本发明涉及卫生设备领域,尤其涉及一种手持按压式出液件和一种出皂装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,出液装置一般有瓶装式和固定式,瓶装式的多见于家庭中使用,固定式的多见于酒店中使用,部分出液装置还设置有感应部件可感应人体而自动出皂。但以上装置有个共同点,就是液盒和出液件设为一体,必须由人的手靠近出液装置后,通过按压、感应等方式出液而获取皂液。
申请号为201910830453.X的专利申请文件公开了一种按压式出皂装置,通过将皂液盒和按压出液件分体设置并用软管连接两者,并在按压出液件内设置皂液泵用于泵出皂液,使用时可以多次按压按压出液件以从皂液盒内抽取皂液,但其只能泵出液态皂液,不能泵出泡沫状皂液,使得其缺乏一定的使用便利性。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供带有新型结构的可出泡沫状皂液的一种手持按压式出液件和另一种出皂装置。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种手持按压式出液件,包括壳体、按压件和泵体,所述按压件部分伸入所述壳体内部,按压件内设有皂液通道,皂液通道内设有发泡网,所述泵体设于所述壳体内部,泵体包括底座、活塞、液体单向阀、气体单向阀和弹性件;所述底座设于壳体底部,底座朝向壳体顶部设有延伸部,底座内部贯通,延伸部与壳体之间为过气通道,过气通道与所述皂液通道连通,所述气体单向阀设于过气通道内;所述活塞的一端设于底座的贯通部内,活塞内部贯通,活塞的贯通部和底座的贯通部连通构成过液通道,过液通道通过活塞的另一端连通所述皂液通道,所述液体单向阀设于过液通道内;所述弹性件支撑于底座与活塞之间。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一技术方案为:一种出皂装置,包括皂液盒、软管和出液件,所述皂液盒连接所述软管的一端,所述出液件连接所述软管的另一端,所述出液件为上一技术方案中所述的手持按压式出液件,所述皂液盒为固定式皂液盒或可拆卸式皂液盒。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:对手持按压式出液件的按压件进行下压,配合液体单向阀和气体单向阀的单向截止作用,就能够将壳体内的空间压缩缩小,从而形成正压导入皂液通道,使得液体和气体进入皂液通道内混合并穿过发泡网形成泡沫状的皂液向外输出;当释放手持按压式出液件的按压件后,在弹性件的作用下,按压件复位,配合液体单向阀和气体单向阀的单向导通作用,就能够将壳体内的空间舒张扩大,从而形成内部负压,使得壳体外的空气被吸入过气通道内、底座外的皂液被吸入过液通道内;重复以上步骤即可持续向外输出皂液,输出过程较为省力,且输出的效率较高;
上述手持按压式出液件作为出液件配合软管和皂液盒使用时,皂液盒可储存用于清洁人体或物品的皂液,操作手持按压式出液件即可将泡沫状的皂液泵出至需清洁区域,例如人的身体、头发、面部,或者卫生间的地板、马桶、墙壁,或者洗碗槽中脏污的餐具等,手持按压式出液件泵出的泡沫状皂液使得清洁过程更快速也更舒适。

由上述描述可知,气体单向阀由多组密封件组成:活塞在下移时第五单向密封件封闭、第六单向密封件导通、第三密封件和第四密封件封闭,从而在底座的延伸部和壳体之间形成正压经第四进气口将过气通道内的气体压入皂液通道中;活塞在上移复位时第五单向密封件导通、第六单向密封件封闭、第三密封件和第四密封件封闭,从而在底座的延伸部和壳体之间形成负压将气体从外部大气经过渡件上的第三进气口吸入底座的延伸部和壳体之间的过气通道内。
进一步地,所述气体单向阀包括第七单向密封件和第五密封件,所述底座上环设有所述第五密封件,第五密封件与所述壳体接触以用于封闭所述过气通道;所述活塞顶部与所述壳体之间设有通过壳体和按压件之间的间隙与外部大气连通的第五进气口和连通所述过气通道与所述过液通道的第六进气口,所述第七单向密封件设于第五进气口和第六进气口上。

进一步地,所述液体单向阀和气体单向阀包括钢珠重力单向阀、橡胶式单向阀,移动密封式单向阀和弹簧式单向阀中的一种或多种。
由上述描述可知,设置多种不同的单向阀有利于根据实际需求来选择最合适的结构,例如重力单向阀较适用于过液通道中,橡胶式单向阀依据实际情况可选用Y型(单向导通)、U型(单向导通)、I型(单向导通)、T型(单向导通),N型(双侧分别单向导通)等,移动密封式单向阀通过移动和压力差共同作用来导通和关闭,弹簧式单向阀通过内外压力差压缩弹簧来实现开关。
进一步地,所述过液通道的出口和所述过气通道的出口在所述活塞顶部交汇,交汇处与所述皂液通道连通。
由上述描述可知,将过液通道的出口和过气通道的出口设置为先交汇于一处在接入皂液通道,使得气体和液体可以先在交汇处进行充分的混合后,再进入皂液通道和发泡网进行发泡,发泡效果更佳,产生的泡沫更加细腻柔和。
本发明采用的另一技术方案为:一种出皂装置,包括皂液盒、软管和出液件,所述皂液盒连接所述软管的一端,所述出液件连接所述软管的另一端,所述出液件为上一技术方案中所述的手持按压式出液件,所述皂液盒为固定式皂液盒或可拆卸式皂液盒。
从上述描述可知,本方案的有益效果在于:上述手持按压式出液件作为出液件配合软管和皂液盒使用时,皂液盒可储存用于清洁人体或物品的皂液,操作手持按压式出液件即可将泡沫状的皂液泵出至需清洁区域,例如人的身体、头发、面部,或者卫生间的地板、马桶、墙壁,或者洗碗槽中脏污的餐具等,手持按压式出液件泵出的泡沫状皂液使得清洁过程更快速也更舒适。
进一步地,所述皂液盒为可拆卸式皂液盒,可拆卸式皂液盒包括储皂盒和固定架,所述储皂盒为柔性或刚性,柔性的储皂盒上设有一个密封件,刚性的皂液盒设有至少两个密封件,所述固定架用于固定所述储皂盒,固定架上设有一个通道和至少一个启件部,所述通道中设有一个启件部,所述通道连接所述储皂盒和所述软管,所述储皂盒的一个所述密封件朝向所述通道设置,通道内的启件部用于打开所述密封件以连通所述储皂盒与所述软管。
进一步地,所述密封件为单向阀或密封膜,所述启件部为柱状体或针状体。
由上述描述可知可拆卸式皂液盒具有替换性,在储皂盒内的皂液用尽时,只需更换容纳有皂液的储皂盒即可继续使用,无需将固定架与软管脱离,节省拆装软管的时间。同时,若储皂盒为柔性,例如采用塑料袋的袋装储皂盒,则直接以密封件***固定架的通道内,由启件部打开单向阀或刺穿密封模即可使用;若储皂盒为刚性,则需要设置两处密封件,一处密封件***通道内被启件部打开或刺穿以连通通道,另一处密封件也对接启件部被打开或刺穿或者手动打开或刺穿该处密封件,这样才能保持储皂盒内的气压与外部大气平衡,储皂盒内的皂液才能顺利通过通道进入软管中。

一种按压式出皂装置,包括壳体31、按压件32和泵体35。
按压件32包括皂液通道321,按压件32可滑动的套设于壳体31顶部,且皂液通道321与连接盖34的环状立板密封连接,皂液通道321与连接盖34之间设有发泡网33,以喷出更为绵密舒适的泡沫;
泵体35包括底座351、活塞352、第一单向密封件3541、第二单向密封件3542、第三单向密封件3543、第四单向密封件3544、第一密封件3551、第二密封件3552和弹簧353。
底座351设于壳体31内为中间贯通的柱状体且朝向壳体31部设有延伸部,底座351底部设有第一进液口,第一进液口的另一端连通底座351腔体43,第一进液口内设有第一单向密封件3541用于开闭第一进液口。底座351的延伸部与壳体31之间沿周向形成间隙,该间隙为过气通道41,其设有第一进气口。第一进气口处设有第三单向密封件3543用于开闭第一进气口;
活塞352设于壳体31内且顶端敞开,其顶端设有凸缘,凸缘与壳体31之间设有第二进气口,第二进气口处设有第四单向密封件3544用于开闭第二进气口;活塞352内部贯通,内部套设有T形柱状体,所述T形柱状体大端伸出活塞352底部,T形柱状体大端与活塞352底部的间隙形成第二进液口;活塞352的底端设于底座351的贯通部内,活塞352的贯通部和底座351的贯通部连通构成过液通道42,过液通道42通过活塞352的顶端连通皂液通道321。T形柱状体大端与底座351贯通部之间设有第二单向密封件3542。活塞352上位于第二单向密封件3542与活塞352顶端之间设有所述第一密封件3551。第二单向密封件3542和第一密封件3551与底座351的贯通部的内壁接触以用于封闭所述过液通道42。
弹簧353套设于活塞352外部用于支撑活塞352,弹簧353一端与活塞352凸缘的底部接触,另一端与底座351的顶端表面接触;
连接盖34为阶梯形圆环状,包括大端和小端,大端设有一环状立板用于安装按压件32,小端中心贯通并设有一环状挡板用于皂液整流,连接盖34设于壳体31内且大端与壳体31可滑动配合安装,大端与壳体31之间设有第二密封件3552用于封闭过气通道41,连接盖34小端的环状挡板抵设于活塞352凸缘;
所述第一单向密封件3541采用重力单向阀,第二单向密封件3542、第三单向密封件3543、第四单向密封件3544采用U型橡胶式单向阀,第一密封件3551和第二密封件3552采用O型橡胶阀。
如图1所示,下压按压件32,弹簧353压缩使活塞352移动,由于气压变化使得第三单向密封件3543关闭,第四单向密封件3544开启,过气通道41的气体被压入皂液通道321;同时气压变化使得第一单向密封件3541关闭,第二单向密封件3542开启,底座腔体43内的液体经过过液通道42进入皂液通道321;气体和液体混合在活塞352上方混合后经过发泡网33形成泡沫从皂液通道321喷出;
如图2所示,松开按压件32,第三单向密封件3543开启,第四单向密封件3544关闭,外部空气被吸入过气通道41进行储存;同时,第一单向密封件3541开启,第二单向密封件3542关闭,液体从第一进液口进入底座腔体43进行储存。

  1. 一种手持按压式出液件,其特征在于,包括壳体、按压件和泵体,
    所述按压件部分伸入所述壳体内部,按压件内设有皂液通道,皂液通道内设有发泡网,所述泵体设于所述壳体内部,泵体包括底座、活塞、液体单向阀、气体单向阀和弹性件;所述底座设于壳体底部,底座朝向壳体顶部设有延伸部,底座内部贯通,延伸部与壳体之间为过气通道,过气通道与所述皂液通道连通,所述气体单向阀设于过气通道内;所述活塞的一端设于底座的贯通部内,活塞内部贯通,活塞的贯通部和底座的贯通部连通构成过液通道,过液通道通过活塞的另一端连通所述皂液通道,所述液体单向阀设于过液通道内;所述弹性件支撑于底座与活塞之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持按压式出液件,其特征在于,所述液体单向阀包括第一单向密封件、第二单向密封件和第一密封件,
    所述底座的贯通部内依次设有连通的第一进液口和腔体,所述第一单向密封件设于腔体内以用于开闭所述第一进液口;
    所述活塞顶端敞开、底端封闭,活塞底部的侧壁设有第二进液口以用于保持活塞内部贯通,环绕活塞底部设有所述第二单向密封件,活塞上位于第二单向密封件与活塞顶端之间设有所述第一密封件,第二单向密封件和第一密封件与所述底座的贯通部的内壁接触以用于封闭所述过液通道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手持按压式出液件,其特征在于,所述气体单向阀包括第三单向密封件、第四单向密封件和第二密封件,
    所述底座上环绕所述贯通部设有第一进气口,所述第三单向密封件设于第一进气口朝向所述壳体内的一侧以用于开闭第一进气口;
    所述活塞顶部与所述壳体之间设有第二进气口,活塞顶部设有所述第四单向密封件以用于开闭第二进气口;
    所述皂液通道的外侧设有所述第二密封件,第二密封件与所述壳体接触以用于封闭所述过气通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手持按压式出液件,其特征在于,所述气体单向阀包括第五单向密封件、第六单向密封件、第三密封件和第四密封件,
    所述底座上环设有所述第三密封件,第三密封件与所述壳体接触以用于封闭所述过气通道;
    所述活塞顶部与所述按压件之间设有过渡件,过渡件内部贯通,过渡件上设有通过壳体和按压件之间的间隙与外部大气连通的第三进气口和与所述壳体内部连通的第四进气口,过渡件的贯通部与第三进气口、第四进气口、所述过液通道、所述过气通道和所述皂液通道连通,过渡件与所述壳体之间设有所述第四密封件,所述第五单向密封件设于所述第三进气口以用于开闭第三进气口,所述第六单向密封件设于所述第四进气口以用于开闭第四进气口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手持按压式出液件,其特征在于,所述气体单向阀包括第七单向密封件和第五密封件,
    所述底座上环设有所述第五密封件,第五密封件与所述壳体接触以用于封闭所述过气通道;
    所述活塞顶部与所述壳体之间设有通过壳体和按压件之间的间隙与外部大气连通的第五进气口和连通所述过气通道与所述过液通道的第六进气口,所述第七单向密封件设于第五进气口和第六进气口上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手持按压式出液件,其特征在于,所述液体单向阀和气体单向阀包括钢珠重力单向阀、橡胶式单向阀,移动密封式单向阀和弹簧式单向阀中的一种或多种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手持按压式出液件,其特征在于,所述过液通道的出口和所述过气通道的出口在所述活塞顶部交汇,交汇处与所述皂液通道连通。
  8. 一种出皂装置,包括皂液盒、软管和出液件,所述皂液盒连接所述软管的一端,所述出液件连接所述软管的另一端,其特征在于,所述出液件为权利要求1~7任意一项所述的手持按压式出液件,所述皂液盒为固定式皂液盒或可拆卸式皂液盒。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的出皂装置,其特征在于,所述皂液盒为可拆卸式皂液盒,可拆卸式皂液盒包括储皂盒和固定架,
    所述储皂盒为柔性或刚性,柔性的储皂盒上设有一个密封件,刚性的皂液盒设有至少两个密封件,
    所述固定架用于固定所述储皂盒,固定架上设有一个通道和至少一个启件部,所述通道中设有一个启件部,所述通道连接所述储皂盒和所述软管,
    所述储皂盒的一个所述密封件朝向所述通道设置,通道内的启件部用于打开所述密封件以连通所述储皂盒与所述软管。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的出皂装置,其特征在于,所述密封件为单向阀或密封膜,所述启件部为柱状体或针状体。
