The present invention relates to a monolayer fabric comprising two yarns, a first so-called "comfort" yarn and a second "technical" yarn with high abrasion and cut resistance properties.
The object of the invention is to obtain a monolayer fabric that, having a fundamentally technical and protective basis, provides high comfort to the user who uses a garment made with the aforementioned fabric, since it offers considerable elasticity.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Many different types of monocoque fabrics with high abrasion and cut resistance properties are known.
In this sense, we can cite patent no. ES2291953T3 that discloses a monocopa fabric formed by a so-called "comfort" yarn and another "technical" yarn where the "comfort" yarn does not provide the whole with relevant properties against abrasion.
All this has led the applicant of the present utility model to detect the need to improve the disclosed single-layer fabric, providing a development that resolves the drawbacks and problems presented by this type of fabric and other known ones.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The single-layer fabric that is recommended has been conceived to provide a product that, having a fundamentally technical and protective basis, provides high comfort to the user due to its remarkable elasticity and high resistance to abrasion and cuts. For this reason, the single-layer technical fabric of the invention is made up of two threads, a first thread called "comfort" and a second "technical" thread, said technical fabric providing high resistance properties to abrasion and cuts, these two being woven or knitted threads in such a way that at least two differentiated parts are defined in the thickness of the fabric.
In this way, a first part is arranged on the outside of the single-layer technical fabric where the "technical" thread is the dominant one. And a second interior part where the "comfort" thread is dominant. Thus, these parts form a monolayer fabric where the "technical" yarn is a yarn made from continuous filaments, whose core is covered with cellulosic, natural, artificial, synthetic fibers or a mixture of them.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the so-called "comfort" yarn is made of an elastic filament on which a non-elastic continuous filament is wound, that is to say, without elasticity. In this way, both filaments are covered with cellulosic fibers, natural, artificial, synthetic or a mixture of them. Preferably, the elastic filament of the "comfort" yarn has a thickness of 40 to 250 Deniers in order to give the monolayer fabric the necessary consistency and solidity structurally.
Optionally, the "comfort" thread also includes an elastomultiester filament, whose function is to provide the final assembly with elasticity, excellent recovery and remarkable durability.
Specifically, the inclusion of the elastomultiester filament guarantees that the stretched fabric always recovers its original shape and does not deform. In this way, the elastomultiester filament is wound on the elastic filament, while the non-elastic continuous filament is wound on them, the three filaments being all covered with cellulosic fibers, natural, artificial, synthetic or a mixture of them.
On the other hand, the non-elastic continuous filaments of the "comfort" yarn preferably have a thickness of 30 to 400 Deniers and are made up of non-textured filaments with high abrasion and cut resistance properties, their material being selected from among group of para-aramids, meta-aramids, high modulus polyethylene, high tenacity polyamides, high tenacity polyester, carbon, or a combination of them.
Regarding the "technical" yarn that constitutes the monolayer fabric, it should be noted that the core of the "technical" yarn is made up of continuous filaments with high properties of resistance to abrasion and cutting and not textured and that are made up of a material selected from among the group of para-aramids, meta-aramids, high modulus polyethylene, high tenacity polyamides, high tenacity polyester, carbon, or a combination of them.
In addition, the surface of the core of the "technical" yarn is covered by a coating made up, at least partially, of cellulosic fibers, natural, artificial, synthetic or a mixture of them.
Therefore, the single-layer technical fabric of the invention has a weft thread made up of the "comfort" thread and a warp thread made up of the "technical" thread.
Finally, it should be noted that the resulting monolayer technical fabric is obtained by means of a warp-effect weave, preferably with a 3/1 or 2/1 twill, or is made in knitwear or by knitting.

In a preferred and non-limiting embodiment of the invention, the single-layer technical fabric is made up of two threads, a so-called "comfort" thread and a "technical" thread, with high abrasion and cut resistance properties.
The two yarns mentioned are woven or knitted in such a way that two different parts are preferably defined in the thickness of the fabric.
In this way, a first part of the fabric is positioned on the outside where the "technical" yarn is dominant, while a second part of the fabric is positioned on the inside, where the "comfort" yarn is dominant.
Thus, said outer and inner parts form a fabric, where the "technical" thread is a thread, made from continuous filaments, whose core is covered with cellulosic, natural, artificial, synthetic fibers or a mixture thereof.
