所述雾化器2还包括与主控电路板51电连接的电气连接组件,所述电气连接组件包括绝缘圈和顶针组件,顶针组件与主控电路板51电连接,所述电气连接组件压设于所述雾化器下壳27中。其中顶针组件包括第一顶针61、第二顶针62、第三顶针63、第四顶针64、第一绝缘圈65和第二绝缘圈66,其中第一顶针61和第三顶针63电气连接,第二顶针62和第四顶针64电气连接,其中第一顶针61和第二顶针62通过第一绝缘圈65绝缘隔离,第三顶针63和第四顶针64通过第二绝缘圈66绝缘隔离。
本实施方式中的所述雾化器2还包括螺母8,所述螺母8设于所述硅胶座29的底部,所述螺母8与所述雾化器下壳27螺纹连接,所述螺母8和所述雾化器下壳27中分别形成用于安装所述电气连接组件的安装孔。
其中所述电气控制机构还包括控制部52,用于控制所述电池4与所述主控电路板51之间的电连接通断,所述控制部52设于所述显示支架91上至少部分露出所述主壳体1以供用户操作。
示例的,用户通过按压方式操作控制部52,当用户按压控制部52使得控制部52被触发时,电池4与主控电路板51之间电连接,装置可以被启动;当用户再次按压控制部52使得控制部52处于非触发状态时,电池4与主控电路板51之间的电连接断开,装置关闭。控制部52可以为按键或按钮或旋钮等类型的开关。
请再次参加附图4和附图5,本实施方式中的雾化装置还包括显示组件、所述烟嘴发光件96、导光支架97和商标发光件。
其中显示组件通过硅胶块911安装于主壳体1中。所述显示组件包括显示支架91、显示板92、显示电路板98和镜片93,所述镜片93设于所述显示支架91上,所述显示电路板98与所述主控板51连接,显示板92与显示电路板98电连接,所述镜片93嵌设于所述主壳体1上覆盖所述显示板92。所述显示面板92可用于显示装置功能、电量、材料等。
烟嘴发光件96包括电路板和设于电路板上的发光件,其中电路板与所述主控电路板51电连接,烟嘴发光件96设于所述主壳体1内用于显示烟嘴的工作状态。
导光支架97包括电路板和设于其上的发光件,所述导光支架97设于所述主壳体1上,具体地导光支架97装在上壳12和下壳13之间,其用于进行雾化装置的工作状态指示。
商标发光件包括商标导光件94和与其电连接的灯板95,其中商标导光件94用于进行商标的发光显示。灯板95包括电路板和设于其上的发光元件,发光元件可以为晶元或者LED灯珠;商标导光件94和导光支架97分别为设于所述主壳体1上的允许发光元件的光经过的元件,例如可以为玻璃面板或者其他透光面板,其可以是透明的也可以是彩色的用于发出白光或者彩光。
本实施方式中的雾化装置还包括设于所述主壳体1内的震动部10,所述震动部10为震动马达,震动马达与所述电池4连接,其中震动马达用于振动 引起可蒸发材料的分散,从而由可蒸发材料形成蒸汽或雾。
另外,参见图2,本实施例的主壳体1的下壳13上还设有充电接口,下壳13的底部还设有硅胶底座131和五金装饰片132。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置包括:
    主壳体,包括连接部,所述连接部内形成有连接通道;
    雾化器,包括雾化器座、雾化器臂以及设于所述雾化器座内的雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件包括雾化杯、加热部和隔热部,所述雾化器臂连接所述雾化器座与所述连接部,所述加热部设于所述雾化杯的底部对所述雾化杯加热,所述隔热部用于热隔绝所述加热部产生的热量;
    水烟吸嘴机构,与所述主壳体可拆卸连接,包括供用户抽吸的玻璃烟嘴,所述烟嘴通过所述连接通道与所述雾化杯连通;
    控制机构,收容在所述主壳体内,包括与所述加热部电连接的主控电路板;
    电池,收容在所述主壳体内,与所述主控电路板电连接,用于对所述雾化器供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括硅胶座,所述硅胶座套设于所述雾化器座中,所述硅胶座内设有形成所述连接通道的连接支架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括雾化器上壳、雾化器下壳,所述雾化器下壳连接至所述雾化器座的上端,所述雾化器上壳与所述雾化器下壳的上端连接,所述雾化器下壳套设于所述硅胶座中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括电气连接组件,所述电气连接组件包括绝缘圈和顶针组件,所述电气连接组件压设于所述雾化器下壳中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括螺母,所述螺母设于所述硅胶座的底部,所述螺母与所述雾化器下壳螺纹连接,所述螺母和所述雾化器下壳中分别形成用于安装所述电气连接组件的安装孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置还包括设于所述主壳体内的显示组件,所述显示组件包括显示支架、显示面板和镜片,所述镜片设于所述显示支架上,所述显示板与所述主控电路板电连接, 所述镜片嵌设于所述主壳体上覆盖所述显示板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述隔热部包括陶瓷座和云母片,所述雾化杯设于所述陶瓷座上,所述云母片设于所述陶瓷座的底部;所述加热部包括设于所述陶瓷座内的盘状发热丝或发热块。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述控制机构还包括控制部,用于控制所述电池与所述主控电路板之间的电连接通断,所述控制部设于所述显示支架上至少部分露出所述主壳体以供用户操作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,还包括导光支架和烟嘴发光件,所述导光支架设于所述上壳和所述下壳之间,所述烟嘴发光件设于所述上壳上并与所述主控制板电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,还包括设于所述主壳体内的震动部,所述震动部与所述电池连接。
