块131靠近调节槽1113的一端开设有凹槽1313,弹性件133包括相对的第一端和第二端,弹性件133的第一端嵌设于凹槽1313,弹性件133的第二端抵接于调节槽1113的槽底。
安装时,先将弹性件133嵌设于滑块131的凹槽1313内,再将滑块131和弹性件133同时嵌设于调节槽1113内。
可选地,滑块131包括嵌设部1311和与嵌设部1311固定连接的抵接部1317。嵌设部1311用于嵌设于调节槽1113,嵌设部1311开设有凹槽1313,弹性件133连接于嵌设部1311的凹槽1313内。抵接部1317凸出于调节槽1113的开口端,抵接部1317用于抵接幕布101的边缘位置以撑开幕布101。
可选地,抵接部1317的厚度尺寸大于嵌设部1311的厚度尺寸,抵接部1317沿厚度方向的两侧均凸出于嵌设部1311沿厚度方向的两侧。当滑块131嵌设于调节槽1113内时,抵接部1317靠近边框110支撑侧113的一侧凸出于边框110支撑侧113的表面,使得幕布101安装于该幕布固定结构100上时,幕布101的两端与抵接部1317的凸起部分接触(如图5),幕布101承光部分与边框110之间具有间隙,进而使得幕布101的承光部分呈悬空状态,有利于保持幕布101在使用时的平整度,避免了边框110的支撑侧113不平整时对幕布101平面度的影响。当抵接部1317靠近边框110支撑侧113的一侧低于边框110支撑侧113的表面,或者与边框110支撑侧113的表面平齐时,幕布101安装于该幕布固定结构100上,幕布101的承光部分的平整度会与边框110的支撑侧113相贴合,当边框110支撑侧113出现凸起或不平整时,会一定程度上影响幕布101承光部分的平整度。
弹性件133在自然状态下的长度应大于凹槽1313的深度,同时,弹性件133嵌设于凹槽1313内后,弹性件133在自然状态下与嵌设部1311的最大距离应大于调节槽1113的深度。换句话说,弹性件133嵌设于嵌设部1311的凹槽1313内,弹性件133在自然状态下能够凸出于凹槽1313的开口位置;安装有弹性件133的滑块131嵌设于边框110的调节槽1113内,弹性件133在自然状态下,滑块131的至少部分嵌设部1311能够凸出于调节槽1113的开口位置,以使滑块131在弹性件133的作用下可以正常的伸缩运动。
在可选的一实施例中,请参照图7,调节部111设置有导向件1115,导向件1115的延伸方向与边框110的长度方向具有夹角。弹性件133套设于导向件1115上,滑块131的嵌设部1311开设有与导向件1115配合的导向孔1315。安装时,先将弹性件133套设于导向杆,再将滑块131套设于导向件1115,且滑块131能够压缩弹性件133。弹性件133受压产生反作用力,以使滑块131通过弹性件133与边框110弹性连接。
值得注意的是,图7的视角与上述图1至图6的视角相反。即:当幕布101与该幕布固定结构100安装完成后,幕布101的承光部分在图7视 角中位于前侧(朝向读者的一侧),在图1至图6视角中位于后侧(背对读者的一侧)。
可选地,导向件1115的延伸方向与边框110的长度方向垂直,导向件1115为调节组件130相对于边框110的运动提供导向作用,以使调节组件130的运动方向与边框110的长度方向垂直。
可选地,在图7所示的结构中,弹性件133的长度、导向件1115的长度以及嵌设部1311开设的导向孔1315的深度之间具有如下关系:
第一种情况:弹性件133在自然状态下的长度与导向孔1315的深度之和大于导向件1115的长度尺寸。在该情况下,滑块131的嵌设部1311套设于导向杆且嵌设部1311的端面抵压弹性件133。
第二种情况:弹性件133在自然状态下的长度大于嵌设部1311开设的导向孔1315的深度,同时,弹性件133在自然状态下的长度大于导向件1115的长度尺寸。在该情况下,滑块131的嵌设部1311同时套设于弹性件133和导向件1115。换句话说,滑块131的嵌设部1311通过弹性件133与导向件1115连接后,弹性件133在自然状态下,滑块131的至少部分嵌设部1311能够凸出于调节槽1113的开口位置,以使滑块131在弹性件133的作用下可以正常的伸缩运动。
为了使得幕布101与幕布固定结构100在安装过程中,调节组件130可以在不需要人为施压时依然能够持续的处于压缩的固锁状态,且不会抵推于幕布101的边缘位置。当幕布101与幕布固定结构100安装完成且解锁后,调节组件130就可以抵推于幕布101的边缘位置。进一步地,请参照图8,调节组件130还可以包括定位件135。
具体地,滑块131开设有沿其厚度方向的第一定位孔1319,调节部111开设有与第一定位孔1319相对应的第二定位孔1110。当弹性件133处于压缩状态且弹性件133的压缩量大于或者等于预设压缩量时,第二定位孔1110和第一定位孔1319对齐,定位件135同时插设于第一定位孔1319和第二定位孔1110。需要注意的是,弹性件133的预设压缩量是以滑块131不会抵推幕布101的边缘位置为参考设定的。换句话说,当滑块131压缩弹性件133,使得弹性件133的压缩量等于一定长度时,滑块131的抵接部1317 正好与幕布101的边缘位置接触但没有抵推力,该情况下的压缩量为临界状态的压缩量。设定预设压缩量时,需要满足预设压缩量大于或者等于该临界状态的压缩量。用户或者工作人员在安装时,没有调节组件130对幕布101的抵推力,有利于与幕布101的边缘位置连接的固定件120和边框110的卡接部1151可拆卸连接,安装、拆卸方便,省力,减小装拆难度,有利于提高装拆效率。
请参照图8,定位件135包括插拔销。插拔销同时插设于滑块131的第一定位孔1319和调节部111的第二定位孔1110,以使滑块131与边框110相对固定连接,从而保持了弹性件133的压缩状态。
当幕布101与幕布固定结构100组装完成之后,再将插拔销从滑块131和调节部111中拔出,以释放调节组件130,滑块131在弹性件133的推力下朝向背离调节部111的一侧滑动,进而滑块131的抵接部1317抵推幕布101的边缘位置,以使幕布101被撑开为平展状态,从而获得良好的平面度。
可选地,滑块131的嵌设部1311沿厚度方向开设的第一定位孔1319,和边框110的调节部111沿厚度方向开设的第二定位孔1110的形状、大小应与插拔销的销钉段相匹配。当调节组件130与调节部111配合,且滑块131压缩弹性件133至预设压缩量时,第一定位孔1319正好与第二定位孔1110对齐,插拔销的销钉段***第一定位孔1319和第二定位孔1110内,将滑块131和边框110固定连接,且弹性件133保持于受压状态产生反作用力。
在可选的一实施例中,请参照图9,定位件135可以包括螺钉。螺钉同时插设于滑块131的第一定位孔1319和调节部111的第二定位孔1110,以使滑块131与边框110相对固定连接,从而保持了弹性件133的压缩状态。
具体地,滑块131的第一定位孔1319为通孔,调节部111包括位于调节槽1113两侧的第一侧壁和第二侧壁。其中,第一侧壁位于边框110的安装侧115,第二侧壁位于边框110的支撑侧113,且第一侧壁和第二侧壁上开设有同轴的第二定位孔1110。螺钉从安装侧115***边框110和滑块131,第一侧壁上开设的第二定位孔1110为通孔,第二侧壁上开设的第二定位孔1110为螺纹孔。
安装时,调节组件130与调节部111配合,且滑块131压缩弹性件133至预设压缩量时,第一侧壁和第二侧壁上的第二定位孔1110与滑块131上的第一定位孔1319正好对齐,螺钉依次***第一侧壁上的第二定位孔1110和滑块131上的第一定位孔1319后,与第二侧壁上的第二定位孔1110螺纹连接,从而将滑块131和边框110固定连接,且弹性件133保持于受压状态产生反作用力。当幕布101与幕布固定结构100组装完成之后,再将螺钉拆卸下来,释放调节组件130,滑块131在弹性件133的推力下朝向背离调节部111的一侧滑动,进而滑块131的抵接部1317抵推幕布101的边缘位置,以使幕布101被撑开为平展状态,从而获得良好的平面度。
在可选的一实施例中,请参照图7、图10和图11,定位件135可以包括旋转锁扣。滑块131的嵌设部1311开设有贯通孔,嵌设部1311靠近边框110的安装侧115还开设有与贯通孔连通的第一定位孔1319,调节部111靠近安装侧115的侧壁开设有第二定位孔1110。其中,第一定位孔1319和第二定位孔1110均为长圆孔。与长圆孔相对应的,旋转锁扣包括非圆形的锁紧段。
安装时,调节组件130与调节部111配合,且滑块131压缩弹性件133至预设压缩量时,调节部111的第二定位孔1110与滑块131上的第一定位孔1319正好对齐,旋转锁扣的锁紧段同时插设于滑块131的第一定位孔1319和调节部111的第二定位孔1110后嵌设于滑块131的贯通孔内,然后相对于边框110旋转该旋转锁扣,以使旋转锁扣的锁紧段旋转90°与贯通孔的侧壁抵持,防止旋转锁扣从滑块131的贯通孔内脱出。滑块131与边框110相对固定连接,从而保持了弹性件133的压缩状态,且弹性件133产生反作用力。
当幕布101与幕布固定结构100组装完成之后,再将旋转锁扣旋转90°,以使旋转锁扣的锁紧段可以从滑块131上的第一定位孔1319和调节部111的第二定位孔1110中退出,释放调节组件130。滑块131在弹性件133的推力下朝向背离调节部111的一侧滑动,进而滑块131的抵接部1317抵推幕布101的边缘位置,以使幕布101被撑开为平展状态,从而获得良好的平面度。
可选地,弹性件133可以包括橡胶条、条形弹片、压簧、橡皮筋以及磁性件等。当弹性件133为橡胶条、条形弹片、压簧以及橡皮筋中的其中一种时,弹性件133的一端与调节部111连接,另一端与滑块131连接;当弹性件133为磁性件时,磁性件包括相对设置的两个同性磁铁,其中一个磁铁固定设置于调节部111,另外一个磁铁固定设置于滑块131。由于两个磁铁同性且相对设置,该两个磁铁之间会产生排斥力,从而抵推滑块131相对于调节部111向外运动。
幕布101安装于本申请实施例提供的幕布固定结构100的安装过程如下:
首先,将幕布101的一侧边缘固定,幕布101另一侧的边缘位置与固定件120固定连接;
然后,将调节组件130装配于边框110的调节部111上,同时压缩调节组件130,以使调节组件130中的弹性件133处于稳定的受压状态且压缩量大于或者等于预设压缩量,使调节组件130相对于边框110相对固定。
再次,将连接有幕布101的固定件120反包于调节组件130后与边框110的安装侧115的卡接部1151可拆卸连接。
最后,释放调节组件130,以使滑块131在弹性件133的推力下抵推于幕布101的边缘位置,从而将幕布101撑开为平展状态。
本申请实施例提供的幕布固定结构100便于幕布101安装,且结构简单,降低了安装过程中的难度,从而有利于提高安装效率。另外,调节组件130可以随幕布101的变形而发生移动,从而使得幕布101可以始终处于平展状态,有利于补偿幕布101由于热胀冷缩而造成的变形量。
请参照图12,本申请实施例还提供了一种幕布安装支架200,幕布安装支架200可以包括幕布固定结构100。其中,幕布固定结构100的数量可以为多个,全部边框110首尾依次连接,且围合成中空的框体结构。每个幕布固定结构100中的边框110均包括朝向框体的中心位置的内侧面和背离框体的中心位置的外侧面,调节部111位于边框110的外侧面。
安装时,幕布101固定连接于幕布安装支架200的内框中,在幕布安装支架200的作用下,幕布101可以始终处于完全展开且不松弛的状态。
可以理解的是,多个边框110依次首尾连接后形成的框体,具有沿厚度方向的第一侧和第二侧,其中,第一侧和第二侧背对设置。且幕布安装支架200的第一侧与边框110的支撑侧113相对应,幕布安装支架200的第二侧与边框110的安装侧115相对应。安装时,幕布101位于框体的第一侧,固定件120可拆卸地连接于框体的第二侧。
在一般情况下,幕布101为长方形,包括四条边。与幕布101相对应的框体也为长方形,即幕布固定结构100的数量可以包括四个,四个边框110依次首尾连接,相邻两个边框110在连接处可以通过转角连接件连接。值得注意的是,幕布101的形状不局限于长方形,幕布101的边不局限于四条边,本申请实施例提供的幕布安装支架200中的幕布固定结构100的数量与幕布101的边数相等且一一对应。一组幕布固定结构100与幕布101的一个边连接,从而将幕布101从各个方向撑开。
本申请实施例提供的幕布安装支架200通过从周向将幕布101固定,以使幕布101的每条边缘均通过幕布固定结构100撑开,有利于获得良好的平面度。
请参照图13,本申请实施例还提供了一种幕布装置300,幕布装置300可以包括幕布101和上述的幕布固定结构100,或者幕布装置300可以包括幕布101和上述的幕布安装支架200。
其中,请参照图14,幕布101可以包括幕布本体102和连接于幕布本体102边缘的反包布103。
幕布本体102为投影设备的图像承接部件,幕布本体102与固定件120之间通过反包布103固定连接。其中,反包布103包括相对的第一边缘和第二边缘,幕布本体102的周向与该反包布103的第一边缘固定连接,反包布103的第二边缘与固定件120固定连接。安装时,幕布本体102位于边框110的支撑侧113,反包布103反包于边框110和调节组件130上,以使幕布本体102和固定件120分别位于框体相对的两侧,然后将固定件120与边框110的卡接部1151可拆卸连接。
可选地,反包布103的第一边缘与幕布本体102可以通过粘接方式固定连接。可以理解的是,在可选的其他实施例中,反包布103的第一边缘 也可以采用缝合、铆接等方式与幕布本体102的边缘固定连接,本申请对此不作限制,只要不破坏幕布本体102的主显示面的方式均可。
可选地,固定件120固定于反包布103的第二边缘是指:固定件120可以为一个整体的结构和固定件120的数量为多个两种情况。当固定件120为第一种情况时,整体结构的固定件120为细长杆状,其固定连接于反包布103沿长度方向的整个第二边缘,固定件120上可以设置至少两个卡扣121,卡扣121和边框110的卡槽卡接,操作方便。当固定件120为第二种情况时,多个固定件120依次间隔连接于反包布103上,每个固定件120上均设置有卡扣121。安装时,需要将每个固定件120与边框110的卡槽卡接。
幕布本体102可以采用PC材料(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)、PVC材料(Polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯)或PET材料(Polyethylene terephthalate,聚乙烯对苯二酸酯)中的任意一种或多种制备而成,优选的,幕布本体为软幕。幕布本体102的周向边缘设置有用于和固定件120连接的反包布103,反包布103可以采用尼龙布,通过幕布安装支架200可以向幕布101的周向提供有效的张紧力,以使幕布101获得良好的平面度。且幕布101安装于该幕布安装支架200的安装过程简单方便,减小安装难度,有利于提高安装效率。用户自己也可以快速安装,无需专业的工作人员进行安装,弱化了安装人员的专业性要求。
本申请实施例提供的幕布装置300的安装过程如下:
首先,将全部边框110依次首尾连接形成框体,在安装过程中需要注意将每个边框110的调节部111朝向外侧,以使调节组件130安装于调节部111后可以朝向背离幕布101的中心位置的方向抵推幕布101的反包布103。
然后,将调节组件130与边框110的调节部111一一对应的连接,且使得调节组件130处于压缩状态,同时与边框110相对固定。
再次,将与幕布本体102的周向连接的反包布103与其相对应的固定件120固定连接,将反包布反包于调节组件130后,将固定件120与其相对应的边框110的卡接部1151卡接。
最后,释放调节组件130,以使调节组件130抵推与幕布本体102固定连接的反包布103,从而将幕布本体102撑开为平展状态。
本申请实施例还提供了一种投影显示***,该投影显示***可以包括投影仪和上述的幕布装置300。其中,投影仪用于向幕布101投射图像,幕布101的幕布本体102能够始终处于平展状态,不易因为热胀冷缩而影响成像效果。
本申请实施例提供的幕布固定结构100、安装支架、幕布装置300和投影显示***,结构简单,幕布101在安装固定时拆装方便,有效的降低了拆装难度,在使幕布101获得良好的平面度的基础上,提高拆装效率;另外,降低了整体重量,便于运输和安装过程,简化安装流程,降低了对安装人员的专业性要求,节省安装成本。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种幕布固定结构,其特征在于,包括:
    边框,所述边框包括调节部、背对设置的支撑侧和安装侧,所述安装侧上设置有卡接部;
    固定件,用于和幕布的边缘固定连接,所述固定件与所述卡接部可拆卸连接;以及
    调节组件,所述调节组件设置于所述幕布与所述边框之间,并与所述边框弹性连接,所述调节组件具有固定状态和抵推状态,处于所述固定状态的所述调节组件相对于所述边框固定连接,处于所述抵推状态的所述调节组件抵推于与所述固定件连接的幕布,以提供所述幕布展开于所述边框的支撑侧的张力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述卡接部沿所述边框的长度方向开设有卡槽,所述固定件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部用于和幕布的边缘固定连接,所述第二连接部设置有卡扣,所述卡扣卡设于所述卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定件包括卡接杆和固定框,所述卡接杆用于和幕布的边缘固定连接,所述固定框扣合于所述安装侧,且与所述卡接部围合成卡设空间,所述卡接杆卡接于所述卡设空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定框包括扣合部和与所述扣合部连接的遮挡部,所述卡接部开设有卡槽,所述扣合部扣合于所述卡接部且形成所述卡设空间,所述遮挡部遮盖于所述边框,且与所述调节部之间形成供所述调节组件沿垂直于所述边框长度的方向移 动的调节空间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述边框还包括位于所述支撑侧和所述安装侧之间的侧面,所述调节部设置于所述侧面,当所述调节组件处于抵推状态时,所述调节组件具有朝向背离所述调节部的方向的运动趋势。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括滑块和弹性件,所述滑块与所述调节部配合,所述弹性件连接于所述滑块和所述调节部之间,且用于向所述滑块提供推力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述调节部开设有调节槽,所述滑块嵌设于所述调节槽且凸出于所述调节槽的开口端,所述滑块靠近所述调节槽的一端开设有凹槽,所述弹性件的一端嵌设于所述凹槽,另一端抵接于所述调节槽的槽底。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述调节部设置有导向件,所述导向件的延伸方向与所述边框的长度方向具有夹角,所述滑块开设有与所述导向件配合的导向孔,所述弹性件和所述滑块依次套设于所述导向件,且所述滑块抵压于所述弹性件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的幕布固定结构,其特征在于,所述调节组件还包括定位件,所述滑块开设有沿其厚度方向的第一定位孔,所述调节部开设有与所述第一定位孔相对应的第二定位孔;
    当所述弹性件处于压缩状态,且压缩量大于或者等于预设压缩量时,所述第二定位孔和所述第一定位孔对齐,所述定位件同时插设于所述第一 定位孔和所述第二定位孔。
  10. 一种幕布安装支架,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的幕布固定结构,所述幕布固定结构的数量为多个,全部所述边框首尾依次连接且围合成中空的框架结构;
    所述幕布安装支架包括背对的第一侧和第二侧,所述第一侧与所述边框的支撑侧相对应,所述第二侧与所述边框的安装侧相对应。
  11. 一种幕布装置,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1-9任一项所述的幕布固定结构,或者权利要求10所述的幕布安装支架;以及
    幕布,所述幕布包括幕布本体和连接于幕布本体边缘的反包部,所述幕布本***于所述边框的支撑侧,所述反包部反包于所述调节组件,所述反包部远离所述幕布本体的一侧与所述固定件固定连接,以使所述幕布本体和所述固定件分别位于所述边框背对的两侧。
  12. 一种投影显示***,其特征在于,包括:
    投影仪;以及
    权利要求11所述的幕布装置,所述投影仪用于向所述幕布投射图像。
